Do not go here! They are turning people away when they are still open for 3.5 hours. Read on to find out why. This place is a scam, I tried calling to make an appointment, or talk to someone and was hung up on. They don't care about the patrons they only care about themselves. The one lady at the front needs to find a gym.
Well been coming for awhile now. Made about 3000$ in donations.. just cause I worn a weed shirt an said I used to smoke medical marijuana an had a certified cars once(past-tents) I have fully been deffer until now I get a note from a doctor saying I Don't do it.. They need to start drug testing or get better employees to explain an do the check in processing better.. same guy whom did my fiscal is the same one that just deffer me.. Something just doesn't add up.. So on that note, don't wear weed shirts or a
This place is one of the best donation centers I've ever been too! The staff is super friendly and always ready and willing to help! I love how welcoming the staff is, and how personable some are with knowing your name and specific little things about you from your last visit or in general! The only thing I don't like is how sometimes the wait can be over 2.5 hours depending on if they have enough staff or not? But regardless, I'd Never go anywhere else!
Had a great first time donation experience at Grifols in Bentonville!! Jen did an exceptional job on the venipuncture, process was smooth as butter. Staff was super friendly. They made me feel welcome, valued, and appreciated. Great donor pay, much better than CSL. Thank you for being here, Grifols and staff!! Best plasma donation experience ever.
I have been using Biomat for extra money since they opened. My experience is the center has continuous improvement to processes and wait times. The entire process to donate is rarely over an hour. I've had mostly positive experience with customer service. Mary is by far my favorite staff. She is professional, super kind and most important, highly competent in her job. Def recommend Biomat for extra cash.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Informative too. This was my first time donating Plasma ever. I did have some small errors but pretty sure its because My body wasn'tuse to it and I was Super nervous, They helped me through it though ?? Just be sure to eat decent, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep!! I'll definitely be going back again! If you're in need of a little bit of help with cash, Donate! You're also helping people who needs Plasma!!
if there was a negative 5000 I would give them that. They broke my vein caused massive swelling bruising and pain and caused me to miss work and lose wages apparently they have no clue what they are doing I'm pretty sure they'll hire anyone weather they have medical experience or not they caused me a hematoma also after taking the plasma they never even checked on me to make sure I was ok!!!
Grifols has this thing where they only schedule in 15 minute intervals, so if you show up at 5pm you dont even start the screening process until 5:15pm even if no one is ahead of you. CSL will see you in whatever order you walked into the line in. Way more fair.
The time spent waiting to watch videos and become a new doner is rediculous. One person checks in somebody then they do several other things I've been here since 9:24 it is now 10:11 and I have had nobody register me yet. If it is allways this slow I won't waste my time. Then while talking to somebody I haven't seen in a long time talking about our kids we got interrupted by a worker saying to watch our mouths like we are children. Very unprofessional if it's none of your business butt out seriously that st
Well the some of the people in inside when they screamed was all good but the people in the back sometimes don't pay attention to me when there's something going on on the donner floor
Was told my first 4 donations it was to be $100 and they changed to a new system and tried to give me $55 on my 3rd I called and he admitted the system was messed up they gave me the $100 but on my 4th donation they told me it was only $55 and proceeded to argue with me over the phone and didnt give me the $100. Then I called again to speak with a manager instead and they hung up on me. Don't waste your time. It isn't worth it.
Great staff. Nice staff. Quick easy in and out
I already gave them my address instead they want me to bring proof of address knowing they have it on file but they refuse to let me donate keep giving me the run around they don't care I'm a regular donor I ride the bus there so for 2 days I wasted my time and wasted 5$ dollars on the bus so please everyone don't donate there
I have donated twice. The last time I was there, I was met with condescension and sarcasm from two of the employees. I filled out the pre-donation, online questionnaire and had a seat after completing (it was my second time and I didn't know the process yet). The lady at the front then proceeded to lecture me about how they almost passed me over and asked why did I think it was ok to sit down. She was very rude and talked down to me. Then, after my donation was complete, I made the mistake of not going out
Asked for a paper towel ball to squeeze for when they stick me. It's never been an issue when I ask but for some reason this lady said to me, "can you not wait until after?". I felt completely insulted because that is the only reason I had asked for it in the first place. Do better next time.
Great staff, clean facility. Highly recommend.
