The staff are lovely. They make you feel like your family. And I don't think I've encountered even one rude person that I've ran into there, including those donating
Will never donate here again. Waited over 3 hours each time. They are understaffed and I totally understand that. However, the staff who are there are more concerned with eating lunch and chatting rather than taking care of the donors. If you finally get stuck and attached to the machine, pray that the machine doesn't stop. They ignore the alarms and it takes so much longer than it should.
Been going here for a while, there seems to be an issue, I'm leaning on two things, management and staffing. Corporate should consider raising pay or pay time and a half on Sundays, to entice people to come work here, this location seems to always be understaffed especially on Sundays. On Sunday expect to be waiting, don't try to plan your day. Other than that all staff is friendly, good at sticking.
Would never donate here again. They turned my husband down after he drove an hour on his day off to donate. Said he doesn't have a permanent address. We live in Jesup Georgia!!!! That is our permanent address!!! They also never answer the phones and can't keep staff so they don't know how to properly stick people.
I had a very loud disagreement with these people today and I agree with the other bad reviews. I was seated after an hour waiting and after 20 minutes I stood up and counted 8 people waiting to get stuck and the whole staff gone except for 1 girl. I brought it up to the Management and was told that it was voluntary and I could leave, well I told her to shove it. You people are in the collection business. I'm a customer and my donations pay your salary. The training and management here is absolutely the wors
This is the worst run facility in all of Georgia! The supervisors are lazy and the only people who get fired are the employees who have to work under unsafe conditions with no support from the supervisor! Maybe you should get rid of the lazy staff behind the scenes! That is where the problem is. I will be reporting this facility to the state for unsafe medical procedures and lack of supporting staff. This place should be closed down! I won't be back.
There isn't any point in scheduling an appointment cause you will sit there for 2 hour passed schedule time just waiting to get started. Staff are super nice but the waiting is ridiculous. If you can't stick to a schedule don't let so many people schedule an appointment.
Expect to either wait forever or have bruises. I have been 5 times, plus today. The first appointment took four hours. After that, it was about an hour if you got your vitals done quickly. With that being said, today I sat for an hour and they weren't even calling people to the deck. I had to leave due to how long it was taking. I have bruised so badly the last two times that it has taken two weeks to come in between appointments. Extremely frustrating since it's by appointment and you don't know if you are
It's not the workers fault they are usually in the best of moods, all they do is draw our plasma and stick the needles, but Machines keep stoping cause of undone maintenance this place is a joke from the time it takes to get you seated, even tho I had an appointment at 8 I didn't get into a chair untill almost 8 30 and then the machine is messed up half way tru my donation, I don't feel safe around these machines if they are not gonna do the one job they need to do properly
Ashley LPN nurse is great, I love coming here. Lost few good workers but the people who work here now are doing awesome.
I am the first one to give some grace when it comes to business, however this is now two weeks straight(4 visits) where my donation has taken 3+ hours, somehow they are always understaffed. I'm not sure if it's a management issue or what but this is surely going to push people away
I have been going here for a while now and you can tell it has changed a lot, especially with staffing & wait times! Other than that, it's ok. I have to give my girl Taylor a shout out, no matter how busy or hectic it is, if she sees me, she always speaks and has a positive attitude! She also sticks very well and I don't ever feel a thing when she does it!
Only my 4th time donating and dealt with major issues and miscommunication. I had received a $50 bonus that expired on 11/3/24 so I donated at noon on 11/2/24. I had showed every single employee I encountered my bonus form email. Reception, vitals, who sticked me and who unstuck me and loaded my card. They all told me to remind them before leaving. Each person said to tell the next person about my $50 bonus. Before leaving the receptionist was the one who unstuck me and said you had that $50 bonus right? I
I had an appointment for 1:30 today they close at 3:00 I get there they had everything shut down and the lobby closed I tried to call so my appointment was still go through they wouldn't even answer the phone I had to get a donor to tell me what was going on this is crazy this is the worst absolute worst donation center I've ever been to
This location is habitually understaffed to the point of being concerning for the donors. Long waits are common, so expect to spend at least two hours on any given day. The ONLY reason I'm not leaving a one star review is the fact that the staff they DO have is wonderful, and they do their best with a situation that the company caused via failing to fully staff the location.
