Grifols Biomat USA Lancaster, TX

I love the fact Ebony took time out to help me get my bonus pay and it was 7 mins to closing and I really needed those funds. Ebony always has had a great attitude since I been coming to Grifols. Also Karina is great at sticking me. I had a bad experience before and Karina sticks me now and I would recommend her. 5 stars.

Misael & V were very professional. Misael was working the front desk and did my physical he was helping me and 4 other people with precision and steadfastness. V did my plasma and blood take and she did the needle effortlessly and painless and she was very good with describing how the machine works and with accurate instructions nicely and calmly very nice place will return.

I've had several disappointing experiences at this donation center, and today was no different. Despite all my levels being good except for protein, I was immediately deferred without even being offered a retest. The staff member?s response felt dismissive and lazy, as if my time and effort didn't matter. On top of that, check-in was late?again?which seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Donors deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, and unfortunately, that has not been my experien

They take all day checking you in. It's only one person working the front desk all the time which takes all day to check in I was supposed to check in at 1 but didn't get to the back till 1:30 because it was nobody in the front and nobody hears us come in. Just sad. And when you do get back there to give blood that's another 30 minutes all the staff do is talk to eachother and walk pass people who still haven't started pumping yet and will just sit and talk over beeping monitors the staff is very sad and id

I'm not sure what's going on a few staff members are no longer here and the quality of service has left with them. You can SURELY tell.

I had a great experience at the Grifols Plasma Center in Lancaster! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The center was clean and well-maintained, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate their focus on safety and the care they took to ensure I had a positive experience. I highly recommend Grifols Plasma in Lancaster.

Clean facility. Nice people. But..... You don't get paid until Maybe 30 mins after you leave. If you need the money fast, don't come here. only place I've been to that doesn't pay you as soon as you get up from the table. I'm currently 12 minutes into a wait at the gas station, waiting for my money to deposit.

Horrible wait times appointment was at 5:30 showed up at 5:15 and I don't get to back till 6 something n haven't got connected to machine till after 6:30

Disappointed by the lack of teamwork among the staff. Communication was poor, leading to confusion and unnecessary wait times. Additionally, the staff's interactions felt impersonal, which detracted from the experience of helping a good cause. I hope management can improve these aspects for a better donor experience.

This is the second year I've been donating here. The facility is still immaculate. The staff are still so friendly and kind. Promotions are still great. I actually look forward to donating here.

one of the phlebotomist inserted the needle wrong & showed absolutely no remorse for it, didn't ask if I was okay or anything! another girl had to come fix her mistake. (she was amazing) left me w bruising for 2+weeks.

Sat on the lobby for 40 minutes even though i had an appointment. The black receptionist kept helping other black customers, while i was the only hispanic in the lobby. Ive been donating for a year at this location, but i wont be back here.

I came to donate today and was really blown away by the staff today. They all was smiling and really made me feel welcoming to donate. Sonya the nice lady in the front gave me my physical and she really made it fly by. They told me I was going to be here for 2 hours so I can donate but I enjoyed my experience donating today. Definitely coming back to this location.

I've been coming here for over 3 months and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always very friendly , the facility is always clean and I have not had one issue with them finding my vein. Maria is AWESOME at what she does along with Olivia, Syd, Laura & honestly all the other ladies too. They all make it a fun & great experience while I'm here! My only suggestion is better reward programs but besides that I highly recommend It here!!

It's just me Or a good portion of the younger ladies that work here just love making conversation with the males and don't pay much attention to the women no conversation no nothing

The workers here are the best mixture of professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth! They're really easy to talk to and they make sure you're comfortable throughout the entire donation process. I havent had a single bad experience in the last couple months I've been here. They have great rates for new donors and are quick to attend you as your walk in. The donor area is sanitary, neat and organized as well! Great job to the entire team here!

This place needs 0 stars . It's this one disrespectful black lady that always wear a lot of make up and colors lip stick always disrespectful and very rude . Main reason why stop donating is because of her . So I decided to rejoin to donate yesterday and the same fat lady always be so rude to me for no reason .. she was not proactive at all . Staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to donate plasma because they were only able to find one viable vein(Biomat policy). They were able to draw a blood specimen to send to there lab to check my protein levels but I needed two(2) viable veins to donate plasma. Protein levels passed their tests but I deeply apologize for that unknown person's life that I possibly could have saved by being able to donate plasma.

