I've been donating plasma here for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best-run donation centers around. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes sure you're comfortable from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. They're quick to greet you with a smile and answer any questions you might have about the donation process.

My appointment was at 2:45 and it's now 3:41 and I have been just waiting for someone to hook me up to a machine! They need to do better with staffing and the times because some of us plan things around our children?s schedule and waiting a hour isn't ideal when your already on a time restraint!!! Seeing the staff just tell with co workers while a donor is waiting is extremely rude. If we respect your time please respect our time!!!!

Unfortunately as months go by during my plasma donation, the Lancaster location started declining on service. The staff was short and only very few friendly people, the waiting room was as close to a nightmare as it gets with excessive waiting time, overflow of people waiting (even with an appointment), the music was always so loud and not to mention the distinct smell. Today is my 42nd donation and my last. while the machine was returning my blood and giving saline, there was a lot of bubbles was rushing on the line , I clamped it but there's already a lot of bubble that got in my vein. Staff could be incredibly rude, some girl with slightly dyed red hair was giving so much attitude towards me and my friend like she didn't want to be there and the same thing happened with a guy at a different time he had dyed blonde tips or something. These people worked at the front at the booths, A lot of people there look like they hate working and make it worse for everyone one else just trying to donate.

I was very skeptical to donate after reading some of the reviews. I dont understand why people feel the need to shit on Healthcare workers they're providing YOU a service. You deal with 50+ personalities a day and see how you function. Anyways! This facility is always very clean and well kept. The staff who work here are so friendly, polite and always helpful, they always answer my questions nicely. Overall I had good experience! The only issue I have had is when the app doesn't work properly.

I will never donate here again! Inconsiderate management, poor work ethic & customer service. I was paid only $5 for my donation today even after I almost completed my donation due to an issue with my plasma but according to the front desk screeners everything was passing. The manager could care less of my time or concerns and when I told him I was going to file a complaint he stated that's fine they will just route you back to me. Hit or miss at this place. They dropped the fee from $80 to $70 and didn't say anything. When they raise it, posters everywhere. Some people depend on these donations to live. The least they could do is communicate reduced compensation so there's no surprises.

I initially started donating here because I was just desperate for money. Now that I've been donating it for some time, I don't plan to stop. It's a good extra source of money, and it helps me stay mindful about my health, staying hydrated, and all that. Staff is always kind and respectful.

The process of becoming a donor took me about 4 hours. They need your social security card, ID, and proof of address. You watch some videos, they give you a physical, check vitals and make you sign some papers. You answer a questionnaire (Which you have to do every appointment) then you donate. A fairly easy process that I consider worth helping others and getting a little extra cash.

This place is ridiculous. 1st impression of the people who work up front: they are more worried about who's going on break next. The entirety of the process took 5 HOURS! I've donated at previous plasma centers and never waited this long. Not only was the staff more worried about breaks they are rude to the people who come in here to donate. The dirty looks and nasty tone of voice from the girl I was dealing with was enough to make me want to walk out, but I gave it the benefit of a doubt as they need plasm

The Lancaster Grifols staff is always friendly, kind, thorough and clean. Even when it gets crazy busy and some donors get impatient, they do a good job with keeping it flowing and positive. Happy to be a donor of 4 years

Lacked communication they had me wait to talk someone because I'm a new donor kept waiting for over an hour half till it was basically empty then asked me ? where u waiting for something ? and they said oh it's to late!! Wasted my time.

The staff is amazing! From the screeners, like Adrianna who always remembers your face to cecily who can always stick my difficult vein! Even the new faces like Evelyn make the visits here so fast & easy.

Cecily did a great job today and all of her staff wasn't too busy when I was there but everyone on staff always does a great job making sure your taken care of and comfortable thank you again for a great experience and God bless y?all!

The staff at. This place is wonderful and have to deal with a lot of difficult donors. Having worked busy restaurant industry I somewhat understand the challenges, but they are always sweet and work as speedy as they can.

So far every donation has been pleasant from start to finish, I have very good interaction with most of the workers, the process is quick, and the pokes are always gentle.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly, they make sure that you are comfortable I give them a thumbs up for doing such good work.

Today I went to grifols and everything was fine so when I was walking away I heard the white ladywith the glasses whisper to the Asian lady saying she smells like weed . But I didn't smoke weed so I went to the examine room and I showed them my ASTMA pump so they said it was in there policy cuz they have something with the FDA THAT if you take Albuterol then they deferred me for 7 days so I told them that their funny that I'm not stupid at all F them it's the office on Ave k in Lancaster California

Great people work here. Always a friendly, light , great sence of humor atmosphere to be in !! The facility is always very clean and well kept up. My husband and I have been coming here for almost 2yrs now and w highly recommend. I've been donating here for about a year and the staff is amazing. The process is a little bit tedious sometimes, but my encounters with the staff and the fact that my donations are helping countless individuals always keeps me going back. Karla, in particular, is one of my favorite workers. She always has a great attitude and a smile that illuminates the whole experience. I'll definitely continue to donate here.

I've been going there for years. And just recently I was banned for not informing them of something. You people should at least give a warning first for something. I wasted my morning going for them to let me know I wouldn't be able to donate anymore. I think you should really change the policy and just give people warning or suspend for a couple of weeks instead of banning. Some people rely on the little money that given. But that's how they work

Honestly, IDK why everyone is complaining about this place! I'm just going to be honest. There is going to be a wait of course ?? if it's your a first time. It's all for safety reasons to make sure your healthy enough to even do this. All in all, know what your getting yourself into before you do something. It's clean here, they give you headphones, bathroom is clean and the staff is honest.

I want to donate. I am a healthy, retired man looking for an opportunity to make extra $ while doing something useful. I've donated here before. But it's been a while since my last donation, so I had to go through the same Q&A, physical exam, etc.., rather than being dishonest, I informed them about a monthly injection I receive from my doctor's office. Manager David is very rude and nasty he walks around with an attitude like he better than everyone he also has a huge ego and talks to the donors crazy. I am surprised he is still manager
