Great employees, Ruben was friendly & fast. The front people are always nice. Usually in & out before I expect but well taken care every time I come.

I highly recommend Biomat USA.. The staff is really cautious about the well being of there clients. They are all great at what they do. But I want to give special thanks to Vere , it was a problem with my arm to where I felt defeated.This young lady came in the office explain in detail, vein check made a decision then also did the sticking. They advertise "Walk-ins" but when I walked in they told me I had to make an appointment. Went back for the appointment at 3:30 by 5:25 they called me over to check my height. THEN because of meds. I was on for"normal" conditions...they told me I had to have a Drs. Note.. so after MUCH FRUSTRATION at 5:45 I FINALLY JUST WALKED OUT! because I didn't feel like it's worth my time and effort for what little money you get from them. Nice personal,but lately they been very busy and they don't have enough People working,in the morning they only have 2 People checking in and the waiting time is awful, I don't understant why they have7 Windows to check in and there only using 2 to check in??

They do not follow policy at this location. I had to re-do a physical even though it had been 6 months. Nidia was not helpful and had no knowledge of policy. YESENIA Q was the supervisor on the floor but stayed in the back the whole time and did not help the Front when I requested her. This is extremely unprofessional and makes me question the credibility of this location. Do Better NIDIA but mostly YESENIA since youre a supervisor, so act like one.

Good payouts, horrible check in process though. They call your name to get you to the check in desks and put the quietest people up there, and they only call once and knock you out of line. Then you have to check in again and wait behind all the people who checked in after you. Biolife does checking in so much better so this never happens.

DEENA WAS A GOD SENT ANGEL I was lucky enough to get her as my phlebotomist for the second time in a row , my last visit it took 3 people attempting to find my vein then finally deena arrived and found it in one shot she saved my donation and I wasn't sent home like I have been before because they couldn't find a vein , now 07/7/23 deena was my phlebotomist she found my vein in one shot I was mind blown ! Very happy with her service I hope I get her again next visit this lady knows what she's doing ! Thank

Staff is friendly no complaints there, but sometimes it's really slow because either they don't have enough employees or hire unreliable staff that constantly are calling out and management doesn't do what they have to. Recently the donation floor is really busy and the employees at the booth talk way to much between them, seriously this is a business you need to stop this and actually work you shouldn't make people wait for you to finish your conversations. Honestly, am fraid of needles, each time I see one, I start getting nervous (not that much but is still something I dont like feeling) the employees make you feel safe and that they will make what's possible for you to be comfortable while you're donating, 10/10 experience, great job.

If I could leave negativity stars I would. They had me waiting in a lobby for an hour and a half. new people came and went before I even got my paperwork all of this just for them to tell me that they couldn't take my plasma. I was wearing a short sleeve which shows my month old tattoo. I saw the front lady look at it and she didn't even think to ask about how old it was or any of my tattoos. -10/10 Would not recommend especially if your short tempered and don't like to waste your time.

I used to donate at Octapharma for a long time and now I go here. Here is great. They run things very smoothly even when it's busy. And the staff is really sweet and kind. They make you feel at ease. I used to have to wait forever at the other center and it was just a bad atmosphere at times.

I've been going this place for several months now. The staff if amazing. They are all very friendly. Specially the ones in the back. Benito, Lori, Alyssa, Laura, Stephan and Lexsi, this crew always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and everything goes smooth. They always greet me and everyone else with a smile.

They Dont even have registered nurses doing the blood drawing.which is ridiculous. Never going back ! Be careful guys , Pretty sketched out after learning that directly from a worker!! dont usually do reviews but I had to for this place. The first time was smooth ,second time they really poked up my arm and made it bruise and hurts a bit.

I have been donating over 1+ yrs now at the same location since day one. I would recommend this location to everyone, it's nice, clean and I feel safe donating here. Great customer service but pay less than all the other donations centers they drop there donation price to $75 because they have a lot of traffic from people off the trolley also they don't accept walk-ins like other donations centers do.

Great place to donate, the first donation could be improved but after the first one it's all smooth sailing. Lujan is one of the best, she makes the experience more comfortable than it already is. Hope the management take notice how hard working she is.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! they make you jump through hoops if you're honest about medication you are prescribed by your PCP. I had two medical assessment forms filled out and they still would not accept the forms even though my doctors approved me to donate. Do not go here.

I really enjoy donating at this location. Everything is always clean and tidy and everyone who has helped me have all been very kind and professional. The donation process is usually seamless and efficient and the employees definitely make sure that each patient is handled with as much care as possible.

Going here has been a good experience. I forgot to rate them. Vanessa gave me a card to remind me. Going here isn't about the monetary compensation. Because there are many ways to make an easy dime in San Diego. Helping others is first. This is not a easy business to run nor is it a easy business to start up. Entrepreneurs open up franchises everyday. 711's, JBTB's, subways, etc. But to open a business that deals blood products that people need to live and/or sustained life, much different.

The staff is friendly. Some staff member forget they touch other objects or there mouths then touch you. 1) star minus is for the prepaid card cash would be better. You really don't the full amount because you get charged per transaction. Nor can you withdraw the full amount from the bank. 2) it says you can go 2 times in 7 days which is false. You can go twice a week. So if you go on a Monday skip a day and go on Wednesday. So now Monday's and Wednesday's are your set days.

