This is the best plasma donation center I have ever been to! Every single staff member I have interacted with has been so nice and attentive. Once during donating, I wasn't feeling well and they immediately responded and got me feeling back to normal. I enjoy donating here thanks to the amazing team of staff.

They have gotten a lot better since when I originally started donating. There system is way faster now. Before I would be waiting an hour just to get downstairs. Now it's quick.

I had been recommended by a friend, and was hesitant at first. Finally decided to go in. Lauren is by far my favorite phlebotomist she helped me get through the nerves. And every donation since has gone great.

Everyone was super super friendly! They also all kept very level heads when things got busy and backed up. Teddy got me taken care of to start with and Josiah finished things up with my physical and got me downstairs. Teddy was attentive as he was learning. Not a complaint to be given about him. Josiah was friendly and engaging with the required material. He was professional and efficient.

Josiah, Tina, Brent, Brendon, and literally EVERYBODY else there is absolutely fantastic. These people are basically SEAL Team Sticks. Great vibes with all the staff; pleasant environment. Top tier customer/patient service. Always very professional, calm, and caring. Just bring a book to read then let the plasma and money flow

Michelle and all the staff there are super friendly. They try to be as fast as possible, knowing that some days are super hectic. I've never had a terrible experience in all my days of donating. Definitely the kind of people, you wouldn't mind being around.

I've been donating at Grifols for well a couple years and consistently see the employees working hard and caring for donors well, even when it is busy. The online scheduling makes it easy to book, and the incentives for donating are excellent. There is so much good in taking time to donate for those who are in need! Josiah made the tetanus shot process easy and calm, and his candor was friendly and pleasant.

McKenna's and Emily are so awesome, they make me feels so comfortable, their very sweet and helpful. It's always a pleasure when I come in. The staff are very helpful and funny so it always makes me want to come back. They have great costumes service. I love to see there smiles

Have been going to trifold off and on for years. I have never had any issues with the staff but over the last year it has been exceptional. They are very personable. I had a very pleasant transaction with Josiah recently where i had a little wait period and he kept up a good conversation.

I wasn't sure if I was going to write this or not. They have changed the policy to where now you have to get your height without your shoes on. I have a disability. That is a problem for me, because they are not allowed to assist you. The thing that I don't understand is they want your shoes off for your height, but but they want your shoes on for your weight. It is my opinion that they just do not want to work with people with disabilities. We already have a hard enough time trying to find steady work . Th

Ok if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and I've never had issues with finding a vein. Everyone is skilled at needle placement, with minimal pain?something I rarely experienced at any previous plasma donation centers, where it almost always hurt. But Evon stands out as the very best. She is exceptional at her job, making everyone feel comfortable and valued. She deserves a raise. Her warm and caring attitude puts everyone at ease, and her professionalism i

I recently started donating and have been so impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Every staff member I've encountered, from walking in the door through donating, has been professional, knowledgable, efficient, and kind. I was nervous to donate my first time, but the staff put me more at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Shout out to Amanda, Mandy, Sydnei, Josiah, Dilena, and Kris.

This place is top notch. The staff are incredible professional and kind. These guys know what they are doing and they make a person feel safe and comfortable. Sarah greets me with a smile and cheerful additude. She goes out of her way and makes my day better. Great job everyone there!!

As far as donating goes, this is my absolute favorite place to do it! The staff is incredibly inviting and knowledgeable. Every time I happen to run into nurse Michelle, she always remembers me and is genuinely interested in how I've been. If you're looking to donate, this is the place to go!

I was originally apprehensive when I first looked into donating plasma, but thank goodness for grifols. I was met with smiling faces and pleasant attitudes, and it wasn't long before I had the pleasure of being called back to meet with the nurse. At this point I was not surprised to find she (Michelle) was professional, personable, and informative; taking care not to continue until I understood every step of the process all while maintaining a pleasant and bubbly persona. What a breath of fresh air to encou

I went in to be a new donor and they were so rude, I am Hispanic and know a little bit of English and they made me READ in front of everyone a book just to make sure I know how to read in English.. and I do know English I was just nervous since it was my first time donating and everyone was watching me read and the lady was so rude she said I couldn't donate. Don't go I don't recommend it ??

Super friendly staff. I've never had any issues with finding a vein, and pretty much everyone who works there is great at sticking the needle. Very rarely any pain. The old plasma donation center I used to go to it hurt getting stuck almost everytime. Emily upstairs is amazing. She's ridiculously friendly and for awhile I struggled with my heart rate being too high but since I've been being screened by her my heart rate issues have improved drastically. Now I won't go to anyone else anymore! Overall they

Great place if you are looking to donate life savin plasma!!! Josiah is the best! He's always there to answer a question and help you out even if he's in a hurry. Always positive and that makes for a good experience :) Also other staff are great too.

