I have been coming to Grifols Biomat off and on since 2010. The employees are always nice. They know me by name and always say hi to me when I walk in the door. I have a complicated right arm with a lot of scar tissue. For the most part they have been successful in getting me every time. I use my plasma money for trips that me and my family take throughout the year. We use it for food on our trips and it really is a blessing to have. Not only do I like giving plasma for money, I love that I can help save l
I received a phone call on Saturday 2/22/25 that I would receive an extra $50 on my next donation I was confused because I recently started donating again on 2/18 where I already received a $50 bonus for returning I called back on 2/22 and made it clear that I already got a $50 bonus and was told that I would receive another bonus as I was lucky enough to get called for the promotion. Today 2/27 I am back and confirmed before donating with the phlebotomist and showed them the voicemail and they wrote it on
People are super friendly and kind. They were quick and great at poking me. Compared to BioLife where everyone was so rude, highly recommended. Generous pay as well.
The last time I was here to donate was 2014 and the wait was so long. The staff has always been professional and courteous. This is my 4th donation and so far there has been no wait for myself. Now you can answer the questions at home drive in at your convenience scan your QR code and get your BP heart rate and Temp done and you are on your way to the back to start your donation. Today I was stuck by Gabriella and she did a great job.
I have been donating plasma here for over 4 years. Very friendly staff & always makes you feel welcome and comfortable when donating.
Terrible place to donate ..they intentionally tried to hurt me to keep me from donating cause I had a outside friendship with with one of their employees..because of them I developed Acute pulmonary Embolisms in both my lungs and was hospitalized at Kadlec hospital for three days.im currently taking Eliquis 5mg to help break up the blood clots in my lungs..when I brought the behavior of the clinics staff to the attention of the supervisor Stephen and told him i believed his staff was attentionaly trying to
Pretty great in getting you in and out in a quickness. Super friendly and helpful in any questions or concerns you may have.
When I donated Dell was respectful an made my visit quick an easy also showed me the great deals an prizes they got goin ??
Everyone is nice and amazing some days the needle will hurt but they work with you
Machine broke and my blood ended up all over the floor and I can't donate for 56 days now. Staff was too busy talking about their working hours to not see the machine flashing red and saying pressure issues. Their solution to fixing the machine was to slap the machine until the pressure starting pumping again. Eventually, the pressure had the tube pop out and blood ended up everywhere. Was sent home hazed and confused (lost a lot of blood) after that and told I cannot donate for two months and sent home wit
Was welcomed by nice staff members. Helped me get started and was nice. They were professional and made me feel at ease.
Amazing and personable staff, always professional and courteous of people's privacy. I'm a weekly donor and will continue to visit the Kennewick grifols to do my part.
Been donating for almost a year at this location and has been a pleasant experience. Staff is awesome
Always a pleasure to be here staff is amazing Joann thank you for putting me through even though I didn't have an appointment it is much appreciated. Shout-out to Thomas Javi Jonathan Rafael and all the staff I've met so far. Can't thank you all enough for being so awesome I'd also like to shoutout Kaylub, Gabi and the new staff I've met. Everyone plays a vital role and deserves the highest praise. Appreciate you all. Here's to almost 2 years I've been a donor!
Been going here for over a year. The staff is fast and friendly. I will continue coming here because of their hard work and enthusiasm!
Very compassionate people. Well worth the time.
Staff is always fast and professional and actually interacts with donors never had an issue donating here, way better than BioLife in pasco
Been going here for almost a year. The pay out is great. People who work there are awesome. You need some extra income this is a great place to start.
This place is good for many good reasons from the donation to the pay out and to where ever else its goes before someone gets to use what i donated so they could live another day in comfort. I get to chill im mean literally chill so bring a blankie or a sweater cuz by the end of your donation your gonna be freezing. But you get to kick back relax and listen to your music, watch t.v. Or Read a book; and all the staff there are very professional about what they do. So be nice to them and have respect I reco
Staff are always kind and knowledgeable. Thomas always has a friendly smile and hello for everyone!
Was absolutely astounding person that set me up and dc me. They did an amazing. Shelby and Jessica are amazing. They seemed exited to do something, was kinda dead. But amazing people!! Recommend them. Also thee girls terry and Valeria up front are so kind!!!
If I could give less than one star, I surely would. This outfit ptays on the less fortunate, offering a pitance for the opertunity to be treated like cattle. The staff, who MAY be college students practicing phlebotomy, are callous and unregulated. The management hardly seems bothered, or can care at all. As a person trying to do a good thing for burn patients, it was a aromatic and disheartening experience. There needs to be some oversize with Bio mat practices.
