First time experience today!! Front staff was very attentive and polite. The process was very smooth especially since it was my first time. The Manager was extremely accommodating and provided snacks and beverages during the visit. The phlebotomists were great and definitely proficient in their job. Overall 5 star experience. I would greatly recommend them to anyone.

They absolutely refuse to answer their phones. Called for TWO days continuously with no one answering. But have personally seen them standing around while the phone rings chatting about their weekend and fellow coworkers letting the phone just ring. I don't care if so and so makes you mad save that for your personal time Not business time. Very unprofessional. Not short handed just don't want to do their jobs. Why tell you to call when they know they will not answer the phone.

Leaving a 2 star because the receptionist and doctor were nice, but the girls doing the blood draws had nasty attitudes. The one with the black hair was especially rude to me. This was around 7-7:30pm on 06/06. They had to stop me in the middle of me giving blood because they claim I was bruising too much when my arms are barely bruised. I was doing everything right and I genuinely believe they just wanted to get me over and done with. As a first time donor, I squeezed the ball as instructed and they still

I brung my mom to donate. My daughter & I had other ventures?but later decided to come inside to wait as she should be finishing up. Was told, rather rudely, we had to leave because kids aren't allowed inside. We were in the lobby, so why not? Blood spills. So, y?all carelessly spill blood in the lobby??? Hmmm, okay. Rude and unsanitary! If children aren't allowed to sit in a waiting area, it should be posted! I don't mind complying with rules, posted or not, but it's definitely advisable to speak to people

Ever been told you have small veins before? Run! Don't waste your time! They'll waste your times with waives saying it can cause bruising and then tell you they don't want bruise so they won't let you donate once you get in the chair after waiting 3hrs!! I can't make my rent now cause of this!

I'm so disappointed in biomat USA I got told to leave the building the other day while I was talking to my husband while he was donating and one of the ladies with short black hair and is kinda short told me I needed to leave and I did I don't like I was treated and I don't like how my husband can't answer his phone if his wife calls while he's donating thats so rude to his wife so don't go to this place they will get mad if you talk a little to loud to your spouse

The staff here is great there very professional and really explain the whole process to you. They take there time so you will have a waiting period. You can make a appointment on there website to make it a little faster .

They speak so nicely as they turn you down. Rebecca said she was the manager and could see my appointment, specially scheduled by Aimee. I came two weeks ago and was turned away because I was honest on my medical survey. The nurse told me I had to have a doctor's note. I got one and called to reschedule. Aimee was happy to reschedule but then told me the letter couldn't be on my doctor's letterhead, but only their form. I made a special trip back to Clemson (30 minute drive) to get their form. I made a spec

Initially, after reading through all the reviews, I was a little nervous about donating as a first-time donor. However, everyone?s experience would not necessarily be my own. So, I donated for the first time yesterday and overall, I give it 5 stars! I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 p.m. and arrived at 1:53. Makayla was so nice and patient in explaining everything to me and helped me whenever I had a question. Matthew checked my vitals and took me for my questionnaire (shout out to Matthew and all the st

Don't let just anyone stick you there. I told them that could tell the needle wasn't all the way in, they said "I was good". Then I clotted and they had to end my donation because they wouldn't listen.

They are always nice, helpful and very friendly. My husband and I go twice aweek when we can. Everytime we go the place is extremely clean throughout the building. I would recommend this location to everyone. The parking is great and safe as well. But would recommend bringing a blanket or coat. It is cold, which it should to keep germs down. Completely understandable!!!

Very nice people works there would totally recommend this place for anyone who is thinking of donating plasma.... Very good service

I previously reviewed the center in Clemson regarding wait times etc, however this new review is on the company as a whole. This summer while donating plasma the machine I was on suddenly started sounding an alarm. Simultaneously, I felt a strange sensation in my chest, like a fullness or need to belch. The alarm was activated because there was a problem that may have resulted in returning damaged red blood cells, called hemolysis. Their company protocol is to call EMS. They did this and EMS checked me out

Love these guys. Everyone is professional, helpful and very friendly.

