Only have 3 people working. Someone to check you in, one to stick, and one to do physicals. So keep in mind you will be here longer than necessary due to cheap ahh understaffing. UPDATE: the lady screening me accidentally deferred me

There are several aspects to highlight at Grifols on S Josey Lane. For those familiar with donating, visiting Grifols on West Virginia and then coming to Grifols here on S Josey Lane could only be described as an upgrade. From donating at what felt like a room in a motel to now the ritz. It presents a very pleasant atmosphere. There is music, a positive ambiance, and if you want top-notch service, make sure to request Kiesha, Erika, or the standout Mrs. DARIKA ! On arrival, I immediately noticed a soothing

I just called up there at 9:55 am and this woman black woman named Brea caught an attitude with me for inquiring about next visit saying "you gone have to call them and not us!" And then hung up in my face Because I usually donate in the one in Garland,Tx . Instead of honoring the fact that this location is still a sister location and that you can still be informative via at the donors request, but simply chose to be unprofessional and hang up on me simply because she didn't want to the extra work, and that

Yall need to do better when telling people they can't donate because yall book at the time if you not going to be like that why have it to where it say 6:30pm or 6:45pm some people are coming off of work don't have time to just it set up appointment I been a customer will yall for a very long time and today yall really piss me off I literally took a Uber to get here just to say yall fully book and didn't even see a full book of people in there at this time and I made it there before time

Since you asked, Jodi & Allison are rude, unprofessional & incompetent. Jodi will ask questions that she is not supposed to ask donors such as, "What do you do for a living?" Jodi will also claim things that are not true. If Jodi sees a discoloration on someone's skin, she will claim it is also elevated like a hive when it is not. Multiple people felt it & the skin was flat. Allison said it could not be a simple rash because it was "too cold for poison Ivy or poison oak to be out." The discoloration

Staff is very professional and very courteous. I've never had a long wait time either. I do recommend this Grifols or any of their locations. ??

First time ever donating and it was an easy process from the staff. Michael did a wonderful job helping me with the first part of the process to Miss Keisha helping with the second part. Overall great experience at this center!

This place sucks. I was there for 3 hours to be told my blood pressure is 5 points over. Everything I did they made me do it twice. Then left me sitting in waiting area forever and I'm the only one in there. The office staff is very unorganized. Then they tell me I can come back the next day and do everything all over again. I won't be back. Definitely not to that location.

Keisha, you make donating plasma such a smooth and easy experience! Your kindness and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and it's always refreshing to see you. You have this wonderful way of making everything feel comfortable and effortless, and your care truly makes a difference. It's clear you're amazing at what you do, and I'm so grateful for the positive energy you bring to every visit! New donors, request Keisha if you want to experience the awesomeness too.

Everyone is always very friendly. I appreciate the designed order to the process, you are literally in and out.

Clean ,quick, and efficient being someone that comes here often my time here is always pleasant. Highly recommend ????

This place is so disorganized. Please don't have folks answer phones on a Sunday?s (07-21-25)if they can't give accurate adequate information. Now I have wasted my time and gas.. I could have just came that Monday to make its first donation. Now you telling me I have start my week back over. Because a person doesn't know how to deliver accurate information.Let me work there in my free time so I can tell folks anything to get them off the phone.. Thanks again for the young lady who pick up the phone and no

I called about a week ago since the last time I donated was in 2023 and ask what my first donation would be they told me $100 anytime i came back.went in today went through the new donor process i asked in person again how much would i be getting they told me $100 so i went ahead with the donation.Once I was done and left i checked the balance on the visa card they gave me outside the parking lot where they are located and the balance showed they deposited $55 .I called the location told them the whole situ

Very rude and unprofessional are looking to defer people on purpose do not recommend

It was a good day 1st donation of the week $30. It's the second one that counts $$. Its always sd mouth sailing in there Open 7am to 7/8pm today. Tell 'em Gina Garza sent you, Thank you

