The staff is amazing here. I come twice a week and they do a great job at making you feel welcome and comfortable. Tori is fantastic and even remembers things about you to converse about. Keep up the great work everyone!
Grifols Kearney is amazing! All the staff are so friendly, remember you by name and are always starting conversation!! They make the donation process so smooth and worry free!
The staff are always so cheerful. Biggest con is the wait times. Usually an hour after you have checked in and are good to go before you actually get called back.
Man oh man how do I start this, this company is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Y'all know Alyssa? She absolutely not even flawlessly checked me in but she totally saved me from a shark attack later that same day?? and Scotty my goodness is he an angel, that man made my donation so smooth and even let me borrow his Lamborghini ???? please promote them to CEO and President for being such outstanding workers! They deserve bonuses like no other
Such great staff, and well kept. I'm glad to be doing this again.
Great place! Staff are always friendly and the wait time has gotten way better! I go twice a week and for me it is a relaxing enjoyable experience.
I've never had any accidents at this center. The nurses are amazing and the experience is comfortable.
Grifols Kearney is the BEST. The staff is always friendly and treat you like family. People are always happy and caring especially Allisa, Amy, Dillon, Kelly, Dustin, Scotty. Well you get it. Everyone is my favorite person to have help me. These are just great people to spend my time with twice a week. So many great stories and laughs donating each week. I look forward to donating plasma.
Great Staff! Always an enjoyable experience when I come in!!! If you need extra money for bills, or just play money it's a great way to do it. Save lives and get rewarded!
I've been going here fairly consistently twice a week for a little over a year now. The people here are really nice and pretty accommodating. It's pretty good side Hustle, I've made, as of the posting of this review, $5,255 over the course of 92 donations. Though getting over my fear of needles took a lot longer than it should have, I am very glad I decided to start donating here.
Great ppl and clean friendly environment!
Have been donating here twice a week for 7 months. All of the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They remember who you are so it's not just a transaction it's an interaction. I have had Scott probably close to half of all my donations and he is one of my favorite employees here. We always have good conversations and he is excellent at his job via speed and skill level.
I love getting to donate here and seeing all the amazing staff! Maddie is always so welcoming and always greets me by my first name!
Alyssa is the nicest person! She makes me super comfortable and I always have a blast donating when I see her!
I had an appointment scheduled for 2.45pm Saturday 9/2/23 ... I arrived before 3pm but the doors were already locked preventing anyone from entering. This has lost them a returning customer as I will not be coming back.
Always a great experience from beginning to end. Maddie is always welcoming and personable when checking me in and makes the begging of the donation so smooth.
Great donation center! It's big and clean. If it's your first time, it can be nerve wracking, but just ask a staff member if you have any questions about the process.
Amazing staff!!! I would recommend coming here being a donor to save lives and make a little money:) Maddie is always so professional and nice when screening me.
All the staff is amazing! Maddie was very welcoming and did a wonderful job at explaining the donation process!
I thoroughly enjoy all of the techs and the time I spend with each donation at this center. Everyone is so friendly and fun to be around!
All the people here are super friendly and I've never had any major problems with giving plasma!
Rude staff, outrageous policies. Disqualified me because I'm diabetic, even though my A1C is 5.7 with no medication.
I really appreciate the time an patience they had with me, there all very respectful seems like I got through everything pretty quick
I've been donating here for two years. The staff is great. Maddie is the best!
Fast and easy. Great, friendly staff. Usually in and out within an hour or two. Always checking on you to make sure you're comfortable. 5 stars
I enjoy helping people. Alyssa, Dusty and Scotty do an excellent job and making donating a pleasure.
Great environment, incredibly respectful and caring. Maddie does a stand-up job!
Staff is always super friendly
The staff is great, the cms are always there to help, so many good people to mention but very professional, friendly & work together! ???? Dylan, Maddie, Ellie & Beth to name a few ? have taken such good care of me many times?. very sweet & friendly, you can tell they like their job. Tyler does a fantastic job running the place? Along with some office staff, I've known way back then, deserving of their promotion & say Hi, when I see them. I've been donating since 2018 & the best part, we get to save lives!
Staff is super friendly, never had any issues.
Maddie and Kely are the OGs, best of the best of the best of the best staff. Give them both million dollar raises :)
I enjoy all the workers here they are all very friendly, and always willing to talk. Sometimes getting onto the donor four takes longer than I would like it but that's to be expected. Kayla is a very good receptionist. I enjoy visiting with her all and all you have a good group here.
