I miss see Tiffani she was one sweetest people in there so please bring her back... the management keeps getting rid of all thier good employees and keep the ones who make problems for everyone else.. it is a damn shame I think thy should get new management then maybe stuff would start following better, not take one side of the story and hear both side but look on their performance and how they not only work but they treat the donor you'll have lost alot of good employees over this....

Kishawn is an excellent phlebotomist. I am also a phlebotomist so I know. I have always had a great experience here. It's clean and the staff is very nice. I recommend this location for donations .

Just go to CSL this place is not worth the hassle. They make you set an appointment time and even if you set it at 8am, you will not start donating until 11am at the earliest. If you're a new donor, it will take 5 hours. If you're a returning donor, it takes 3 hours.

I will be going back to csl when I first came here I told the Dr about my mmj card after 6 months now I gotta get a Dr note and on top of that I had to walk home from there because my ride was donating I doubt I will come back after this all because someone said I smelled like weed it's legal get over it also somebody needs to do something about donors having to wait from 9 am appointment till 1050 am to get stuck that just happened today for my ride if your appointment is at 9 you should be completely done

I dont like this facility anymore. The staff is never prioritizing the patients who are there to donate. There is literally one person in the front doing screenings and groups of people that just walk around with clip boards while there are people that have been waiting alover an hour past their reserved times. They lobby is backed up amd they are prioritizing shadowing for new hires. This is something you do when the lab is slow. Not packed!

Great service and the process is always quick and easy , the staff is always trying to help . I've done 22 donations here already and it's going good

Zach and his team provided exceptional service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time and saw many people arrive after me. I was then told that I had to be rescheduled.

Not as great as it used to be. Always behind which makes appointments unnecessary. Constantly going through new hires which leads to bad sticks. Hoping that in the near future they can fix these problems and perform to their previous standards. Until then I'd consider a different location.

Misty is a super fast and efficient worker! I appreciate the work she puts into her job!!

Great job having a full staff after a long time we my wife Mary and I have been going there for a while and we are very happy with it and we love the friendly staff and clean environment and the quickness of the hook up time and take off time of the staff at the center in Lawton Oklahoma keep up the great job have a wonderful day and God bless you and your families from our family to yours and happy holidays

Better than CSL Plasma hands down! Austin was a great help and quite frankly their smoothest phlebotomist. Thank you Austin!

Thank you Grifols Team for making my experience a worth while and satisfying moment. The Smiles won me, plus the accuracy of there craft. a special shout out to LeeAnn and the Managerial Team for the oversee of positivity and ethics here.

Idk what happened or how they lost so many good employees and end up this way. However the management know how to utilize it's employees. For instance there is seven people working. One on each side sticking and and one on each side disconnecting. The slowest people sticking and seem to be not confident in there ability with a needle scary right. But instead of one of the qualified employees stick they have them on disconnect and machine set up. I get that but when they are caught up and just standing there

The place is always extremely clean and the workers are kind and efficient. The reward system is great and the apps are easy to use. Best girls to ask for are Danielle, Nisha, Kimberley, and Trevice! They are so sweet and can stick the vein first try every time; quick and painless. They also are skilled to adjust levels for people with smaller veins to prevent them from blowing. Great experience every time!

Good service polite ppl in and out simple and easy

Great staff-friendly and professional. Mr. Zach Soto was my phlebotomist. He is extremely adept at finding the vein and performing the stick quickly and painlessly. I will definitely ask for Mr. Soto when I return! Overall a great experience.????

Zach Soto is amazing he got my tiny vein on my left arm because my right arm had a bruise didn't even hurt one bit!! Thanks Zach !! You make that place fun with your outgoing and fun personality

I was told by the app I'd get 100$ so I drove a hour to come here and not till after I get done out of there did they tell me I was only getting 40$ don't trust the app at all

??The Employees stand around & talk more then they work!!! For us college people on a tight schedule this is Completely Disrespectful!!! i have 7 friends who no longer donate here because of this & will likely be the 8th it shouldn't take 4 hours to donate ??

First time coming 2 months ago was ok but then I encountered a problem today of which I was told it was too many people when i already had booked an appointment . I already had to walk up there just to get turned around . Beforehand I was calling all day to get an earlier appointment but no one likes answering the phone unless they want to tell you they aren't accepting anybody else . Hopefully I encounter someone better IF I come back but until I'll just leave 1 star.

Seems like total chaos since the old manager Zach left.. No one can stick my arm for nothing. Expect to be there for a while they can't seem to keep up with the amount of donors. If you enjoy a needle being dug through your arm over and over go ahead and donate here. Employees seem lost, don't know what order to stick, seem confused, got more newbies than they can handle. Don't waste your time and risk your arm getting blown out and just go to CSL..