I really think management needs to look into staffing. Over 10 people sitting in the waiting room and with no one at the front desk and no one is screening. What is the point of pushing the kiosk if it doesn't speed anything up. You spend a good 20-30 minutes waiting to be screened because there is no one to do the job. There is no reason for wait times to be this long.

unprofessional music in waiting area, graphic lyrics discussing ?putting it in her mouth? amongst other in appropriate topics for a public area in a medical facility, if it needs to be hip hop it should be lo-fi hip-hop without lyrics, will update with staff review

The process would be faster if the employees would stay off of their cell phones while at the front desk and while screening donors*** Update** This center definitely has staffing issues. There was literally NO ONE at the front desk for over 30 mins during my visit today, and no one was screened during that time. There were over 10 people in the lobby just sitting there waiting. What is the point of pushing the kiosk if it doesn't help speed up the process.

When I went to the back after being screened there were probably 7 people in front of me. We were waiting maybe 30 minutes and 4 more people came in after me. They called everyone to get on a bed except me.. even the 4 who came in after me. I asked the manager why was I pushed back. She said o well that's how the stickers printed out and unfortunately yours printed after them.. and I asked her how can that be I've been here way before the 4 that came after me. She just acted like she didn't care. I asked to

Very Unprofessional staff. I do not recommend this plasma donation center at all. It's a waste of time.

Great staff. Have been donating at this location for awhile. Going early in the morning shortens the time it takes, but I've rarely had issues. Love the process Update 07/22/2022 - New machines are fantastic and much more streamlined than previous. They do need more staff, but the ones here are fantastic.

As I am reading all the reviews I am disagreeing with most if not all. The place is clean and very well kept. On my very first visit I well informed of the how the process works. The staff is very friendly and definitely know what they are doing. One of the employees was training and she let me know ahead of time which was perfectly fine. No need to get mad a someone who is in the process of learning. Def.recommend donating. Not only are you helping someone in need but you get paid!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful and they provide excellent incentives if you're ever looking for a little extra cash. However, after donating here a few times I learned that they are understaffed and it takes extremely long to get your screening done, like 2-3 hours before you can even get onto the donor floor. Currently, I'm waiting for my screening to be done and they have no staff here to do any screening, so there are just several donors waiting to get screened. The best times to come are o

Long wait times for no reason, employees here lack urgency. Not to mention once you're stuck they're not paying attention to you, I'm an easy stick and my last donation they messed me up and switched to the other side. I spent almost 2.5 hours from start to finish as a return donor this is ridiculous. I'd rather go to Biolife on Belt line rd the wait maybe an hour but at least I'm not there longer than 2 hours.

From the time you walk into the building, everyone is friendly. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything. The young lady who placed the needle did it perfect the first time. All the employees were friendly. Great experience. Keep up the good work.

Writing this after my 7th visit, of which I've only ONCE been able to donate. Staff is friendly, sure, but that doesn't make up for the system never working or the center being SEVERELY understaffed, or the lack of knowledge of their own processes and requirements. Took me 4 visits to get registered between over 3 hours waiting for systems to come up, then coming back and going through most of the process only for the staff to discover some "new" form they had no idea about and forcing me to get my dr to si

My experience today was wonderful. I recommend this center 100%. The employees acted like they actually enjoyed their jobs and took care of me every step of the way. Plus. Their fees are the best around. Congratulations Grifols on an amazing team here.

These guys and gals are some of the best really great people working at this location I always get in and get out quick and without any hassle. Highly recommend this center everyone is very professional and it's never boring. ??

Normally top notch place, but came in today to donate and was not able to on my date because someone did not take my sample from earlier this month and process it. Wasted time and gas to get no compensation because someone did not do their job. Good job!!!!!

