Since you asked, Jodi & Allison are rude, unprofessional & incompetent. Jodi will ask questions that she is not supposed to ask donors such as, "What do you do for a living?" Jodi will also claim things that are not true. If Jodi sees a discoloration on someone's skin, she will claim it is also elevated like a hive when it is not. This place sucks. I was there for 3 hours to be told my blood pressure is 5 points over. Everything I did they made me do it twice. Then left me sitting in waiting area forever and I'm the only one in there. The office staff is very unorganized. Then they tell me I can come back the next day and do everything all over again. I won't be back. Definitely not to that location.

I really think management needs to look into staffing. Over 10 people sitting in the waiting room and with no one at the front desk and no one is screening. What is the point of pushing the kiosk if it doesn't speed anything up. You spend a good 20-30 minutes waiting to be screened because there is no one to do the job. There is no reason for wait times to be this long.

The process would be faster if the employees would stay off of their cell phones while at the front desk and while screening donors*** Update** This center definitely has staffing issues. There was literally NO ONE at the front desk for over 30 mins during my visit today, and no one was screened during that time. There were over 10 people in the lobby just sitting there waiting. When I went to the back after being screened there were probably 7 people in front of me. We were waiting maybe 30 minutes and 4 more people came in after me. Great staff. Have been donating at this location for awhile. Going early in the morning shortens the time it takes, but I've rarely had issues. Love the process Update 07/22/2022 - New machines are fantastic and much more streamlined than previous. They do need more staff, but the ones here are fantastic.

As I am reading all the reviews I am disagreeing with most if not all. The place is clean and very well kept. On my very first visit I well informed of the how the process works. The staff is very friendly and definitely know what they are doing. One of the employees was training and she let me know ahead of time which was perfectly fine. No need to get mad a someone who is in the process of learning. Def.recommend donating. Not only are you helping someone in need but you get paid!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful and they provide excellent incentives if you're ever looking for a little extra cash. However, after donating here a few times I learned that they are understaffed and it takes extremely long to get your screening done, like 2-3 hours before you can even get onto the donor floor. Long wait times for no reason, employees here lack urgency. Not to mention once you're stuck they're not paying attention to you, I'm an easy stick and my last donation they messed me up and switched to the other side. I spent almost 2.5 hours from start to finish as a return donor this is ridiculous. I'd rather go to Biolife on Belt line rd the wait maybe an hour but at least I'm not there longer than 2 hours.

From the time you walk into the building, everyone is friendly. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything. The young lady who placed the needle did it perfect the first time. All the employees were friendly. Great experience. Keep up the good work.

Writing this after my 7th visit, of which I've only ONCE been able to donate. Staff is friendly, sure, but that doesn't make up for the system never working or the center being SEVERELY understaffed, or the lack of knowledge of their own processes and requirements. Normally top notch place, but came in today to donate and was not able to on my date because someone did not take my sample from earlier this month and process it. Wasted time and gas to get no compensation because someone did not do their job. Good job!!!!!

I haven't seen more than one check in person in 6 months and it normally takes 45 minutes to an hour to even get to a donor bed. They enforce only checking in by phone, but it's hardly a fast pass when they take nearly an hour to even get you started. Plan on being there as long as a new donor if you are returning, the lobby is typically full. There are people literally snoring in the lobby because they have been waiting for so long.

I love this place! I've never had any issues. No long lines, and I see the same friendly faces each time.

Let me start by saying this is one by far the best plasma center I have EVER donated at they have a Very clean facility. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The parking lot is also clean and parking is not a hassle. Management is amazing. I felt so welcomed and comfortable from the screening booths to donating plasma. It's been almost a year since I been to this place, so they said I was considered a new donor. Had to go through physical and everything all over again. New donors suppose to get 100 dollars for four donations, my third donation I didn't receive 100. I asked why and she says because I been there before so I don't get the new donors compensation. I'm in this place twice a week, every week. The whole staff treats me like family. Even members of management. I like how organized and clean they are. Their clean, thorough, and pay attention to the smallest detail when monitoring their donors. I appreciate their level of care.

The workers here are amazing, great senses of humor while also diligent and fun. The payout for donations is exceptional especially if you need some extra buck for whatever reason you have. It generally takes an hour and a half to be done with everything which flies by pretty quickly if you have some entertainment, which I found comes in the form of the staff sometimes. This is one of the cleanest and fastest centers in the DFW area. A few years ago, I tried donating with another company and after a few tries, grew frustrated with the whole process. When this center opened, I figured I would give it a try. I have been coming back for well over a year now. I work full time and value my time off, so that's why waiting can get frustrating. Some staff members are Very disrespectful! they will talk to you like they are forced to work there. They will literally scream at you for getting in without a mask or for sanitizing your hands. It is taking 2 weeks to get the result of my blood draw. Doctor is only there once a week to read the results even though the results are sitting there for days. That's ridiculous. What a waste of time. Making me think about changing donation centers.

whew they are VERY RUDE. don't welcome u in. i was waiting for my aunt and the man tried making me go outside in the heat without even letting me get the keys to start the car. they're cheap and the place is dirty. chairs bathrooms and windows definitely dirty and u can see it. This center is amazing- there is never a wait- the staff his above and beyond very time I am here. They are informative and do all they can for each and every donor Shamanica is an angel and know what she is doing! I've donated at a few places thru the years and this one is hands down the best. Wonderful and caring people work here and the building inside looks great. Your wait is very minimal as they process you thru quicker than I have ever experienced in the past at donation centers. Everyone is competent and knowledgeable and if needed, there are even more experienced members on hand to assist. It's all for a great cause and hope to continue to come and donate indefinitely.