Danielle wood?s is the most amazing worker, at Grifols. Absolute professional and makes donating an absolute breeze. She is the fastest at what she does, and makes the time giving plasma fly by. Zack is pretty cool too but not as cool as Danielle!

Had appointment for 4 and am still here at 6 being ignored. new staff and system sucks

Very friendly staff. Zach did an excellent job. When others said I couldn't donate he had no issues helping get it done. So grateful! Ty!!

THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. Been going for a few years and have had SO MANY problem. Manager are rude ppl that will go outta their way to defer you. Go to CSL. Way better. The ppl at biomat legit seem to go outta their way to not have to do their job. Plus they can't even get their app to work but don't know how to set an apt online. Save yourself the hassle. I'm for sure going somewhere else now. And I'm not even the one who was deferred

Regardless of the sometimes long wait times, the employees make the wait a comedy special & and overall good time. Danielle especially with her mix of humor & professionalism, thanks for the help

Such a friendly environment, clean beds and a clean lobby. Chey are always so dope and keep a smile on my face and make donating fun! Danielle gives me some of the best pokes I've ever got while donating.

It was super easy to make an appointment. The facility was super clean. Zack was really professional he took excellent care while drawing my blood. 5 stars isn't enough to say how great my experience was. Will Come again.

Very nice new place. Machines are all up to date and the doner hub app they have speeds up the intake process quite a bit . Very friendly staff, especially Zack Soto, that guy is the best, no doubt.

Everytime wake up before they even open my wife has to set an appointment for after 12 then we drive 30 minutes cause dont live in town and they want to say they have to many people there and cant move an appointment forward always messing up and deferring my girl like this griffols is complete trash and will not be going back she will be switching to csl where they dont bs they patients trying to help like ive never heard of someone being so incompetent to say t"theres more people in here then you think"

Staff all the way cool, Ms ShaTara stuckd me. She and her floor ppls was helpful, professional, excellent, fantastic, quick and hard working. Very much appreciate it.

Very disappointed in today's visit. The older woman working the vitals, lied and said she called me 4 times for my appointment, because she got in trouble for me waiting an hour past my appointment. She definitely NEVER called my name. The reason I know this is because I listened to everyone's name being called and noticed all the appointments after mine kept getting called. I didn't even use the restroom until after I informed them I was waiting for an hour. DO BETTER AND DON'T LIE WHEN YOU GET IN TROUBLE.

Fallen from the grace it once had slow gotta wait a good couple hours now pay is less than it was in the beginning 6 or 8 months ago those who are still here they get more than 5 stars but everything else isn't what it used to be pay needs to be $150 my plasma is worth more than a mere 70 or 80 for the time I've been here the time I've wasted and the energy I've given inflation ain't making it no easier help those that have been here the longest plasma goes up to $5000 USD so help everyone out more grifols

the wait is longer than other places I've been to especially on Tuesday and Saturday but you can tell the staff care about the donors and they at least try to make your time there as smooth as possible in my opinion. The clinic is clean and they have tvs to help pass the time. Some of the workers don't have a single fast bone in their body but others move quickly like the sticker Zac even the lady who I think is the boss will help get us through quickly. If they all worked like those two then things would g

5 star facility which keeps research for diseases and treatments in the scientific field to eradicate the pain and suffering of our people. Staff is excellent with the stars so far in my opinion of : Austin, Nisha & Patrice. They are a world class facility!

The employees get 5 stars but the grifols company gets zero stars. They just keep paying less and less. The new card charges fees for literally everything even just using the card. They now have appointments but if there is only have one person working in front it's still a lengthy wait.

Man if i could rate 0 stars i would there customer service stinks everytime i come its never a smooth donation process is always a problem and being a regular donor thats a problem and makes me not even wanna donate any more if i have to sit and wait everytime i come up there and its not a short wait its a hour 2 hour wait like theres nothibg wrong eveythings up to date so grifols really need to talk with there team cause im pretty sure im not the only one

This center was super clean and easy to get an appointment. The guy Zack was really nice and very good at his job. Kudos to the amazing boss lady too!

they are intelligible about their job. I had a lot of questions and they have answered. they have a great handle on things here. they have trained new people and I have trust that they know what they are doing because I seen how each person trains. because if I come in on a day that some one new is there I have to trust they know how to stick.

Grifols is Way better then CLS plasma, but grifols take long even if you got an appointment . Been here almost a hour . After my schedule I put in. Seen like a waste of time setting up appointment when you don't get seen in the hour you schedule yourself. ??