I haven't seen more than one check in person in 6 months and it normally takes 45 minutes to an hour to even get to a donor bed. They enforce only checking in by phone, but it's hardly a fast pass when they take nearly an hour to even get you started. Plan on being there as long as a new donor if you are returning, the lobby is typically full. There are people literally snoring in the lobby because they have been waiting for so long.

I love this place! I've never had any issues. No long lines, and I see the same friendly faces each time.

Let me start by saying this is one by far the best plasma center I have EVER donated at they have a Very clean facility. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The parking lot is also clean and parking is not a hassle. Management is amazing. I felt so welcomed and comfortable from the screening booths to donating plasma. The center manager and employees deserve an award for their great customer service and time management. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience WAY TO GO

Been coming here for 3 years and enjoy the professionalism and friendliness. Shout out to Jay!

The most professional outfit I have ever frequented. Everyone is wonderful. Usually I don't single people out, but the most kind and most lovely employee is Miss Jodi. She explains everything to a T, she is warm and kind but above all else, she is grateful to every person who walks in that door to save others. Biomat is lucky to have her on the team and I will continue to donate at this facility only because of people liked her. Also, the awesome Miss Kate snd Miss Victoria are wonderful as well. Thes

i will visit and place a true and honest review of this facility, Erica provides the best service ever! Hey Guys as I said that I will visit and place an honest review of this location, I still feel that the girls in the back are Great at their jobs, they have a way of making you feel very comfortable, the team in the front intake however is a hit and a miss, but the management is terrible, these guys are not on the same page, when it comes to donors and their timely pay, they have to release your payment a

I have donated at 3 different centers since living in Dallas and this location is absolutely the best! First thing its very clean and staff are super friendly. They make you feel secured the whole donation process. I give them a 5 start rating most definitely. No complaints here

I've donated at this center for the last year and I've always had an exceptional experience each visit! The staff is very professional and attentive to every need or concern. They remember every face that comes through their doors, and their smiling faces and knowing my donation is helping folks keep me coming back!

It's been almost a year since I been to this place, so they said I was considered a new donor. Had to go through physical and everything all over again. New donors suppose to get 100 dollars for four donations, my third donation I didn't receive 100. I asked why and she says because I been there before so I don't get the new donors compensation. But I still had to do everything all over as a new donor. Doesn't make sense.

Why have 6 kiosks if you're not going to let people use them? Very classist of y?all to assume everyone has access to a smart phone.

I'm in this place twice a week, every week. The whole staff treats me like family. Even members of management. I like how organized and clean they are. Their clean, thorough, and pay attention to the smallest detail when monitoring their donors. I appreciate their level of care.

The workers here are amazing, great senses of humor while also diligent and fun. The payout for donations is exceptional especially if you need some extra buck for whatever reason you have. It generally takes an hour and a half to be done with everything which flies by pretty quickly if you have some entertainment, which I found comes in the form of the staff sometimes. Would recommend this place for new donors as it's honestly a lot of fun, offers buddy bonus for having friends come in and mention your nam

This is one of the cleanest and fastest centers in the DFW area. A few years ago, I tried donating with another company and after a few tries, grew frustrated with the whole process. When this center opened, I figured I would give it a try. I have been coming back for well over a year now. I work full time and value my time off, so that's why waiting can get frustrating. I have never had an issue here. I have always been in and out. The staff is amazing and fun to be around. I look forward to seeing everyon

I've been Going for years always a great way to build extra income,an help others in the process. All my bonuses from text, add a buddy,an extras have contributed to daily functions, education,an ice cream. The staff have wonderful communication, professional etiquette, Very Clean !!!!! An they treat you like family from day 1.Once they get to know you the experience is even more welcoming. They work really hard . Especially thru COVID an the times to day . That's Drive in my book. I Invite any an everybody

Some staff members are Very disrespectful! they will talk to you like they are forced to work there. They will literally scream at you for getting in without a mask or for sanitizing your hands. ( why can we have a mask box at the door ?????) Please don't get me wrong, most of them are Angels, people who are as devoted as you about saving lives. So, let's forget about the rude ones and focus on saving those lives. Come be a part of the beautiful journey ??

