Customer Reviews

Elijah was very helpful and quick while also being personable. He did great at putting the IV in and made sure to check on me periodically. Highly recommend!

I love this place I've been coming here for two years. I just hate how when you have an appointment set up for a certain time and your screening don't start then it's way after and you will be seen after donors who have not scheduled an appointment I just don't understand that. I feel like if you have a certain time you should been seen at that time.

ENTIRE staff is very professional. They always make you feel like family. Special shout out to Dannie, Elijah, Megan, and Lab. Everyone is wonderful

Very friendly place to come to. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome every time. Big shout out to Eli and Gina both are very friendly and professional.

Very friendly place to come and well organized, also a BIG SHOUT OUT TO Elijah for being so professional and very kind. His good spirit makes this place shine!!! Thank you ??

Eli was very kind to me and provided me with excellent service and accommodated me with all my needs and made sure my experience was a great one

Eli was very outgoing & funny! A ball of energy and very hilarious 10/10 recommend!

Why have an appointment if it takes 30 minutes to get you started once your seated. Too many have an attitude around here. Stay home if you don't want to work..

A great experience every time I donate, Elijah is the best

I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Everyone there is so friendly and caring. My son and I have been going there for a couple years now and I have to say I love everyone there but one of the employee has my heart. I hope Grifols know how lucky they are to have Christina. She is absolutely the best she always put a smile on our faces and makes our day. I hope people continue to keep donating even if they lower their pay amount. So many are in need of our plasma donations. I love you all at Grifols.

I was under the impression these people were medical professionals so I tried to be honest and bring up a very simple an common medical problem I have but they were unable to figure it out so I wasted a whole day. Not only were they perplexed and assumptive about simple condition called a fatty liver but they could not even tell me what I needed to bring from my doctor. They wanted me to return the next day to take questions to my doctor. They aren't aware of technology these days apparently. Idk . Definite

Terrible experience, a racist white lady sent me home multiple times to get proof of address when I already had showed it to someone else then I got kicked out program all because she was being racist while I showed her none but respect smh

As a first-time donor, I was impressed by the staff's exceptional professionalism and friendliness. They thoroughly explained the process and maintained excellent communication throughout. While the finger prick for the protein test was slightly more uncomfortable than the needle insertion, this minor discomfort was outweighed by the expertise and skill of the phlebotomists. Go donate now! ?? make sure you eat breakfast before going and stay hydrated. ??

Elijah is a great guy stuck me and didn't even feel it

I'm only giving four stars because it can be super hard to make appointments, but I finally got through. The staff were all pretty nice and had great repertoire with the other donors who were regulars. I had a moment where I didn't feel too great while donating and the staff rushed into action to make me feel more comfortable by fanning me, giving me a cold pack, and a Gatorade while I finished donating. They check on you pretty frequently, especially if you're a new donor which is very nice, and I'm my cas

For the second consecutive time of attempting to donate I have ran out of time and had to leave. Last appointment I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours and had to leave as even if I was called back right then, I wouldn't have had time to finish. Today, same story. My appointment was 8:15, showed up at 8. At 9:30 I left. They didn't even start bringing people back to screen u til after 9. And for the second time in a row. The waiting room was completely full. And the back was pretty much empty. I

This center is actively, and intentionally deferring donors for the clear reason to do less work. And the staff let other donors/fellow co workers know about how proud they are to defer someone for sneezing the wrong way. I'd really, really, love for a corporate office to reach out to me, I'd love to share my experience.

Don't like how they don't allow patients to adjust appointments dates to work around employment schedules. Which makes me feel like they set up those policies in order to some how push the earning eighty dollars on the second appointment a set up for failure cause the restart the week on Mondays.

