This is the best plasma donation center I have ever been to! Every single staff member I have interacted with has been so nice and attentive. Once during donating, I wasn't feeling well and they immediately responded and got me feeling back to normal. I enjoy donating here thanks to the amazing team of staff.

They have gotten a lot better since when I originally started donating. There system is way faster now. Before I would be waiting an hour just to get downstairs. Now it's quick.

I had been recommended by a friend, and was hesitant at first. Finally decided to go in. Lauren is by far my favorite phlebotomist she helped me get through the nerves. And every donation since has gone great.

Everyone was super super friendly! They also all kept very level heads when things got busy and backed up. Teddy got me taken care of to start with and Josiah finished things up with my physical and got me downstairs. Teddy was attentive as he was learning. Not a complaint to be given about him. Josiah was friendly and engaging with the required material. He was professional and efficient.

Josiah, Tina, Brent, Brendon, and literally EVERYBODY else there is absolutely fantastic. These people are basically SEAL Team Sticks. Great vibes with all the staff; pleasant environment. Michelle and all the staff there are super friendly. They try to be as fast as possible, knowing that some days are super hectic. I've never had a terrible experience in all my days of donating. Definitely the kind of people, you wouldn't mind being around.

I've been donating at Grifols for well a couple years and consistently see the employees working hard and caring for donors well, even when it is busy. The online scheduling makes it easy to book, and the incentives for donating are excellent. There is so much good in taking time to donate for those who are in need! Josiah made the tetanus shot process easy and calm, and his candor was friendly and pleasant.

McKenna's and Emily are so awesome,they make me feels so comfortable, their very sweet and helpful. It's always a pleasure when I come in. The staff are very helpful and funny so it always makes me want to come back. They have great costumes service. I love to see there smiles

Have been going to trifold off and on for years. I have never had any issues with the staff but over the last year it has been exceptional. They are very personable. I had a very pleasant transaction with Josiah recently where i had a little wait period and he kept up a good conversation.

I wasn't sure if I was going to write this or not. They have changed the policy to where now you have to get your height without your shoes on. I have a disability. That is a problem for me, because they are not allowed to assist you. The thing that I don't understand is they want your shoes off for your height, but but they want your shoes on for your weight. It is my opinion that they just do not want to work with people with disabilities. We already have a hard enough time trying to find steady work . Th

Every staff member I've encountered, from walking in the door through donating, has been professional, knowledgable, efficient, and kind. I was originally apprehensive when I first looked into donating plasma, but thank goodness for grifols. I went in to be a new donor and they were so rude, I am Hispanic and know a little bit of English and they made me READ in front of everyone a book just to make sure I know how to read in English.. and I do know English I was just nervous since it was my first time donating and everyone was watching me read and the lady was so rude she said I couldn't donate. Super friendly staff. I've never had any issues with finding a vein, and pretty much everyone who works there is great at sticking the needle. Very rarely any pain. The old plasma donation center I used to go to it hurt getting stuck almost everytime. Emily upstairs is amazing. She's ridiculously friendly and for awhile I struggled with my heart rate being too high but since I've been being screened by her my heart rate issues have improved drastically. This is the best plasma donation center in Linoln for busy people. They allow appointments, which means less of a wait for those of us who don't have extra time to sit 3-4 hours. Their app is great and allows you to schedule donations and fill out the questionnaire online. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially McKenna. Her smile and bubbly personality make my day!

Been donating non stop for about 2 years and periodically for over a decade here. With donor rates constantly and consistently decreasing constant short staff and long and increasing wait times and staff turn over rising its getting harder and harder to keep coming back. Now the new machines take longer to donate and get clogged with fat cells which is frustrating and embarrassing. The staff are wonderful people but the company is going to hell in a hand basket. This place is tolerable generally. However, my last donation was awful. I told the person who got me hooked up that it didn't feel right when the needle went in. He told me the flow was good and walked away. As soon as the return tried to start I felt a severe stabbing pain. I waved him down and he said ?I should?ve checked on it sooner? He then tried repeatedly to move the needle around and could not fix it. He called over another staff member who also tried to adjust it. Extremely painful. She had another

I searched based on reviews and comments on the internet and found out that this was the best place to donate plasma, so I came here, but to my surprise, what they did was discriminate against me for speaking Spanish and not speaking English. They didn't even give me good service. Very disappointed ?? and the staff was very unprofessional and didn't even serve me.

Staff is plenty friendly but they are almost always running behind. Usually takes 30-45 mins just to get hooked up. I've had to leave mid appointment a couple times now because the process was taking so long and I had to be other places. Would be easier to stomach if intake staff wasn't constantly talking among themselves, making friends with clients and in general goofing off. When you see it's busy and you know your wait time is over 32 mins just to get checked in, it's time to buckle down and work throu

I have been going to this plasma center for over 15 years and prefer it to any other center in town. If you want to complain about the time it takes to get logged in and ready for a donation, maybe you should be using the appointment scheduling on their website. If you don't actually follow the system, you will have issues. You should stay healthy, drink lots of water, keep your protein levels up, and most of the time, you will be fine. INFILTRATIONS HAPPEN!!! It is not always the phlebotomist's fault.

It always takes forever to get to the chair staff are over talkative and it slows down the process by a lot of u want to donate here be prepared to wait for 3 and a half hours for $40 just went back yesterday and they got new machines I used to donate 883 ml for $40 now they're making me donate 1,100 ml for the same price if you donate more plasma you should be earning more money period. Because these bottles of plasma sale for thousands of dollars while they're paying us pennies

I've been donating here for a few years, so I would say this review is overdue. All the time I've donated, I've never had a bad experience. The staff has always been kind and professional, and have always had good experiences with pretty much everyone there.