It is taking 2 weeks to get the result of my blood draw. Doctor is only there once a week to read the results even though the results are sitting there for days. That's ridiculous. What a waste of time. Making me think about changing donation centers.

whew they are VERY RUDE. don't welcome u in. i was waiting for my aunt and the man tried making me go outside in the heat without even letting me get the keys to start the car. they're cheap and the place is dirty. chairs bathrooms and windows definitely dirty and u can see it. HIGHLY recommend going else where.

This center is amazing- there is never a wait- the staff his above and beyond very time I am here. They are informative and do all they can for each and every donor Shamanica is an angel and know what she is doing! Cece is one of the best working the floor she is very customer friendly and takes good care of us- and even Victoria is a good addition to the team- thank you for the great work you do with and for us

I've donated at a few places thru the years and this one is hands down the best. Wonderful and caring people work here and the building inside looks great. Your wait is very minimal as they process you thru quicker than I have ever experienced in the past at donation centers. Everyone is competent and knowledgeable and if needed, there are even more experienced members on hand to assist. It's all for a great cause and hope to continue to come and donate indefinitely.

My long time experience here has all been above expectations. Very clean atmosphere in comparison to other donation centers I've been to. I will continue to bring friends and family here. Thank you so much for the consistent work provided!

I've been coming here for years. Recently things have changed for the worst. They're always low in staff and running on a skeleton crew. So instead of me leaving in 1.5 to 2 hours. Now it takes me 3.5 to 4.5 hours to leave. Some of the staff used to joke and laugh with each other. Now they just seem frustrated and tired. The donors are also frustrated with the long wait times and some people will leave. I will be going to another donation center.

This facility and staff are great! Super clean! Once you get through the new donor screening process, everything is easy breezy! No appointments necessary, walk in and they get right to you. I'm a happy donor! Great way to make some extra cash and do something great for medicine ?? ??

Their paperwork fails to tell patients if you're type1 or type2 diabetic on insulin that you CANNOT donate plasma as a company policy. They won't tell you that the physical. Their operations manager Jackie is completely useless when it comes to the information. Complete waste of time trying to help out others.

I've donated with them 4 times within the past two weeks, and it only takes about 5 min to pay, but on my 5th donation, with a friend referral bonus, they informed me I will have to wait up to 30 min to receive my payment..my referral had to wait for his payment as well..they don't wait 30 min any other time, neither does it them 30 to take the bottle from the machine.. I will not come back..one thing I don't like it for people to make it look as though your having to beg for a payment!! I highly doubt they

The place is clean, staff is nice. But it's a lot staff sitting walking around while people are waiting. I have donated at a few places this is my third time here every wait time has been crazy. An other staff not jumping in to be helpful!

The people there are really friendly. I can think of a good 4 or 5 people that really stand out to me in how well they treat their clients :) gives good money. And although it pretty busy at times and you might have to wait a bit longer than youd think, it's still well organized

Majority of staff in the back is friendly, the front staff needs to wear a smile and and give correct information when asked a question. If they are new, they need to check with other staff. Josh is an excellent example for the front staff he is an A+. Serina has a great hand for sticks. She is an A+. The facility is always clean, but the back bathroom should be checked frequently .I was told everyone is busy, and I should let them know. Which I have on several occasions, so I just gave up, and I exit the

UPDATING MY REVIEW. They're misleading. It's been twice I get turned away. They tell me to be here before 5 for new donor and then they blame me for being here at 445 saying it's too late to be seen. TWICE THIS HAPPENS. I'm annoyed to say the least. I've been coming here for 2 months or so. I used to visit biomat in Denton, but their hygiene and cleanliness was awful. This place is hit or miss with busy times & staff on duty. My review is for Victoria & Cathryn. Both sweet & professional workers! They make

I've been coming here for about 6 months now. I was thinking of trying a new center but honestly I really do love the staff! It's clean too! Sometimes the wait can be long depending on what time you go. I try to go in the morning or during the day. Overall, great place to donate.