I have donated over 200x. I'm updating my review because of all the bad reviews. 1st, you can use your cell phone, you just can't go live, you can't take pictures or video, and you can't talk on your phone, someone took my pic one time i got pissed. I didn't say anything but I did to the person, they denied it but I seen the flash, so that what the mean about privacy. 2nd new pt have longer wait times because of background checks, waiting on nurse for exams. It is always busy there, and while they are set

Everything I have seen in the previous reviews is absolutely true the in fighting amongst employees. The center staff being overworked and under staffed! Also my appointment was at 3:30-3:45 I didn't get done until 5:45! On top of that they promise to pay you and it is over two hours later and I have still not received my compensation! Extraordinarily unprofessional! I would consider going there again and others should do the same On top of all that I just checked the prepaid Grifols card again again and m

I've been donating a couple of months. My last donation there was an issue with the machine and the way the girl set up the machine. When time came to recieve my saline the machine alerted there was too much air in the line. Kim took immediate action tried to resolve the issue in several ways keeping calm, smile, and positive attitude. Held my bag upright manually to ensure I received all the saline I needed. I always have positive interactions with her I believe that should be acknowledged. Thanks Kim! ??

This is going to be my last donation here. They have zero respect for their donors time. They have the "appointment" slots on the app, yet there has been multiple times I have showed up to an appointment and sat in the waiting room for over an hour, just to go to the back and it be, maybe, half full. Then today's donation. I showed up 6 minutes early, as the app suggests, and was told to "wait until my appointment time to sign in." There were 3 people in the waiting room. And 7 donating when I made I to t

The people who work here are great! Raychel and Grace are great, and the other employees are friendly and so helpful. The first appointment is a wait, be aware, but this is well worth it. Not only are you helping to advance medical research and save lives but you can make a little extra cash. They are professional and always careful with everything they do.

This is a great way to be compensated for saving a life by donating plasma, and the compensation will be loaded to a MasterCard debit card after each donation is received. The money can be spent on anything and everything ???? Please look into it extra income tax free keep in mind this is a compensation, not a payment it is considered a gratuity for your wonderful efforts ????????

Regardless of the other negative reviews I have seen posted, I had a very good experience. I'm extremely scared of needles because I'm a hard stick. Jacob or Joseph, I can't remember his name, but he got the needle in before I even knew it was happening. Nobody ever gets it the first time and definitely not that easy. The entire staff put me at ease answering all my questions and was extremely polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting some extra money or wanting to help save lives. I

Nice staff, they've improved the wait time immensely, ( which is greatly appreciated), and all the while still making time to laugh and get to know you. Rachel is really nice an professional as are many others, I've only came across one woman who has issues with rudeness and she spreads it to the other staff as well as patients. Despite this rude girl I highly recommend using this service just to help others or help yourself if you're in a financial pinch,no one judges you so help out ????

I have been here twice in the last two weeks. My first time going took right at 4 hrs. I went at 12:00p.m. and my husband went at 12:30p.m. and took him a little longer. I think The staff was very nice and informative. I don't give 5 stars just because I think they were slower than they should've been. They did a lot of goofing off , but honestly if that's what keeps them happy I'd rather it take longer and them be pleasant than to be quick and deal with butt holes LOL . I will continue to go back .

I've seen alot of bad reviews an was hesitant about coming here. I'm so glad I did, the people here are so kind an very sweet. If it's your first visit, yes your gonna be there for a few hrs. They have to make sure your okay to donate, they aren't looking to cause you harm just want to make it as painless as possible. Great group of people here! Plus your donating your plasma for a great cause!

Usually in and out pretty quickly, depending on the amount of donors and staff that day. Recent update to their system sped it up even more. Most of the staff are very friendly and make the experience fun instead of feeling like you're at the doctor/dentist office.

I'm actually sitting here as we speak. My appointment was set for 9am to which I arrived 10 mins early with my sick surgery filled out ready to go. I was called into the back for screening at 910 then sat in the donation chair until 1009 before being hooked up to donate. One nurse came over and asked another about who was next in line to which I explain it was the gentleman next to me, myself, then the guy across from us. The nurse had said she was in a different section and it didn't need to go in order, s

"No Cellphone", but everyone is using one. Oh, no "usage" you mean? Because of patients' sensitive information? But y'all chicken heads talk more $h?t about each other on a good day. "Professional", ha. Don't forget, this company NEEDS us... not the other way around. They under pay you, to over charge others. Remember that!

Lady at the front was very rude to me arguing with me about what time was my lunch then she was saying that my id wasn't matching with my social security card after sitting in the front waiting for nearly a good hour after she saying that I was disqualified because of my unmatched names which I found out that this place had rouches which is very unprofessional place if y'all can't hire an exterminator then y'all should shut down here everyone was Soo rude here ??