Ok so ive had a decent experience there but that being said my bf has not. He is a hard working man who goes to work and doesnt have time to go take a shower everytime he goes to donate right after work. For the last 4 time they have refused to let him donate because he "stinks". I have seen people who look way worse go in and not get denied. No i didnt smell them because thats weird. Also they are not close enough to smell someone so how can they smell him. They say he cant donate because "someone could ha
people at the front were so very kind, but the screening lady was very very unprofessional and rude. her tone was very belittling, and she poked my finger way too hard. I've been poked many times, I've never had anyone stick the poking thing so far down into my finger before they ejected the needle out of it. my finger is still sore to touch and it's been days. i do believe she did it on purpose, but also idk maybe I'm trippin. but regardless, she don't need to be working with people lol, girl is miserable.
I love donating here as I get to help save lives while also putting money in my pocket! The staff is super friendly and fun to engage with! They keep the place clean and do a great job taking great care in there job in both how they run the facility and how they treat donors! I enjoy coming here and enjoy seeing the staff. They make the process comfortable and relaxed!
The staff here are always friendly AND efficient. I love the atmosphere and the happiness they spread here. I have been going here for over two years and have never had a bad experience...and making money while also helping people gives me gratitude for this place!
This plasma center is not what it once was, I enjoyed the atmosphere for years; however it has changed. In my opinion there are only a few staff members that need to be working with the public. They try to infringe upon your rights, and will outright lie if they don't want to let you donate! Thanks to most of the old school employees who stuck it out and stayed through the b.s.
Great crew at this facility. Employees are learning their roles quickly. All very friendly even under a heavy work load. These qualities are a great team of people. Thanks for your good work!
Decent place to donate once you make it past the front desk staff. For some reason the people up front in particular are always pretty rude. Edit: I've been a regular donor for a while. But After my experience today I decided to change from 3 stars to 1 star because they're that rude. Overall recommend you stay away. They bruised my left arm last time after missing both arms and sticking me up like a pin cushion, they caused infiltration in my right arm and there was no since of urgency to get that dealt w
They are all so fun to be around!
Great way to earn extra money! The staff are always super friendly and know what they're doing. I get here when they open and I'm always in and out in an hour and a half. Overall a great experience every time!
This place sucks! They are very rude to there donors! It's obvious every employee here hates there job an understaffed! There donating to a good cause you can at least show a smile! It also take 2 hrs to just get hooked up! Terrible wait times and very rude staff! Not to mention they do not know how to poke the donors they always mess up an it's scary one time the needle was not even in the right spot in my arm an they didn't notice it for a good 30 mins
Not the best customer service but I need money. The last lady who stuck me was very rough. Her name was Lacey. Request Kelsey. She is super gentle, very nice, and talks to you while sticking you and makes you feel more relaxed. Everyone else acts like they hate their job and are very rude. And the lady that poked my finger last time was very stuck up and rude and had an attitude. She was very mean to me and made me feel like I was less than her. Kelsey is the only one i have had that acts like she enjoys he
Great place to come to that helps people that need plasma products. Also, the amount of money you receive for your donation is pretty nice. Recently, they have made it to where you can just walk in and sign in, without having to make an appointment prior to arrival. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking to get into donating plasma and helping others, this is the place to go.
All of the staff here are nice and nothing but very professional. Derek is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. It is the absolute best plasma centres that I have been to. I have been a regular donor for years. Some of these reviews may be old and inaccurate. The staff work really hard here. This facility deserves better reviews. So please submit if you donate. DONATING PLASMA SAVES LIVES.
Pretty cool place to go. I used to go to CSL Plasma but they were pretty much unprofessional so I came here. I was expecting the same experience but I was wrong. You can make connections with the workers here and feel much better about helping people who NEED your plasma. All in all a great place. DONATE FOR THE CAUSE!
I've been coming here for quite some time and when I say Lacey from this location is the best they've had and will have I truly mean it. She's vivacious and full of joy and such utter joy glows from her soul. She's easy going and the reaaon I come. What a contagious bundle of happiness she is. I'm lucky to even be in her presence, she's absolutely infallible. Oh and Randy too. These names are actually completely interchangeable in the paragraph above. Thank you two for being wonderful perfect human beings.
I have been donating since 2019 and I highly recommend to anybody to go there if you're able to donate plasma today!! the staff is amazing you always can have a good conversation!!!! But it's so worth it to come and donate plasma you help somebody with your donation today!!!
