Most staff are nice but I had a negative experience today. Working in this industry for 10 yrs and knowing it in and out helps me to be understanding in certain situations I've seen here but today when one of the supervisors tried to tell me my diet was causing the machine issues, it didn't sit well. Aside from knowing how the machine works and knowing the problem only occurred on the last return, I've literally been dieting 3 months and have lost 20 lbs (can be verified in my profile). It seemed like he j
If I could leave no stars I would, I stopped coming here because of the rude staff. Went in today and was told not to come back until sept. I don't agree with this company and I will not return to this location. They don't care about the process. Don't waste your time. If you want to be made to feel useless then by all means come here.I honestly thought something would change but nope.
I'm leaving a negative review due to company policy, I made an appointment with this company about a year and a half ago and disclosed I was allergic to risperdal I was treated for it over 10 years ago for less than 2 weeks but I am not actively taking any medication however they said I would have to get a doctors note to prove to them I wasn't schizophrenic lol and wasn't on medication since I didn't want to disclose what I was treated for which is hippa protected btw. Flash forward a year and a half later
I liked this place til one inexperienced girl put me on permanently donation not paying attention she screwed me costing me money but she still working no write ups etc I needed this extra money as a single father of 3,this is such bs I'm close to filing a lawsuit I already spoken with my lawyer with a solid case ,I'm tired of getting excuses cuz one person oversees this I didn't even do anything wrong I had a bruise in one arm cuz they missed the vein many times, how is it my fault to be punished on Their n
Some small bruising on the needle area is normal. Yesterday my Dr. said it's a hematoma due to needle not being put in correctly. I have been calling for days and no one answers. Not worth the pain it's been over a week. It was my first and last time at the center
I always get great care when I come here! Everyone is always kind, today layla and paulina were helpful but everyone here is great for real. 5/5 ??
Paulina and the rest of the employees i have dealt with are great. She always has the best attitude and always does a great job with my difficult veins
I recommend Grifols Biomat casa grande the staff there are amazing especially Gunnar she was amazing great customer service and very helpful she made my first time very welcoming and made it comfortable
I just had some questions about the donation process(being O blood type), and I was left waiting in the lobby for 30mins. I just ended up leaving.
They never answer their phone and I was somehow deferred without my acknowledgment.
THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU VERY GOOD AND JUST RELAX AND HOUR AND HALF YOUR ALL DONE ** GREAT CAUSE & YOU MADE SOME EASY MONEY $$$
I was a first time patient again :) the screening is extremely thorough, a series of questions, weight, a poke of the finger to test protein levels, blood sample, testing of the veins and education videos. The facility is extremely clean and the staff are the nicest in Arizona. Thank you for today's experience.
The app tells you to show up 15 minutes early for your appointment for the check in process. I was running behind and showed up 10 minutes early, still relatively on time, but regardless I get yelled at for being too early??? What?? If you guys are going to treat your clients who make appointments like crap because "we are causing you to be behind", maybe you should stop taking in walk ins that aren't new, or better manage the app for appointment time selection. It's not MY fault that I'm here on time for
Live the people here they always make me feel like I matter and needed here!! :)
I love this facility! Every time I donate, I am greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The staff is very professional and super friendly. Johanna, Lexi, and Mac are my girls and I enjoy our conversations. I always look forward to saving a life surrounded by such amazing people.
Hannah is a sweet heart! So kind, gentle and patient :) Give that woman a raise she is always smiling!
Making an appointment is mandated but when you arrive on time it will take 30 to 45 minutes to get processed. Another 15 to 30 to actually start donating. This is not a one time issue, it's based on 2 months of data. Grifols needs to staff up in Casa Grande or they will continue to lose donors.
This place really needs work on the promotions given out each month bpl and BioLife have much better payment promos going out for their customers and to be honest since donating over the past few months the wait times have become ridiculous. I get it your short on staff everyone needs to be patient but when you have certain employees not taking their job seriously being rude at times not trained properly on how to perform let alone phlebotomy and still have them on the work floor makes me feel disappointed.
Easy and quick. Nice way to help someone out, and it also pays a little bit which is nice. Been going here for years and never had an issue. Johanna is very nice and always super friendly!
I have been to many donation centers in The U.S this one is by far the best one I have been to. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am loving the new app that you can download, to see all your donations, and to schedule appointments right on your phone! Special shout out to Joanna for always making me smile when I come in! Keep up the good work!
Just finished donating and had the best experience. Joanna is such a great person very friendly and very helpful person. Honestly makes the experience a lot better even if it's a wait a great personality goes a very long way. Thank you Joanna you made my day !
