Second time I've been to this location to try and donate blood. Not sure what it is about these donation centers, but they really lack quality control and professionalism. Had an appointment for 6:30pm, and got here after hydrating all day and taking the necessary precautions only to be told the nurse wasn't here and ?they sent her home earlier today. I'm really not sure why. All I can tell you is come back tomorrow.? Would?ve been nice to have gotten a phone call instead of driving up there wasting gas m

I love it here and Nikki is the best sticker she is truly a God sent. And I can't forget about all the lovely that work in the front of the building they're super awesome without them no one can get to the back. The whole staff is great friendly people there's nothing like them y'all better stop in and get some of this money.

I kept getting skipped simply for the reason of being white! I got skipped the last time,because I am white, And I got skipped this time for the same reason, Only this time I brought it to their attention. A personal shout out to Nikki Boo?? I have really small veins and I have always had problems being sticked. She made me feel relaxed and imshe did not have to restick me. I appreciate her and hope to have her every time I'm able to donate. Thank you Nikki??

staff laughed in my face when i requested a stick due to me having small veins? and stuck me with a guy who caused me to never go back due to pain afterwards. numerous times where i make an appointment and have to sit and wait though it is not busy. REALLLY miss the old staff as the new staff is not good. Nikki is really the only good phlebotomist. I would never recommend going here unless you have great veins

I've been donating plasma for more than a year and they're always nice and professional, especially Carolyn, she has great customer service and she always smells good loll.

I don't understand how one time I'll get someone who can get the stick first try with no issues and then next time I go, the person can't even find my vein? So because there doesn't happen to be any one there that knows what they're doing, I can't donate. The app is annoying too, always making me change my password or jump through hoops to log in.

They stopped locking up early, but permanently deferred me for complaining about it. Also, the new donor bonus is bullshit. I never got mine. They also tried to deny me a returning donor promo bonus I was offered via text and email, which I showed them, complete with promo code, because some employee was overthinking it, despite their apparent inability to read a calendar or just type in a code. This place is trash! For real!!! I've been going here a year now?.. almost 3k donations with them. I got a tattoo on my forearm around my birthday last September. And they seen it last Wednesday (which clearly I wasn't hiding it?. I put that arm out to stick). And when I got that tattoo I didn't donate for almost a month if not more!!! Rude and unprofessional staff. Defer you and lack respect and courage enough to even let you know in person. Had to find out through email I was being deferred for answering an important call as I was exiting the plasma center. Then got hung up on after I called to figure out what the issue was. This location is a joke, most staff are unprofessional and inappropriate anyway.

There is one instance, asked her to help me to put some more tape on my arm as the tape was coming up. she looked in my face and told me no I'm not helping you and then mentioned to me that I she didn't want to deal with the emotions. Grifols was doing an extra $100 on your eighth donation for the month. On one of my donations there was issues where I was stuck with the needle but they didn't proceed with pulling plasma so they stopped and gave me a partial payment. I asked if I could donate another day that week since I already had one successful donation and wanted to get the second so I would still be eligible for the $100 special. Best service in city professional and kind and respectful

I have been going for about 1 year and am very satisfied. Like any business it has room for improvement but overall it is a great place to go. Employees are great. So if you have a few hours a couple days a week to spare it's a great opportunity to make some extra money and help people.

Trash company nurses have no idea what they're doing. They had to stick me three times. They bruised me so bad I couldn't donate for a week... I couldn't even go somewhere else the bruising is so bad on both arms from one visit. Took them four hours to pay me.. and only paid me 40 for initial full bottle of plasma