They never answer the damn phone. But Everytime I walk in there it's always 3 or 4 ppl in the back just a chattin nd laughing ??.. I have to ring a bell just to get there attention

Visited to give my second donation of the week hours before closing. The place was packed and the lady at the desk had anxiety about it. She started telling me how busy they were and turned me away. I wasn't upset but she continued to scold me for not having an appointment. I returned a week later with an appointment that I showed up early for. There were only 4 donors waiting ahead of me but again I got the third degree about the wait time. Nothing was happening. People were not at the kiosks. It seems lik

Local staff is 5 stars, but understaffed. Corporate is 1 star. I don't think locals have much control over a lot of corporate mandates that put more of a strain on them. This disconnect and lack of support from corporate is bringing the rating down. Requiring appointments started off great as I could get in and out before or after work. Now, it is back to taking an hour or more just to get to the donor floor with an appointment. Local staff should be able to limit appointments and shut down walk-ins w

It's been a year or so since I've given- hoping they worked out the slow process? to me it seems actually worse. The staff is very friendly and I realize it is not their fault. They try their best- but the process is horrible. Prepare for 4 hours with your first visit.

I used to come here and staff was great. I went in to give one day and they told me that I was deferred for life for a discrepancy on my paperwork. When I originally registered they asked if i had my ears pierced. I said yes but I don't wear earrings. (which is true, I don't wear jewlerly anymore.) and she said on the paperwork that it says that I didn't have any piercings. I told them that that was an issue on their part. I told them I had 11 piercings but no longer wear any of them anymore. She said even

Clean facility, along with a very friendly/polite staff. I felt comfortable doing something for the first time and I thank each staff member I had contact with at my initial appointment. The waiting area was comfortable. It was cold so bring a blanket especially if your visiting to donate. Again, thank you staff @ Biomat USA in Clemson SC your AWESOME!

The hours on the door do not match the hours online. I booked an appointment online for today and got here and it was closed? But it didn't tell me that when I booked or online.

This was my first time donating and it was a bit lengthy, they were busy and I didn't know what to expect but the entire staff seems like a family and they are super nice. Especially want to shout out Sarah who did the physical and was called to help when I was feeling nauseous near the end of my donation. She was beyond patient, kind and helpful please let her know that means a lot to someone who's a first timer. Clemson could not have a better staff from what I observed.

Tried to call twice to get another appointment for a first-time donor after having to leave from my first appointment due to wait time. My appointment was at 8:30am I had not even been seen by the screener or nurse for the physical by 9:20am. While sitting there, I watched them take three walk-ins back. When I asked the lady at the front desk when I would be seen, she said they were trying to catch up the queue? If you're behind, why are you taking walk-ins when people with an appointment are still sitting

Friendly staff and great place! Only complaint is I made an appointment because I have a busy schedule and I work as well, I didn't get seen until I had been there for an hour and 45 minutes. Why make an appointment to work around your schedule if you're not gonna get seen when appointed?! I understand waiting perhaps 30 or so minutes but not almost two hours, I was almost late for work.

Everyone on the staff was really accommodating and kind! The place is also organized and clean ??

I have never donated plasma before so I was very nervous went to start a new donar account and the young girl up front didn't help with my anxieties. She was super rude and wouldn't let me get a word in without her making rude comments to me and it felt degrading. After reading through all the essential disclaimers (which took 20 mins) when explaining everything to me she was talking super fast and I didn't understand her. She was really pushy to stop having to deal with me. Any questions I had were not eve

Went to this locator the first time two days ago. I have read the reviews and surprisingly more bad reviews than good reviews. My experience was excellent. Have been donating since 2010 and this center is by far the best one I've been to. Great staff and very clean location.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Great way to make money and the folks are great, too!