Employees are wonderful, very nice and willing to listen/help with anything. Wait time can be long at times (through no fault of employees) just because of high number of people there at one time. Overall, great place to donate for a little extra spending money.
I've been donating here for almost 3 years. Kayla and the Vitals team are great, they are quick to process you through, answer any questions you have and they are fun to chat with! The Express kiosk has made things so much smoother. The team on the donor floor is also amazing. I love that I'm helping other people and the compensation is a nice bonus!
This place is great! They handle a good amount of donors quickly and are very accommodating on the chair. Kayla did my draw and she does a fantastic job! No bruising or discomfort during or after the donation.
I have nothing but respect for the employees . I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience with them and I've been doing this for years . Glad they are here to help others in need .??
Staff are great. They are very friendly and personable.
I love coming, the workers are always do nice. Make me comfortable, and I always see them smiling. I have had a good time everytime I come in to donate. I have only done it 5 times so far, but I definitely recommend it.
They are a fun youthful and vibrant team. Almost starting to feel like a third family.
Great experience will continue to go back.
The staff are awesome, they are really helpful and great! I love Kayla screening me she's such a joy! Everything is set up easy and it's a quick process.
The staff make the business! Everyone is friendly, they take the time to get to know donors individually and remember you. It's always a great experience.
I had a great experience at this plasma donor center! Kayla was friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well maintained! The donation process was quick and easy. And the staff made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I appreciate the opportunity to donate and help others, and i will definitely be returning in the future.
I enjoy coming here & donating. All the staff have been so helpful & are really great to be around. I believe this is my 9th time donating.
There so nice and helpful
Excellent ,friendly, hardworking staff, they always strike up a conversation with you and make the experience pleasant. Wait times can be especially long during the holiday season but that's just a minor setback. Great place to go
1st time donating. They blew out both my arms. Do not recommend. Was there over 4hrs with an appointment. Due to the bruising I'm not allowed to come back for 30 days
I've always enjoyed coming here. The staff is great especially Maddie. She is always so friendly and always is willing to answer any questions I have.
After creating an account and answering all the health questions and told I qualified to be a donor, I drove 25 miles to donate only to be told I didn't qualify because of having a heart attack over 2 years ago. I had that info checked when I first qualified so why wasn't I disqualified to begin with and save me from wasting gas and my time to go in?
Maddie was amazing and made my entire donation a breeze. She was extremely kind and helpful and totally distracted me when i was nervous. Absolute best employee hands down!!!
Employees are all pretty great! Maddie is the best!
Friendly and timely staff. Most importantly they are good at their jobs, would return and have frequently.
Staff was great. Very friendly! There might be a wait time but that's the nature of donating plasma. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Especially Maddie. She is the best!
This facility has shown good improvements in the past few months. Expect a wait but that has seemed to improve in the last few months as well. Overall the improvements I have seen have made it a much better experience.
I highly recommend this plasma donor center! Kayla and the rest of the staff is amazing, and they make the donation process as comfortable as possible. They are always professional and courteous, and they take the time to answer any questions that I have. The center is clean and well-organized, and I appreciate their commitment to safety and hygiene. If you're looking for a great place to donate plasma, this is it
People here are great! Sometimes the wait is long but it's a nice time to unwind just sitting. Especially if your a mom of a 2 year old who works full time.
One of the best plasma donation centers I've been to the people are always nice!
The staff here are amazing! The reception staff is always so incredible and welcoming! Maddie and Kayla are fantastic at their job!
This place is amazing! The staff is incredible! Maddie, Haley, and Kayla are my favorite. They deserve a raise!!
Everyone makes me feel so welcome and appreciated here. I am very pleased with donating here. Kayla and Maddie always make me laugh, the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
They were doing really well first part of 2021 but now it's awful. Prolly trained phlebotomist that miss your vines or go straight though both sides and then blame you for their mistake. Plus wait times being 2+ hours with the staff being snippy when asked why its taking so long to get in.
I didn't even know anything about donating plasma till my daughter Kayla Anderson started working there and referred me to donate. I now donate as often as my schedule allows because it's such a nice environment and staff is so pleasant and friendly. Thanks for a great donating experience!
Maddie made my screening a breeze, and she is such a friendly person.
Staff is pretty great. Problem is, they all tell you one thing, and you get something else. They didn't pay me what they promised the entire way through. I even signed through their system. Guess I can't trust what they say now unfortunately. The worst part is I have referrals going in to donate, and had several more. I won't be recommending them to go now.
