Definitely the worst center I've been to. Employees are rude and racist. They don't know what they're doing. I along with others have left the center with bruises and swelling due to the lack of intelligence the employees have. Not one employee there has any professionalism when it comes to their job. They're constantly yelling at each other giving attitude, cussing, and bickering. It's really sick.

I've donated here for over a year now and this location cannot be beat. Before saying anything else, if you don't have an understanding for the time it takes to perform invasive needle sticks and blood/ plasma collection, don't donate plasma anywhere. Furthermore, please don't donate if you are not following the company?s diet instructions or you don't take care of yourself, as these things will lead to longer donation times. Not adhering to their SIMPLE. Instructions is no one?s fault but your own. Unfort

This donation center is a joke it's ran by incompetent rude people that don't know how to do their job. Don't waste your time coming here

They do everything they can to ensure a safe, and comfortable experience while donating. However there is one persons that stands out to me, Darcy! I'm Always greeted by her like a real friend. We engage in intelligent conversation and witty back And forth. Thank you Darcy. Your grace and intellect are only rivaled by your compassion, and beauty. You are a true master of your craft Hugs

Staff is rude and disrespectful. They look down on you and bark orders at you. No respect for personal space. You will leave out of there feeling violated. They definitely need new management.

they are the worst plasma donation center ive been to. They take way to long to seat you after checking in. It happens everytime i go?. literally the worst. And when you're finished donating you're stuck in the chair waiting even longer for them to let you go.

Normally not too bad. Yesterday was horrible. Was there for 2.5 hours and couldn't donate. I was seated, hooked up, and was getting started. They messed up on sticking me, had a more experienced person come along and try....only made it worse. The injection site became very swollen and bruised. I'm leaving the poor review based on my time and their screw up was evidently worth $9.32. Lol. How they came up with that? I do not know.

The workers hardly know what they're doing. Always having an attitude. My girlfriend?s arm is always getting messed up every time we go. When they were poking her and couldn't hit her vein right they took the whole needle out and then poked her again 4 times before doing it right. Blood all over her arm. This place is ridiculous

I would recommend everybody to steer clear of here donated here a lot of times never had any issues the people are great for the most part the majority of the techs are good only had minor issues with a few cutting my arm when they removed the needle because I have great veins very easy to stick until recently, on my last donation for some God forsaken reason the tech just seemed a little more invested in his personal things that day and everything going on like he has prior it seems like, and he decided to

I have been donating plasma for around 12 years. I lived in Utah before moving to Ohio in August 2023. In Utah, I felt like the staff at the grifols center were a part of the family. They were friendly, and I knew them all by name. BG center is terse at best. Many of them would rather gossip than talk to the donors. And the head phlebotomist, Wes, aside from being a grumpy old man, SUCKS at getting my vein. I have side veins, and I place my arm on the arm rest the way I will be for the duration of the donat

This place is way to slow because they are understaffed! Now I get skipped over waiting to donate and it was not their first time here. My time is also valuable! Today when I donate I am told that if I close my eyes while donating they will throw me out, I look around and several people have their eyes closed, why are they not telling other people the same thing? I am going to check into CSL.

The donation center is doing so much better than it was before. I have been donating for over a year and like with any business it has its ups and downs, but this place has improved so much over the past year. Efficiency is getting better, people are nicer, staff is more helpful. The new donor hub app also is great for tracking my donation days and much improved over their old version. If I could give this place a 1000/5 stars I would??

Been a donor since 2019. In my time over the years as a very regular donor I've seen the changes this location has gone through. The staff are always my favorite part of each visit, all very friendly and helpful. Also surprisingly polite considering the amount of verbal abuse and threats many go through that you overhear. As to the wait times they definitely exploded in time with the loss of a bunch of staff like many businesses however when you look around you see a ton of new faces being trained so I'm su

Today, I had an appointment. I made it there on time. Having an appointment, is pointless and a waste of time. I was told, even having an appointment, that the wait to get on to the kiosk to answer required questions would be 1 and 1/2 hours. So the purpose of making a futile appointment is undetermined. Of course. when people are there to donate on the second donation of the week, which coincidentally is a bigger payout, it just happens to be overly crowded. Some of us work, and therefore can't wait on thi

Best place I've personally been to. Although make sure you wear socks.