Stay away!!!! Nothing but bad things to say about this place! I told them multiple times that I was difficult to stick and they still gave me a new phlebotomist. I told her to stop multiple times and she just kept sticking me. It was the most painful donation I've ever done, and I'm a regular donor. I ended up having to go to the ER because I couldn't move my arm for days afterwards. The ?phlebotomist? stabbed through my vein multiple times, slicing it up giving me nerve damage and deep vein thrombosis. I t

Just here for 2 hours just for the lady to tell me she doesn't feel comfortable letting me donate since it's been so long since I've ate. Of course it's gonna be awhile since if I ate if you have someone waiting for hours to be seen. Time wasted and will not try again this was my first also Update: the manger reached out to me apologized about me not being able to donate and offer me a extra 25$ when I came back to donate. She then explained that they were just lookout for me even though the binder they ma

Use to be really good now Super Slow!!!! I have seen glaciers move faster went on Monday November 23rd checked in at 4:05 pm 5:15 still hadn't even been screened had 1 person screening told me i had 6 more people in front of me just for screening one guy said he had been waiting over 3 and half hours and still had 4 people in front of him. Use to be in and out in an hour and a half to 2 hrs but the last 3 visits here been over 4hs start to finish use to be a quick way to earn some extra cash not any more. E

I love how friendly the staff members are! The best Phlebotomist Jason he is very caring of his patients. When there is a problem or the patients have an issue she comes immediately to their attention. I have difficult veins and Jason does such a good job at placing the line . He truly knows how to do his job and does it well. Kudos to you Jason! Keep up the good work!

Don't do it ! I have never had such bad experiences. HourS of waiting even with appointments. Not being told you have to wait more hours because THEY changed their computer system and need to ask you a question and only one person can ask you . Plasma collectors having Lude and profane conversations about donors . If there could be a negative rating they would earn it people walked out for same treatment today !

Last couple times I have gone there I show up at 6 and left because its 8:30 and they haven't called me back to donate so I end up wasting a whole evening and making no money, and I had an appointment for 6:30, once is bad but this happens all the time, they act like they need donors but then you get there and they are so busy you can't get in a huge waste of time and I am done donating. I even asked how long it would take and she said 3 hours I would be done but they hadn't even stuck me after 2 and a hal

Arrived at 11:37 for a 12:30 appointment. As of 1:29pm, I'm still in the lobby waiting. As a dialysis nurse, this is extremely unacceptable!!! Lady at the desk thinks she knows everything, and doesn't make mistakes. She is extremely rude and argumentative with customers!

The staff here are awesome. Super friendly and the place is always clean. The only complaint i have is the amount of time it takes to get back. I make appointments and still don't get back until ive been sitting an hour already. Im a busy mom and when i make appointments i would love to be seen at my scheduled time

Everyone who works there are AWESOME,caring people!! Not at all sketchy like "other" Plasma centers.

Me and my best friend Trinity have been donating for years! Great staff and great service. As a college student this has been an excellent way to make money while also saving lives! We wish we could bring Grifols along with us in our future endeavors!!

Slow! And slow! And I was told I couldn't donate because A sample that was taken on July 8th! I donated 3 times before they told me I couldn't. I went in and my pulse rate was kinda high then I was told come back the next day but when I made the appointment.... Minutes later I was called to say I couldn't donate! I will NEVER go back there and I will tell everyone to go elsewhere to donate! And the Machines are SUPER SLOW! Also my Nephew was refused service due to A Ear piercing that was done over A year ag

I was grateful for the opportunity to donate plasma and collect money that supported my family for about a year off and on. And I find myself to be a very reasonable person, but after today, I will not be returning. Multiple times there were issues where they had to quit my donation because of phlebotomist error. My first donation this week had to be stopped because the phlebotomist put my line in a place that got pinched and it severed the line and spilled 200 mL of blood. They gave me a drink and have me

They take FOREVER to call you to the back it's ridiculous.. even with the new appointment thing they have set up it stills takes forever. They will have you waiting like a hour before you can go to the back. Not cool. Staff is friendly but those wait times are absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone there were so nice and kept a check on the machines always came around to see how I was feeling I love the part when u r done and leaving they say thank you for donating have a nice day I highly recommend this place extremely clean and the phlebotomist change their gloves a lot which is very good I feel very safe there they r very thorough.

