Newer employees are poorly trained and cannot properly screen donors. Was told my blood pressure and pulse was extremely elevated to the point if it were accurate i should have been in the hospital. This has happened twice with the same employee but never with any other screener for the many times I've donated there. When asked to speak to the manager about it I was treated very rudely and basically told to shut up and get out. When asked for their names to report they refused. Do not go to grifols unless y

What a difference a couple years makes. Everyone was so friendly, fast and efficient. Great overall returning donor experience. The staff working today were all exceptional and are assets to Grifols!!!

Clean and professional!!! EVERYONE is real nice and helpful! I LOVE that appointments are needed to donate, removing the wait and crowds to donate!! I am in and out from donating much faster versus when I went to a different donation place that was first come -first served?? I highly recommend this donation center

10/10 service and time frame, Patrick was in the front desk so kind and made sure you have all your paperwork and appointments filled out then it's smooth sailing, butter fly was next and first time in my whole life I wasn't hurt by pricking my finger, Josh the medical examiner was there till the very end always making sure I was comfortable and safe in the facility. Janayia was on the ball she checked on almost every customer consistently props to her she's headed to good places. Lastly the supervisor Tiar

The number of people on here complaining blows me away. The staff are very cordial. I had an appt at 5 yesterday. I didn't get called back until 530. I didn't get out of there until 630. Like everyone else they are probably over worked and under paid. This generation expects intant gratification for everything they do. How about you be patient and empathize with them. I have never had a bad experience and I have been going off and on for several years. Working around so much blood and dna is dangerous, and

Very disappointing. They changed their donations to scheduled only and failed to notify the donors. I go in this morning, as I have for 6 months, and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (standing right in front of them) I was told I couldn't donate until 1215pm. No compassion or empathy expressed. I put my kid in daycare to be able to donate only to be turned away callously. Very poor customer service. People don't donate to help mankind, they donate to pay bills. The lack of respect is u

My experience was awesome! My FIRST TIME ever donating plasma. It took a little time to get officially poked lol but it was all good. Pay is really good but the fact that I could HELP people that actually needs it is amazing! Walk in tor NEW Donors was excellent it didn't even take that long. Let's see so I arrived there at 830ish am and go out at 11:30 . The Only thing I hated was towards the end ; getting the Saline stuff back into your body, it was giving the shakes lol it was already cold inside but it

Great place! The staff are so supportive and helpful. I'm a first time donor so I was nervous and they made me feel safe !

Not enough people at the vital check stations and not all the kiosks were working. The vital station employees spent extra time purposely away from their stations . I waited in the waiting area for an hour and there weren't many people wirking

This is the cleanest organized professional donation center in Greenville I will never go back to bpl on the 10th street. The pay isn't as good but I will deal with it. Everyone is very nice they all wear white professional lab coats. The wait time is not long at all. I should have been going here a long time ago.

Been going here close to a year now. It was great at first, it's very clean and staff was pleasant. But now the last few months it has taken longer and longer to get in and out at first it was only one to two hours max but lately there have been times I'm there over four hours for one donation and only 30-40 minutes of that is actually donating the rest is waiting! Some of the staff are downright rude now but I think it's more because they are exhausted because of not being staffed and people getting frustr

The staff here are very professional and compassionate. What a better way to pay it forward by donating plasma for so many lives to be changed in a great way. The staff here are our community heros as in all medical fields.

Grifols is great! The staff is friendly and helpful, there's a comfortable & relaxed environment for the donors and the staff are good at their jobs they perform at the highest levels so it's nearly pain free and always fast

UPDATE- 6/26/23. Still no improvement since last time. So, I'm deducting a star. Financial incentive looks good at first. But that is based on a one-hour visit. Now you can plan on being here 2 hours or more. I know the team that did come to work is ehauseted. The fast and energetic people left. Extremely short-staffed. Although the folks this place has are friendly. There are about half the amount of people working at any given time than there was initially. The days of being "in an out in an hour" are g

Have been coming here for over a year and have to say that things have been steadily going downhill. Most of the staff are nice but you can tell the ones who don't really want to be there and the ones who do seem to care you can tell are seriously burned out because you see the same ones ALL the time. Not healthy for the staff and certainly not safe for the donors as this is how mistakes are made. The other major issue is the time your there. It is absolutely ridiculous that it takes over an hour just to be

This place used to be great. I have been donating here since around 2018-2019 and have had a few bad experiences, but the good always outweighed the bad. The people were great and made the long wait reasonable. Unfortunately, I have had to stop going the past 6+ months because they no longer perform manual blood pressures. After three tries on the machine, you are deferred for the day. This is a problem because since the beginning, the machine has had a hard time taking my blood pressure. I have always ha

The facility is very clean & the Staff are very nice & try to get u in a & out but being short handed is impossible sometimes. The pay isn't fair compared to other facilities & when trying to call the facility seems like the phone just rings & rings but overall the good out weigh the bad.. Update: it's been a month since last review but this place has gone down hill. The wait time is ridiculous, im about to go to another facility bc we been here since 740am & didn't get stuck till 10am. Not enough staff t

Pleasant place. Since being under new ownership the payment is fair, the facility is clean, and the people are pretty nice. They move a lot more efficiently too, doing their best to get you in and out.

