First time experience today!! Front staff was very attentive and polite. The process was very smooth especially since it was my first time. The Manager was extremely accommodating and provided snacks and beverages during the visit. The phlebotomists were great and definitely proficient in their job. Overall 5 star experience. I would greatly recommend them to anyone.

They absolutely refuse to answer their phones. Called for TWO days continuously with no one answering. But have personally seen them standing around while the phone rings chatting about their weekend and fellow coworkers letting the phone just ring. I don't care if so and so makes you mad save that for your personal time Not business time. Very unprofessional. Not short handed just don't want to do their jobs. Why tell you to call when they know they will not answer the phone.

Leaving a 2 star because the receptionist and doctor were nice, but the girls doing the blood draws had nasty attitudes. The one with the black hair was especially rude to me. This was around 7-7:30pm on 06/06. They had to stop me in the middle of me giving blood because they claim I was bruising too much when my arms are barely bruised. I brung my mom to donate. My daughter & I had other ventures?but later decided to come inside to wait as she should be finishing up. Was told, rather rudely, we had to leave because kids aren't allowed inside. We were in the lobby, so why not? Blood spills. So, y?all carelessly spill blood in the lobby??? Hmmm, okay. Ever been told you have small veins before? Run! Don't waste your time! They'll waste your times with waives saying it can cause bruising and then tell you they don't want bruise so they won't let you donate once you get in the chair after waiting 3hrs!! I can't make my rent now cause of this!

I'm so disappointed in biomat USA I got told to leave the building the other day while I was talking to my husband while he was donating and one of the ladies with short black hair and is kinda short told me I needed to leave and I did I don't like I was treated and I don't like how my husband can't answer his phone if his wife calls while he's donating thats so rude to his wife so don't go to this place they will get mad if you talk a little to loud to your spouse

The staff here is great there very professional and really explain the whole process to you. They take there time so you will have a waiting period. You can make a appointment on there website to make it a little faster .

Don't let just anyone stick you there. I told them that could tell the needle wasn't all the way in, they said "I was good". Then I clotted and they had to end my donation because they wouldn't listen.

They are always nice, helpful and very friendly. My husband and I go twice aweek when we can. Everytime we go the place is extremely clean throughout the building. I would recommend this location to everyone. The parking is great and safe as well. But would recommend bringing a blanket or coat. It is cold, which it should to keep germs down. Completely understandable!!!

I previously reviewed the center in Clemson regarding wait times etc, however this new review is on the company as a whole. This summer while donating plasma the machine I was on suddenly started sounding an alarm. Simultaneously, I felt a strange sensation in my chest, like a fullness or need to belch. The alarm was activated because there was a problem that may have resulted in returning damaged red blood cells, called hemolysis. Their company protocol is to call EMS. They did this and EMS checked me out

Local staff is 5 stars, but understaffed. Corporate is 1 star. I don't think locals have much control over a lot of corporate mandates that put more of a strain on them. This disconnect and lack of support from corporate is bringing the rating down. Requiring appointments started off great as I could get in and out before or after work. This was my first time donating and it was a bit lengthy, they were busy and I didn't know what to expect but the entire staff seems like a family and they are super nice. Especially want to shout out Sarah who did the physical and was called to help when I was feeling nauseous near the end of my donation. She was beyond patient, kind and helpful please let her know that means a lot to someone who's a first timer. Clemson could not have a better staff from what I observed.

Tried to call twice to get another appointment for a first-time donor after having to leave from my first appointment due to wait time. My appointment was at 8:30am I had not even been seen by the screener or nurse for the physical by 9:20am. While sitting there, I watched them take three walk-ins back. When I asked the lady at the front desk when I would be seen, she said they were trying to catch up the queue? If you're behind, why are you taking walk-ins when people with an appointment are still sitting

Friendly staff and great place! Only complaint is I made an appointment because I have a busy schedule and I work as well, I didn't get seen until I had been there for an hour and 45 minutes. Why make an appointment to work around your schedule if you're not gonna get seen when appointed?! I understand waiting perhaps 30 or so minutes but not almost two hours, I was almost late for work.

Stay away!!!! Nothing but bad things to say about this place! I told them multiple times that I was difficult to stick and they still gave me a new phlebotomist. I told her to stop multiple times and she just kept sticking me. It was the most painful donation I've ever done, and I'm a regular donor. I have seen glaciers move faster went on Monday November 23rd checked in at 4:05 pm 5:15 still hadn't even been screened had 1 person screening told me i had 6 more people in front of me just for screening one guy said he had been waiting over 3 and half hours and still had 4 people in front of him. I love how friendly the staff members are! The best Phlebotomist Jason he is very caring of his patients. When there is a problem or the patients have an issue she comes immediately to their attention. I have difficult veins and Jason does such a good job at placing the line . He truly knows how to do his job and does it well. Kudos to you Jason! Keep up the good work!

Don't do it ! I have never had such bad experiences. HourS of waiting even with appointments. Not being told you have to wait more hours because THEY changed their computer system and need to ask you a question and only one person can ask you . Arrived at 11:37 for a 12:30 appointment. As of 1:29pm, I'm still in the lobby waiting. As a dialysis nurse, this is extremely unacceptable!!! Lady at the desk thinks she knows everything, and doesn't make mistakes. She is extremely rude and argumentative with customers!

