Newer employees are poorly trained and cannot properly screen donors. Was told my blood pressure and pulse was extremely elevated to the point if it were accurate i should have been in the hospital. This has happened twice with the same employee but never with any other screener for the many times I've donated there. When asked to speak to the manager about it I was treated very rudely and basically told to shut up and get out. When asked for their names to report they refused. Do not go to grifols unless y

What a difference a couple years makes. Everyone was so friendly, fast and efficient. Great overall returning donor experience. The staff working today were all exceptional and are assets to Grifols!!!

The number of people on here complaining blows me away. The staff are very cordial. I had an appt at 5 yesterday. I didn't get called back until 530. I didn't get out of there until 630. Very disappointing. They changed their donations to scheduled only and failed to notify the donors. I go in this morning, as I have for 6 months, and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (standing right in front of them) I was told I couldn't donate until 1215pm. My experience was awesome! My FIRST TIME ever donating plasma. It took a little time to get officially poked lol but it was all good. This is the cleanest organized professional donation center in Greenville I will never go back to bpl on the 10th street. The pay isn't as good but I will deal with it. Been going here close to a year now. It was great at first, it's very clean and staff was pleasant. But now the last few months it has taken longer and longer to get in and out at first it was only one to two hours max but lately there have been times I'm there over four hours for one donation and only 30-40 minutes of that is actually donating the rest is waiting! Grifols is great! The staff is friendly and helpful, there's a comfortable & relaxed environment for the donors and the staff are good at their jobs they perform at the highest levels so it's nearly pain free and always fast

UPDATE- 6/26/23. Still no improvement since last time. So, I'm deducting a star. Financial incentive looks good at first. But that is based on a one-hour visit. Most of the staff are nice but you can tell the ones who don't really want to be there and the ones who do seem to care you can tell are seriously burned out because you see the same ones ALL the time. Staff is always super friendly and they do their best to get you in and out quickly. Center is always clean and sanitary, they gotta keep it cold though so remember to bring a blanket or jacket!

I enjoy the experience here, only thing is, when the center is full of people; there should be more people on staff to screen. It takes a long time, especially if you are at the lower part of the list, otherwise, it's great!

Since being taken over by someone else....compensation has decreased yet they are still taking the same amount of plasma. They are are also very short staffed and need to do some hiring. Due to short staff, the amount of time you are there to donate has doubled.....They need to do better overall.

I really enjoy donating at this center. Most days I'm in and out and the people are very nice. They treat everyone with respect even when some people be being rude. But overall great service.

The staff here are so friendly. The quickly learned my name and always speak to me. They are always looking out for the donors. I have had a few issues with levels being to low or what not and they are always helpful in explaining and are always looking out to ensure I am ok. They are short staffed but those working are working extremely hard to get everyone in and out. I greatly appreciate all the workers.

I tried to call several times to get information on becoming a new doner. Each time I was hung up on. Is this the way to conduct a professional business. Not sure if I want to proceed to try to provide a life saving need that is surely in demand & brings in a high capital. I hope if I decide to give I'm treated with great respect. We will see & may even report my experience with the federal government that regulates this business.

The Phlebotomist are great but the girls at front taking your vitals are the slowest people ever. There will be a room full of people waiting and 5 people behind the counter and only 2 taking vitals and talking and messing around in between and wait times end up being over an hour when it should be like 20 minutes. There definetly should be someone making sure the line keeps moving or make sure they are doing their jobs at an efficient pace.

The staff presentation is very poor. The gentleman in medical is ALWAYS sleeping with the "Physical in progress " sign on the door, causing a delay in giving plasma. My husband went twice to become a new donor, each time before 1pm, and was never given information or proper appointment to give plasma. The automated system shates that new donors cacome ip to 1 hour before closing. Everyone is just always so eager to go home and doesn't mind saying it.

This donation center is very clean , spacious , organized , and I NEVER have a problem when it comes to donating here. Many people think that because of its location being in a low poverty neighborhood that the center is dirty or full of feins but it isn't and they also have security 24/7. This location also gives you more opportunities to get bonus money through the month. All of this is in comparison to BPL .

Made appointments for both my husband and I. We provided our social security cards as requested. Both of us were told they couldn't be accepted because our middle initial was on the cards instead of the full name. These are the same government issued cards we have had since birth. Wasted gas because we drove from La Grange. Won't be back to suffer this incompetence again.

The workers are there just to get paid. They don't care about the donors at all. Last week my friend went their to donate like an hour 1/2 before they closed and was told that his temperature was too high as if he had a fever which he didn't. Today I went in to donate after a healthy meal and was told that my iron was a 37 and was too low to donate. I think they just want to sit around on the clock and get paid. I seriously don't know what their deal is but I'm switching to another plasma center.

Drove there just to find out that they don't take walk-ins. The lady told me I'd have to make an appointment almost 2 weeks away! I've never had to make an appointment just to donate. I drove to BPL down the road and of course they got me right in. Both were as a new donor by the way.

I have very positive interactions every time I'm able to donate plasma and help save life. And I'm thankful for that.

Quick and easy I do wish we could get more like before but it's a good way to have an emergency fund nonetheless.

This plasma center has the best everything compared to the other choice! Employees are GREAT & DO NOT TRY TO stab u to death like at the other bpl center?? Ive been donating plasma for aleast 10+ yrs. Yes there are some people that work there need a little more training but i just started coming back there and i have. And my wife have had good. Experience so far so alot of people need to understand yes money is good but its not all about the $ your there trying to help save someone life

No one their knows what their doing. The people sticking a needle in your arm have no experience or qualifications. Takes no more qualifications than working at McDonald's. They will mess your arms up. On top of that the front staff commonly is unqualified as well. Of course their are exceptions here but all together it's a sad place.

Great place clean well mannered welcoming environment since covid the process is smoother the staff doesn't get overwhelmed I like the new method of call in and schedule appointments the limit to how many donors in the facility was great should continue after covid to appreciate the workers and a boost in payout to both employees and donors can go along way I hear bpl gives more money all year round

They so sorry they gave me 2blood clots in my right arm went to them they said they worker probably hit a nerve let it heal on it's own to use the other arm my left arm got so worse I couldn't use it it spreads to my whole arm so I went to the hospital they said they gave me 2 blood clots that if I didn't get the medicine for it I could die in a few months so I got the medicine it cost 2100 dollars because I didn't have insurance but they don't care about they customers at all I went back to talk to them th