This is the best plasma donation center in Linoln for busy people. They allow appointments, which means less of a wait for those of us who don't have extra time to sit 3-4 hours. Their app is great and allows you to schedule donations and fill out the questionnaire online. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially McKenna. Her smile and bubbly personality make my day!

The staff at Grifols are great. I never dread donating. People like Sidney, Josiah, Mandy, Jessica, and Ja?Kayla keep it efficient and positive all the time.

This place is top notch. The staff is wonderful and make my day when I come to donate! Keep up the great work.

Josiah was very nice and led me through the donor process! He always had a smile on his face when greeting me and it made my experience much better!

I just recently donated plasma a this young gal Evon had the pleasure servicing me. She did an amazing job, 10/10 would recommend. And she's kinda cute too!

I highly recommend Grifols Biomat for plasma donation. Very helpful service and great communication on the steps and process of plasma donation. Josiah (ohbefun) was incredibly helpful with my first time donation. Likewise, Evon was a great support. The staff worked diligently to make the process smooth and comfortable. Hope to see all of the faces I saw today in the future! The first time process does take a while because of screening processes and what not, but it wasn't an issue. Just something to think

I was recently in to donate for the first time, and I was met by Evon who did my work up. She was great!! She did a great job making me feel comfortable and ready to donate. When I go back, I want her and only her!!!

The staff taking me through my first donation and collecting data were so nice and informative. Josiah and Evon were respectful, professional, and explained everything perfectly.

Simple and easy process! Had the best experience with Evon! She makes you feel very comfortable, is fun, and all-around great to work with! Highly recommend!

Love the staff, thanks for making the experience easy and comfortable. McKenna is the best. She is professional, friendly and always makes me laugh, which distracts me from thinking about getting poked with a needle, LOL ??

Evo is the best her beautiful smile is so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Not to mention she seems so comfortable and competent. She is just the best.

Good experience every time, professional and efficient. Evon and a the other staff do a great job. Sometimes a little bossy but its good to keep things moving.

Everyone here was great, but Evon was fabulous, she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable with the process!

Been donating non stop for about 2 years and periodically for over a decade here. With donor rates constantly and consistently decreasing constant short staff and long and increasing wait times and staff turn over rising its getting harder and harder to keep coming back. Now the new machines take longer to donate and get clogged with fat cells which is frustrating and embarrassing. The staff are wonderful people but the company is going to hell in a hand basket. Sad to say as a long term donor I'm finally

This place is tolerable generally. However, my last donation was awful. I told the person who got me hooked up that it didn't feel right when the needle went in. He told me the flow was good and walked away. As soon as the return tried to start I felt a severe stabbing pain. I waved him down and he said ?I should?ve checked on it sooner? He then tried repeatedly to move the needle around and could not fix it. He called over another staff member who also tried to adjust it. Extremely painful. She had another

I've donated for years, staff are very friendly and caring. Great environment always felt welcoming. In comparison to the competitors this place is a 10/10 with experienced people in every stage to answer every question and assist your needs

I searched based on reviews and comments on the internet and found out that this was the best place to donate plasma, so I came here, but to my surprise, what they did was discriminate against me for speaking Spanish and not speaking English. They didn't even give me good service. Very disappointed ?? and the staff was very unprofessional and didn't even serve me.

I've been going to this center for 3 years, everyone is friendly and provides good service. I met Josiah, and he always has a smile on his face while doing an excellent job.

Evon is absolutely amazing! Always friendly, smiling and a joy to be around. You need a few more of her!

Came back after a number of months withou donating and I had to begin as a new donor. However, since they already had me in the system it was more of a formal review of information. Shout out Dilena, Joshua, and Kenzie

The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Meet Nurse Josiah, he was very informative, explaining each step of the process.

I stopped into the center with so many questions. I was greeted by Evon, who took the time to explain the entire process in detail. Great experience.

Absolutely, hands down BEST staff! Michelle and the nursing staff are so nice and caring! Not to mention the screeners and phlebotomists are all excellent! Wouldn't donate anywhere else.

I highly recommend Grifols! Easy stress free experience. Evon is always so kind and welcoming, answers every question as well, as the rest of the staff. 100% recommend.

Top notch facility with amazing staff and service. Special shout out for evon! Amazing bed side manner and hard worker for sure!

Evon Koeppen is always very friendly, and is willing to go the extra mile to assist me with any questions/problems I may have. If they made a tutorial on how to perform her job she would be the model.

Everyone at this center are amazing!!! Evon did my physical and she was amazing and speedy. Love her

The plasma place provides a needed service in many ways for the people of our community. The employees (we especially know Josiah) make the experience safe and efficient.