I use to love coming here but every since all the good employees have pretty much quit. The vibe not the same anymore. You can feel the tension in the air. Younger generation employees no good. There's something going on here like moral low attitudes stress etc. Even rude now. I won't come back here not the same no more. It's like this PLANNED DEMIC ruining this place....! Sad
All employees are nice and helpful. It's the best place I have been too. Very friendly staff. They make me feel welcome every time I donate. Would definitely recommend other people to this place.
Honestly I've always been scared of needless and since I've started donating I haven't had a bad experience. Everyone is super nice and friendly, but Caitlyn is definitely one of my favorites. She's great to talk to and diverts my attention from the needle every time! The whole process is smooth!
I have been a donor in California for years. I enjoy helping my community and others by donating plasma. However, I will unfortunately no longer be donating. The staff here were incredibly rude when I told them I didn't have a social security card (but I did have official paperwork from the Social Security Administration with my name and number on it) and they tried to tell me that the number printed on the paperwork wasn't my social security number. Yes it is! It's official paperwork from Social Security A
I have donated here for years never had an issue but the past few times I have been straight up disrespected, some of them girls should not be up there screening people, demanding people and kindly asking people are two different things I am a human not a dog and my weight should never be a joke to people that are in this profession..
Extremely slow. Stay getting skipped. It's every time I come in this office. It's obvious there's a lack of training. Get put in the chair to donate and the lady runs off to go hook up someone else. Got skipped twice after being in the back. They say it's about 2 hours for first time donors and that's a lie its 2 hours at least at least 2 hours every single time I come to this biomat and it's obvious there's a problem you can tell just by reading the reviews. Go to Russellville cause if your expecting an ea
I've had some of the best experiences here at Belmont. The staff is very kind and they care about you. With music and relaxing chairs they try to make your donation the best it can be. I love it here.
Some of the people here are really good at their job. One lady sits behind the desk in the front yelling at people to put the mask over their nose, which is annoying. One thing that is an issue here is the employees not paying attention whenever someone is done donating. Sometimes you will sit there 10-15 minutes waiting on someone to take the needle out, while they are over there talking.
Chick working there totally missed my vein and caused a bruise. They deferred me for having "complications" and then when I was given the all clear, was told I couldn't donate until the doctor approved, who apparently only shows up once a week for a short time. There's other plasma centers that won't waste your time as much as this one enjoys. All in all, spent about two hours waiting just to be told to come another time. Total waste of my time and gas money EDIT: so after multiple trips to the center, even
The employees there are kind, friendly people who will talk and joke with you like you've been friends forever. Derek is one of the coolest people there hands down! Hes good at his job too! Cassidy also is a very cool lady, very good at sticking as well. They all take pride in there work. YWD??
This is by far the worst place to go to donate at. I have a ton of things. So one they change the sitting stuff to us having to stand. Okay but the thing is the screeners take forever to get to u. Secondly standing raises some people's hearts ?. But today by far is what drew the line for me. Normally when u have a bruise they send you home to get rid of it. But now there giving u an orange band saying that u can't donate on that arm. Friday I went and they noticed it and they let me donate TODAY I go and th
I've been donating plasma regularly now for nearly four years and about three at Grifols Fort Smith location. I have to stop by and take the time out to say how awesome these guys are. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about assisting you with questions or concerns. It's all for a great cause and it never hurts to have a few extra bills to fold either. The company offers random monthly, sometimes weekly bonuses and incentives. It's definitely worthwhile to come out and see these guys, they'll ta
I love how clean it is, and the staff always makes you feel welcomed! I gave 5 stars because on top of everything they do each day they still make time to make you feel great about what you are doing.
I always look forward to coming here and donating. Number one for a good cause. Number two some extra cash for me. The staff makes the experience comfortable and sometimes quite entertaining lol I'm thankful for this place!
Love the staff here! They are amazing, my personal favorites here are Kelsey, and Caitlyn. I don't let many people stick me because I only have one vain! So Kelsey, Caitlyn, and Derek are wonderful phlebotomists! Come see them sometime.
I am disappointed in the fact, that after being sold on the online appointment system that must be used now... they can still thoroughly waste your time by having you make the appointment, and then differing you for another week??? I followed their instructions as they directed, and had my morning completely wasted on my first ever online appointment date. This system doesn't excite or please me as a client at all.