Worst donation center i?ve ever been to, employees hardly know what they're doing, commonly miss the vein and need to repoke, unnecessary attitudes, and just flat out put in 0 effort and take forever to get anything done, they do not care about you or your time, would recommend going anywhere but here.

They're allegedly making changes which is creating a longer wait time before you even go to the kiosk. All for information they already have. Appointments mean nothing to them. You would expect with a lengthier process before going to the kiosk that the phlebotomists would be faster. Once upon a time it used to take me 60-90 minutes on a busier day to be in and out. That time has doubled. If you're gonna go through changes, make sure employees know what they are doing or at least have the speed to make this

I had the worst experience with Biomat Bowling Green, Ohio. I was falsely diagnosed for a health issue that I didn't not have. I was also wrongly placed on a national bar list. This is wickedness at it's peak. I am an easy going person, but I can not be slighted by a big corporation and they think they will go scot free....I will paste this review everywhere!....They may underestimate my reach, but they will soon find out!.. It's been close to a year now, and I am still on a bar list!

I've been twice and the actual plasma donation part went well each time. The second time was on a Wednesday night and I got there around 5:30pm and had to wait until almost 7pm for them to take me back and start the donation process. I don't recommend going on a Wednesday if you can avoid it.

There is a bunch of workers there that are nice and treat you like your welcomed and then you have workers that are down right rude and talk bad on others that work there and people that come in to donate I have heard people get yelled at by workers because the workers are just not happy and for being a ?supervisor? you should be treating your workers and patients with respect and she's the worst one there

I debated on rating this a 2 or a 3. If my review was solely on my experience, it would be a 1 or a 2, but I am giving the benefit of the doubt as, when observing others, I don't believe the service I received was quite representative of what the general service is like. Things I liked... 1. The fact that people can make some money while helping others; and 2. The friendliness of most of the staff, despite the fact that some of them did not know how to do what they were supposed to do. My personal expe

I've recently been to other plasma centers and I can say that this one is a better experience than the other one I was at. New donors are automatically enrolled in a very lucrative first month offer--which is not guaranteed at other plasma centers. Also there's no fees associated with withdrawing your money from your card--funny enough not guaranteed at other plasma centers. They are pretty caring of squeamish donors, like me, and even cover up the site with a piece of gauze while you donate. I've waited

Absolutely awful wait times, if you make an appointment you won't get started until atleast an hour after your scheduled appointment, slowest plasma place around. Nurses just stand around when they could be doing different jobs speeding up the donation process, only 1 vital checker for all 20 people in line, very poorly ran.

First person at the door, with an appointment, at open on a Saturday. Was told I have to wait until quality decides to show up to work to fix my computer access and that theyre the only ones that can do it. If ya ask me, they should slide me some cash from whoever was late since they think their time is more important. I havent even donated at this place for 2 months and ive had more problems than the other 17 years I've been donating elsewhere smh.

It's a real good place to go to great workers Taylor an viv an sam are real good people if u all go in ask for them I rate them a 10 star for everything they do

This place is frustrating sometimes. You set an appointment and then have to wait to get processed in the screening area and then wait again to get into a bed to actually start donating. Then, today, the screener was rude. She's done this multiple times before day, but it's the first time I'm actually posting about it. She jabbed the temperature probe against the back of my mouth and it hurt! I have a scratch in my mouth from eating and it started bleeding. When I moved the probe a way from so far back in m

AVOID- Staff is rude and unprofessional. I was singled out because of my medical history and told me I needed to change my clothes because she felt I smelled. Upon my return I apologized to all the workers who helped me and NO ONE except the person who had a personal problem with me said I had a bad smell. One worker even commented how someone from the slaughterhouse comes to donate in his dirty work cloths all the time. weird. Second time going in. Right after work and they refuse me. this place is unp

Really went downhill lately. I'm a nurse with 13 years donating plasma.... the wait times have been crazy lately but most the screeners are super nice. Today they told me that I can NEVER donate there again because the last few times the nurse literally gave me a cheat sheet. This time I couldn't remember every piercing I've ever had. Or tattoo and when I got them I'm almost 40 lol

The most disorganized place I have ever experienced! They will do anything to keep their lobby full and the app never works but what does that matter they wait an hour after your appointment is scheduled to even see you .