I have enjoyed going here for years and have always been greeted with smiles! Each process is a breeze. Taylor is my go to girl, she always makes sure she speaks and smiles, even if I don't have her. But I do love when I get her because I barely feel the stick at all! I have to go late because of work and even though I know everyone is tired and ready to go they never miss a step and always handle their job well.
There's a few bad apples on the staff here?. Most of them are wonderful. Most staff members will still let u donate without an appointment if they are not busy. Or if u come late. But there's a few that throw a fit if ur late or have no appointment?. EVEN IF THEY'RE NOT BUSY?.. I explained why I was late and the one lady got me going?. All of a sudden this other comes out and tries telling the friend that rides with me he can't donate because he's not on the schedule?. I told her I called earlier and made s
If you go here unfortunately expect them to change the amount you'll get at random times I've been a few times and was paid the right amount but my wife went when it was $100 for your first 4 donations within a month yet they changed it to only $75 when she did her second donation and if someone puts you down as referring them which is supposed to give you $50 on their second donation don't hold your breath because you won't get it. The people working there are good but whoever manages the payments isn't tr
Getting deadnamed and full deadnamed by the staff here is getting really really really old. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy
Started calling yall at 9 its 9:50 Now I called over 40 times no answer this is pathetic how can we talk to whoever is higher than manager yall need to get fired asap
They don't know how to do their own jobs, the level of incompetence is frustrating. They want to horse play and chasing each other around pretending they are going to stab each other with the needles. Talk about who they like and don't like gossiping about all the crazy stuff that the other workers have been caught doing. All wow, seven people are waiting to get stuck which I've been sitting in the chair for over an hour. They claim they have a staffing issue, but there was about six workers walking around
First, Second, and third donations went well. I don't know why the 4th didn't go well. I drank plenty of water. And was told by a staff member it was unwise to drink plenty of water. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. The staff member that did my needle stick seemed angry having to work on mothers day. The second needle stick was pretty rough and the machine stopped twice after that I was done. I wasn't going to be stuck a third-time staff member too rough.
Went for my first time donating plasma. The front desk lady did not acknowledge me when I walked in (I was the only person at the entrance area). She gave me an odd side eye until I finally spoke up and told her it was my first time donating. The next thing out of her mouth was ?you can't donate because you have a crop top on?. After telling her I had nothing else to put on she went to the back and got me a jacket. Then I went to a back room and the man told me to take off the jacket they JUST made me put o
This place used to be good, now everything is so strict and theres always problems getting appts, theyve also almost completely done away with walk ins even if its slow and you have an appt you cant check in until your appt time when you could before. This place is turning into a joke, ive never been to a donating place that operates like this
Place has a huge issue with people getting attitudes with each other on the floor seems like who ever Qa is or management chooses to correct behaviors on the donor floor loudly when the employees they were talking to are right there as though she wanted all the donors to hear her. While there are some really nice workers it seems all of the workers have a problem with someone else and how they do there job. Don't shoot the messenger just calling how all donors are seeing it. Also stop coming up to people an
I want to give a big shout out to the staff and management at this center! Each and every time I visit this center I am treated like royalty. They all address me by my name and treat me like a member of their own family. I am greeted professionally and the customer service is outstanding. They are always smiling, welcoming, and happy to assist. The facility is clean and comfortable. The management team is usually on the floor helping the staff and assisting them to make a pleasurable experience for us! Keep
They use to be good but I just drove over 40 minutes just to be told it's appointment only due to staff shortage. A heads up would've been nice. How hard is it to send a txt or email? So I wake up at 6am on Saturday and drive for over 80 minutes for no reason. No compensation? I won't waste my precious time going back to that poorly ran place ever again.
So I have been to biomat several many times not only the one in Savannah but the one in Hinesville as well there hadn't been a problem until today. The young lady would jab the needle in I told her my veins rolling burst and when she would go to put it in she just jabbed which put it all the way through making it burst. Try it again on the right arm and then again on the left arm and then wrapped them up and said you're good to go. I went right out the back door into the front door and told them I'd never h
They always are polite and efficient at their job. The facility is always up kept. It is an in and out process i havent face any issues in the numerous times i have donated here. 10/10 i recommend!