The staff are amazing and kind. It can get busy but they get to you as soon as they can. The nurses are great I love them all. I love the express kiosk makes checking in super easy. Big shoutout to the phlebotomists Alexia, Thomas, Jessica, kyana, and Elena they are amazing phlebotomists they are the best they are quick and do the best sticks.
This facility needs a doctor that comes to the center more than just once a week. I've been waiting for my paperwork to be reviewed all week, no doctor to review it, and the doc may or may not come in. Some people use this to supplement their income, and you want us to give, right? So where's the doctor??
I wonder how it is that this place has such a high rating. Yes, it is minimal work for the donors and the compensation is ok for the time spent. But the pay used to be better. They used to play movies and have donor wifi. I have had phlebotomists mess up my setup on the plasmapheresis machine and this allowed air bubbles to get into my line. Instead of calling it a loss, one of them started manually advancing the blood back towards me with giant air bubbles in it. That made me pretty nervous. I was disconne
Let me first say, that this place helped me get paid a couple extra dollars when I really needed it. Most of the girls are really nice and it's an easy and quick process, no complaints, right..? Until today, someone called urging me to come in for a higher payout for ?today only? so I came in... only to figure out that the person on the phone had lied about the price, which isn't that big of a deal... but I don't get the point of lying..? Regardless, I wouldn't let that alone fact steer anyone away from c
Amazing place and great staff. Was able to get in and out soon while donating , highly recommend.
Overall a positive experience for me so I would rate 4 and a half stars. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the spaces are always kept clean and tidy. Sometimes it can take a while to get plugged in once the initial screening is done. Compensation is paid quickly. Almost 40 donations and only ever had one issue with the process and that was not getting bandaged properly.
Took great care of me and walked me though the process. Even when I told them of my fear of needles and blood they took every step to ensure I did not see either of those during my visit. Will be donating here again as soon as physically possible.
I love the staff here. The environment is always so positive and welcoming. Thomas is an amazing phlebotomist and his technique is painless. I recommend them to everyone i can when the subject arises.
Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. Made my experience safe and comfortable.
I will never go back because a particular young girl stabbed me like crazy. Out of my entire life I've never hurt that bad from a needle. Good grief
I came to biomat from biolife about 6 ish month ago for the slight more money per week and its much closer to me. Everything has been going well up until this last 2 weeks. Instead of donating 800-880ml of plasma, im doing 1000ml now! Not only do i feel worse now coming home BUT I'm now spending more time donating and not being compensated anymore than before. The kicker here is that, the people that weigh less and are shorter get to donate much less than i do BUT THEY GET THE SAME COMPENSATION. Tell me how
I love donating here. All the phlebotomist are nice. Joana always does a great job and is always friendly. She really makes me feel welcomed. The nurses are always professional and are willing to answer any questions. This facility is maintained well.
So I found out I'm donating more plasma and still getting the same amount of money. They sell our plasma for thousands, but want to pay us the same while taking more, smh. I'm all for helping people, but it's draining to donate and time consuming, especially now that I'm donating more. The amount we get paid is lower than it was last year and now they want to take more and still pay us the same? I'm not sure if I'll keep donating, but we'll see.
Pretty awesome staff makes this place great! You can make some extra cash while watching a movie - and all the staff are cool to chat with. Been going for a while and it's always friendly and clean.
Tracie was amazing when I came in. She made me feel very at ease since I'm terrified of needles. Her warm personality made it easy to talk through the process! Would recommend coming to this location all because of the service Tracie provided.
Awesome center with even better employees. I've donated nearly a dozen times now, so I've interacted with a majority of the workers here and all have been very respectful and thorough. Nothing about the process has been confusing or uncomfortable because they all follow protocol and explain what they're doing in detail. Any minor issues or misunderstandings I've had have been easily resolved over the phone or simply just by asking the employees at the booths. I'm looking forward to visiting this place twic
Very Clean & professional Facility Awesome staff Heidi & Melissa are amazing! But so is the rest of the staff So if your in need of a couple bucks or wanna just be a blessing Come donate & save a life You can make a difference God Bless ????
All of them DROP stuff on FLOOR with GLOVES on then PICK it UP and use them ON YOU!! Is this ok?? Should I call Health department?
Thomas?s is amazing ! He is very friendly and makes me feel safe and I know when I come in I'm going to be comfortable I've always had only positive things happen here !