I have always had an exceptional experience at Grifols, in Greenville NC. The staff are always friendly, professional, and have good work ethic. The environment is professional and CLEAN!

Love going there. People are polite and friendly. Make sure u good before u leave if it's your first time donating. They make u feel at home. They don't get enough credit for what they do. I just want u guys to know I appreciate you everytime I work through the door.

The staff are great..the equipment is so great..this place is not ment fir people with disabilities..

Grifols of greenville is blessed with some very nice employees they are always nice with smiling faces ..... very clean environment most the people who stick r very good I barely feel it..... I recommend this place over any other plasma place I have donated!!!!!

Staff is always super friendly and they do their best to get you in and out quickly. Center is always clean and sanitary, they gotta keep it cold though so remember to bring a blanket or jacket!

I enjoy the experience here, only thing is, when the center is full of people; there should be more people on staff to screen. It takes a long time, especially if you are at the lower part of the list, otherwise, it's great!

Since being taken over by someone else....compensation has decreased yet they are still taking the same amount of plasma. They are are also very short staffed and need to do some hiring. Due to short staff, the amount of time you are there to donate has doubled.....They need to do better overall.

I really enjoy donating at this center. Most days I'm in and out and the people are very nice. They treat everyone with respect even when some people be being rude. But overall great service.

I literally would love to advise everybody to come and donate these people here is very respectful and very helpful and I wouldn't trade this center for anything I love the employees over here & they are very good at sticking and making sure everything is okay

The staff here are so friendly. The quickly learned my name and always speak to me. They are always looking out for the donors. I have had a few issues with levels being to low or what not and they are always helpful in explaining and are always looking out to ensure I am ok. They are short staffed but those working are working extremely hard to get everyone in and out. I greatly appreciate all the workers.

Very pleasant employees to deal with. I look forward to going twice a week. Polite and funny

Very clean and nice place to donate! Staff is usually very friendly and helpful with any questions you have or the actual donating plasma process. I've been going here for years and I've had little to no issues.

Better make sure u stay in town or ur jus wasting gas to go here.... went in as a 1st time donation and jus wasted time and money....website says NOTHING ABOUT THERE BEING A DISTANCE REQUIREMENT AND IF U STAY OVER 30 MI AWAY THEY TURN U AWAY.....THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD TODAY

I tried to call several times to get information on becoming a new doner. Each time I was hung up on. Is this the way to conduct a professional business. Not sure if I want to proceed to try to provide a life saving need that is surely in demand & brings in a high capital. I hope if I decide to give I'm treated with great respect. We will see & may even report my experience with the federal government that regulates this business.

Very fast and efficient love the employees they all smile and speak to see if you need help!

The Phlebotomist are great but the girls at front taking your vitals are the slowest people ever. There will be a room full of people waiting and 5 people behind the counter and only 2 taking vitals and talking and messing around in between and wait times end up being over an hour when it should be like 20 minutes. There definetly should be someone making sure the line keeps moving or make sure they are doing their jobs at an efficient pace.

The staff presentation is very poor. The gentleman in medical is ALWAYS sleeping with the "Physical in progress " sign on the door, causing a delay in giving plasma. My husband went twice to become a new donor, each time before 1pm, and was never given information or proper appointment to give plasma. The automated system shates that new donors cacome ip to 1 hour before closing. Everyone is just always so eager to go home and doesn't mind saying it.

Excellent staff to make an easy going donation, just drink plenty of water before you come

Payout for new donors is $55 ?? while their competitors are paying out $150. I was so confused. Cuz why they playing in ppls face like that!!!! Went across town

Of y'all are closed starting on June third on Mondays. Then y'all NEED TO CHANGE THE TIME ON THE WEBSITE INSTRUCTING US THAT YOURE CLOSED ON MONDAYS. INSTEAD THE WEBSITE FOR THE GREENVILL LOCATION SAYS OPEN

This donation center is very clean , spacious , organized , and I NEVER have a problem when it comes to donating here. Many people think that because of its location being in a low poverty neighborhood that the center is dirty or full of feins but it isn't and they also have security 24/7. This location also gives you more opportunities to get bonus money through the month. All of this is in comparison to BPL .