Wow you guys @ Grifols Biomat USA better wake up! Everytime I go in to do a donation another good employee has left. Two of the very best Kylee and Neisha are now gone geez! Will Taylor be next??? I know this new Hyundai plant is coming in looking for 8,500 new employees but if a company treats the workers right. Grifols Biomat could still have proper consistant staffing continually.. I have a mostly easy & pleasurable track record of 85 donations. However dealing with Phlebotomist Ashley who is on the f
I have been going to biomat for about a few months and I can honestly say the staff is amazing and the place is well kept up with. The only downfall is that they wait for multiple beds to be available instead of calling people the moment a bed is available. I was sent home one day due to how the facility was so packed with people waiting to be called to donate. It's not fair that I had to leave and missed out on my donation because they are taking their time to call on people. If this problem gets fixed I b
Every staff member I have come across is super amazing. To be honest they keep the environment fun but professional at the same time. Kenesia by far is one of the most professional technicians I've met. She has always made it an overall great experience for myself to want to come back and donate multiple times. As I previously stated the whole staff is super professional and fun and I will always come back to get my bi-weekly laughs and donate for a great cause! Keep the energy y?all are amazing!
If anyone decides that this will be the place they want to donate, I'd say go for it. The staff are excellent at what they do, and if Megan is there, you're in good hands. Nice hair, nice smile, and a cool personality, you can't miss her! Biomat, give that girl a raise!
I've been gone for seven months and I was greeted with a smile I missed the girls on the floor. They've always been so nice and professional to me especially neisha and Kylee keep up the good work
This was my first time as a plasma donor so I wasn't sure what to expect ! Due to the high amount of negative reviews already posted about the rude staff , and several other complaints, It almost deterred me from even going . But I decided I would give it a go and let my own experience be the reason I returned or not . I did want quite a while to start any of the different parts for new donors , however . That was made up and exceeded by employees . The AMAZING staff at this center truly deserve a huge
This place is like horrible in a sense of like the rules or whatever and what I mean by that is that my husband went had a good vein. Apparently you supposed to have two and then was denied because he didn't have the two veins and then they told him to come back in seven days, drinking a whole bunch of water and try it then Which doesn't make sense because there's nothing on Google that says you had to have two veins to be able to donate plasma. It just says like the basic rules you have to be like you know
Very nice staff always saying hi and try to get everyone started for their donation and off for their day. Some days you might have to be patient for them may only have a skeleton crew but they do work as fast as they can to accommodate your needs.
I came here on my first appointment as a new donor. The lady at the front desk seem friendly but not a couple others. The guy that assisted me didn't acknowledge me at all and sent me home twice because my vein in both my arms wouldn't pop out enough or is too small. I didn't never have this problem with any of my doctor appointments or hospital visits when it came to my blood needing to be drawn from my arm. The nurses and doctors always worked at my arm to get my vein visible and popping. This guy didn't
It's honestly getting harder and harder to keep going here. Between wait times, staffing issues, appointment issues, and overall experience, it's almost not worth it. The staff do not seem happy to work there, its depressing. I've tried my fair share of trying to improve the mood but failed. Most won't even say anything after thanking them or interacting with them. Makes you wonder how management is treating them. Staff change frequently, and I don't blame them. When you get paid minimum wage to this kin
Definitely improved since I started donating here about a yr ago!! Geo Kylie Ashley and Taylor are my favorite so friendly and hardworking!! Good job y'all
Kind, courteous, and professional staff! Always met with a smile and kind words. Taylor's awesome and I refer her to anyone donating for the first time!
The staff is super nice, the facility is super clean but the waiting is crazy. They need to stop waiting for all the beds to empty to call on people. As soon as a bed becomes available they should call on someone, just like the biomat in F.L they are never packed.
I love the staff and there is such a friendly atmosphere. When I walk in there is Sam with a big smile behind her mask welcoming me back to the center! Emma the on that did my screening was friendly and efficient. Heather the phlebotomist does such an amazing job my vein is deep most of them miss it but heather never misses and when she sticks me I don't even feel it. Over all my visit was great and I had a wonderful experience!!!!!!!