Awesome staff everyone is so friendly and kind great place 5-Stars!
The tech didn't connect me to the machine correctly and dumped my blood all over the floor. Now I can't donate for two months because they don't know how much of my blood was lost do to the technicians negligence. I won't be returning, I will donate at BioLife, once I can again. Update after their response. I took the time to contact through the website like you asked, the lady who called me back said, "That is just the way it is." I will not be donating at the center again and will advise others to steer
Very friendly staff, fast turnover usually don't in an hour or so. Compensating is fair and consistent. Get bonus texts pretty frequently. Very engaged and have raffles. Highly recommend over BioLife.
Amazing place love Jess and all the other amazing workers they are always helpful and caring ??
Clean & friendly& professional. I love the staff at this location, ive only ever had good experiences
Payments have dropped to the point that it's almost not worth it anymore. The bad attitude from some of the staff is tiresome. I had a recent donation where the machine slowed to a crawl. It was clear by the indicator lights that there was an issue and instead of taking a look at it two if the employees looked at me put their hands in their pockets and walked away. It wasn't until a third employee saw there was an issue and adjusted the needle. Melissa is the nicest one there.
staff here is very friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. Highly recommend coming here to donate.
Need to better train there staff I'm tired of waisting gas to go in and get turned away from a tiny bruise on my arm cause ure stuff don't know how to remove a needle I want reimbursement for my gas
Awesome staff.!! I have been donating for 11 years. It has really helped me financially and feels good to know I'm helping other people with my donations. Shout out to Tracy and Brandy Beautiful ladies.
Customer service is great! But u gotta check ure money is given correctly. I had to call to get my bonus buddy money deposited into my account otherwise they would not have given it to me. Also I did my last donation and was supposed to get a certain amount deposited into my account o was give less money then wht I was expecting. I had to call about 7 times to get my money and I'm still missing some money and they said they would deposit as soon as possible. So just and FYI check ure balance!
Tracie is the best manager I've seen. This place is awesome and everyone is so nice. Thank you everyone for your hard work.
Great service and an easy way to make quick money. I would just like to give a big Thank You shout out to Tracie and Jackey for always making my experience quick and easy. They always can get me in and out quick.
Edit: just want to add in an edit and give a shout-out to Allison, when I was in for a donation today she was extremely kind and empathetic far beyond what would be expected of an employee. Generally friendly and professional people, good payouts, and not nearly as crowded as the other plasma center in Pasco. Employees are way more chilled out too, Suzanne was great helping me get my first donation set up! Only reason for 4 instead of five stars is I've had a mis-stick and a rolled vein (when the vein is j
They have gone through several changes in the last 2 years and the initial appt is now much more organized and staff is well trained. I appreciate the ability to make and change appt times for donations online. While their donation fees change slightly each month, it's well worth my time and really helps me make ends meet on a limited fixed income.
Elena made my whole first experience donating smoothly also a huge shout out to Angel for making me feel 100% comfortable here and helping get all set up as a new donor.
Unfriendly, snide and the process is ridiculous. They turn you down because your name isn't exactly the same on your ID and ss card, but they take donation from the unshowered greasy haired cigarette smoking kids standing out front puffing away. Ridiculous.
GABBY AND SHAWNA and Christina and katrina and lizette STARTED DONATING IN March 2021... Have been the friendliest. Professional and amazing associates to have . They should be managers unlike the managers there .. manager sue is friendly and amazing and associates Ruth and Erick and jizheny s a very good customer service associate ..very compassionate and get the work done even if they have a hard day ..
Everyone at Grifols is so kind and professional. Not only do u make good $ for donating plasma, u are helping people too ??????
So patient and caring! Went through a few bumps during process but they stuck with me every step of the way. And helped me and encouraged me during the whole process. Great place and people
What's the problem with giving the payment a day late?! So we say pay us fist and then we will go the next day and donate! Come on! Get it together with this! How unprofessional. And the excuse of our internet is slow! Ugh really you know how stupid that makes you guys look? Give me my money on the same day! Like I gave you my plasma the same day!! You guys ain?t doing me a favor, it's equal here plasma - money!!! Again let me repeat plasma - money! Get it together! And then you call them right after you le
I was donating almost regularly until one of the phlebotomists or front desk people decided he didn't like me. Now I find out they will just make up your vitals so you get deferred and can't donate. It's absolutely ridiculous and they are totally fine humiliating patients in front of a full lobby.
Love my experience here! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Tracie is the absolute best, she is so kind and made my experience so great! Will definitely be going back to this location!