Very friendly staff. Great experience. Although I have only donated once I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is pleasant! Very willing to answer any questions. If you can make me laugh through all of the paperwork and physical then you did an excellent job! Thank you for all ya'll do!

The wait is always long !! So was suggested to make a appointment so I did!! Even after the lady said Patricia has appointment she skipped me and called someone else. So it's going on a hour and I have still not been called back . Sure this will be my last time. It's great extra money if you dont have to spend 3 to 4 hours here.

So somebody explain to me what the point of making appointments are?. I arrive for a appointment at 9:30AM. I get here its slam packed. Here it is 11:30 I still havent been hooked up. And lady just not comes out and says there about to start taking lunch breaks. What A JOKE!!!!!!!!

Lots of great staff some not so bright, but mainly great. Abby is an amazing sticker if you ask me. But it took me 2 and a half hours all together I guess that's a normal time.

Ive been going here for several months and was participating in the hep b vacine but when it was time to be paid my 150.00 they told me my protein level was too low so I gave blood to be tested again not knowing if I'm even going to receive my 150.00 because no one is answering the phone there now

My husband went in for the first time today. Took about 2 hours and 45 min. Not bad, but when he got home his arm, still pouring blood and he has not gotten paid. The place has already closed for the day and he got drained for nothing.

The staff here at biotest are incredibly wonderful people! They are always positive and make you feel welcome. I never expected to actually have a great time talking and laughing with everyone. They are also great at their jobs and I am never worried about anyone making mistakes.

Said I would get 100$ and checked and I only got $40, felt super ripped off. Tried donating my plasma and the machine was having problems so they had to stop it and I didn't ask or kept repeating for to them to stop. and I asked the lady In front bc I assumed I wouldn't get paid and she said nothing will affect it and I'll get paid what I was suppose to get and that definitely didn't happened. I'll take the 40$ bc it's money and I need it but don't raise up hopes next time

The staff is exceptional and very friendly . Makes the process so easy to complete..

Far more professional than the CSL locations. Employees are friendly, respectful and genuinely care for your safety. The donation room usually has a positive fun vibe and the employees will make you smile. Their bonus incentives and promotions make the potential compensation grow rather quickly. In two donations i made over $125 that was due in part to maximizing my bonuses, spinning the wheel and taking part in their promotions. This facility is immaculate and highly professional. I absolutely recomm

This really is a good way to make extra $. Sometimes there can be a long wait then, there is times you're in and out. I arrived today at around 12:30: 12:45 and was out by 2:20. This was my 5th time coming. So it all depends. Give it a go. Heyyyy they are open on Sundays now!!!!

The staff is amazing, they are nice and treat you with the upmost respect. I loved my first visit and I will definitely go back.

The center is clean the people are awesome I'm ugly. It's the highest paying plasma center in the upstate I have a coke problem. You can tell all the phlebotomists know exactly what theyre doing. My only wish is that my blood had a consistency that didn't resemble tooth paste again coke problem. The nurse got a little touchy feely (not that I'm complaining) during my physical I almost felt obligated to leave a tip but I hadn't donated yet so I couldnt maybe I'll just get him a gift card or possibly coke.

I use to love this place but it seems the past couple times I have called ahead of times , they have told me the wrong amount . Whoever works front desk needs to slow down and tell people the correct amount they will be given instead of someone driving all the way up there and waiting 3 1/2 hours to be told a totally different amount.

Jessica & Kilton are my favorites they are the best ?? I try to scheldule my days around there work hours Everyone @ this establishment is very professional & friendly Probably one of the best donation centers They make you as comfortable as possible considering Btw Bring a blanket or jacket

I've been going here for over a year, always great customer service and communication. I always feel comfortable here. Colton was great with getting me set up.