Love love most the employees. Jordan and Hannah were the last two ladies I dealt with and were very sweet. I did have a problem with the higher up on the floor Stacy. She was rude and rushing her employees. Literally snapped at them while they were carrying for patients. Then come to find out she messed up and switched mine and another donors bottles. So maybe she needs to learn slow and steady wins the race and not to be so incredibly rude to her employees

Called 8 times haven't spoken to a person . They are the worse place ever . Csl plasma is so much better crackeads and all . Atleast the employees good .

When I walked through the front door the woman behind the counter looked me in the eye, and turned and walked away. I waited patiently for more than 30 minutes standing in the little red square right inside the front door. The staff went about their business and not once paid d me any attention I said excuse me? the front desk associate and another worker from the back started a conversation, I said excuse me again and finally received one moment sir. That's the last time anyone said a word to me, just stoo

Long waits and very rude and unprofessional staff. I understand people have bad days, but everyday shouldn't be. Also, I know people everywhere do this but trash talking about your coworkers or boss around or to doners isn't ok. Bad for business. Not to mention, i never got any of the promotional offers with 'X' amount of donations you get whatever and my referral 'buddy bonus' that was, for whatever reason, given to the person I referred. Zack is probably the best worker they have. The only friendly one and

I had a positive experience at Grifols - Biomat USA Lawton. The staff was friendly and helpful during my sign-up process. Upon my first visit I was informed they couldn't accept any new donors for the rest of the day when I arrived at 3:08 PM on a Saturday one would think an hour and fifty-two minutes would be enough of an adequate time frame for new donors but then again I'm not the brightest apple in the pickins orchard. Understandably, they may have been ensuring all customers concluded their donations b

Always very clean and very professional, and one of the few places that doesn't pay based on weight. This location, in particular, always has music or a movie on for people who don't want to just be on their phones the whole time. The staff is always really nice and upbeat. Just an all-around good experience.

3rd time to donate, staff has been friendly, clean facilities, nice waiting areas, but I feel the process could go a little faster. I think with time and making adjustments and getting the staff that fits best for them the process will become more successful! Update: Donation #70.... During my time as a donor at the donation center, Zac Soto has been a constant presence, displaying impeccable manners and an infectious enthusiasm that makes him a delight to interact with.

Great facility great staff Danielle is awesome and my favorite stick Zack is pretty alright too kinda funny

Zach Soto once told me ? Powers are for the weak. I have no powers. I mean, unless you count the power to blow minds with my weapons-grade philosophical insights.? What a great guy.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Always a smile when you walk in the door. And the new appointment process really cuts down on wait times.

Fast and great service my favorite person to stick me is Zach. He is gentle and funny which makes me comfortable

Good workers, fast paced but the update to the app was questionable. Zach is definitely the best one when it comes to needle sticks!

I'm in the area for work and I'm trying to transfer to this location from out of state. Two separate days I've traveled an hour to this location after work and both times I've come in I've been told they are too short staffed to take me in as new donor. Their cut off time for new donors was 4pm. I thought I was making good time by getting there two hours before closing; I guess not though. They're not even open on Sundays. What a joke. Why have such a nice facility but staff so few phlebotomists?

Zach made sure to get me sent to where I needed to be in a timely manner and Danielle stuck me so well it did not even hurt

The facility was very clean and nice! The staff was very nice and answered any questions you have. The appointments are quick and they get you in and out as fast as they can.

Grifols is a nice and clean environment. The staff is great except one. Which I refuse to let her touch me. The pay is better than others. But the wait time could be faster. Could you open on Sundays and Mondays?

Love this place ! Zach at this place odd a great person and one of my favorite people here! He can get my vain with out digging in very great full

This is long overdue. The service at biomat Lawton is phenomenal hands down. Marquise is on point, Nisha also Shatara. Travese as well. Zack is awesome too, All people on the floor you'll see while donating. Stacy is Also AMAZING, they all make you comfortable while donating. Several other employees I'm not mentioning they know it though ??brandice, Brittney, sierra,Austin etc. Lol they are all so great I know the whole faculty almost ??keep up the great work ???? Thank you for making it easy. -tristen Mitch

Biomat has great service, friendly staff, and has been efficient with getting people through. Zack is a great staff member there.

Best donation center around! First visit takes a while but worth it in the end. Zack was awesome and answered all questions. They make it a fun environment which is a pleasant surprise! Great job everyone, I'll only go to this facility in the future!

Danielle is the best! She knows how to ?stick it? to you. Zach is good too.

Zack was very friendly and always helpful and I can tell he works great with his team

Very clean, very polite...I have my favorites the Hannahs are funny Zach always talks to us no matter what Corrie is amazing and I've never had any problems with being poked. I love coming here.

Love the company and staff Zach Soto and Misty Taylor are definitely helpful and respectful and Excellent Phlebomists.