I do not recommend this place, the donation fees are low. They are always backed up despite not having many customers in line , never anyone to acknowledge or greet you at the door and the staff is almost ALWAY CONSTANTLY RUDE! No name tags so you cannot report them! Their phlebotomist are hit and miss and they will definitely hurt you when they stick you. They are closed on Monday and close early on Fridays and Saturday which is very inconvenient. I would never recommend anyone else to come her I'm tired

This place USED to be so great. Quick and efficient, you would walk in, sign in to the kiosk, sit down and wait to be called to a booth. But now the process it tedious and annoying. You have to sign in on a piece of paper instead, WAIT for them to call your name just so you can sign in to the kiosk. Then wait some more to be called to a booth. The waiting time has increased INCREDIBLY since this change was made. Now it's 30-45 minutes just to get back to a chair, it's absolutely ridiculous! I do not blame t

Congratulations to the dummy that decided to close the facility on Mondays and be UNDERSTAFFED on Sundays and Tuesdays. What a poor job. There is no reason why a donor should have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes to be disconnected after donating because there are not enough employees on duty.Yall need to do better! No issues with the staff, there's just not enough of them. It takes forever to get checked in. There's not enough people on the floor to get you hooked up in a reasonable amount of time. It has taken 40 or more minutes to get hooked up the last several weeks. Considering finding a different place to donate.

This is absolutely the CLEANEST and the most comfortable One I've ever been to. Shelby Is by far the sweetest professional phlebotomist, I've had the pleasure in meeting. I have been coming here for about a year now and I can honestly say it's a home away from home. All of the staff is nice and friendly with no problem handling any issues that may surface. I just cant understand why they took away the loyalty cards and have been going lower and lower on there compensation for there people that have been coming there for years? They said they are going to do something to replace the loyalty cards but haven't seen it yet? Proverbs 31:8 somebody has to speak up!

Very unfriendly and seems like this location just don't like to work cause they gave every excuse in the book not to let new people in this month . Some of the staff could use additional training as well! It took 3 people to look at my vain to say that they couldn't do it . Never have I had a problem before nor have I been turned down cause of my vains. They are huge if you can't stick them then I think yall should go to school again and learn how to do the job correctly .

Always polite, friendly and responsive! Unlike the rude , dirty, and unpleasant experiences from other clinics. This place is by far one of a kind with some of the best staff I've ever met at a donation center. Very attentive to all their donors, despite the possibility of being understaffed.

I have been a donor here since February 2015 and have seen many staff members come and go. Whenever I walk in I am greeted by name and I feel like the staff is extended family. They always ensure that all of everything is ok. Keep up the excellent work you guys in enabling me to continue to help those needing the plasma therapy.

I'm a returning donor and I must say that the service is greater as it's ever been. The wait time is short, the staff members are very nice and professional. I stopped coming here because they are so slow. The turn over rate is terrible, the employees TALK TO EACH OTHER TOO MUCH. All they do is complain, I'm okay with a few of them... but customer service is not there. What made it worse is when they took the TVs away, then no signal on phones, to the bad internet, and just downhill from there. I know they switched internet providers or something now, but it's still not worth the service. I'm not even sure what this appointment thing is, cause all it seems to do

I have been coming to Biomat Lancaster for 2-1/2 years now, and the techs and phlebotomists have become like an extended family to me ?. They process you through as quickly as possible, and are professional in their approach. They want you to have a good experience, and are very attentive to your needs. They are open 7 days a week now, and most holidays as well. i am usually in and out in 90 minutes. They are a well-run clinic ??

Never got paid. Been 2 weeks and they still can't figure out how to give me a new card. Wish I could give them no stars

The reason I stopped coming to begin with. 3 hours before I made it to the bed. After I made it to the bed only to sit there another 30 minutes while employees kaylee h. and maria walked around talking and taking their time. Entire process took over 4 hours.

this location was probably the best location I've donated to. even though there was a need for me to re-due my screening, they also gave me a connivence fee to make up for it. everyone was kind and helpful. i normally have to do resticks or theres blood flow problem. so i was pleased with not having any trouble with my sticking and that everything went well. very likely to stick to this center!