I have donated 145 times over 2.5 years. I started in Jacksonville NC. This place has amazing employees in the back that get you set up on the machines. I have never been told, over that last 145 donations that my blood isn't the right color do to eating to much cheese. But this one denied me from donating. Then to top it all off the arrogant nurse was very rude and disrespectful. I was not even given the option to clear my system and come back later in the day. This establishment has a rude staff upfront a

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the worst plasma center I have absolutely EVER been too. DO NOT come to this center unless you have 7 hours to wait for the staff to get you through and hooked up to donate. Even though you just have to sign in, read a booklet, get your physical and give plasma it'll take 7 hours. Maybe 6. Don't listen to the lie of 2-4 hours. It'll never be that fast here. The staff acts like they could care less about their job or the people there. There has been an o

Yes your first visit will end up being alil long, 4-5 hours, longer than they tell to expect, 2-3 hours. But after your on boarding process your visits are fairly quick, especially if you go during the morning hours. Sometimes people have a bad days at work, this place is no different, and these people work closely together, some attitudes on the floor will flare sometimes, and some donators do not help the cause from what I've seen as well. Overall a great experience.

lady acted completely unprofessional at the desk

The staff is amazing, they are really friendly and make you feel like family. They work fast Never had any problems in the 6 months i've been donating. Brandy, Catalina, Brittany, Kenny, Freddie, Jay, Jasmine they are all amazing :)

The one star is for my intake nurse being such a delight.. the phlebotomists were a disaster, rude, fighting with each other, talking rudely to donors and unable to move quickly when a donor bled out. They were literally throwing things and wasting time while the manager just walked back and forth.. the only professional phlebotomist was Sophie. She did great in me and handled herself respectfully.

The staff is mostly nice but this location moves WAY too slow. I went there for my first time since a few years ago and was there for 5 hours. My first time years ago took awhile but not that long and I remember them being much busier that time. By the time I was on my last draw I felt like I was gonna pass out because it had been 5 hours since I was able to eat anything and they no longer give you a Gatorade when you're done either like they used to. If time management and proficiency were worked on here t

I've been going here for months. The staff is mostly friendly. Every now and again some people will have bad days (like humans do) and they'll be kind of standoffish. I recently moved. My name is not on the utilities, nor am I the owner of the home. I was told to bring proof of address so I could proceed donating. I was told that the change of address letter would work if my name was not on any bills. They changed their mind. Apparently the OFFICIAL CHANGE OF ADDRESS CONFIRMATION LETTER sent by the USPS, th

Long story short, I'd try Freedom Plasma first. Long story long, They tried to defer me for life TWICE bc they didn't input what I put on my "body map" into the computer and said I didn't disclose a piercing I've had for 4 years and another piercing I've had for 10+ years. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc some saint of a women went to the trouble of finding my original actual paperwork and found that I did write them down AND IT WAS IN MY INTAKE PHOTO!!! This isn't the only paperwork problem I've had wi

Management needs to do a better job communicating with scheduled donors when complications arise at the facility that are beyond their control, causing them to close the facility. A simple mass email or text message notifying scheduled donors that the facility will be closed would be sufficient, rather than a note on the front door, after donors have made arrangements to show up for their appointments...wasting time, effort, and gas. It's a huge inconvenience, as well as not being sensitive to the donors' e

Nurses don't even know the difference between silk tape and paper tape. They think they're the same exact thing when they're clearly NOT. 1st time I came, they told me they carried paper tape but they deferred me anyway for a day because they needed to talk to the health manager or whatever they're called. 2nd time I came in, they told me they don't carry paper tape and I couldn't donate. Why keep telling me multiple things? Paper tape is a standard thing. Hospitals, clinics, EVERYWHERE carries paper tape f

Just to let you know it is almost impossible to schedule an appointment. Had a friend go through mandatory testing that took two wks for the results, and when the test came back good we find that it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment even though he called at 7 am like he was told. It's just busy the whole time and when it does go the line just rings and no one answers.

