most staff members are really great. The nurses who take vitals up front are always nice. Zee the floor manager is extremely mean to her staff and some times to donors too. You can literally feel the hole mood change when she comes in and not in a positive way. One of her staff members asked for help be cause my machine was not flowing and she replied with ?you all are going to get a rude awakening when you don't have zee in a few months it's always zee i need this and do that , you guys don't like to do no

Friendly staff, short waiting times. Only wish the fees were bigger, but we all also wish to win the lottery, so no real issues. Comfortable seats wiped down between each person, very clean. Aurelio and Niki have excellent book recommendations while donating and Monique is very courteous and tries to make you aware of upcoming promotions at the center. For people considering donating, the saline will feel cold at the end, so bring a jacket to drape across yourself if you are easily chilled.

Grifols is a very friendly and clean place. Donating for a great cause and gaining extra cash at the same time is simple. I've been coming here twice a week for the better part of a year and have only had positive experiences. Joseph is very gentle and always does a great job, but I have had great experiences with all the staff here.

They have amazing customer service and they go above and beyond to ensure your safety and the safety of others . The one who stood out of everyone was Sean with his excellent explanation and examination ensuring you understand everything and ask questions throughout the process. I am a new donor. Morning staff can be very rude, particularly the supervisor with no compassion for donors. Phlebs are very unprofessional, loud, and disruptive. Now I go to the one in Aurora, so far so much better!!! Friendly, warm, and professional staff!

Sean and Monique are amazing made me feel so comfortable and relaxed love the energy here on the other hand do not like the fact that certain staff members will ignore people when there is something wrong when donating on top of that feel the need to tell a person to shut up the staff know what there doing when they clearly don't on top of that it's not a once in a while thing it's a every day thing and refuse to give you there name so you can make a complaint

One time when I was donating here, I was walking through the lobby when I tripped on my own untied shoe lace and the medical staff Ian flew over the counter and caught my forehead as it was about to hit the concrete floor by placing a squeezy stress ball between my head and the floor at the very last second. If it hadn't been for the medical staff Ian, I surely would have died. He's also just constantly pleasant and smiling. He adds charm to this establishment just by being there.

Worst place to donate! Place is dirty, staff does not care about you one bit! In three donations they could not get a vain and stuck me in both arms multiple times , infiltrated my veins and left me with bruises for 2 weeks go to a different facility if you want to make a difference.

It was 2 a.m. in the morning when the when I we were in Hanamura. We try the capture first point but the point is broken. There is a contest going on because Lucio is in the in bell. Reinhardt pinned me into the corner and I am stunned. Hanzo does his dragons, yelling at the top of his lungs. Ian is the newest DPS, he is the 43st hero. Ian shield bashes into dragons and saves me. Ian is now the meta in the top 500 competitive. Ian is the best hero and needle poker. 10/10 would be saved by Ian again.

Update: The environment has changed quite a bit Z is very unprofessional and is often talking badly about her coworkers or oversharing inappropriately about her life or others. It's often uncomfortable for myself and other donors. I will be going to another center.

Saw someone else mention it, but they use infrared thermometers. Came in and was deferred because I had a 100 degree fever. I assure you I would be in bed feeling like garbage if my temperature was above 100. I understand it's protocol, but it's a lil ridiculous. Update: 10 mins after being deferred, I returned home and took my temperature using an oral thermometer. A perfect 98.6 degrees. Please use a more accurate form of temperature reading so you can get my delicious plasma and I can get paid. Thanks

Horrible service told me I could donate then said no without reason I've been 5 times said no every time I went to bio plasma in Thornton. Not only did they say yes and do their job amazing but they provide snacks and drinks to prevent feeling sick before and after.

I've donated Plasma at a few places, but honestly this has been my favorite. Everyone is friendly and on top of getting everything done. Scheduled appointments mean that I know how long and when to come in. Even when I'm running late or early everything is done very well! Glad to be able to help the community.

The employees here are top notch. Very professional and courteous. My only issue is the payments not going through. The 2nd time I donated I didn't get the new donor bonus. Told them about it on my 3rd donation and they said they would correct that. After a couple of hours passed after third donation I hadn't received ANY payment for third donation or the second donation new donor bonus. After calling it was fixed a couple of hours later. I've had the best experience at the colfax center compared to all the other centers I've donated at. Monique is always so efficient when she screens me being thorough and respecting my time. I have never been able to donate plasma at this center ever. I'm healthy and capable of a donation. The first 2 times they can't find veins. This time I was over 11 mo's past a surgery and still couldn't donate

Friendly staff, slightly dated look but facilities are clean and everything is well organized. I've been going for a few weeks and I enjoy the overall experience! The only issue is that things either work like clockwork or they don't work at all. For example, I had a 7:00 appointment but due to some type of calibration and other delays, I was sitting in the waiting room for almost half an hour. Unfortunately, if you have to go to work and have a hard stop, they may not always get to you in a timely manner.

Great people! They are always so nice and make the process go very smooth. Monique is the best always has me in a great mood during the screening process! I have a donation center across the street from home and will drive to this one just for the employees

Actually this place is -10. The people are nice, but communication is not a strong suite. I went and donated, then went back for a blood sample because there was some issue, not the problem, yet since the sample I have NEVER been contacted by the Grifols to let me know what is going on. I log into the site and it says my next donation can not be calculated. I know one of the questions you are asked is if your address has changed, this means if I have a damn deferral I should be contacted. That's funny I've
