I go there twice a week every week ,the staff does a great job ??

Normally would never have a problem from this location but I went in to take a protein test on the 12, they told me like they say any other time ?it'll take 7-10 days? I call on the 10th day no it's not done yet, no one?s looked at it, was then told they send all the samples out and they have to wait, lady tells me another 1-10 days which I then explain it's already been 10 days, then she tells me to call tmrw, well today is tmrw and I call and I get told that it hasn't been looked at yet and the lady comes

If I could give Grifols zero stars I would give them that. 2012 location on La Salle Ave I went to give plasma did my physical the nurse that did my paperwork put in the computer that I didn't tell her about my piercing which I did and they told me I couldn't donate no more. It's 2024 and the lady told me that she wasn't there when everything was docked so she has to go by what's in the computer I will never send no one this location

So I rarely donate plasma, and I've never had any complications up until today. Some mid aged woman with a Zulu tribe hairstyle was my phlebotomist this morning. I said GM, no reply. I pardoned that. Sat down on the chair, and she tells me she's sick and not feeling well.. 2 red flags.. She puts needle in my vein, didn't ask if I'm alright.. Charles was rude during my visit today. The machine stopped. He walked over asking me why I didn't raise my hand even though I've never done that or soon anyone do that in my past 10 visits here. As he walks away he says I "You need to pay attention, maam." with this attitude. I was waiting patiently like I always do.

Wonderful, professional staff, they are all kind and friendly and always make sure to greet me (by name) even when they aren't the ones checking me in. They're a bit understaffed (like every establishment these days) but they work hard, fast, and stay positive while doing so. Thank you to Tori too for being so kind. This is a great place to donate!

Went here to donate, waited hours just for them to say I can't donate their anymore. Apparently someone made a mistake in documenting my piercings the last time I was there and put a different place on my face and some how it fell on me and was my fault and I am considered unreliable. Meanwhile said employee stands at the front talking to the girl who's processing a person. Now I understand when one of the employees called this place getto.

I started coming in 2015, stopped for a while do to school and work. They kept calling me to come back and donate so I decided to come back. I've been going here for alittle while now. Switch from octapharma when I moved to the area. I really enjoy the staff and the service received everyone one is friendly and courteous. I've personally have never had a issue, I will admit the process flows better with the appointment setup now that splendid idea. The returning donor bonuses are great compared to pass ones I've had couldn't think of a thing to change at all.

536pm on a Wednesday afternoon you see 6 employees waking around but only 1 person working the floor in the back? How is that reasonable or even makes sense? Middle of the week, this late there should always be atleast 2 to 3 people working the floor. And how to stick the vein should be properly taught to each person, that could potentially lead to serious injury.

I've been coming here for 14 years and just made my 1000th donation. The staff does a fantastic job day in and out in a slightly hectic environment. If you're nice to them they're nice to you. I highly recommend this place if you want a little extra money or if you just want to do something that helps others.

Was interested in becoming a Donor at BiOmat USA. But after my experience with a Caucasian woman that was a staff member that was assigned to the new Donors on 7/4/2023. The WORST place to give plasma! Do not come here.. All in a week.. I had someone poke my arm and miss the whole vein while my blood squirts everywhere while she just jokes. Not enough ppl working there that takes it serious. Also, my last visit someone broke into my car and the ?cameras doesn't work? . Real sketchy place and should be able to tell by location. Experience was good there, until some new lady stuck me today and felt she didn't know what she was doing because her first comment was "you look like you scared" (now keep in mind I've been donating for years and even at this plasma center) so in my mind I feel you either tryna be funny or you really the nervous scared one. This place is so ghetto. When they answer the phones, they don't care who's on the other end. They complain THE WHOLE TIME THEY ARE WORKING. I saw a review that said they only assist their friends which is essentially the truth. They look out for their own there. This place isn't safe for women, had an employee harass an older donor because she closed her eyes for a second. She apologized when the male nurse approached her aggressively and demanded she keeps her eyes open and told her ?you better agree with the rules?. Haven't had any issues. The ladies who stick are nice and come by to check on me. The whole thing runs smooth if you go the right time of day. I did have an issue with small bruising after a stick and they wouldn't let me donate that day, but I know they were just doing their job and being safe for my sake, too. Wait for hours just to be told BP is too high to donate. Never had high BP ever, and tried to explain that they needed a larger cuff. Wouldn't listen and said nope can't donate. Went to my dr for my annual physical, BP normal. I'll just go somewhere who knows what they are doing.