Johanna was the woman who checked my blood pressure, iron, protein, weight and temperature and she was extremely friendly and efficient and helpful. Josephine was the phlebotomist who stuck me and she was amazing, REALLY friendly and professional and I did not feel ANYTHING AT ALL when she put the needle in my arm not even a small pinch. Overall it was a great experience thanks to those 2.
I went on Saturday and had the pleasure of getting Johanna for my vital screen. She is always so happy and helpful. Johanna and Mac are the reasons i keep going back. They make the donation process simple, and enjoyable.
They are dishonest and they are thieves. I went in after not donating for 4.5 months because I got a $25 coupon. They said because it's been so long I have to go through everything again as a new donor but the young lady told me I wouldn't get $100 per donation that new donors get instead it would only be $75 for my next two donations. After donating I showed my coupon at the window and was told they would add it. $75 +$25 is $100 but I look at my card after I left and they only loaded $65. I called every d
Been going to Grifols for about 2 months now. Since my first visit the staff has always been amazing, very helpful. An employee that stands out is Johanna she is always Amazing. She always makes my experience a good one.
First time donor. The center was pretty busy when I arrived. The new donor process took several hours because of how busy the staff were. I received excellent customer service from everyone I encountered that day. Staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Every step was explained and I wasn't hesitant to ask questions. Although my first visit was lengthy, I look forward to the next time I am able to donate. Staff was kind and funny and this made my experience even better.
Fast, organized, courteous, clean, and unlike the other plasma facilities I've been to, they treat you as an individual. An amazingly caring atmosphere. Stephen, Johana, Tina, Melissa, and numerous others have treated me so well.
I have been Donating here at grifols for awhile now and I gotta say i enjoy my little time here in the process of donating. Everyone's always welcoming, Like Johanna. I believe she makes people's days without even knowing it by just greeting everyone with a smile and getting people ready to donate. Such an awesome person and employee here at grifols.
the staff was super friendly and helpful. they make the process go smoothly and make you feel comfortable. they were always willing to answer any questions you might of had. this was the 1st place I've been to where I didnt encounter anyone rude so that is a plus.
I am always comfortable at Grifol?s Biomat Casa Grande. Mac is amazing. The music is on point! The people are always a reason to come back plus you provide a service to a stranger which makes you feel really good.
Great crew, at this point I've been going so long they all feel like family? soft touch don't even feel needle goin in & they are always with smiles & great spirits?always look forward to seeing them
Tina is great !! She's always helped me, and went the extra mile . Wonderful person and makes me feel calm and relaxed. Just a great experience working with her. She's the only one I want working on me.
This center is great! Management actually takes the time to talk to you now. The employees are great and dedicated to their job. This will be my home center! Thanks for raising the fees finally.
Casey is great. I usually get her atleast once a week and I enjoy our few min of conversation each week. I used to go to csl in Tempe decided to give bpl a try back when they first opened up and I'm glad I did. Very friendly staff.
Everyone is always so friendly and full of smiles...Kylynn ,Tina P., Kristy, CarlaMarie & Andrew are all awesome and make the visit worth coming and spending 1 or less hrs to donate. Always got GOOD music playing too ??! Love the vibe from everyone once u walk through the door!
I had an issue on my last donation. Team member Jeanette Q. took care of the situation like a champ. I was considering whether to donate anymore but with the attention and expertise I received from Jeanette Q. I feel comfortable continuing. Jeanette Q. should be in a leadership role with the expertise she displayed. All in all a good atmosphere at the center. Andrew has a good team
The waiting is ridiculous! I was there from 11am - 4pm not worth the $75. There has to be a better way to get New Donors through in less than 5hrs. Most of the staff was great but the person doing my intake forgot about me & wasn't very friendly. The class of donors at this particular spot is also a deterrent for me, having to sit by or near people who look & smell like they have not bathed in days or longer (bathing should be a requirement & having clean clothes).
Everytime I come here I'm greeted and treated very kindly. I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to support a good cause and make some extra money. I love we get extra bonus as well whoever came up with a wonderful idea your awesome ??
The staff are very nice. They all speak when you come in and everyone there just has a positive attitude. The build is very clean and organized. I enjoy my time when I'm there.
Tina K is my new homie it's chill environment. All employees are very kind and professional. The only downfall is Friday's tend to be very busy and it can take a few hours to donate. K Lynn is also very sweet and welcoming Kayla is pretty awesome as well. Boy casa Grande is also very clean which is nice!
The staff is very friendly, and the establishment is very clean. You can tell that everyone really cares about the people they are helping. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.
Everyone here is so nice! Super professional, quick, attentive, informative - everything you would want them to be. Stephen was quick and helpful. Highly recommend!