Very clean and professional. The actual donation process seems quicker than other centers I've been to. Maybe because you're able to watch the numbers and can see how much more you need to fill up. Also, they have tvs to watch movies while you're in the chair!

Such a quick easy process. Staff is very friendly. Place is clean and very well ran. They walk you through each step, so everything is comfortable and easy to follow. The pay is excellent also. Thank you Biomat for your service.

These people giving this is a 5 star rating are lying when they say they are fast. Yes the facility is clean. But thats literally the only positive. You'll be there a guaranteed 3 hours unless you go an hour before they open. They constantly have new people and that are not veteran stickers. They process takes forever to even get in the bed. A lot of standing around id say. Especially when the machines be going off. I was finishing donating and sat there 20 minutes before I was finally unhooked. Like I sai

The people are nice and it's clean ..but if you're a first time you better come in the morning before 10 ...they only have one nurse most of the time and tell new people they aren't taking them because they don't want to be here till after 7... CSL IS much more efficient.. .. your vitals at taken fast ...here it can be hours before they even do that

Don't understand what people are complaining about. Wait time is average for the donor process as any other program or facility. It's nice to be able to sit so that's a huge plus, especially for people who have natural quick heart rate pulses. New donor process is a long as any other. Their card payment system is exactly what I'm looking for (no decline fees). Only draw back for me is the remembering a new number, only 5 digit number but memory isn't a strong trait for me personally. Other than that it's gr

The staff are very friendly, professional, and appreciates every donor it does not matter first time donor or a returning donor the staff treats you the same. The staff gets you in out of your vist in a timely fashion. The Lawton center is a great center.

Great staff , clean , professional and always pleasant. Great job today . Zach was awesome.

Took my blood pressure then proceeded to tell me I was going to die. When I asked them to elaborate, they didnt. Couldn't tell me what a normal blood pressure range was. If I was having a medical emergency, they didn't handle it correctly they told me I was going to die then told me to go sit down for 15 minutes.

I see why the parking lot is empty and everyone still goes to CSL. Expect to sit around for hours. After sitting around waiting for 3 hours and still haven't seen the nurse. Please for the love of God stay away or you'll regret coming, not even worth the $100.

Great place to donate everyone here is super mice and friendly! Tammy the nurse, Marian and Brandi up front and Zach the phlebotomist are super Awesome!! They treat you with the highest level of importance! Make sure you ask about them and request Zack while your there!

Not my own experience, but my own experience was just as bad. The workers have no professionalism at all. Not doing their jobs and then taunting donors as they are leaving. If I could give less than zero stars, I would!

Usually fairly fast. The staff is pretty friendly and like to laugh with you when you come in to donate. They are also trained better than some other places I have been.

wow heard zach no longer works there and he is the only 1 who can stick my arm will not be returning for this reason per the other reviews this news was a shock so not sure only know what u hear from coworkers but same time it's messed up

I went in and the appointment was super easy. Was happy with with everything, all went smooth. Super nice staff and clean facilities. Thank y?all!

I have been coming for the last 3 months and the wait is horrible. 5 hours almost every time waiting to be called. The staff will our you in a bay and prep you for you to wait another half hour just to be hooked up to the machine SMH do better. I was just being looked at but no one was helping just walking around.

Man always friendly fast good service SHOUT OUT TO ZACH MUCH LOVE MAYNE

I come in the evening, and usally Jordan sticks me she does a good job. Caitlyn, and Aaron are always nice to me. They work hard.

Read all their material and filled out all paperwork. I had a minor Heart attack 13 years ago and their policy is no one can give if they have had a heart attack. I walk 6 to 8 miles a day, do not smoke or drink and have a physical once a year. No issues.I have donated blood at least 10 times since heart attack with no issues. You need to ask questions before they have you fill out all the paperwork. Very bad policy. They wasted my time. I would not go to this place !!

Very friendly staff, very clean facility, and the staff do everything to make you feel comfortable, the pay is great and the time to get done is very fast. Recommended if you need a little extra cash, and have a little time.

Danielle?s got great customer service and awesome sticking skills.

Danielle is always nice and helpful. She is cool and always smiles ??

One of the most unorganized center ever! And the machines that they use to do vitals signs are trash! ? and the cuff she uses is extremely small I ask her if she has a bigger cuff and she said no my blood pressure was 139/109 I busted out laughing I said ma?am that's a false reading I need a bigger cuff I'm in nursing school I pm not having so signs or symptoms of hypertension. She said that's all they have. So I kindly left. Went and got my blood pressure checked with an appropriate size cuff and the read

Since the first they I started donating here, Jasmine & McKenzie have been amazing phlebotomists 10/10. Brent is a great manager and keeps the place up and running. If I could give an improvement is to get more Plasma machines.