Wonderful, kind people. Of course, there's gonna be that one person who acts like they would rather die than work, which is scary when they're the one who sticks you, but 9/10 times, great experiences. Waiting isn't too much of a issue, after all, you're getting money for sitting and giving a little plasma.

The staff is cool. As far as how things are set up, not too organized at all. Be expected for someone who got there 30-45 mins after you to get stuck before you, cause of where you're seated.

My visit today was Hell 3/22/19. They avoid clients and refuse to stick some people without trying. I was stuck 3 times and when you try to explain your arm and how your veins are they get attitudes. Not a good look and you wonder why my anxiety be through the roof in there.

Normally I wouldn't complain. But, today I waited 25 minutes to be unhooked and two people who finished afterme were unhooked first. There needs to be a better system on recognizing who finished donating first instead of asking one personand taking their word just because they wanted to be unhooked first

If you're a type 2 diabetic don't waste your time. I called before I went over there and I told the lady I was a type 2 diabetic and asked her if that would be a problem and she said she couldn't answer that for me to come in and I told I didn't want to waste their time or mine. So I went and filled all the paperwork out just to be told I couldn't give plasma because I'm a diabetic

had me wait two hours and fill out multiple forms to finally tell me i can't donate simply because i have asthma. even when i offered my doctors chart to show that the type of asthma i have will not impact a simple donation. this policy wasn't even on the site and not to mention the staff is rude.

Came in today at 2 and 20 mins later I'm donating. It's a busy place but the staff do a great job. They all should get a raise for the excellent service they give the donors.

Only invested in helping their friends like it is a private mom and pop and not a corporation. As evidenced by picking and choosing who to assist if they are a difficult stick and being reluctant to accept new donors. This nepotism been going on for years. Corporate should know.

Very friendly experienced staff! But they have this new process they takes forever. Went from taking no more than 2 hours total to donate to now 3.5 hours for a returning donor.

They sell each plasma bottle for tens of thousands yet can't be bothered to decently compensate us for our plasma. That's just terrible.

So slow. New donor process takes to long. No wonder why they are offering 70 dollars for new donors because they must loose alot. I dont even know if it is worth going back for the rest of my 4 70 dollar bonuses

Very very slow took almost 2 hrs with very few people waiting just to get in to wait to donate. Then sat and waited with lots of works walking around. After being told a change of address form was a sufficient form of proof of address the woman rudely told my husband that his was unacceptable. I will definitely NOT be referring friends there anymore. Very unprofessional.

The positive reviews must be from employees. This place is the worst. Rude, ghetto management and workers. 3 to 4 hours is standard here. The employees spend too much time giving out attitudes and speaking on their personal lives.....UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very very slow on Sundays!!! They have only 2 people.. just FYI for anyone that goes on Sundays. Otherwise the people are nice and friendly and very accommodating

This Biomat is one of the best plasma centers in Va. There's not along wait , the money is fair and they also have bonuses and a nice kind friendly staff who cares about their patient's.

I love coming here to donate plasma! Everyone is so nice, professional and that facility is clean. The Hampton Biomat is an amazing place to go to save lives!

Always changing procedures until its not worth it.. they constantly call to see why i dont go, promotionals ect.. but when i do go its a whole new pay out rate, cant walkin in for 1st 2hrs last 3hrs, now no walkins for last 4hrs and i think first 2hrs still, usually understaffed stayed 3 hrs 1 day and never got to donate just had to leave in frustration ladies are nice but kindness goes but so far when its disorganized and procedures ALWAYS change montlhy sometimes twice a month... not worth it

Honest 3*. The wait times are disgusting. Be prepared to lose your day, EVEN with VIP. It's money though. Selling your body one way or another. I'll tell you it beats construction jobs though.

I really like coming here since they changed things around it has helped me alot. The workers are very kind and sweet.

They do not have any kind of organization and they never answer the phone. If I need an appointment on the weekends or I cannot come in but they refuse to answer the phone how am I supposed to set an appointment?
