This Grifols is so Great. Everybody that works here knows what they are doing. Everytime I'm done I walk out with a smile. Would recommend to everyone. The best part is we're all saving life's.

Everyone there is like family to me. They treat you very good and don't act like robots. They actually have a conversation with you! Rhett is AWESOME!! Always speaks with a smile and I'd gentle when doing my venipuncture. Nice job yall! Will ALWAYS come to Wellborn Rd Biomat!! Neshia is awesome, Malana is so polite, Kayla is so cool! I would definitely be mindful when attending this one I never have a problem in an out 30 min or less but there are many red flags here how is it my arm turns blue because I was stuck wrong an you half pay me $26 when it was 80% done an my arm nearly fell off they didn't care be very picky because they will stick u wrong an blame you!!

This is the best plasma center in Bryan College Station, Texas. I have never felt insecure and most importantly the compassion. The location is perfect for me.

Everyone here could use extra training. Only a couple of people here actually know what they're doing. Been to other locations and this is by far the worst.

The techs here are friendly people, and since I've been donating, I've always had a pleasant experience

Few days ago i donated. I had a problem with the return and they restuck me in my other arm, which I don't use very often because the veins are so small. After sitting in the chair for 2 hours I finally finished. I seen the technicians were busy unhooking someone else and dings started going off as other people finished so the technicians started unhooking the people that were closet to them instead. Carla M?ndez is super sweet and easy going I'm mostly afraid of needles but she talked me through the whole experience since it was my first time ever doing this. It was very calming the way she was talking me through I barely felt the needle.

They don't care about you only that money. They will run lab tests knowing that your levels are low and you won't be able to donate. Then they take their sweet time getting the results back and actually getting them approved so you can donate.

I've been going here for a long time now I've only had a bad experience a time or two probably because of my own negligence, due to dehydration but the staff is always friendly and polite and the facility is very clean ????????

Carla took great care of me and was quick to get help when I started feeling bad when I was donating! She's amazing and is always so nice during the process.

We need to change the extra reward system a year ago we all got an extra $40-$50 on our 6,7,8 donation now thousands of use have to take a chance on a reward that only 50 of us can win. It's just not fair. went from make around 620 a month to making 480 y'all have to see this is a big difference. we risk our lives for y'all business so y'all shouldn't get cheap on us. Hope this make a change and hopefully someone is see this and realize this isn't right or fair.

Great people, got in and out quickly and the receptionist was super helpful with getting my documentation taken care of. They also have some promotions if you can get other to donate and help.

Employees constantly gossiping. No sense of professionalism. Poorly organized. I constantly hear "I forgot what I was doin," "Oh I thought somebody took care of her already," "Hey who's supposed to do this?" Management are juvenile and rude. Employees touch trash cans and bio waste containers, then handle patients without changing gloves, *constantly*.

The staff is awesome. Always get treated with a smile and goes by quickly. I love the bonuses and now with the increase in amount per donation is even better. Always motivating us to donate through gifts and some extra cash. My experience here has been amazing the last few weeks. Amazing employees and a very great atmosphere to donate and not feel ashamed of helping people who really need the benefits!

A lot of these good reviews are fake or bribed for ?? This place is very ghetto. They're always understaffed and as a result, the techs are often grumpy and rude. Sometimes the techs are just standing around and fooling with each other in the booths. There's also a lot of gossiping about each other as well as about donors. I love biomat plasma.. but I just got deferred when I've been coming for years. I recently stopped going last year because they hurt my arms really bad. But now I can't even donate because my veins don't have a good read.. oh well. Just be careful who does your arms.

I've been coming here for 3 years now, and it's generally a decent way to spend 1-2 hours. Donating 2 times a week every week gets you enough cash for gas and groceries, and you help out a lot if people in the process.