I have been coming to biomat for a couple yrs. Over the past few months they have continually decreased our value of compensation, yet they still require the same amount of plasma. Its to the point where i don't intend to return for 35,75 when i used to make more, and i can make more at any other clinic but here. Some of the nurses there don't know how to talk to anyone,talk to you like you have common sense. I really don't like going there,too many bad experiences.Not going back here, I was set up by the nurse.Sat there for 20 minutes,nothing moving on the machine. I told them something was wrong, which they came and looked at then walked off. So I kept telling them that it wasn't working another nurse came over to adjust it,so it started working.So for 20 minutes I was sitting there with a needle in my arm wrong.

Excellent establishment, it's an excellent way to make some extra cash, the workers there are very friendly and I have never had any issues. Shoutout to Dina for her hard work and friendly way of being. I highly recommend.

I used to donate about a year ago, then stopped but came back around December. A high rise in the number of people now as compared to before (due to COVID restrictions being released) The company's acknowledged that and has hired more staff to help alleviate the multitude of new donators. Staff's really helpful and friendly, I enjoy my time talking to all of them during the duration of the donating process and just making everything run as smooth as possible. I'm a regular here, but lately the donation time has been taking 2 1/2 -3 hours. I don't know if it's short staff or because they aren't limiting appointment time slots. I can't even stick around to donate, because I'm sitting at the front waiting area for at least 45 min to an hour. I'm super frustrated. The employees are great but it's just been slower service lately.

I like this place after your first visit it's pretty fast. The staff is friendly had a lil issue today with one of the girls who had an attitude for no reason other than I asked for a different color wrap( didn't want Bright pink) and she got mad but other than that place is great no complaints. If anything need to be changed it would be keep wrap simple and nuetral lol and find away to keep folders in order when going to the back so u can be called in the order received...

Best Plasma Donation Center in San Diego by farrr, great staff very nice and knowledgeable in their profession. I've been donating plasma for years at different centers and this one Is easily the best. Ive never experienced anything bad here. 10/10 I would recommend.

My son takes a weekly infusion of medicine made from plasma. Because of that and how grateful I am for the people who donate I come twice a week myself. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. It is honestly my relaxing time of the week. I sit and listen to a podcast while donating and no kids are asking me for anything. The money is great too and allows me to contribute financially to our family being a stay at home mom.

All staff here are so friendly, fast and efficient. They are so knowledgeable and very grateful for your donation! You feel so good leaving because you contributed to a great cause.

Most of the team is amazing. The only concern is the ?appointment system?. People who arrive more than the permitted 15min policy get the advantage over those who arrive on time or even 5-10 mins early. There has been instances in which I waited about an hour and 20mins from my appointment time. Because you have those who arrive 30+ mins late to their original appointment. If then, why would you have an appointment system if people still do walkings. Those people who arrive late should be pushed to the end

I've been trying for a month to bee seen as a new patient and everytime I make it there at least 3 to 3 1/2 hours before closing and they say procedure can take up to 3 hours and either no nurse available or too many new patients and that nurses leave early, so does that mean no nurses in the evening.. Seriously we have jobs and on several occasions I've I've gotten off work early to get there a bit earlier and still they tell me not enough nurses or to many new patients and that I cant be helped on that

it's a good place to donate but the only thing sometimes I don't feel like going is because you spend 1 to 1:1/2 hours in here. Most of the time some workers take there time to come and check if you are done donating they are chatting, is like some of them don't like what they do. Some workers do great and they are super nice and actually work. But I don't appreciate them doing this, they should be more Profesional and i think Supervisor should look closer to this many persons will be thankful for that. H

Love how all workers make sure everyone thats donating are in a very safe environment and situations! All staff are very polite and friendly love the way how they always check in on you to make sure you're okay.

Do not waste your time here. You'll wait several hours and risk all kinds of complications (which you have to waive their liability for) just so they can pay you pennies on their dollar for your plasma. The wait isn't because it just takes a while either; they are short staffed, which means their management has decided they don't value our time or plasma enough to adequately staff their collection center. If you want some extra money, just drive for DoorDash or something.

This place does what it says. However once you are donor here for a while they send text with promotions saying you will get 100 dollars for you next donation but once they have the needle in your arm they say the promotional flyer was wrong and that rate is for new donors. I do think its wrong to lure people in with a false promise of more money when they really need it. A lot of the times those promotional offers are the reasons people show up. Good place seems clean. Must wear mask upon entry and scan the Q code at the front desk fill out paperwork on the phone and just wait to be called. They have the slimy kind of sanitizer at the entry beware.

Complete waste of time and gas... called for information before going in for the first time time and the lady said just show up with your ID. I show up the next day around 1pm and the person behind the desk said that it's already too late, but that I can come in tomorrow any time as long as it is before 12. So I show up the next day at 10:30am and I'm told the exact same thing and to try again the next day before 9am. JUSTIN is just not a good worker maybe just whenever i go. He is always talking with girls just walking around is really sad how you come here to donate and it seems like they dont appreciate and i mean the worker not the rest of the personal. The other ladies are nice. But i dont appreciate how JUSTIN is always just wasting our time is not only me whenever we go out with my friends that also donate in this location they agree.

This is a good place to have the donation done. However be careful because the facility is near a well far office and a trolley station so beware of homeless and characters of bad intentions. But dont let me scare you. Also staff is very nice, and any bad reviews you read are most likely form angry people who could not donate.

This place hires bad attitude half done employees. The managers take care of the workers more then the Patients. Im going back to Octapharma they pay more and treat you better. Last time the worker was rude and kept walking away from me as I was waiting to be taped up.