Maddie Herman is the best!! She has always taken care of me when I have made stops at Biomat! There was this one time we were in Italy though, and
I believe that don't matter were we come from we should be treated with Respect and Dignity, mostly all places in any state of this great country have interpreters and this place Don't have one for those like me who loves to donate to make a little extra money like everyone that goes there they wouldn't even let an employee that works there to translate for me . They would not even let my daughter translate because she is a donor there , just because they don't exactly know what she is translating because t
Very professional staff from the crew up front and behind the scenes to the ones that take your plasma!! Trace has an awesome team that will take great care of you, Cliff, Nick & Jami to name a few that always do great with me! It's not an easy job that's for sure! This place is always busy and they all do an outstanding job keeping up. I would recommend Biomat USA Kearney to everyone! Keep up the great work!!!
The nurse of 40 years missed my vein and the other lady who had been doing it longer blew up my vein and I have bruises all over from it and her hand. The picture was 3 days after I went.
Went in September 8th to donate. Because it had been over a year since my last donation, and because of my age, I was told a doctor would need to review my chart. After three calls to the center, and even contacting my doctor who said there was no reason I could not donate, I never got a response as to why no doctor had reviewed my chart. Never had any problems in the past, but because of New management, I would not recommend this place., but because p with this Center, but because of New Management this pl
They staff here is always so welcoming and friendly. I have donated at a few different plasma donation centers within the last 6 years and Grifols Kearney is by far the best. Thank you Kearney Biomat!!
I used to love donating here and then I had to get a physical as I haven't donated in awhile and there was 3 people in my room first of all which made me uncomfortable and the doctor i had was extremely rude and pessimistic towards me. The staff in the room with me was rude as well and I did not appreciate it. I will never be donating there again for sure. The place has definitely gone downhill from last time I was here. I had a discrepancy in my ability to donate, and instead of kindly letting me know i co
Bethany is the queen of side veins! I will be requesting her any time I can! Thank you Bethany for making it a pain free experience. You deserve to win that free lunch from management girl!
Had a wonderful experience with Maddie in reception. Made me feel comfortable and very friendly. Best receptionist for sure.
Good service come check out Maddie!
Every time I go to donate or set up an appointment it's always something. This last time was oh your running late to your appointment you can't donate, but I can set there for 3 to 5 hours waiting on you is fine, but can't wait 15 minutes for me. Try to schedule an appointment and get told they can't do it, go online and do it and it doesn't work. Not coming back. It's not worth the time.
everyone here that we have met treats you with respect.
Biomat in Kearney has a very friendly staff. They are always willing to help & answer any questions. I have been a plasma donor for over 4 years. I enjoy helping others with my donation & receiving the benefits. Thank you Biomat!
I really truly used to love this place when I started and though I love the staff, God has this place gone downhill in the last year or so. Management is one of the worst I've ever seen; there's no team work at all. No notifications on fb if there's a system crash meaning people drove for nothing; I'm local in Kearney but there are others that drive much further. No notification to donors if they're on deferral, I have to drive to find out I can't donate. Unfortunately I'm in a position where I need this pl
Terrible! You never once see anyone wash their hands! I've seen someone have blood on them use hand sanitizer then poke another person with some gloves on. UNTRAINED! Bruises are left by them half the time you're there! They are always talking in a group about outside activities I've been in pain waiting for one to walk by to help me! Don't appreciate donating hearing about a drunk party of kids on the weekends. It's work not home. They need serious help.
The staff is helpful, friendly & overworked. Their wait times are more often than not, astronomically high in the afternoons.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick service! Highly recommended!!!
I love the atmosphere here and the staff. Place is clean and in good order. Great place to donate! Did I mention the staff is amazing?!
Great staff. Quick to help. Very clean. They make the whole beginning process very simple and explain steps.
Wonderful place to donate! The employees are kind and helpful and I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Staff is very friendly with wonderful bedside manner. Fast, courteous service. Quick turn around time, plan for 1.5 hours but usually done in 45 minutes.
Biomat is a great way to make a difference and make some extra cash! The staff are amazing especially Elly, always friendly and smiling, helpful and attentive to the donors!
i had an appointment and i sat in the donation center for two and a half hours only for them to then say one step before donation and after taking some blood that i was deferred bc i had gotten peircings in the last 4 months. in all the things they made you read at the beginning of the appointment that was not listed. make sure you do your own research so you don't waste time like i did.
Super friendly staff from the time you walk in until you leave. Great experience all around!
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
