I have been to almost all the other donation facilities and this by far is the best on the south side. They are fast and efficient whenever I come for my scheduled appointment. I've been coming for nearly two months now and every time they improve their process and get me in and out faster. The staff is incredibly professional. I'm very disappointed that no one there checked to see if I made it home on the bus after losing all that blood on my clothes and shoes, and on the floor from the draw area to the restroom back to draw area. I was bleeding undetected when I doned my jacket at chair. That meant the second I bent my arm, most likely the bleeding began I detected the blood running down my arm while I was at toilet! Unorganized, unprofessional, and understaffed. While some of the staff can be nice and are doing the best to work with the situation at hand, it's just not sustainable given the depleted workforce and heavy workload. Wait times are outrageous and yet there is no system in place to deny new appointments being set in order to manage the workflows and make wait times reasonable for donors. These people don't like to unhook you from the machine when you tell them it hurts, They try to get too much blood from you causing your arms to bruise severely, they are supposed to pay according to your weight, if I'm over 200lbs they are suppose to pay more than $55 dollars. So yes they underpay, They are very ghetto, easy for them to lie on you and defer you for a lie the staff told.

I will not be returning to this location, very unprofessional, it was a fairly quick process but the staff was saying inappropriate comments (?it smells like chest hair?) and kept repeating it, that was very unnecessary and I had to leave, I definitely did not feel comfortable.

I been going to Grifols Biomat on 95th for about a year.NO PROBLEMS Soooo now I was told do I agree to give extra samples of blood for other tests. I asked was it mandatory and or was we getting paid for it. No, for both questions was they answer. Now since than, I have been deferred from the center and this is my forth blood donation I have to give up. These people are such a joke.?? THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO THERE, Do your Research

This is a very great plasma donation center to contribute to donating having a impact to save lives. I would highly recommend any individual to come to this location to donate plasma to help save innocent lives in need.

Calvin and Natalie are two of the best pokers they have. If you come in and act like a normal person they are super professional with you. I recently started donating at grifols and I just love them so much. I used to donate at other places like CSL and Octapharma but the staff were generally rude and it would take hours to donate. At grifols I'm in and out in about an hour from start to finish. Also the staff are very polite and professional. The manager is always readily available if I have any questions. The lady's and man at the center is off the chain. They come to work to work with a smile they are happy to br there and you can feel that. Very professional, very polite it's a shame I can't go there because I moved. However, times can vary, sometimes busy sometimes not. When it's busy I've been there 3 hours before, but people are cool, playing music and the atmosphere is loving.

They have a few kinks to work out before they get the fifth star, however the overall customer experience is a good one. Some of the clients an be very rude and over-the-top which is why off-duty police are security. The staff is caring and responsive and always straight forward.

I come here regularly and they never seem to have order. The process is always long whether your an old donor or a new one. Staff members always seem to have an attitude and the time they communicate in your world think you were their child.

Let me just say Linda is a shining star at Grifols. She is patient, funny and professional. I came in and had a issue and she quickly resolved it. She did not complain or anything just smiled the entire time and made sure my exsprience was great. The only reason I am giving a 4 star and not a 5 is because they need to start answering phone calls more often and they need to find a better way to schedule appointments. Other then that this place is clean with a welcoming staff that works very hard.

I was humiliated by this facility. I went in as a new donor and was told that I had an odor I didn't! I spoke to the manager at this point I had a 2nd person smelling my armpits & chest I didn't smell. If I had an odor you wouldn't have to do all that to try to figure it out you would just be able to smell me. I'm Hispanic I feel discriminated against! It's a shame I can't even donate blood in peace.

95 st plasma center staff are all ROCK STARS absolutely amazing folks! From the min you walk in, you are greeted with smiles under the mask and from the time u check in and to donation bed it's smooth transition even upon leaving center. Dnt know why they so happy at work, they must like it there. You are in good hands; you can feel the mood in the room set and the music helps them focus making you feel relax and want to return for sure.

I have been coming here for years and I have never had a problem with being paid or with people having an attitude . Mainly you should pay close attention to directions and listen out for your name which will be called thru out your donation process . You should bring your headphones if you need to use or listen to your phone and other then that your visit should be as all my visits have been ,smooth sailing , why I am making an appointment now and remember to smile it's contagious ....GKJ

Has to be the worst place I've been to donate. The process took forever, although the staff was very nice. the place is being ran very poorly, overstaffed but it seems no one is in charge.. went in for my first stick which is already a drag, waiting for the needle to hit ur vain.. the lobotomist missed my vain then had someone else remove the needle and restick me which has never happened before. This place is not going to be here for long. They keep going up on their new donor pay to try and get more people to come because the people who go there usually never come back. Honestly I thought I'd have an issue and I didn't. I came here a few years after visiting there sister donor site on 87th and this place was so much smoother faster and helpful than 87th. I can't lie it's clean quiet they friendly staff and and Quick. Returning donors are out in under 2 hours and new donor it took me 4 hour compare to ALL DAY at there sister site.

I was told today the reason we have to stand after we sign in is because the center manager wants us to. People with canes have been standing for at least 45min to donate. I left w/out donating after standing for an hr my self

This place is so freaking unprofessional rude to the people who donated I've seen ppl almost get into fights due to them being rude. Yesterday the pay system was down ppl kept donating I had to wait until the next day. To get paid just to not be paid F this place.

This is my first time. Donating blood and plasma. And i am overwhelmed with the service i got from everyone there. They treated me with respect and walked me through each process. I called to ask some questions about their process. The second someone picked up they said they were putting me on hold. I said ok. They had me waiting on the phone for 40 minutes before I hung up. I'm sorry but if it takes 40+ for a simple phone call I don't want to see how long it is for a donation.

It's a very social place but, my 2nd experience ever here or any plasma bank for that matter my arm is swollen bruised on several sides guy tried returning blood after relocating needle watched arm swell up asked they said it was alright blood just went around my veinarm swollen barely useable and they gave ice pack and didn't receive full funds. Been cool with me so far and I'm 8 donation's in so I'm feeling good about them so far. Clean, professional, cool and sometimes entertaining environment I give it a 10 for me.

Two stars for biomat they messed up both arms and told me I get the lowest amount. They wasn't able to return my blood and both arms were hurting for days after. This is unacceptable I couldn't work with both arms so sore this situation caused me more trouble than what it was worth. Not to mention the lack of passion for the people they harm. My last visit was horrible never again.

Terrible! If your a new donor you'll be waiting almost 3 hours before even being called to fill out paperwork. Then you have to wait another 2 hours to see the nurse and then another hour before being placed on a bed.. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Unprofessional they give you the run around and tell you to come on another day when they are not accepting people, I lost gas going there just to wait at 7am to get told by staff that there's nothing they can do after 9:30 am wow now I'm stranded with a car out of gas.

This place has the best staff I've ever seen at a donation center except for one but you can't be perfect I just tuned her out she'll be gone because she sticks out like a sore thumb but other than that they make sure you are comfortable as possible very very polite.

I've recently used the Biomat USA facility on 95th and Jeffrey and I was pleasantly surprised by staffs professionalism and upbeat manner in taking care of business and I would recommend them to anybody who is interested.

Twice they have messed up my arms, always short staffed, don't know what they are doing, it always takes 4 hours just to donate and its not worth the money at the end of the day.. terrible place with a rude staff..

I received a text that stated " new and returning donors who have not donated in 6 months or more would receive a bonus if $100.00 on top of the base pay". When it was time to pay up they said it was for returning donors only. Cheated 6 people that I know personally out of $100.00 each.