Seem to be short staffed in late afternoon. The beds are full the employees are working as quick as they can. 100% props to them... Some help from supervisors/management would help. I rate 4 stars because of the floor employees. otherwise I would have given a 2 star
Everytime I come here I'm greeted and treated very kindly. Any questions I have are answered without hesitation. Today I was stuck by Manuel and it was quick accurate and painless. I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to support a good cause and make some extra money.
I always look forward to donating, it's a win win situation helping others and I receive support as well, it's a excellent source of support! The staff is professional, funny, helpful & clean facility. This place is awesome! Thank all of you at BPL ???
I am a big, huge chicken when it comes to needles and blood, but the staff at Biomat in Casa Grande helped make the process smooth and set my mind at ease. From Johanna at the front, doing the initial tests and being super friendly and fun, to Josephine, Mac, Lexi, and the gang making that giant needle feel like nothing more than a routine blood draw. I highly recommend them.
Just started donating recently. I have had a positive experience. All of the staff has been professional and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns I've had were promptly addressed.
Nice atmosphere and friendly place. Very caring employees. Some days are quicker than others but overall they do a great job.
From never in my life donating anything to have come across this place . Was a Wonderful First time Experience, I am now a faithful donor . The staff there are Good people and make you feel welcomed every time .( like any good business they get busy but they still work hard to satisfy every single person that walks in there doors) So hats off to you CG staff - you got 1 fan Grateful for all you hard work on a daily and it shows !! Sincerely, A Satisfied customer - 100%
I have been donating at Grifols for a few years now (back when it was still BPL!) and let me tell you the staff here is fabulous! Everyone is polite and nice, even when it is busy and stressful for them! When I get screened I am always hoping I will get Johanna! She is so sweet and always remembers me and asks me about my boyfriend and dogs! Another shout out has to go to Logen, Mac, and Lexi! These three phlebotomist always hit my vein and I never feel a thing!! Staff here is A+++
The Staff is Amazing at Everything they do!! There is no place better than BPL when it comes to Customer Service and as far as clean location goes you could eat off the floor that place is so clean!! I Love this Place they truly treat me like Family ??
Johanna was very friendly and made the check in process super quick and easy. It's always clean when visiting the Casa Grande location.
Visits are always pleasent and k-Lynn is great and always friendly and Danielle is always pleasent and friendly. Ysenia has a great attitude always friendly and kind, and also knows how to socialize with all. Just a great person all the way around. And her new haircut looks great on her but she can pull off any look.
Best experience I've ever had donating plasma. The staff is friendly and seem genuinely happy to see/help you. I have some finicky veins and they nearly always poke me easily the first time. Great phlebotomists!
I've been a donor here over 2 years have witnessed changes in the name grateful biomat and ownership I've grown to know the staff like Tina, debbie, Kaven many more of the staff that's been there since the start they are polite and courteous the place is clean just recently met Jo she seems like a great fit. due to the new scheduling I feel can use improvement I believe weekly donors should be priority if they are weekly regular donors on time or 5 minutes early should be able to use the kiosk be screened i
I have been donating for about 6 months now and I have had a pleasant experience every time. The staff are friendly and who doesn't enjoy a little extra money in their pockets.
The staff here is very friendly and caring. They definitely take pride in what they do. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here to donate.
Everyone's been great. They try to get you in and out of there as quickly as possible, while never compromising standard of care to do so. Plus they are open 7 days a week, mornings and evenings so it really helps with the crowds. Thanks!
Intake takes a few hours, which is normal for first timers. I have gone a couple times and had no problems with staff. If you feel sick or lightheaded they are very attentive to make sure you are ok. Make sure to eat a good meal before hand and wait at least 4 hours before ingesting caffeinated drinks (tea, soda, coffee etc). The staff is very good, and as long as you have patience with wait time you will be fine. It's a quick way to earn $20-50.
Everyone is really great here! They always make sure you're well taken care of, and make sure you leave feeling well. I really like Danielle, Colton, Sam, Philip, Andrew, Neika, Kimo, K-Lynn, and the Tinas. There are a few others that I don't remember the names of, sorry guys!
It is an Amazing Facility, can get in an out in about hr usually. Johanna is nice and always greets everyone with a smile
Great experience as always! Something out of their power, but I had some issues getting the funds on my card the same day. It came in the following day, which was more at fault with the card company.
Very rude employees with exception to Steven... The woman who work here are unfriendly and when they speak to you they treat you like you're stupid. I really wish there was another donation center in casa grande. I wouldnt donate if I didnt need the money, but with that said I still deserve respect when spoken too. What these employees dont realize is no customer's no paycheck. Time to get new employees!!!!!
Great team here. Very professional, the employees are genuinely enjoy working with each other. I look forward to seeing these folks twice a week.