Love the BG center!! DeltaAnn,Viv,Wes and Juan are my Favorites and ALWAYS treat me well in there!!! They're great at what they do and treat everyone with respect!

Honestly I don't even know when to start!!! The staff at Biotest (Bowling Green Ohio 43402) are absolutely amazing along with Biotest in general. The staff are beyond helpful and very HARD working young lady's and gentleman. Their very fun and very easy to talk to. Everyone seems to be in such good moods. When I come in to donate and iv had a really bad day they lighten me up. Not to mention Biotest helps when in need for money for my lil baby girl (diapers, wipes etc) among other things. Love ya Biotest yal

Overall good experience. Donation itself takes 30mins to hour and 15 time to sit takes an hour+ at busy times. If Donation amounts are based on weight, I should get more for donating more.

The wait times are rough depending on when time you go, but what healthcare-related places aren't nowadays? The beds are clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and it's better than spending the gas money to drive to Toledo or Findlay for another plasma center!

Absolutely no screening information online. If you have Type 2 diabetes, don't even bother going in. You waste an hour of your time to be turned down, even though ARC will gladly take you for red blood or hemopheresis. Nice people, but need an online screening process so that they don't end up wating your time.

seen feedback from owner, straight bs response to save face. Cut back on appointments if you're short staffed, no Phd needed to figure that out. 3hr donation time ? new donors don't even take that long. terrible.

Listen I need to just add that Taylor is amazing and always makes me feel comfortable and respected!; I love this center and the entire staff is great!!

One time I donated here and the machine didn't return any of my blood. Just straight saline. Not sure what happened that time but the day after I was extremely tired.

New donar for about a week now , friendly staff and overall nice place to donate to besides today I came in to take a friend to donate and I simply asked if I was able to donate today to the front desk lady and she explained the certain days to donate but also stated 'im trying to explain this in english" mind you I am Hispanic but i speak nothing but english , was rude and made me feel some type of way beacuse of her rude racist comment , God bless her heart ??

Upset totally, have irritated skin because of unloading a load of wood, have had it a week donated all week with it and it's been perfectly fine and today it's not . Come on it's not an open sore for Christ sake . I am a faithful doner always do what I'm supposed to band definitely wasn't treated that way today. Could drive to toledo and be treated better. I guess it's kinda like being discriminated against because I heat with wood .Some people who do manuel labor get scratched up.

My brother in law and I were both here for 4 hours (this was probably our 20th time donating)... quit hiring people who don't know or care to do their jobs. Especially the phlebotomists. Had to call in work telling them I'd be very late. They won't compensate me for the time lost. Ridiculous.

I'm going back to BioLife. At BioLife, if I set an appointment I can walk in, instantly get on a computer, then instantly get my screening completed. Then get in a bed with very little wait. Altogether, I'm walking out of BioLife within an hour and a half everytime. At biomat, i set an appointment, walk in and check in, then have to wait to get on a computer. Then wait to be screened. Then wait to get into a bed. Then once you're in a bed you might lay there for a half hour before someone hooks you up, then

Ok been coming here awhile don't normally have issues but today is Sept 3rd and they have a contest going on it called passport to prizes so I donate Fridays and Sundays I brought my book In to get stamped for donation # 2 this week and for this contest one employee lied said it dont start intil sept 4th but the rules said it starts Aug 1st 7am to Sept 30th 11pm and u have to donate within the first 7 days on the month to get a stamp and the Manger don't wanna get out the office and come talk to me nor pay

This place is horrible. I literally been here since 11:50, it almost 5:00... They said a physical would be a couple hours not 5 I will never come here again

These are the rudest people I have ever been too. I wouldn't have even given a star orbit would have let me made a review without one. Definitely don't recommend anyone wasting there time to come to this place.