Even during a pandemic this place has been asking me to donate because their donations were low. So to help give people plasma, I decided to go donate. I have high anxiety and masks give me panic attacks. I am aware that people are exempt from wearing masks due to health reasons but I still went in with one on. The lobby was completely empty as I was the first one there early in the morning. The manager harassed me about putting the mask over my nose even when I was way 15 ft away from her and the workers.

Absolutely lied saying they couldn't screen me because of my exzema only because the center was closing and I was one of the last ones here.I'm saying the employee lied because I've been able to screen this whole time. He turned me away because of dark spots on my arm, which has literally nothing to do with the injection of a needle. I do not appreciate any of that behavior and I do not recommend going there.

I have been donating here almost as long as I have lived in Dallas. This place always has top notch employees and they always get you in and out in a timely manner. This place is always clean and organized every day that I have been coming here. The phlebotomists always have smiles and keep a positive atmosphere.

I love coming to this location to donate plasma the staff is really nice and make your experience to donate great? it only takes me about 30 minutes to donate? but the more water you drink the faster you're out? I would really recommend coming here not only are you helping others by donating but the money is great? they have many bonuses and I encourage everyone take advantage?doesn't hurt to have some extra change in your pocket

Absolutely not worth it. If you have 3-4 hours for $30 then go for it but by far the worst situation since they changed machines. Some people just come in and skip the lobby with 12-15 people waiting which is endlessly frustrating. Would not recommend in the slightest.

The staff is LAZY - one woman thinks she the boss but isn't- AND get this everyone - I DIDN?T Get paid!!!! They let me leave there without the correct $ card. EVEN though I told the intake LAZY girl do you need my card to add the funds too and she said No we got it

This is where I donate, the people that work here are so kind and friendly and they know me by name. They work their butts off to keep this place very clean and to keep each donor happy. My reason for donating is that this is a all around win, I make money to take care of my family and my plasma goes to someone who needs it for any number of health conditions so they can get better.

Two to three hour wait even before you are screened. So you can literally wait two to three hours which is the regular wait time now to get to the window to find out that your protein is not high enough or your hematocrite a little bit low. Absolutely no consideration for the donors time. I will say that they do have staff that is good at needling. Not all of them because there are so many new people, but enough so that you can usually get cannulated by someone who's good at it. If you specifically ask fo

I love this place so much! The people there are so nice and caring, they treat you like friends and family. I feel welcomed there every time and sometimes when I can't donate due to my veins being too small or too deep they still paid me the full amount and they never were mean about it, which is very nice!

I just recently started donating but every time I have been here everyone is always very friendly and professional. The facility is always clean and well maintained. If you would like to make some extra money I would suggest coming here!

Staff is very professional and the facility is very clean. I've never had a bad experience. Have been coming here for about two months. Glad to be able to help people in need of plasma for different medicines. Will continue to be a repeat donor.

I donate here twice a week and the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have a pleasant experience every time you donate. I would HIGHLY recommend you donate here. A+++

Everyone there is very friendly and professional. They make you feel like you are helping them not like they are helping you. I've experienced this at another local facility, not affiliated with biomat/grifols. There is hardly ever a long wait to donate. The facility is very clean. They do monthly customer appreciation days and you are offered chances to earn retention bonus money along with your regular donations at times. I recommend them to anybody.

The wait time for being a new donor was long (3.5 hours start-finish) but the process went smoothly. The clinic itself is much nicer than other clinics I have been to. Mason was very good at making the new donor process, especially the physical, as easy as possible.