Dilena took my blood and Josiah did the interview questions both was very kind and helpful definitely recommend coming here.

Such a wonderful experience with the whole process. Evon Koeppen was great explaining how everything would go, it was my first time to donate and I was so nervous

Had a great, fast re-entry experience. Josiah was great in helping the process go smoothly!

Evo is sun h a patient and caring person. I had so many questions and she answered them all. Thanks for making it so pleasant.

Very painless process, and the kind staff make it easier especially the worker I got. I think her name was Michelle. Very nice lady

I was very pleased with my initial appointment & how professional Tina was with going thru all the information needed.

Evon did a wonderful job! She was very kind and professional! Wonderful lady!

Great experience! Evon is the best, not to mention the prettiest. She is absolutely my hero!

Grifols Biomat USA is a top notch Plasma Donation Center. The staff is amazing. Nurse Amy is the best! I Highly recommend.

Super friendly & helpful people!! Process was made super easy, Josiah and Evon were especially friendly

A great place to donate. All the staff are so attentive and friendly. Nurse Amy was really helpful.

Evon was great other than passing out i had great service and everyone was friendly especially evon

Great way to earn some extra money while also doing something that can help others. ?? Everyone here has been super friendly and kind!! I especially like Cheyenne, Mandy and Charlie, they're all very welcoming and nice.

I've donated at this joint for years. This is the most elite plasma team in Lincoln. Josiah is a super knowledgeable employee.

The staff is very friendly and they treat you like family when you're there. Call you by name and make you feel at home.

I met with Evon and she was incredible. She explained everything and made the whole process amazing.

Such a wonder experience with the process. Josiah was great at explaining everything and making me feel comfortable.

Staff is plenty friendly but they are almost always running behind. Usually takes 30-45 mins just to get hooked up. I've had to leave mid appointment a couple times now because the process was taking so long and I had to be other places. Would be easier to stomach if intake staff wasn't constantly talking among themselves, making friends with clients and in general goofing off. When you see it's busy and you know your wait time is over 32 mins just to get checked in, it's time to buckle down and work throu

Evon is great! I love her., she's the best! She's so friendly and pretty!

Evo is Very Wonderful And Fantastic!! Very Friendly with others too!! Great to know her very well!

Great place to donate plasma. The best thing about here is the staff, especially Amanda and Emily upstairs in check in. Plus you can make.some extra cash every month.

Evo was so patient and very helpful. She made the experience very easy.

Great center !! Friendly staff !!! needs more employees. staff works hard but it is a busy center and they do their best to get us through .

If you want a good donation experience, be sure to ask for Michelle. She's a great nurse and super friendly!

Never disappointed. By far the best place in town to donate. Staff are outstanding and kind.

I have been going to this plasma center for over 15 years and prefer it to any other center in town. If you want to complain about the time it takes to get logged in and ready for a donation, maybe you should be using the appointment scheduling on their website. If you don't actually follow the system, you will have issues. You should stay healthy, drink lots of water, keep your protein levels up, and most of the time, you will be fine. INFILTRATIONS HAPPEN!!! It is not always the phlebotomist's fault.

Evon is the best! Super respectful and very friendly of everything she does!

Evon was really easy to work with. She does a great job.

Josiah was very helpful and made my first time donating a great experience!

Very good staff ,and one lady named Evon help me out a lot, and calmed my nerves a friendly face helped me a lot!!!

I don't know much about the place. Reading some of the reviews I can agree. It was my first time donating. I don't understand what a valid address have to do with anything? So, yes I was turned away just for that reason. I guess donating isn't important like I thought it was being advertised...ijs

Evon Koeppen is the absolute BEST! She's always friendly and takes pride in helping those who donate!

It always takes forever to get to the chair staff are over talkative and it slows down the process by a lot of u want to donate here be prepared to wait for 3 and a half hours for $40 just went back yesterday and they got new machines I used to donate 883 ml for $40 now they're making me donate 1,100 ml for the same price if you donate more plasma you should be earning more money period. Because these bottles of plasma sale for thousands of dollars while they're paying us pennies

Kayden was super direct and prompt with the physical process. I was in and out and understood everything with no questions!

Evon was so great and created the most amazing comforting environment!!

Caden was a great! Very informative! Awesome experience for first time!

Evon was very kind and she did an amazing job!

Evo was AMAZING!!! made the process so great and amazing best experience ever

Evon Koeppen is super friendly, professional and simply the best. Highly recommend!

I've been donating here for a few years, so I would say this review is overdue. All the time I've donated, I've never had a bad experience. The staff has always been kind and professional, and have always had good experiences with pretty much everyone there. I don't want to name names, because I know I'll miss someone, but a big thanks to the entire team at this location. You guys rock.