Real awsome staff.Happy ,good people.ecelent staff.I love these guys so check em out.Tell em Slick sent u.Slicks detailing inc.

This is an amazing center. All the staff are very professional and respectful. The staff on the donor floor are great. The phlebotomist know what they're doing. The center is very clean. Would recommend this center to anybody who is thinking about donating plasma.

The problem is management at this location hires young college kids and most of them are too busy talking and playing games instead of doing their job. Don't get me wrong they do have some employees who work hard and actually care about your experience at Biomat. I feel some of the plobotmist need more training in positioning the needle in the vein. Check in goes great and pre screening is a breeze the trouble is on the donation floor.

NOWHERE on ANY of the documentation you have to read during the several hours it takes to register is there ANY concern about the specific medication I take. None. But after several hours of my time wasted, I'm told the medication I was on makes me ineligible to donate with this company. Absolutely a massive waste of several hours of my time for something that should have been included in the documents at the very beginning. Wasted time and gas. ALL medications that could disqualify a donor should be on the

I have never been here without spending 2-3 hours at least for something that should take under an hour. They move extremely slow and will make you sit around for hours before they even start to take your blood. A lot of the staff also doesn't seem to be properly trained which is concerning considering they're working with your blood.

Today check in was good. And kiosk knew what they were doing. But people that stick people need to grow up. And more organized 10/4/2020

There was a little but of an issue the first time I attempted to donate. But the second time around, the staff was very professional and informative. Amanda, Chesters, Crystal, Alania and Daniel to name a few. I am seriously looking into one of their donor programs for future donations.

Even though my husband and i are return donors and go between 9am-11am it almost always takes them 2hrs to even take us back to donate so around 3 hrs every time i feel as if this is pretty slow considering ive been to other plasma donation centers that consistantly got us in and out even when extremely busy in no less than 2 hrs and it was average 1.5hrs. Why dont they run more efficient here everything else is great they just dont seem to value the donors time and some of us have very busy schedules and w

I was referred by a friend and while it was a long process I enjoyed my time. Everyone was very friendly and you can tell how much the employees love working with people

Very friendly staff. Nice n clean. Just remember bring blanket n eat before u go.

Clean, professional, (not always quick) Katie & Sylvia are awesome with the needle. Daniel & Peter are the quickest with the pre-screening. Everyone is looking out for your well-being.

Literally every staff member is cool to talk too.... Clean environment and they're professional...

A great way to put back extra money for vacation! The center is very clean with updated decor, the staff is also friendly.

Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Fairly quick process. Overall a phenomenal experience!

Great and friendly service. Very professional and proficient at their work.Makes it fun to donate. Love donating here. Great group of guys and gals here. Always enjoyable.

Great place to make money while sitting on your ass. Staff is friendly and everything typically runs smoothly

Every one is very nice, and they know what they are doing, very good people.

Truly awesome clean and professional, definitely dress warm and bring a blanket if you get cold easy

The people there are really nice I didn't receive my money the same day but they made things right with me.

This last time got me messed up. I don't even know how the bruise got underneath my arm.

Love the employees here! Great atmosphere, very chill, easy money, and you're donating!

Clemson Grifols turned me away today, after having made an appointment for 1:45. Probably won't come back.

The wait time even after scheduling an appointment is pretty ridiculous. Those who walk in get seen before those making appointments. This really needs to be fix. Some people don't have time to wait 3 hours to be donate.

Super friendly and professional staff. Always clean facility and never had a bad experience!

The staff is all very great and extremely nice. They make the donation process fun and enjoyable.

Way to slow shouldn't schedule so many people if you can't keep up and they just hire anyone appointment at 12:15 don't get out of there until almost 3 ridiculous hate this place !!!

Very nice, professional staff and super clean!

Thank y'all so much, have a great weekend

The staff is nice and helpful and they care about you and they make you comfortable with everything.

Nice relaxing place to go to help others in need! everyone is very nice & as gental as they can!