This plasma center is the best center to come to the staff is cool and friendly and do their job right I'm so glad I left the Garland location to come back here. the Garland location is the worst on Jupiter road. But that's another story. Josey Lane and beltline location knows how to stick and you be in and out. Very professional and I love it

I came in at the latest appointment time possible earlier this week and apparently had just missed a rush the center had experienced prior to my arrival. A lot of the employees were overwhelmed and frustrated for having to be at the center so late but there were three employees who stood out exceptionally. Sarah, Lisa, and David were working the floor. Unfortunately, I added to the chaos and needed a restick but Lisa and Sarah were there taking good care of me. Both were working very hard and neither compla

Like anywhere else...some staff is friendly and professional others are not. The only complaints I have are still being hooked up to the machine needle in arm etc and the process being completed saline almost empty and still waiting on a staff member who I see leaning against donor chairs laughing talking carrying on amongst their peers. Another is the payout time if you have a bonus. The bonus should be approved my theamager or whoever it has to go through before the needle even goes in the arm or at least

Donating plasma has helped me financially as well as letting me be a blessing to others. I ? the Carrollton location! The staff is Absolutely Amazing... Jodi, Dominic, Chastity ,and Erica ROCK! Honestly they're All Fabulous and have Great Customer Service!

At first this place was good. But now it's gone down hill. They are very slow here. Only one person checking people in and definitely not in a hurry to do so. Long wait times and really not worth it. Especially if drive far to get here.

Been a great experience this far. Can be quick if get in early. But nice to be able to donate to help provide much needed medications and be compensated nicely. They have a great new donor program

I have been coming to this location for years and I absolutely love the people here!! Not only do they make me feel comfortable physically we laugh and joke which makes me come back even when I don't want to!!! Keep up the amazing work team you guys are the reason most of us come back!!!

My 1st visit was a success. Arrived at 3:15 and was out by 5:45, this included all paperwork and physical and donation process. The staff was friendly and professional. Make sure not to go right after a workout...I did for my 2nd visit and my pulse was too high, so, I got deferred. Easily avoided. Great place thus far! Update: I've been going for 3 weeks now. I have deep veins and really only use my right arm. I've had no problems. I'm usually very well hydrated and once hooked up to the plasmapheresis ma

I've been coming to the Center for a while I really enjoy it it's very clean and professional people like Jason, Destiny, Keisha, Danielle and Sarah really make your experience enjoyable to come donate here. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 Stars is because I got attitude from the Front Lead in front of the staff and donors Saturday morning May 12th 2018 for using the restroom after the kiosk. I understand there's time targets and goals that the Center has but there's also professional communication I

I have been to a lot of different plasma places around Dallas and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is amazing, they are very helpful, informative, and everyone is so sweet. The whole place is always so clean and welcoming.

I give it four stars because I respect and communication I receive from the center. I enjoy the relationship I build over the months if denoting. The staff is really cool and a few that is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone is awesome. I have a wacky vein and Brittany and Lisa did a great job when it comes to sticking patient. EDIT: Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable and they make sure that you feel comfortable

Never donated before coming here. Nice staff, clean work place, fast process. BUT it's always super cold and the saline is kept at room temperature so, when it gets to the bloodstream I'm freezing cold to the point I'm shivering.. providing warm saline or heated towels or blankets or something to that sort is HIGHLY recommended

The reason they won't tell you the new donor fees on the phone is because they're low. I went there and the fees were only for 3 donations and it was 75, 100, 100. The returning donors basically get more don't waste your plasma at this place as you could get more money at a different center by a different company. Waste of gas.

I really love the fact that I am able to help those in need with a simple donation. This location has made me feel appreciated and welcomed each time I've donated. Thanks for allowing me to help and thanks for the compensation. You all are awesome!!!!!

Let me start with this is by far the best donor center i ever attended. Ceecee is one of the best agents working here. I have a very difficult situation and she handles it very smoothly. So i want to say Ceecee and Marissa are literally angels from above. So i just want to say thank you!!! And keep being great!!!!