I came to my appointment and was told to come back the next day because I had to go through the new donor process when I came back the next day I patiently went through the process and confirmed at the time of arrival and with the person that did my vitals that I would be getting the $100 compensation (hints: the reason I came back and patiently waited to go through the new donors process again) after being there 4 hours I went home waited an hour checked the card and only got $40! I was really in need of t
The employees here are very kind and friendly people, helping and guiding us through the process. They make you feel calm, aware, welcomed throughout the procedure.
I started donating plasma in 2019, I enjoyed visiting this center from the time I arrived until I left everyone is being nice and friendly. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Guys, you are awesome!
Awesome, polite staff, wait times are horrific. I had an appointment at 12:45, I even came in early at 12:20, and yet I've been sitting waiting. It's now 2:20 and I haven't even been pulled to the back. There really needs to be a better system, I planned things around my appointment that I now have to move because I've been waiting for two hours for nothing. Update: was finally sat at 2:30. Myself as well as several around me are waiting to be stuck still
You must be in good health to donate. Check their website for the requirements. This process can be time-consuming. I don't know if I'll be in here for an hour or more. A few times, I spent over three hours in here. The time to donate plasma takes me about 45 minutes if I'm well hydrated. When the staff is on point, which is hit or miss, you'll be in and out. Otherwise, just plan to be here for about 2 hours. Bring a book, make sure your phone is charged. ?? If you get cold easily, bring a blanket. De
This is the 2nd time it took over 15 minutes to get disconnected from the machine while the phleb. There was only one person ahead of me. They need to hire and train more people this is ridiculous
I'm one of the regulars that used to come in all the time but because of the virus ive taking several months off. I've been back recently and the experience was great. They now do call in or online appointments. We're not sitting very close to each other it gives us the six feet of social distance that is recommended. Staff is allowed to focus more on individual patient. And are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ashley because the way my veins are set up sometimes it can be difficult to be able to find the
The only reason I am giving a 5 star rating is because of the staff. Everyone is so friendly, nice and professional. They make me feel like family every time I go in. They know me by name and what it takes to help me. There is a problem though the promotions started off great now they are starting to slip. No one is informing people which would help us out. When you are use to getting one amount and then that amount changes and you get less. Can we just pick one and stick to it. Again other than that great
This was my first time donating plasma. Every single person in the office that I talked to was extremely knowledgeable and FRIENDLY! It did take awhile to set up and go through the paperwork and physical but that is expected. I will go back and again I wanted to recap on the customer service is for sure 110% meeting expectations!
All the lady?s are polite and attentive, if you have any issues they are quick to resolve it. If you're looking to donate for a cause and make some extra income this place is great.
I Walked in and was told that it was by appointments only. I asked when did that become a thing? They replied with whenever we have a high volume or have a low staff we just make it appointment only. I think its crazy that no announcement are made that it will be appointment only. The down side is a lot of service members won't make an appointment because we simply don't know when we are getting off of work. Yes, we can make an appointment but when we provide the email to whoever in charge, they will see it
I'm very disappointed with this facility. Today is June 29,2023. My last visit prior was last week.I donated successfully but was bruised due to staff moving the needle around in my Arm. That was the first donation of the week, and the 2nd one had been deferred due to the bruises and missed the 2nd compensation which is the highest.I waited until it cleared, came back Tuesday June 27th, still unsuccessful and today the same results. I've missed 3 donations, waisted my gas and my time and was only compensate
Biomat is a great environment no lie. They ain't been nothing but good to me. It's very rare I have an issue coming here. I enjoy every moment donating. They know just what to say and do to make me more comfortable to keep wanting to come donate. The people are great and I love it.
Last week I came in 10 min before my actual appointment and was made to wait until my 10:00 appointment time. And it's been that way for the past 3 weeks both times a week, which is completely understandable! But when I come in, and the waiting area is packed and it's 3 min before my appointment, I go to check in and the lady at the front said no need, go ahead to the KIOSK. After the questionnaire, it says I'm 12th in the Que. there is no way myself, my wife and 11 others all have the same 11:30 appointmen
It used to be an amazing place to visit. I used to go twice a week every week. But their rules change frequently. Their people and techs change frequently. They can't manage their schedules well enough that people with appointments have to wait an hour or more. They allow walkins even though their appointments are all booked. If you decide to go be prepared to be there for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Everything about this place is amazing, except for their time management. Extremely frustrating when I set an appt for a certain time and don't even get stuck until an hour and a half later. I think they schedule WAY too many people at once and can't handle the load. Very frustrating when I have a job and family I'm trying to plan around and have to allocated so much unnecessary time to literally sitting around just waiting to get stuck when I can donate and be done in 45min ??