A complete waste of time, after 5 hrs finally was called back being a new donor and all, go through everything just fine comes to the screening i pass everything cept one number on my bp, i was a few points off so i couldnt donate. Word of advise anyone who has to drive a long way be prepared to waste time if you are a new donor, on the bright side the staff was super nice at least but the wait was long and miserable and couldnt donate adding salt to the wound. It would not be so much of an issue if i didn
After donating at a different plasma center. Grifols has been the best center I've donated at. I like the people. They're friendly and joke around. They learn who you are and truly take an interest in you. The phlebotomists do a good job at making sure as many people had a successful donation as possible.
Very well trained staff and friendly as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else to donate. They make me feel welcome every time I donate. Would definitely recommend other people to this place.
Great staff!! They have positive attitude even with the poor work conditions they endure!! BUT NOTE FOR MANAGEMENT YOU need to revise the appointment system. The schedule BOOKS to many appointments in the 15 minute window. And you don't have the proper staff #s to keep it from backing up. Causing a 2 hr wait just to be screened and 1 hour to be stabbed. Unless you luck into coming in and theres no wait. Step it up guys!! Your sceeners and phlebotomist are doing great!. They do so much and if not for them mo
Most everyone is friendly as can be! Everyone likes to make small talk so the time goes by faster this way. I've had very few problems if at all with any of the staff and would recommend coming here if you would like to donate.
Poorly managed on the day I went in as a new donor. Some areas where they can improve: 1) post a sign outside the main doorway stating that you need your ID, social Security Card, and Proof of Address in order to donate, so you don't have to discuss it with each surprised new donor who doesn't show up with a social security card. 2) Have the new donor fill out the medical questionnaire and go over the informational video/ booklet (they have multiple copies to hand out) when they arrive, not almost TWO HOURS
Shout out to my ladies Caitlyn, Kelsey, Chasity, Maddy, Angela, the others that I forgot to mention and of course Randy! Y'all are the bomb! I esp want to thank Erica for doing an excellent job of multi tasking (Training new hires/Processing donors). Y'all keep up the positive vibes...
My husband is a regular donor at the fort Smith location. My first donation was two weeks ago. I was unable to donate for two weeks because of a tech named Cassandra. She blew the vein in my left arm on the first stick. Pulled out the needle and did not tell me what happened until after she had began wrapping an ice pack around my arm. She then had someone else stick my right arm. I told them I was allergic to latex. She never checked the ingredients of the coband. Just told me there was no latex and not to
The staff are great and very friendly. They are good at what they do. They always make me feel comfortable. I find them to be extremely patient and create a fun atmosphere.
I love biomat USA. The staff there is excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Derrick Ashley Randy David, and Morgan are the best. I have been with them for about 8 or 9 years and I have loved everytime I come in.
Biomat USA Fort Smith, AR is great! The staff is super friendly, and helpful! Too many great ones to just name one ooff hand! Anyone looking to start donating definitly should come here! The rate they give you for donations is very fair compared to how they did a couple years back! Great atmosphere! Typically takes about an hour to an hour and a half for the whole process! Come check em out!
I think biomat Fort Smith is a great place to help save lives of that's what you're in to. You also make money doing it. The staff is all nice and they seem clean. I have not had a bad stick and I have gone here for years. It has been safe, and the way they stick me, I don't even feel the needle. The only improvement they can make is to offer more food. Signing off- pattycake, aka pat pat, aka pineapples, aka salad?, aka peanut butter.
Best donation center I've ever been to. Ashley is hands down the best and definitely needs a raise. Everyone treats me like family here. And Mr daivid is to nice.
The place has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. Sometimes I bring some treats for them of my BBQ's. Chasity, Terri, Caitlyn, Tonya and the rest of the staff are truly amazing.
The staff is so friendly. They are always willing to assist and make the experience as pleasant as possible. The facility is always kept clean and organized.
The staff are always super friendly and know what they're doing. i?m always in an out within an hour. it's always a vibe! i love it there!
Absolute worst plasma donating facility. Staff is rude runs around like chickens with their heads cut off. The only reason the reviews are as high as it is here is because the offer bonuses to people to write a good review
Honestly a great Place excellent staff, I have an amazing time everytime I'm here and enjoy the conversations, I've never had a problem they are great at what they do definitely recommend, plus the cash fee is well worth it
I come here 2 days a week for a easy 90 bucks for sitting on a nice bed chair thing for a hour. Would recommend to anyone that wants to help others and supplement your income. Can be a little cold sometimes.