I've been coming here for years. Recently things have changed for the worst. They're always low in staff and running on a skeleton crew. So instead of me leaving in 1.5 to 2 hours. Now it takes me 3.5 to 4.5 hours to leave. Some of the staff used to joke and laugh with each other. Now they just seem frustrated and tired. The donors are also frustrated with the long wait times and some people will leave. I will be going to another donation center.

This facility and staff are great! Super clean! Once you get through the new donor screening process, everything is easy breezy! No appointments necessary, walk in and they get right to you. I'm a happy donor! Great way to make some extra cash and do something great for medicine ?? ??

Their paperwork fails to tell patients if you're type1 or type2 diabetic on insulin that you CANNOT donate plasma as a company policy. They won't tell you that the physical. Their operations manager Jackie is completely useless when it comes to the information. Complete waste of time trying to help out others.

I've donated with them 4 times within the past two weeks, and it only takes about 5 min to pay, but on my 5th donation, with a friend referral bonus, they informed me I will have to wait up to 30 min to receive my payment..my referral had to wait for his payment as well..they don't wait 30 min any other time, neither does it them 30 to take the bottle from the machine.. I've been coming here for about 6 months now. I was thinking of trying a new center but honestly I really do love the staff! It's clean too! Sometimes the wait can be long depending on what time you go. I try to go in the morning or during the day. Overall, great place to donate.

Even during a pandemic this place has been asking me to donate because their donations were low. So to help give people plasma, I decided to go donate. I have high anxiety and masks give me panic attacks. I am aware that people are exempt from wearing masks due to health reasons but I still went in with one on. The lobby was completely empty as I was the first one there early in the morning. The manager harassed me about putting the mask over my nose even when I was way 15 ft away from her and the workers.

Absolutely lied saying they couldn't screen me because of my exzema only because the center was closing and I was one of the last ones here.I'm saying the employee lied because I've been able to screen this whole time. He turned me away because of dark spots on my arm, which has literally nothing to do with the injection of a needle. I do not appreciate any of that behavior and I do not recommend going there.

I have been donating here almost as long as I have lived in Dallas. This place always has top notch employees and they always get you in and out in a timely manner. This place is always clean and organized every day that I have been coming here. The phlebotomists always have smiles and keep a positive atmosphere.

Absolutely not worth it. If you have 3-4 hours for $30 then go for it but by far the worst situation since they changed machines. Some people just come in and skip the lobby with 12-15 people waiting which is endlessly frustrating. Would not recommend in the slightest.

This is where I donate, the people that work here are so kind and friendly and they know me by name. They work their butts off to keep this place very clean and to keep each donor happy. My reason for donating is that this is a all around win, I make money to take care of my family and my plasma goes to someone who needs it for any number of health conditions so they can get better.

Two to three hour wait even before you are screened. So you can literally wait two to three hours which is the regular wait time now to get to the window to find out that your protein is not high enough or your hematocrite a little bit low. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. They make you feel like you are helping them not like they are helping you. I've experienced this at another local facility, not affiliated with biomat/grifols. There is hardly ever a long wait to donate. The facility is very clean. They do monthly customer appreciation days and you are offered chances to earn retention bonus money along with your regular donations at times. I recommend them to anybody.

The wait time for being a new donor was long (3.5 hours start-finish) but the process went smoothly. The clinic itself is much nicer than other clinics I have been to. Mason was very good at making the new donor process, especially the physical, as easy as possible.

I have been to a lot of different plasma places around Dallas and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is amazing, they are very helpful, informative, and everyone is so sweet. The whole place is always so clean and welcoming.

Never donated before coming here. Nice staff, clean work place, fast process. BUT it's always super cold and the saline is kept at room temperature so, when it gets to the bloodstream I'm freezing cold to the point I'm shivering.. providing warm saline or heated towels or blankets or something to that sort is HIGHLY recommended

The reason they won't tell you the new donor fees on the phone is because they're low. I went there and the fees were only for 3 donations and it was 75, 100, 100. The returning donors basically get more don't waste your plasma at this place as you could get more money at a different center by a different company. Waste of gas.

Let me start with this is by far the best donor center i ever attended. Ceecee is one of the best agents working here. I have a very difficult situation and she handles it very smoothly.
