A staff member made a hurtful and unprofessional comment about my body odor, suggesting that I had a yeast infection without any medical basis. They even went so far as to enlist someone else to reinforce their claim, which felt like bullying and belittling. I went for my first time yesterday. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful my entire stay. I, unfortunately, had a bad reaction and was unable to complete the entire process. I literally almost blacked out and they had to stop the procedure. They were so helpful in getting me back on my feet. I came in Thursday and was stuck four times and still was not able to make a donation I came in today waited an hour in a chair before someone told me they couldn't find a vein for me to make a donation, to me that is unacceptable. Time matters but they don't seem to think so. No apologies or empathy.

Everyone so professional, had a great experience

The people are rude , no one knows how to answer a phone tried calling like 3-4 times because the app won't work then they get extremely rude when you're asking any questions. They made me feel like they don't want to be there so they got to make you not want to be there

The staff is so friendly! They are also very tentative. I had a reaction my first time and as soon as I started to feel off, the staff was around me and getting me all fixed up! They take great care of you and make sure you're healthy and ready to go. They even gave me a call later that day to make sure I was doing alright

Super relaxing environment. The staff is super nice. On my first donation I kinda freaked out a little bit they were so great and helped me calm back down. EDIT to add my experience from today so, today was my second donation and it's still amazing. the first time my blood pressure dropped and I freaked out the whole team worked to get me back to normal and calm me down. The people here are really amazing, sweet, friendly, and careing. I've never had a complaint untill today June 8th 2023 usually it's movies on the t.v down low maybe some soft music playing. Such a great plasma center. The workers are so welcoming and friendly! Always making you feel truly appreciated. Kudos to the staff on their long and busiest days. Not everyone is patient and understanding with staff when they're extremely busy and at times understaffed so I apploud all of their hard work. Love this place.

Grifols is a clean safe way to donate to help others. The staff I've met so far has been awesome!! They have excellent hours too. I've been in and out within just a couple hours after the first time donating. Come in and check it out yourself. You will leave happy too

Do not waste your time or your gas. Not once but TWICE in one week I was told "We are not accepting new donors." I didn't know there was a plethora supply of plasma. Tell that to the people's who's lives depend on this donation. On my second attempt I arrived on a Sunday at 10:00A.M, the facility closes at 3:00 P.M. At first I was told to sit and someone would be over to help, then I was told they weren't taking new donors. All because the employee that registers applicants didn't want to do her/his job. S

This was my very first time. I was very uneasy about doing it. The staff there was so very friendly and assuring. They walked me through every single step. After talking with them, they answered every question. Their knowledge was impeccable and affirmative. They made me feel comfortable. The facility was very clean and i would recommend them to anyone. I've made six donations here and they've all gone very smoothly. Everyone is friendly and very professional. I'm in and out in a little more than an hour. Doing good for the people in need of the medicinal products made from from plasma and picking up a good bit of money in return.

I recommend to donate at Grifols because of the employees know exactly what they are doing and know how to handle any situation thrown their way. They educate clients who have questions before, during and after the donating process. No question goes unanswered. Overall, everyone is very nice and they all have wonderful manners to the clients.

I called to to verify if they require appointment, I was told they do not. My wife went in to donate and they told her they do require an appointment. She made one then came back the day of the appointment that was scheduled for 9:30am. She waited for 2 hours before she was told it could take another 2 hours before being seen. Consistently lazy, consistently unprofessional, consistently rude, extremely confrontational, and allow customer favorites to break policy rules and guidelines directly Infront of other customers. Policy and procedures mean ABSOLUTELY nothing to the staff working up front. Payouts days late if you get them.

Awful experience here. One particular staff member was condescending and rude from the start for no reason at all. She decided she wouldn't allow me to donate even though I passed the questionnaire and every screening procedure (which took well over 2 hours). I have been a reoccurring donor at multiple other facilities and this place was by far my worst experience. Most of the positive reviews are incentivized so don't let them fool you!

I've been coming here forever! Not only is their staff completely unqualified to stick but the donors suffer. I have Deep veins so I understand being a little bit difficult. However, when only ONE person can stick me out of tHe entire building. Now I've never had an issue recieving my funds for letting them stick me till today. Normally I get paid in full even if they can't get a vein because they stuck me multiple times. However today I recied ten dollars after three different people stuck me. THREE DIFFER

My name is Shanna Benda. I donated today 11/16/2020. I had a very bad experience today. I was standing in line to get my weight and temperature taken, and ANGIE verbally yelled at me and said, "C'mon Shanna i aint got all day to wait on you!" And snapped her fingers at me. I suffer from ptsd and anxiety and she has upset me very badly.i do not know her and i definately did not do anything to instigate her verbal beratement. She must have been very mad at somebody or something because she surely was grabbing

They were very friendly and informative. I was very dehydrated on my first time and didn't know I was supposed to drink a lot of water before, so I couldn't donate, but they gave me extra ice packs, and still have me money.

I've been donating plasma with Grifols for almost 6 months now and I can say the experience has been all positive. The employees are all upbeat and professional. The donations I give help save lives and the compensation I receive sure helps keep gas in my truck gas tank in these times of high gas prices.

Nice friendly staff. Clean environment. Most times in and out within a hour. Only complaint is they need to let donors know when they are closing early, opening late, or not opening at all.

They do Not list all medications they will disqualify you for so just lie like everyone else if you take meds. wish I had read the comments about this place before I showed up. This place discriminates against you for your medications because they refused to take my donation based on 1 of my medications that wasn't even on their list of refused meds.

Out of all the donations centers I've visited, this place has to be the most cleanliness, friendliest, fast paced plasma centers in Texas! As a new donor, I was in and out in 2.5 hours! Big Kudos to the entire staff!

If you take meds DO NOT TELL THEM. I REPEAT, DO NOT TELL THEM. The process takes an hour longer when Quine is NOT working. I should have been halfway through or about finished donating by now. The people that walked through the door with me are almost finished and here I am STILL STUCK here waiting on medical. Ugh. The BPL Plasma staff are very professional, courteous and nice. They do their job very well but they make you feel comfortable and at ease until your donation is over.

Worst place to donate!!!! They will never answer the phone and once you have a problem they let the phone ring constantly with no one answering. They also lie about the amounts that you will get. also they will constantly stick you and bruise you and don't feel no sympathy for you. Look elsewhere cause you will get worst possible service.