This is my second visit at this location and by far the BEST. I usually dont leave reviews, but I Johari is wonderful. She KNOWS her job and has a beautiful spirit and very calming. I would definitely recommend this site. Another successful visit, not b/c of the $$, but customer service. I've yet to have a bad experience. Samantha is so down to earth, friendly, professional and makes my visit enjoyable. The entire staff is great, quick and efficient.
I have had a few issues with this center, but overall, the majority of the staff is WONDERFUL! Certain employees, such as Shannon could probably work on their interactions with donors, but from what I understand she is a retired drill sergeant, and I appreciate her service and now have a better understanding of her demeanor. Other employees don't have an excuse for how they have decided to treat me based on my previous constructive criticism; however, I will say that my reviews have made a difference, and t
Everything in the beginning was good. The front desk clerk, RN, and pre-screener were great. The issue was when I asked to be disconnected and taken off the machine a few minutes early because I had to go to work. One technician said it would be fine. So to speed up the process, he increased the flow rate of what was infusing. He asked if I was ok (and I was) and he walked away to help another client. About 5 min later, my arm was swelling and the IV site was tingling. I was panicking and waving down anot
I've been going for awhile now and I pretty consistently get Keke and Cecilia as my phlebotomists. They are absolutely top-notch and I never have issues. We converse and catch-up and it doesn't slow them down a beat. Their ability to interject "are you allergic to iodine or shellfish" into the conversation is truly a talent. They've never had to re-stick me or even adjust the needle. I'll go back as long as they're there. 5/5 y'all. Hire more people like them.
This place is alright sometimes. Should give more than $40 the first visit for the more frequent donors. Most of the staff are cool, but KENESIA!! Brings a whole different vibe to the place and will make sure everything is good, going smooth and as fast as possible. Shout out to her ??
Very clean and organized space to donate. I gave only three stars due to that fact that I have been going off and on all year and every time I go, I'm there for hours. Some of the technicians are just walking around and it seems like there are new people every month. The pay is decent, but the flyers on the walls do not represent a current/accurate rate of pay.
My first appointment took over 7 hours when I was told it would take 2-4. Tons of people cut me due to a horrifically undertrained front desk staff. 2nd visit 2 nurses missed my huge vein. 3rd visit I made an appointment, arrived 30m early, just to find out that a walk-in took my spot and they were "at capacity". I have given this place 3 chances too many.
I referred someone because of the referral bonus they were giving. This was the first time I actually referred someone. I was even on the phone when this was being done. 3 weeks later when I called about the referral that didn't show up on my account, the lady said it was given to some random name. Someone in their office selected another person to receive the referral bonus. I know a mistake can happen if 2 people have similar names but this? Waiting to see what kind of story they give us when we stop by.
The staff is why I give this establishment 5 stars. Vajon is awesome, knows his stuff in and out and is a consummate professional. All of her stuff I have come in contact with have an excellent. Their processes are designed to keep you moving but you may have the occasion delay. Would definitely recommend.
This is the first place I have ever donated, the staff here is amazing. From the receptionist to the phlebotomists. They deal with so many people and always are sweet and caring and watchful! I don't lien needles and every time they make sure I am comfortable. I truly can't say enough good about them all.
I enjoy donating at this center. All the staff is very friendly. I especially appreciate ALL the girls in the back! Sweet and kind to donors. Thank you girls!!!
Makes the donor experience extremely frustrating with the new rules were required to either memorize a new number or carry around an additional card. Maybe I'll just write my number on the bathroom stall so I can check it every time I come donate instead of having the extra inconvenience. There's so many ways that they can have a number we already know be used for identification there can't possibly be any legitimate reason for that.