The staff here are awesome. Super friendly and the place is always clean. The only complaint i have is the amount of time it takes to get back. I make appointments and still don't get back until ive been sitting an hour already. Im a busy mom and when i make appointments i would love to be seen at my scheduled time

And I find myself to be a very reasonable person, but after today, I will not be returning. Multiple times there were issues where they had to quit my donation because of phlebotomist error. They take FOREVER to call you to the back it's ridiculous.. even with the new appointment thing they have set up it stills takes forever. They will have you waiting like a hour before you can go to the back. Not cool. Staff is friendly but those wait times are absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone there were so nice and kept a check on the machines always came around to see how I was feeling I love the part when u r done and leaving they say thank you for donating have a nice day I highly recommend this place extremely clean and the phlebotomist change their gloves a lot which is very good I feel very safe there they r very thorough.

Lots of great staff some not so bright, but mainly great. Abby is an amazing sticker if you ask me. But it took me 2 and a half hours all together I guess that's a normal time.

Ive been going here for several months and was participating in the hep b vacine but when it was time to be paid my 150.00 they told me my protein level was too low so I gave blood to be tested again not knowing if I'm even going to receive my 150.00 because no one is answering the phone there now

My husband went in for the first time today. Took about 2 hours and 45 min. Not bad, but when he got home his arm, still pouring blood and he has not gotten paid. The place has already closed for the day and he got drained for nothing.

The staff here at biotest are incredibly wonderful people! They are always positive and make you feel welcome. I never expected to actually have a great time talking and laughing with everyone. They are also great at their jobs and I am never worried about anyone making mistakes.

Said I would get 100$ and checked and I only got $40, felt super ripped off. Tried donating my plasma and the machine was having problems so they had to stop it and I didn't ask or kept repeating for to them to stop. and I asked the lady In front bc I assumed I wouldn't get paid and she said nothing will affect it and I'll get paid what I was suppose to get and that definitely didn't happened. Far more professional than the CSL locations. Employees are friendly, respectful and genuinely care for your safety. The donation room usually has a positive fun vibe and the employees will make you smile. Their bonus incentives and promotions make the potential compensation grow rather quickly. In two donations i made over $125 that was due in part to maximizing my bonuses, spinning the wheel and taking part in their promotions. This facility is immaculate and highly professional. This really is a good way to make extra $. Sometimes there can be a long wait then, there is times you're in and out. I arrived today at around 12:30: 12:45 and was out by 2:20. This was my 5th time coming. So it all depends. Give it a go. Heyyyy they are open on Sundays now!!!!

The center is clean the people are awesome I'm ugly. It's the highest paying plasma center in the upstate I have a coke problem. You can tell all the phlebotomists know exactly what theyre doing. My only wish is that my blood had a consistency that didn't resemble tooth paste again coke problem. The nurse got a little touchy feely (not that I'm complaining) during my physical I almost felt obligated to leave a tip but I hadn't donated yet so I couldnt maybe I'll just get him a gift card or possibly coke.

I use to love this place but it seems the past couple times I have called ahead of times , they have told me the wrong amount . Whoever works front desk needs to slow down and tell people the correct amount they will be given instead of someone driving all the way up there and waiting 3 1/2 hours to be told a totally different amount.

This is an amazing center. All the staff are very professional and respectful. The staff on the donor floor are great. The phlebotomist know what they're doing. The center is very clean. Would recommend this center to anybody who is thinking about donating plasma.

The problem is management at this location hires young college kids and most of them are too busy talking and playing games instead of doing their job. Don't get me wrong they do have some employees who work hard and actually care about your experience at Biomat. I feel some of the plobotmist need more training in positioning the needle in the vein. Check in goes great and pre screening is a breeze the trouble is on the donation floor.

NOWHERE on ANY of the documentation you have to read during the several hours it takes to register is there ANY concern about the specific medication I take. None. But after several hours of my time wasted, I'm told the medication I was on makes me ineligible to donate with this company. Absolutely a massive waste of several hours of my time for something that should have been included in the documents at the very beginning. Wasted time and gas. ALL medications that could disqualify a donor should be on the

I have never been here without spending 2-3 hours at least for something that should take under an hour. They move extremely slow and will make you sit around for hours before they even start to take your blood. A lot of the staff also doesn't seem to be properly trained which is concerning considering they're working with your blood.

There was a little but of an issue the first time I attempted to donate. But the second time around, the staff was very professional and informative. Amanda, Chesters, Crystal, Alania and Daniel to name a few. I am seriously looking into one of their donor programs for future donations.

Even though my husband and i are return donors and go between 9am-11am it almost always takes them 2hrs to even take us back to donate so around 3 hrs every time i feel as if this is pretty slow considering ive been to other plasma donation centers that consistantly got us in and out even when extremely busy in no less than 2 hrs and it was average 1.5hrs. The wait time even after scheduling an appointment is pretty ridiculous. Those who walk in get seen before those making appointments. This really needs to be fix. Some people don't have time to wait 3 hours to be donate.