Things usually go smooth. Unfortunately they love to run promotions but don't properly staff the facility for the influx of donors. Making wait times ridiculous.

Last donation of the month, my 50 bucks donation. They tell me my protein is been low so all i can do is a blood test for 10 bucks. Now i been waiting a half an hour and money still isnt on my card. Also on other visits this is the slowest donating place i been too. I been to findlay, toledo and biotest is sloooooow. Not enough workers!!!!!

Although this place is ran by like two people who know what they're doing, the rest have no clue as to what's going on. Very condescending, rude workers as well. Places like this prey on the lower class. Left a bad review, and was permanently deferred the next donation, weird coincidence.

They use to be great but have treated me terribly way too many times. They left me with crazy bruises and couldnt even find a vein on multiple occasions. I've donated for over 2 years so I know it's not on my end

The Biotest on Wooster in Bowling Green Ohio pleased me authesticaly right off the bat. When you walk in you are greeted with a bright young smile. The technologically updated front desk was neatly decorated with informational displays on how to help the community even more, which I found out changes based on the season. If you are A BGSU student or appearal shopper ask about if they are having their specials on that. Remember to go in with the mindset of having nutritionally dense blood so that your donati

Very friendly but obviously don't know their jobs well enough to not waste one but two trips there wasting my time with no compensation. I'm thoroughly disgusted. Never again.

Would not reccomend to anyone company is very shady always leaving out details and not paying money correctly. Offer all these bonuses but you'll be lucky if you see two

This facility is the best! Exceptional cleanliness and such kind friendly staff who always check the equipment and donors. This isn't a quick process but the staff make it enjoyable.

Thank you Morgan S. Great job everytime. Very knowledgeable and professional, I always feel confident for a successful donation. Morgan and Vivian made today's visit fast and enjoyable, thank you.

Took the doctor a week to ok my sample so I could donate and then I was told I could come donate and then when I get there and do my questions I'm told I can't donate bc I need a physical. Nothing like being lied to and wasting my gas

Everyone gets trained out on the floor so new employees practice on the donors but this is with anything though especially when you're new. how else do you get better. I know it's messed up to think about.

Great service, the people are interactive and responsive. There's entertainment so you're not bored. Clean and pleasant environment

Two weeks ago Wess tried to stick my arm, he dug around deep causing bruising and lots of pain, now two weeks later I still can't get a line in it from damage done!

Employees could use a customer service class. Low pay for ?life saving? plasma.

The staff is awesome, but wait times are terrible. I would give it a 5 for staff if this was based on that, but the wait times are very wearing.

Kind and friendly staff! All of them are hard workers, and do their best to get people checked in and donate!

Absolutely terrible staff every time I come here I've waited 3 to 4 hours they would rather talk and goof off then to actually do what they're supposed to be doing I waited a half an hour after being done to even be disconnected to leave and they banned me from coming back to donate when I called to tell them about their terrible service

I like the people that work there and I enjoy helping others

Staff amazing!!! Helpful and kind throughout the process. Money was on card before i started my car.

Horrible the wait different pokes priorities are backwards very slow

Staff is terrible! More concerned with socializing then doing their job! Need better and more staff!

I have donated blood not sure about plasma but I give 5 Stars no matter what because this is a place trying to save people's lives and that's what counts and what matters.??

Very unorganized. One week appointments dont matter the next they do. Not enough people working. Had to wait forever

Can someone help me understand why company are allowed to delete Google Reviews they dont like ??

Don't like how they don't go by appointment times but will have you make appointment

Been here 5 times over several months, still can't donate. Paperwork is ridiculous, regulations are ridiculous. I finally said screw it, it's not worth it.

Great staff, love the idea of helping people, and a nice compensation for it too. Win win. :-)

Everyone was great and super nice! Process is super easy too!