The staff here is amazing from K-Lynn, Colton and everyone at the front to get you in to Kristy, Andrew, Alicia, Sam, Phillip, Tina in the back . Every time I've come it's clean quick and painless sticks! I highly recommend BPL in Casa Grande to EVERYONE!
Appreciate that the wait is for safety not incompetence. I feel better knowing there are strict guidelines and structure to the donation process for all those involved. The facility is clean, well run, with friendly staff. Those I have encountered with a less than friendly attitude, are due to the overflow of ppl they need to be able to weed out and tell no to. I've seen very rude ppl trying to donate, and loiter and needing to be asked to leave the facility. And those workers encountering said ppl have mai
I just want to give Tina a shout out for always helping the other associates when patients need a needle adjustment. She always seems to place the needle in it's exact position. Thanks Tina for being such an amazing asset to BPL
I have very deep challenging vaines the staff here have been wonderful helping me I have made several donations know and plan on donating more to come
Hey just wanna say thank you tina for your warm welcome every time i come donate and big smiles and for Philip ur awesome, You are very nice person and thank u for needle stick your great ...Keep smiling . Rest of staff is friendly as well . Great people :) oh yeah love the reggae music when played. ??
What a great place to help others, and make extra cash. The staff are very friendly and informative as well. Mel is awesome at what she does!
Always a pleasure to go in there, everyone is always friendly with me... Carla is a fav i like goin to her, but this last time K-Lynn helped me, she always makes me feel comfortable..
Everyone is very friendly and caring. It can get rather busy so expect each donation to take 2-3hrs. It is a great opportunity to help those in need and put a few extra dollars in your pocket.
I've gone to other plasma places in the past but this center is my favorite. Awesome staff and an easy system. I've never had a problem going in there and even the managers will talk to you. I've my favorites as far as staff go as they are just the bee's knees.
BPL Plasma in Casa Grande, AZ is a fun and relaxing place to donate plasma with some of the best employees around. They really know their stuff when it comes to using the machines and some of the best bedside manners I've encountered. The customer service I have received from this place is excellent. If you have a problem with something or someone, letting someone know as soon possible will result in the problem being rectified quickly. I love coming to this.
I've enjoyed watching BPL CG transform into such a wonderful place to come and donate. They've improved on each and every inconvenience since they opened . Klynn, Tina, Ysenia, Kino, Kristy and Alicia are among my favorites there. They are ALWAYS cheerful and welcoming.
CASA GRANDE RESIDENCE ONLY
Been donating for a few months, and it's a really great place. The process is simple and easy, the workers are super friendly and good at their job, shout-out to Johanna.
It was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Johanna was amazing and made me feel calm and at ease. Thanks Johanna!
I did not pass the last test. The Blood/Iron test. Your people informed me that I had too low an Iron content in my blood. I was there for hours, and just before I went to the donation area, your guy said "oops, we forgot the Iron test". That's all she wrote I have since had no problems with my iron levels. My doctor checked me out a week later and said I was fine now. That I have great Iron levels. I can come back, please let me know the best time and day of the week, I'll be there Thanks!
The girls in the frount are very friendly and always in a fantastic mood. Place is well kept up if u have any problems Tina K is there to answer any questions.
My first time at BPL Casa Grande was smooth, easy and without a hitch. Initial visit got me started and on the bed within an hour! and no B.S like you get in the valley, needless to say I was impressed and will be back regularly, and they have cool drawings and spiffs for regulars. They will pay you $50 on your 1st 5 visits which is great becausee Im starting a new job and this is gonna be perfect for gas money while Im waiting for a first check!
The best place to be. Helping one another by donating not to mention also helping yourself. Love the staff there. Not always a long line like it used to be but the major changes since I been back to donating!!! Love this place
very clean business, staff is so polite and professional.. Johanna is awesome always have a good laugh with her.
Ari is an Awesome young woman. She's very professional and answers all my questions. She brings a lot to the Biomat Family here in Casa Grande, Arizona
Super long lines. Employees at the front desk talking. Only one medical provider. Took an hour just to watch a video. Then told we needed to see the medical provider. There was a gentleman that had been waiting over an hour and a half to see the provider and there were 8 others ahead of us. Not a single smile or hello from anyone there.
New Donor process was too long. It was cold in there. Everyone at this location was super nice and professional and that helped alot with the time frame. Im told after the first time, its quick so I look forward to going back wearing something warm.
The staff is always super nice, i only have an issue with one chick there. It's always clean. I feel comfortable coming here.
Very welcoming place and great way to make extra gas money for the week. If you ever have any issues ask for Moses, he will take care of you in a professional manner.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