I used to donate for months and a lot of the time that extra money would put gas in my car for me to get to work. Whenever you go to donate you do a physical and they strip you down and look over your body. They messed up my tattoos on my paperwork. Messed up which arm one was on and totally forgot to mark the one I have on the top of my foot. I sat and waited for over an hour and finally go back to get stucked and I'm sitting in the chair fixing to be stuck and the girl just stops what she's doing and says
Love donating at biomat ft smith! You get to help people and make a little extra cash. The staff us super nice. Super clean facility too! Awesome job guys!
I have had nothing but issues with you guys not wanting to stick me I keep getting told drink more water after this year I'm not donating with you guys ever again the staff are very rude not very professional
Amazing staff! Friendly and clean environment. The staff is so welcoming and making you feel relaxed. Great opportunity to help people.
Grifols is great I've been donating for two months now and the staff is always friendly. They always do the best they can for donors and ensure their comfort. I feel at ease. Caitlyn is my favorite phlebotomist, she is always careful and gentle with her sticks. I will continue to donate here. The atmosphere is always positive and they often have me laughing.
Everyone is absolutely so friendly at the Fort Smith Location and I would consider many of them friends now. I've been donating for 2 years, I make it part of my weekly schedule.
The center is very clean, like what you would expect at a doctor's office. The staff is friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. They currently pay $60 / week for donating and new donors earn $115 in their first week! Be sure to bring your photo ID, Social Security Card and proof of address (dated within the last 30 days).
The Staff is very friendly and professional. A good place to donate, earn a little extra cash and help people in the process. Would definitely recommend donating here. ??????????????
I love the people here they treat me with respect sometimes it's slow but not because if the workers Derek is awesome he knows just how to stick me so my blood flows quickly n always has a good laugh with me n Jessica her minty fresh breath is always refreshing for the up close times n come always does wonderful following detail my hats off to all the crew.... Merry Christmas
They don't know what they're doing. Can't get any answers for questions, as the next employee you talk to will probably tell you something different. They'll run you all over the place for hours and still find some reason to reject you. Wasted trip. They should just tell you everything you need to know from the start and the people working there should do their jobs better.
Randy and Cole are always amazing. All the staff is super sweet. The process is usually pretty quick and easy. :)
This place is the best plasma center in the area hand down. If your like myself, looking for more of a warm welcome experience rather that the feeling you get from the bigger more congested center that are under staffed and over crowded Biomat is the one for you. Thanks biomat
I went in on Monday to donate and was gotten through the new donor process quickly, however when I got to the physical part of it things changed rapidly. The finger poke for the blood test was very rough and is still bothering me and it's now Saturday. I have never had a test like this hurt for so long. Second, I was denied donation because of a procedure I had done almost 11 years ago. They informed me that because of that procedure that I had heart disease, yet I have never been diagnosed with heart disea
Went in and asked if I donated within 7 days would I get the second rate. I was told that I would and I gave up 1 hour and 45 minutes. I called back twice because the money wasn't on my card. Was told that it was and that it was at the first rate. Talked to a manager (Dave) and was told that it was a second rate. Was offered passes to be able to go ahead of the line in the future. I declined and told him it was the principal of the matter.
Very friendly stuff always made me feel safe and welcomed. Great place to help others and make a little extra cash.
As a new donor, I was super nervous and afraid of needles. Derek helped me out and made me laugh, he calmed my nerves and the procedure went great. This is a great way to make extra money while making a positive impact on others lives!
I told them I smoke medical cannabis and they deffered me. If it's such an issue why don't yall test for it? I know multiple people who smoke and who come in often and donate. I know it doesn't effect things and now my day has been wasted as well as my money and time. If it's an issue defer anyone who comes up with it in a UA. Not just the people who tell you.
As someone who is terrified of needles the staff here always make me feel so comfortable. It's a great way to make some extra money while also feeling like you're helping people.
My reasons for donating include participating in a life saving process as well as the money I receive for donating is helpful to use for food, gas or any other purposes. I have been donating for years and have met many nice people there
I have been coming to this plasma center for over a year and I can honestly say I love every single person that is employed here they make sure you are comfortable it's a very clean and friendly environment I don't think I will ever stop coming here I love helping save lives Erica Angela Chasity Jess Kelsey Dee Ashley Kendra Randy And so many more
Staff has had a MAJOR overhaul making donating more pleasant than in the past. Helping others that need plasma based medication while also earning a decent compensation is a win win!
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