They pride themselves of their customer sevice which was okay. But their wait time is ridiculous I showed up at 9 am and had to leave at 1230 because I had to goto work all of their nurses left for lunch at the same time so there wasn't any staff I had completed about 90 percent of my new patient paperwork and since I had to leave before I was able to donate they said that I would have to start completely over the next time I went in but now I am not going to go back in thank you for your ridiculous wait ti

My first time donating was a great experience! The staff was very nice. It did take a long time for them to process me and get me into their system, but I was also there with a friend who was a first time donor, so I can't really blame them for taking so long. Not to mention if you read on their website - they tell you it will take at the very least 4.5 hours for first time donors. My friend who came with me who also donated, got very nauseas towards the end of her blood drawing. The staff took very good ca

I really don't see how long it really takes to sign in. Get BLOOD drawn. Wait to be called up to the window. They take you to the bed your gonna be assigned to for the day. And took up. I get it that there doing multiple people at once. But it really shouldn't take 60 minutes to get on the machine especially right when they open and your literally the third person walking in the door. And the people there are easy for me to get a long with. But I can see why most people could say there customer service.isnt

They are not taking new donors if they say they are they're lying they'll tell you to call at 7: 00am and to keep calling well I have done that on five occasions and every single time they do not pick up. It will ring and ring I've even called so many times it was 7:40 when I stopped calling. It seems like they are ducking and dodging new donors and it seems like they're lazy when it comes to new donors. So if you want to donate plasma this is definitely NOT the place. They absolutely don't want to do they'

Was a loyal donor in 2020 but had to stop because I got a tattoo and 2 piercings. I waited the 12 months and went back to start donating again but upon my physical portion they asked me an estimated date of my piercings and tattoo. I told them that I don't remember the exact date but I know it was after my last donation that was in November of 2020. They insisted on me giving them a date so I did but because I said a date that was before my last donation date (me not knowing exactly when that date was), the

Just wish when making an appt that you don't have to wait over 45 mins past your appt time to even get called back for the blood sample and usually it's a hour past appt time when your finally sitting on the bed donating. Not always but quite often lately they seem to have overbooked themselves compared to how many beds or workers they have.

Everyone is very friendly. I always have pleasant experiences here. The few times I, or the machine have had a problem, it was always quickly resolved. I feel like I'm under great care with these technicians :)

It's an easy way to put some extra spending money in your wallet, and for a good cause too. Some days I'm in and out in an hour and a half, others it drags sooo slow. I've been stuck waiting to be stuck in a chair for 10+ minutes before with workers standing around joking. I've also tried to say goodmorning or hello and some workers are very friendly, the other half tend to be very cold. About 50/50. Worth the visit, but a little more friendliness and sense of urgency would be nice sometimes.

I've been coming on and off through out the years Everytime I've came back they've gotten better and better . The staff are very professional and extremely just awesome!! during my donation I am very comfortable and I don't care for getting my blood drawn . Just a all around good place to go if you want to some good for someone else

If no star were possible I would?ve chose that this place is a waste of massive time. The staff is rude. I'm honestly appalled just go to Nashville the drive is way more worth it. They don't care why you are donating. I tried several times because my friend has a son with an autoimmune disorder and was told my veins are too deep after my doctor already confirmed my veins are just fine. Basically they just can't find them though they are right there and yes I check with the doctor about a 16 gauge needle! Ho

My review is strictly from the time before donating plasma. I first called this facility approximately 1 week ago, where the directory told me to press a number to schedule an appointment. When I was connected to an associate, I was told that I could not make an appointment and that I would only need to walk in and my initial appointment would only take about 2 and 1/2 hours. During this phone call I also asked if I would be required to bring anything, and I was told that I would only need a form of state I

When you think of donating plasma you'd expect a worm opening environment, but to be honest this had the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The Ladies were very rude and did not listen when I spoke. I drove 45 mins for nothing. They did not let me donate.

Good service good pay good internet. Changing my 5 star review to 1 due to the fact that they reduced payments substantially for regular donors and taking away bonus options. The fact that people cannot make it all the time should not effect the people that do. If the payout at least split the difference from a bonus system to flat payments then I would understand but instead cut the pay by roughly $70 a month.