Renisha Raenisha or whatever her name is need to be replaced. Very unprofessional. You tell a normal donor that they will be deferred permanently for taking off my cuff all because she tried to let someone she was training remove a needle out of my arm and i asked for someone else. I always take cuff off because they always take all day to get us off the machines. I like helping saving lives but if im going to be threatened in such manner from a supervisor i dont think i need to come there anymore. Saturday
Update: they really helped me out and the bank who they work with messed up I guess but honestly Vajon helped out everybody in the center. Top #1. Employee for me. I didn't donate plasma this morning to not get paid and yet they're closed now. What is the deal. I understand that y?all were busy but I was also left sitting there for 20 minutes while everyone else was getting cleaned up to leave once they were down. 3 people in front of me were taken care of before me and I was done before them. Nice staff.
I've been a return donor here for about 2 years now and my experience has been great everytime! Staff is friendly and efficient and love what they do!
My appointment was at 10:30, I arrived at 10:10. Waiting in the on deck area until 12:13, got stuck at 12:30.
This place is so unorganized. Got here at 11:12 am appointment was set and I am still here at 1:27 yet to be seen by a nurse they are very unprofessional would rather talk and joke then keep up with where there patient's should be and how long they have been waiting. It takes the nurse 1 hour to do a physical .. why? The doctors do a physical in like 10 to 15 mins. Makes it not even worth coming to donate because of the unprofessionalism. Smh can't believe they allow this in this type of work enviroment
I called in to find out what the compensation is because it's not on their website. The lady told me that they don't give out that information over the phone and that I need to come to know. I live 40 minutes away. I need to come in to ask them how much they pay?? Come on! The fact that they can't give you basic information over the phone or provide it on their website is a HUGE red flag
Service good people just doing they job but Grifols is a money hungry cheap large conglomerate which has cost this facility it's room for expected inconvenience and also cuting wat they pay donors at any turn 5 dollars for inconvenience really stubborn considering how much a bottle of plasma goes for anyway they don't even give u bonuses for your birthday anymore smh staff & workers up to standard though
Absolutely awesome experience! The names of the staff I won't mention for respect of privacy reasons, but they were all outstanding. The facility was clean, they all knew what they were doing and seemed very knowledgeable about the process. Practically painless. Thank you everyone at biomet Hinesville!
Geo, Taylor, and Lucy are a winning team. Had a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service.
Original Review* If I could give 0 stars I would. You can set an appointment for a certain time and be told you have to wait for an hour and a half, plus, just to get to the kiosk to do the questionnaire because they are letting in walk-ins even though they have a sign that says you must have an appointment before donating. What a terrible business model! Like I want to spend hours out of my day waiting to be called to donate just for it to take another 3+ hours *Edit* Some changes have been made recently
Set an appointment online to come in and be told they didn't see it and set up an appointment for tomorrow. After driving 30 miles just to get here! So, unprofessional! I had the email, and all to confirm it. I will not be returning. Savannah office would never.
The worst experience ever especially second time going. They have people working in that place that are not knowledgeable in what they are doing. They hurt me badly. Missed work and missed out on being able to pay bills and take care of what is needed. Also the fact of being in pain for a long time. The doctors as well aren't really knowledgeable either. I have all the paperwork and sonograms to prove that they hurt me and could potentially hurt you with there being any repercussions on their end. Please be
Very friendly, professional and skilled. This center is very clean and they always treat everyone with respect. I really enjoy coming here to donate my blood because the staff is so friendly! I highly recommend coming here if you want to donate your plasma.
Taylor Lambert always amazing. Love to see her when I come to donate always makes my visits pleasant
I love the staff here. I have been donating plasma here for a few years twice a week. Donating Plasma not only saves lives, but it also is a way to earn extra money.
Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! They are rude and nasty!!!! I went in today and they use no iodine before sticking me and then when I was finished the woman looked at me and said she had someone to stick then she will unhook me!! Then the conversations they have while your in there is very unprofessional!!!
Have been turned away 3 times for different reasons each time and more because of information not being provided. I am on the verge of calling it quits with this place I have yet to give once, and that is if I decide to give at all. The company needs to be more transparent in the process of becoming a donor if they are to keep getting new donors.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