All the staff are friendly. Hidy is the best phlebotomist I've had, nice and smooth. All the staff make u feel like family
I hesitated donating for awhile but since I have been my experience has been great! Especially having some amazing staff like Elena ?? Amazing skills and awesome person!!!
As of late the staff is incredibly rude and short and it is taking over an hour to be processed and plugged for donation. Payments have become miniscule while wait times have become astronomical. If I have to wait for over an hour but donation only takes 45 min there should be compensation for the willingness to wait. It's about time to start looking somewhere else to donate.
Everyone there is awesome n helpful n every polite. Never had a negative experience. Been going for 8 months. Love Alyssa!
Very first time donating today and it was pretty cool. They are very clean and they make sure to throw away any used things. Even tho I almost passed out, the people there helped me and made sure I was okay first before letting me leave. It was a crazy experience but I'll definitely be going back to do more. Thanks Biomat
I ended up going to the Pasco location for the first time. I was hoping to get a location in Kennewick, but the internet site would not give me that option. For the 1st time, I also didn't have much luck. The machine kept on having issues.
the staff works great. in and out fast. I hope these new payment cards are worth it because instead of walking to winco and getting every cent off of my card. I now have to pay an atm fee and I have to withdraw increments of $20.
My friends said it's a great place and the workers there are nice and awesome. I know and love Tracy Priest grew up around her.
This is a very professional business with a great staff. I've gone to many plasma centers in the Spokane, and Seattle area. This one is my favorite. My favorites are Brandi and
I've dealt a lot with issues that have to do with organization. They focus on the training and thats great :) however, they lack a little in customer service and unfortunately management isn't as available as needed making smaller issues a longer wait.
Fast and efficient. Always friendly and the very best phlebs around. Hard to pick a favorite, as they're all great.
Great people! Place is clean and professional.
This is an awesome place to be! I have thoroughly enjoyed every interaction I have had with this center! I have personally met their Center manager multiple times and he is a great guy!
Fix your attitudes, they grabbed my arm and tried to twist it, it wouldn't twist any more and I told them to stop twisting it. the girl through an attitude and started doing things aggressively after that very unprofessional.
Always have a good experience, I've been donating here since 2017 and love the great staff! Of course sometimes it does go a bit slower, they get very busy at times but that is by no means anyone's fault.
The staff is really great, very skilled and professional. The only issue I have is with the Cuffs they use on the floor.A lot of them smell like body odor
I have been participating in the plasma donation program for the past three or so years. The entire staff has always been reliably professional, courteous, and attentive to the needs of its clients. Longer wait times are to be expected when busy (especially near holidays), but this is the same for any establishment. Definitely a good business.
Angelica at BioLife has always been so friendly even when it's obvious she's stressed out by how packed they are! All their workers go above and beyond each time.
Nice facility. Professional staff. Regular text bonuses to add on to donation payments. Quick Kiosk on app before donating helpful to go through process a little faster.
Sundays crew is the best.! Thank you guys so much for making my experience as comfortable and safe as possible, you guys are awesome.!
I was denied the right to be a donor because I have diabetes, even though they say that they accept people with diabetes. They literally tore up the application in front of me.
This place by far has the worst customer service I've ever seen! They do not pay you the correct amount, then when you call they're extremely rude. Listen, bottom line I will never go back. I have great plasma too donate incredibly fast. This is my time and energy, I am not doing this for free. I had to call four times just to get the name of the manager Steven, they refused to give me his name, I question if this is even it. Whoever is in charge of the Kennewick store, corporate needs to investigate this s
This is a mixed review, and as such I'd like to break it down into pros and cons: Pros: As of the time of this review, new donors receive $75 for the first 2 donations, $50 for the next 2, and $100 for the the 5th. It goes to a step scale from there, starting at $35 and going up $5 each time you donate, up until the 10th donation I believe. Depending on when you read this it may have changed, I would recommend calling them first if you're a new donor to find out. I was pleased with this because when I went
Absolutely terrible. There rude. They don't care about there job. They are very slow and do not care about your time. There's no being nice about it this place is garbage. Don't go here. Biolife pays more anyway. Just make sure you don't get tattoos.
It really just seams that the employees don't want to be there at all it all they talk about. I rarely have a quick trip especially since they started appointments. No one ever acknowledges you when you have been standing there for more than five minutes.. the staff is rude and are always in a conservation goofing off. Hardly ever do you see more than three ppl actually working (walking around pretending to) no one ever makes eye contact with you when you sign to verify who does the vitals. really they say
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