Quite frustrated with today?s visit! Made a appointment on the hub as usual and came in waited a half a hour to be screened then a hour to see the nurse to find out i answered a questioned wrong??????? I accidentally have done this before but this time they said I would have to go back to get the kiosk then screened again before I can donate so another potential 1 1/2?? to donate??? Why is it hard to donate? It really makes no sense to me. Yes I apparently made a error on a question but before I just saw th

I've been attending Clarksville plasma center for stafof almost 3 month. The staff and people were. great and the furniture that we sat in was comfortable the can be a stickler but I understand that it's there job. I though after two successful donations you received a hundred dollars. I never did and was given the runaround. I'll probably not donate again due to this not being explained in the right way.

Not sure where most of the reviews are coming from, but I've been going for about 3 months now, and honestly the staff is pretty cool. You get in fast. Its clean and quiet. And you get paid... Not sure what else you guys want. Lol. You get around 65 a week on average, (plus specials, monthly events, etc.) For literally sitting in a strange chair thing.. You don't even gotta move. Lol.

I have been going to this center for 8 months. The initial visit did take about 5 hours. They do have the usual problems from time to time. Short/late staff, rushes, computer malfunctions... I am a regular donor now and I am in and out in about an 1:30-2:00 hours. Not bad in my opinion. Over $25/hr for basically nothing.

This people don't even know how to answer a phone call, let alone take your plasma donation. As a business, when your phone rings, you're REQUIRED to answer it. These people DO NOT DO THAT. When you call their number at the exact time they tell you to call, you're greeted with an automated message saying "press one for English or two for Spanish." After you press the number representing your language, you're then given a bunch of "press #" options, but the one you wanna press is two to schedule an appointme

The phone recording and their website say new donors expect to be there for 2 to 3 hrs. This is a complete lie. Their back staff was so incompetent that I seriously questioned if it was everyone's first day ever working. The management had a meeting from10am till after1pm. Forcing all new donors to wait even longer as no-one could be seen while they were in an appt. I watched as one woman was almost rushed out by ambulance cause they wouldn't let her go to the bathroom till someone who was in the meeting wa

I've have been to other centers and I happen to like it here. The staff is nice abd very informative of how the system works when your New to them. It didn't take me no time the first time I went. It was less than two hours. When I had expected four or more. They were happy to answer any question I had. The actual donation process only takes me 30 to 35 mins. So now I'm usually in and out in about a hour. When I used to 3 total visit and 45 mins donating at other centers I used to go too. It has its hiccups

This is the kind of place where you would catch Hepatitis c They won't take blood from a clean homeless person but they have junkies walking in left and right disgusting went to use the restroom and you could smell them meth being smoked former corrections officer i know that smell the health board should close this location

I don't usually do reviews, but for this company I will. I never knew about donating plasma until I received a postcard in the mail. I decided to give it a try on an unexpected off day since the lady told me it could take 2 to 3 hrs on the 1st visit. I went at 10 a.m. was told to come back for an appt. at 12. I went back & waited 3 hrs just for the screening & physical process & still didn't get a chance to donate. I left at 3:30 & they still hadn't attempted to call me to the back. I have a lot of patience

Was told you have to call first thing in the morning when they open to schedule a nurse visit in order to donate yet no one has answered the phones repeatedly. Bad communication. Adding I called at exactly 7am several times with no answer, called every few minutes with no answer. Called again at 7:34 and was told I have to call at 7 to schedule an appointment for the nurse visit even though THAT WAS WHAT I WAS ALREADY DOING AND IF THEY HAD ANSWERED THE OHONE THE FIRST DOZEN TIMES I CALLED MAYBE I WOULD'V

The worst services. They never have spaces available. The fact that you cannot just walk on to donate like other centers is a huge nuisance. You can never get on and when you call at 7 they either don't answer the phone or the lines busy.

The order here is non existent. They absolutely do not respect your time! Coming in at time that can fit your schedule just for the staff to assist other donors who can in after you is absurd. I was told I was assisted this was due ti their ?sections? ridiculous.

For the most of my donations I've been in/out in a hour. The first one was 5 hours. Sometimes they are understaffed, but they try to get you in/out. It's for a good cause and helping others while getting a little spending money.

Best place i can go to talk to amazing people. They always listen. I always come here after work and ask about my day. They take great care of you no matter the situation. I recommend everyone to take time out of your week and go here and donate to help.

