The owner told me to contact them and the website wasn't letting me it all just feels like a scam no matter what they will protect their workers, it's only the young workers being rude and disrespectful I've been trying to contact the manger for days but when I called the lady at the front desk was rude and didn't want to transfer me to the manager she just kept asking why I wanted to talk to the manager and just transferred me to some lady saying she was quality and was being disrespectful and had attitude

Was a very pleasant environment to be in VERY CLEAN staff was helpful to answer any question or concerns! This was first time donating there! Was a far different experience than CSL on East Freeway. Great staff great location but that appointment stuff ruins it . Takes away from the simplicity to walk in check in and go . Everyone?s schedules are different and appointments don't always work . Go else where if you don't set your appointment

The Staff is wonderful. Everyone has a beautiful personality. They treat you with respect and are very helpful. The blood pressure equipment needs to be re evaluated. Half the people coming through were denied for HIGH blood pressure reading. The cups are not adequate for larger arms. My pressure reading was also High. They are truly amazing and loving. Its fast and very well clean. I've been back to only this location due to the atmosphere in the place. I absolutely love it. Juan and Janeth are super amazing my 2 favorites to go to.

My experience at this location is a 10/10. I never had a problem and they get me in and out. The workers are so kind and everyone is so concerned for you when you're on the bed. This location is very clean and not as busy as most.

First of all, they don't have well-trained employees. They told me first that I was going to receive $75 and when I checked the account they only sent $50 I call to the center to ask why and they only give excuses the lady the tell me she don't know about the new rules because she was only one mouth there . Secondly, they stung me twice just because the girl wasn't sure. If you're not sure, talk to someone more trained and let him do it for you.

They new system make it to we're only a few can donate idk what going on up there now but I've came 5 times already n every time it something to where I can't worst experience and I don't recommend coming here I regret it honestly

Always friendly and fast here. Never a line like at other places. Everyone is friendly up front and the people in the back sticking are also friendly. So many people to recommend but I'm forgetful with names; Juan, Lashee & Ericka are the first 3 that come to mind.

The staff there is always pleasant and helpful. I am usually helped promptly. It's NOT a drive through where you pull up, donate and drive off. There is a process and some days it takes longer than other. Be mindful that it's a process for the workers as well. Again, I found the facility and staff to be on point! I donate regularly twice a week for over a year with ZERO negative issues.

The Staff makes the environment very friendly and caring. They explain and acknowledge all questions and concerns the donors have. While all staff members carry themselves as very professional and orderly, they also make donors comfortable, easy to get along with and at ease while donating.

I went to this particular donor center. Staff was extremely kind and started thru the process. I go in for the exam and I had made corrections on the kiosk when I told the technician Taylor about my dementia diagnosis and told her I could not remember the names of meds I take. I understand you have to follow A.D.A. PROTOCOLS. not to go thru an inquisition. She called the pharmacy and got the info on the meds I take. Then she tells me she needs to talk to the office doctor since she found nothing in her bind

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever experienced, after years at other facilities this is the worst. The manager?s condescending attitude towards client concerns are repulsive. After a gap in donations the hub app sends come back coupons. At first,I thought it was from my previous donation site. For several years I have been denied due to small veins. Whatever. I get it. But you need to fully train your staff. I was trying to donate again today after no luck the previous week. The first time I tried to donate I wasn't married so the name in the system is my maiden name. Last week I came with my social, ID and proof of address. Ima be real. I came to register & everything on my first day. I was there for 3 hours just for them to tell my my veins are too small. Walking in, I was quickly greeted with a friendly smile and assisted immediately. Overall this is my favorite location and I would definitely recommend this donating center to anyone. Every person I came in contact with was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

Horrible customer service. Rude and ghetto employees. New donor and wont be returning no matter what the pay is. Phlebotomist dropped needle on floor and picked it up and tried to use it on me. Absolutely not. Spoke to a guy in management and he was just about as unprofessional as they come then tried to offer me $5 because of them trying to use a dirty needle. Be careful if you use them!

Be careful... They advertise bonuses for the 8th week of the month ?? Then when the time comes; The manger explains that it was all a MISUNDERSTANDING#SORRY!??Very Disappointed Well actually it's worse than THAT. Was "helped" by 4 staff members who all confused each other, topped off with Roy Stevens (a manager, I guess?) saying I need to go register at my school. I'm graduating and not going back to school, this is my home. Very rude woman behind the desk, refused to grant a referral bonus, besides that the machines are very dated and the workers are mostly very unskilled. Two workers stand out and request them unless you want someone digging around in your arm with a needle for ten minutes. Using BPL Plasma was an all around good experience. They were exactly as advertised. The staff was helpful,friendly,and knowledgable, they really put you at ease with the whole process. I'm glad that l used them, and l will gladly use then again, and soon.

Not happy at all I called September 29 inquiring about donating the lady I spoke to said to wait until Friday oct 1 they had a new incentive for new donors she said it would pay $150 for the first 2 donations only to go threw the entire process and they only compensate me $100 not the $150 promised I called and a man said he could only give me $20 not the $50 because the incentive didn't start until oct 4th when clearly their advertisement doesn't say that.

Bpl holds a high standard on safety and cleanliness. They also treat everyone kind and with respect. I'm always in and out on a timely matter. I'm not going to lie during the beginning of the Covid pandemic I was a little leery of donating, but I decided to come back to see the precautions that were being taken during the pandemic. I highly recommend this facility, the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns. Also, they try their best to get all donors in and out as quick as possible regardless of how busy it can be sometimes.

I have been donating Plasma for a couple of years and I look at it as a part-time job. The worker's here are exceptional, they make you feel comfortable and explain everything to you before you even get started

Clean facility, excellent and friendly staff, they can be a bit busy on Monday's, but still not too long of a wait. There's not too many better ways to help people and pick up a little cash on the side.

Ok first time to do this....... wasted 3.5hrs with nothing to show for it..... I'm reluctant to try it again, but I said I was going to go back next day so I will update after tomorrow's try..... it will be either a 5 or a 1....... right now, I will leave it at a 2... everyone was friendly and apologetic for wasted time today and hopefully all kinks is worked out for tomorrow's trip.

Being a first time donor I'm not sure if I'm gonna do it again. I was made to feel as if I was the reason the machine didn't work and when the process couldn't be completed, they were to return the blood back to my body the machine couldn't do that, but I was still made to feel as if I was the reason. I've been donating here for years now. It is nearly always a smooth experience, and you get quite a bit of money for it! Would recommend.

It makes no sense that EVERYONE gets a punch card to get punched out on their first 5 donations but they have a spin wheel to spin on your 5th donation but cant spin it bcuz you can only pick one or the other?? So why even offer it if NOBODY can spin it?? I keep getting told different things & hear of other donors getting the same things i should have got too. Its aggrivating.

If your going to donate blood I would suggest u not to come to this place they have unqualified people working here that don't know what they are doing. They will probably make you pass out because they do not follow correct protocol and restrooms were very dirty !

By far the best plasma center in Houston. Pays the best out of all the plasma centers in Houston. Vernon knows how to run the show. Well staffed and quick service. I'm in and out in an hour and a half on Wednesdays and Fridays.

I really just gave these ppl 1 pint of my invaluable plasma for $30 I know I won't make a difference but if all steps up and not donate here I'm 100 percent sure we make a change we not cracks heads we ppl tryna get by in life
