This place is a complete disaster. If you're a new donor, prepare to spend your ENTIRE day here for absolutely no reason other than pure disorganization and incompetence. I waited over 5 hours just to be processed, and not once did anyone explain why things were moving so slowly. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like we were bothering them just by being there. I have been coming here for the past 4 yrs, and the staff has always been so nice and easy to deal with. The center has always been very clean, and setup for comfort of their donors. I tried one other center but ended up coming back here because it is just better here than any other options. Great experience per time I come. The staff is absolutely amazing, they acknowledge when I'm there, answer all my questions, my money shows up immediately, the atmosphere is worthy asking the babysitter to watch the kiddos for an extra 2 hours!

I worked here for a little over 8 months and was coincidentally fired as soon as a coworker at the job had her daughter come to the place to fight me as well as threatening to beat other workers. I've been to CSL, BioLife, and ked plasma before grifols. Grifols is by far the best. I've never waited over 10 minutes for my vitals. Never spent more than an hour and 30 minutes here. Let me start by saying there are some amazing employees that work here. I don't ever write negative reviews but I was so highly disappointed in the service I received for my donation today that I had to. As you can see in the photo my arm is bruised and swollen. It was so sore that I could barely hold the gauze against it to get my arm wrapped at the center. The employee that stuck me was so unprofessional. First time experience of donating plasma was NOT as expected. The staff were understaffed and rude, and would not respect their patients. They would openly talk badly about people as soon as they leave right in front of other patients and joke around about important things such as getting correct reading on blood pressure and the like. They would not explain to me as to why my blood pressure was low, and told misinformation just by looks. I would not recommend. Go somewhere else such as Biolife. Don't waste

The nurse told me to hold the bandage while she pulled the needle out! NO MA?AM! As a patient, who hates needles, I'm not touching it nor do I care to focus that much on it! She caught an attitude but so did I cause does the patient in school hold that? Nope! After the needle is removed I will apply pressure but not until you have removed all medical equipment from me! Then after thelat she told me "I was good to go". I ABSOLUTELY adore the staff here! They are extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside is one of the employees suck at finding my viens. Often times leaving me with bruises which delays when I can donate. In turn limit the amount of $ I can get that week . It seems any donor that gets that employee ends up losing both arm viens and having to reschedule. One guy literally wasted 2 hours for nothing. I really don't appreciate how I was in there over an hour reading all the rules and regulations that has not one mention of a weight limit, just to be told I am over it. My weight is on my ID, and they can see me.... it is disrespectful and rude. I was not turned away in a private manner either. Just humiliated for no reason. And FYI. just because someone is overweight do not mean they are unhealthy. My experience was horrible

I got here with an appointment at 7 am on 07/06. Was called back and put in my chair then skipped over for the person who was seated after me. Even after i reminded them that i was next. And, 2 techs were working on that one person and one of them just kept walking back and forth trying to ignore me. My other experiences were very pleasant. So, I am surprised by the way my appointment was handled this morning.

Bad customer service need to learn how to be more professional

All the employees are nice, but don't want to work. Don't bother calling the center, I was sitting in the lobby over an hour and a half, the center is empty, and the phone was never answered. They even forgot I was there. Employees to busy gossiping and talking and talking. Worst experience ever.

One of the phlebotomist are encounter today accuse my blood of having clots when I've never been diagnosed from any doctor of having blood clots, and when she first stuck my arm, the blood came out, but because she pushed in further this probably caused clots because she went back-and-forth with the needle too many times to Get the blood to come out as long as I visit this Center she will not be able to touch me because I lost time and money from someone who didn't know what they were Doing

I had a wonderful experience. As a first time donor, I had lots of questions, and everyone I encountered at this center was so kind and helpful. This place is okay at times, but the screeners are slow and the process sucks. Makes no sense to me to answer the same questions every time. If I haven't been to the Congo for Ebola why would I keep getting ask the same question just makes no sense. Overall the staff's pretty chill. New people are always being trained and when the staff is wrong your blamed for it not my fault all the people hired are inexperienced to stick people. Honestly I just feel they do more talking than working.

They easily took 883 ml of plasma from my body. Now it gets complicated to pay me my compensation. I got to wait until the next day do all this extra just for them to do their part. Of course I will not be back. I'll go wait in line for 3 hours at BioLife. At least I know I will be compensated.

I've donated blood plenty of times, plasma a few my first time here took about 3 hours people move here slow second time hit me in way faster but poked my left arm and said ?my arm didn't want to work today? but I've never had a problem with my arms for donation. It looked like someone new was doing it because someone else had to come and poke my other arm then something else went wrong asked me what I've been eating , moved the needle way more than 5 more times. Then someone came with a dehydration sheet