Made appointments for both my husband and I. We provided our social security cards as requested. Both of us were told they couldn't be accepted because our middle initial was on the cards instead of the full name. These are the same government issued cards we have had since birth. Wasted gas because we drove from La Grange. Won't be back to suffer this incompetence again.

The members here are pleasant any time I come into this location for any reason. Thank you for your service

The workers are there just to get paid. They don't care about the donors at all. Last week my friend went their to donate like an hour 1/2 before they closed and was told that his temperature was too high as if he had a fever which he didn't. Today I went in to donate after a healthy meal and was told that my iron was a 37 and was too low to donate. I think they just want to sit around on the clock and get paid. I seriously don't know what their deal is but I'm switching to another plasma center.

Drove there just to find out that they don't take walk-ins. The lady told me I'd have to make an appointment almost 2 weeks away! I've never had to make an appointment just to donate. I drove to BPL down the road and of course they got me right in. Both were as a new donor by the way.

I have very positive interactions every time I'm able to donate plasma and help save life. And I'm thankful for that.

Quick and easy I do wish we could get more like before but it's a good way to have an emergency fund nonetheless.

They are Alot better than DCI in Greenville, you will wait a hour outside off 10st And I never have to wait like that here. Plus they pay a lil better. The woman in medical is a muddy Lil thing but it's all gravy babe..

This plasma center has the best everything compared to the other choice! Employees are GREAT & DO NOT TRY TO stab u to death like at the other bpl center?? ONLY 3 ? bcuz they could be a LOT faster if they'd open up the rest of the floor and keep a couple more staff on. But again compared to waiting 3-4 hrs at bpl center this place is ??????

Ms Jennifer best is awesome honestly the whole team there is very nice professional and awesome

Ive been donating plasma for aleast 10+ yrs. Yes there are some people that work there need a little more training but i just started coming back there and i have. And my wife have had good. Experience so far so alot of people need to understand yes money is good but its not all about the $ your there trying to help save someone life

No one their knows what their doing. The people sticking a needle in your arm have no experience or qualifications. Takes no more qualifications than working at McDonald's. They will mess your arms up. On top of that the front staff commonly is unqualified as well. Of course their are exceptions here but all together it's a sad place.

I love this place ! Quick service even when they are packed and wayyyyy more professional.

The staff was very informative, friendly and polite. It was my first time, so it took a little longer than someone who's previously registered.

Right on the website it says you can bring a student id and birth cert to use instead of a drivers license, called them hoping to donate and was told a ECU school ID doesn't work. Waste of time with completely incorrect information on the website. A valid photo ID This can include a driver's license, state-issued identification, passport or military ID. If you're a student, you can bring a school ID and a copy of your birth certificate that verifies your birth date. If you have an out-of-state ID, you'l

Fast and friendly staff

Turned away after driving an hour to get there because my social security card listed my middle name with an initial. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend going there.

I was wondering why I haven't receive a text in a while Sometimes I get a text for extra bonus I haven't received one I wonder why. Every thing is updated iam add on to my review iam sorry to say this the new nurse is so rude an won't listen to any thing you have to say I been there sence 2016 now she telling me I can't donte she is the only 1 I had problems with her an that new manager they pulled together i wish some one else I can speak to

I think that this location is awesome. All of the staff members are friendly and very professional. Keep up the great work!

Very nice people here. They been very patient when my veins don't want to cooperate. I would definitely recommend.

Nice staff. Clean facilities Everyone is like family they know you when you come in. Over all experience was 10/10

Great place clean well mannered welcoming environment since covid the process is smoother the staff doesn't get overwhelmed I like the new method of call in and schedule appointments the limit to how many donors in the facility was great should continue after covid to appreciate the workers and a boost in payout to both employees and donors can go along way I hear bpl gives more money all year round

I give them no stars if I had to. Not organized at all. Long wait time. I prefer to donate at BPL plasma. They the best! I reccomend BPL plasma ti anyone who want to donate plasma. Do not come here. Disappointment!

I got permanently deferred because at first physical they put in computer I had two tattoos instead of three, their mistake but holding me accountable I would not recommend anyone to donate there.

Great staff very professional! The process is quick and easy! Super clean facility!

They so sorry they gave me 2blood clots in my right arm went to them they said they worker probably hit a nerve let it heal on it's own to use the other arm my left arm got so worse I couldn't use it it spreads to my whole arm so I went to the hospital they said they gave me 2 blood clots that if I didn't get the medicine for it I could die in a few months so I got the medicine it cost 2100 dollars because I didn't have insurance but they don't care about they customers at all I went back to talk to them th
