The staff is amazing here. I come twice a week and they do a great job at making you feel welcome and comfortable. Tori is fantastic and even remembers things about you to converse about. Keep up the great work everyone!

The staff are always so cheerful. Biggest con is the wait times. Usually an hour after you have checked in and are good to go before you actually get called back.

Man oh man how do I start this, this company is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Y'all know Alyssa? She absolutely not even flawlessly checked me in but she totally saved me from a shark attack later that same day?? and Scotty my goodness is he an angel, that man made my donation so smooth and even let me borrow his Lamborghini ???? please promote them to CEO and President for being such outstanding workers! I've been going here fairly consistently twice a week for a little over a year now. The people here are really nice and pretty accommodating. It's pretty good side Hustle, I've made, as of the posting of this review, $5,255 over the course of 92 donations. Though getting over my fear of needles took a lot longer than it should have, I am very glad I decided to start donating here.

Great ppl and clean friendly environment!

Have been donating here twice a week for 7 months. All of the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They remember who you are so it's not just a transaction it's an interaction. I have had Scott probably close to half of all my donations and he is one of my favorite employees here. We always have good conversations and he is excellent at his job via speed and skill level.

I love getting to donate here and seeing all the amazing staff! Maddie is always so welcoming and always greets me by my first name!

Alyssa is the nicest person! She makes me super comfortable and I always have a blast donating when I see her!

I had an appointment scheduled for 2.45pm Saturday 9/2/23 ... I arrived before 3pm but the doors were already locked preventing anyone from entering. This has lost them a returning customer as I will not be coming back.

Great donation center! It's big and clean. If it's your first time, it can be nerve wracking, but just ask a staff member if you have any questions about the process.

I enjoy all the workers here they are all very friendly, and always willing to talk. Sometimes getting onto the donor four takes longer than I would like it but that's to be expected. Kayla is a very good receptionist. I enjoy visiting with her all and all you have a good group here.

Employees are wonderful, very nice and willing to listen/help with anything. Wait time can be long at times (through no fault of employees) just because of high number of people there at one time. Overall, great place to donate for a little extra spending money.

I've been donating here for almost 3 years. Kayla and the Vitals team are great, they are quick to process you through, answer any questions you have and they are fun to chat with! The Express kiosk has made things so much smoother. The team on the donor floor is also amazing. I love that I'm helping other people and the compensation is a nice bonus!

This place is great! They handle a good amount of donors quickly and are very accommodating on the chair. Kayla did my draw and she does a fantastic job! No bruising or discomfort during or after the donation.

1st time donating. They blew out both my arms. Do not recommend. Was there over 4hrs with an appointment. Due to the bruising I'm not allowed to come back for 30 days

I've always enjoyed coming here. The staff is great especially Maddie. She is always so friendly and always is willing to answer any questions I have.

After creating an account and answering all the health questions and told I qualified to be a donor, I drove 25 miles to donate only to be told I didn't qualify because of having a heart attack over 2 years ago. I had that info checked when I first qualified so why wasn't I disqualified to begin with and save me from wasting gas and my time to go in?

Maddie was amazing and made my entire donation a breeze. She was extremely kind and helpful and totally distracted me when i was nervous. Absolute best employee hands down!!!

This facility has shown good improvements in the past few months. Expect a wait but that has seemed to improve in the last few months as well. Overall the improvements I have seen have made it a much better experience.

People here are great! Sometimes the wait is long but it's a nice time to unwind just sitting. Especially if your a mom of a 2 year old who works full time.

They were doing really well first part of 2021 but now it's awful. Prolly trained phlebotomist that miss your vines or go straight though both sides and then blame you for their mistake. Plus wait times being 2+ hours with the staff being snippy when asked why its taking so long to get in.

I didn't even know anything about donating plasma till my daughter Kayla Anderson started working there and referred me to donate. I now donate as often as my schedule allows because it's such a nice environment and staff is so pleasant and friendly. Thanks for a great donating experience!

Maddie made my screening a breeze, and she is such a friendly person.

Staff is pretty great. Problem is, they all tell you one thing, and you get something else. They didn't pay me what they promised the entire way through. I even signed through their system. Guess I can't trust what they say now unfortunately. The worst part is I have referrals going in to donate, and had several more. I won't be recommending them to go now.

The nurse of 40 years missed my vein and the other lady who had been doing it longer blew up my vein and I have bruises all over from it and her hand. The picture was 3 days after I went.

Went in September 8th to donate. Because it had been over a year since my last donation, and because of my age, I was told a doctor would need to review my chart. After three calls to the center, and even contacting my doctor who said there was no reason I could not donate, I never got a response as to why no doctor had reviewed my chart. I used to love donating here and then I had to get a physical as I haven't donated in awhile and there was 3 people in my room first of all which made me uncomfortable and the doctor i had was extremely rude and pessimistic towards me. Every time I go to donate or set up an appointment it's always something. This last time was oh your running late to your appointment you can't donate, but I can set there for 3 to 5 hours waiting on you is fine, but can't wait 15 minutes for me. Try to schedule an appointment and get told they can't do it, go online and do it and it doesn't work. Not coming back. It's not worth the time.

I really truly used to love this place when I started and though I love the staff, God has this place gone downhill in the last year or so. Management is one of the worst I've ever seen; there's no team work at all. No notifications on fb if there's a system crash meaning people drove for nothing; I'm local in Kearney but there are others that drive much further. No notification to donors if they're on deferral, I have to drive to find out I can't donate. Unfortunately I'm in a position where I need this pl

Terrible! You never once see anyone wash their hands! I've seen someone have blood on them use hand sanitizer then poke another person with some gloves on. UNTRAINED! Bruises are left by them half the time you're there! They are always talking in a group about outside activities I've been in pain waiting for one to walk by to help me! Don't appreciate donating hearing about a drunk party of kids on the weekends. It's work not home. They need serious help.

i had an appointment and i sat in the donation center for two and a half hours only for them to then say one step before donation and after taking some blood that i was deferred bc i had gotten peircings in the last 4 months. in all the things they made you read at the beginning of the appointment that was not listed. make sure you do your own research so you don't waste time like i did.