This place is the worst and below is why: I went in for the first time last week at 8:30am and waited till they opened at 9. While waiting inside after already signing in out side before they opened it took them an hour and a half hours for them to even call my name so i could show them my documents to even donate. After that i waited for another hour so i could get my picture taken and wait some more before i could do the electronic questionnaire. And then finally after another hour and a half wait i was c

I have been calling all week at 7am, like I was told to do so to schedule and appointment to become a new donor. Didn't get in contact with someone until 7:34am and when I did, they said they were booked for the rest of the day. The phone has not been answered until 7:30 each day I've called. I'm just gonna have to travel to Nashville. I don't understand how they are booked up 30 minutes after they open??

Went in to donate, never have before so when I went in I was looking for a sign on what to do or wait for "can I help you" or a welcome. Literally nothing. I go up to the lady that didn't pat any attention to me so I said hi I've never done this before whatever whatever. She was not focused on me at all when I was talking to her and giving her my information she was looking around and talking to another worker about how she didn't eat lunch yet and again NOT Paying attention to me. After 10 minutes of tryin

I've been coming here on and off for the past 6 years. They always have a nice and dependable staff! Sometimes they're busy and it takes longer than expected but all in all great service!

They mess up the blood drain and bruise my arms everything, then say I can't donate again. I have had great donations before I'm not sure why now no one here knows how to do their jobs right anymore.

Do not trust their website. The website suggests that an appointment isn't needed, which is entirely false. They ONLY take appointments. On top of that, the schedule appointment option on their website DOES NOT work, as stated by Biomat USA Grifols themselves. As stated by Grifols themselves, you MUST call them on the day you want to set up an appointment. You CANNOT set up an appointment ahead of time, only on the day of. In other words, DO NOT TRUST ANY INFORMATION LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE!

I have been donating here for 3 years now everyone is very nice i've never had any problems they are very fast. They get you in and out and they care about the donor's. They even call me when i haven't came in 2 weeks they just wanna know if i'm ok.

I am a want to be new doner but attempting to get an appointment at the Clarksville location is like trying to win concert tickets from the radio. 289 attempted calls. 260 of those were busy signals and the others would ring until my phone cut it off. Started calling at 7 am and finally gave up at 830

Is there a way to put zero stars?!I drove there to get money because I had no gas and no food in my house. Sometimes we just hit a hard spot in life. My boyfriend and I showed up at 1:37pm. I signed us both in and the lady sitting in a chair by the paper doing nothing said we had to wait for the nurse because we were new donors. I got impatient and asked again about when we would be called and was told again we had to wait for the nurse. So we patiently waited. 3pm came and we had watched everyone before us

Would be great if they would be organized and on point for once. Just wasted my time coming in waiting because someone failed to inform me of the physical I needed to take so now I have to reschedule.. It's always something with this place.

I've been contributing for almost a year and its been an amazing experience! They know me and make me feel like a VIP sometimes! Couldn't ask for a more organized facility with professional staff!

First initial process for first timers is 4-5 hours. Not 2.5-3 like we were told. Other than that, it was an easy process. Employees should smile more, it makes the experience better.

Love it! Lots of reviews say the ladies aren't friendly but the more you come, you see they are friendly, they just deal with a lot of weird people all day ??. They are social after you become a regular and always super nice to me!!

I've been a plasma donor for years now. I've been to several different locations in different states and I have to say the this plasma center is the best so far. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They get you in and out as quickly and safety as possible. If you ever have a question someone here has the answer. #Best Plasma Center in Clarksville

Somebody always has an attitude. They left my son in law hooked to the machine for 15 minutes after he was finished donating. I went in and asked that they get him unhooked before hooking up any new people. They proceeded to leave the needle in his arm while they connected new people and the woman was rude when I explained that the needle shouldnt be in that long after donation. Last time it caused a bad sore spot and the same happened today! Lady with short hair in charge is rude and hateful af!

The staff is super friendly and very fast. I have been coming here for 5 months now and they will have you in and out within an hour. Not what I'm used to with plasma. I will continue to donate with them!!!

I went here today had absolutely no issues. The staff was very nice and respectful and very mindful of my questions everything was done correctly and when I had a question it got answered. It was my first time here and they made me feel comfortable
