I've been going here for months now and I've had mostly good experiences. However, the bad ones include some employees. The first time was when they put i had an extra tattoo because i put my tatted eyeliner as 1 but another female employee said it counted as 2 so they had to put me on hold because they're not on the same page. Also, a darker skinned short female with braids that doesn't seem to like me for whatever reason. She's the only one who has purposely tried to hurt me. I usually dont like to talk j

I had read the reviews and was hesitant in coming, but like they say, "everyone has their own experience." Well, for me, it was good. Very clean and organized, and everyone that I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

This review shouldn't have been made if I can post the pic of the employee this implies too I would, but why would you bother me and have me sit somewhere else when clearly the section I'm sitting in states waiting area. It's not like if the place was full and it's not like you haven't seen me there before. Now if you had nothing else to do just say that! Had to edited this because now I'm getting unwanted phone calls!

Location is very clean and staff is very friendly. Every time i go i am greeted by smiling faces. On the donation floor Lorena is always really gentle and never hurts me ?. She has amazing customer service and always makes me feel welcomed. There are other amazing employees there as well but she is the one that jumps out the most.

Staff is great and place is clean! Waits aren't long, they try to get you in and out as quick as possible. I have never had a problem with Mission location. Oh and the payout is fast!

Cassandra Rodriguez employee very rude we were trying to express our concerns since they made us do two trips and they failed to explain process protocol the first time ,, she refuse to allow us to express our concern and said sorry you need to leave responded very rudely and cut us off and walked away very unprofessional she has the attitude of being superior to us because we not aware of the process wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that is new or unaware of the protocols to avoid being mistreated

Absolutely trash I've donated in the past and never had any problems but this time around they messed up my arm and now can't donate you need to train your staff better because some people really need this extra money and that messes it up for us donating

Every time I've been to donate I never had a bad experience, everyone I've ever met have always greeted me with a smile. And the pace is the best. I'm always seen within a few minutes upon arrival. Awesome job!

I've only gone a few times to this place but every single time I go, the staff is nice and professional and get me in an out fast. I felt sick once and the staff was quick in taking care of me and making me feel better. I'm grateful to them and recommend this center.

Very helpful staff who know what they're doing! Was a bit nervous the first time but they helped me out and made sure everything worked perfectly while making the whole procedure safe the entire way.

This place is so Ghetto. They treat you like Sheep being sent off for slaughter. I have never felt more like a number than when I visit this location. Then they leave big bruises in the spot where the blood is drawn all 3 times. Would Never Recommend This Location Again!

They had a promotion for the month of October. Where you had to donate more than September. I was told by an employee, if you donate more or meet the donations you'd get the $25 bonus. I asked an employee wanting to know more, because I donated 9 times in September. So they told me since I can't beat the donations I had to donate the same amount. But I didn't get that bonus because now they are saying I had to donate more then September. So for some people like myself that donate the max amount every mont

It was my first time in years back to this place. My first time donating was a really good experience but when I went for my second time. I got deferred not able to donate for 7 days. I told them when I last donated September 27th at another plasma, was not hiding it. I donated with Bio on first day being the September 30th. Had called before my visit and app both was told I can come in so I did. They could have just told me to come back on the 4th but instead the woman that looked mad at the world deferred

I go to this place to to help and to get help. The staff is very friendly and professional. Is very easy to enjoy my time here while I am donating. Although I was recently very disappointed to learn that after donating nine times last month on my tenth time I would only be receiving $30. This dissuaded me from donating ten times that month. Great way to make extra income, refer ur healthy family and friends for bonus. The staff is friendly and professional. Usually out in 45 Minutes or less if u drink plenty of water day B4. It's a quick sting in the arm, no biggie.

went as a new donor did the physical, the second time i got to donate i was told (we are sorry we lost your records) (my plasma was not used went to waste) and that i had to go throw the 2 1/2 to 3 hour process of the physical again i did not have time for that made appointment to go some other time,finally decide to this month i was told i was a new donor with new donor fees and was not payed the new donor fee the counted the one THEY lost records of as the 1st donation ,called for explanation after 20 mi

Honestly didn't want to leave a review I understand I got flagged or whatever for having a bruise (mind you that's the nurses fault) and second back to the flagging me part they keep telling me the doctors going to review my case so I can donate again.....ok but when? In a day I showed up and left because of the bruise so they tell me to call at 330 or 4 to see if the docs reviewed it and same thing doctor hasn't gotten to it yet and again at 5 and still nothing!

Love it here, staff is nice and the wait period isn't long like in mcallen or other places.

This is a great place to donate plasma. All the staff are courteous and really go out out their way to take care of you and make your experience a positive one. I've heard of complaints about other donation centers in the area but there are no reasons to complain about this center.

I've always had good experiences coming here. There is not much of a wait if you come by early. There's experienced phlebotomists at this location. Highly recommend it!

It seems like every time I go into to donate, I always run into a problem . The staff cussing in frount of you like it's not a professional place. I think I'm going to a different Plasma place because this one here is very unprofessional.

They're highly professional, they greet you as soon as you walk in. Very polite and friendly. Always clean.

Quick and easy process in and out in a iut 1hour to hour in a half. Experienced phlebotomist almost no pain at all. Compensation is good and also feels good to help.

Both my husband I go here and so far every time we have gone.. its a short process.. been a donor for about 8 to 9 months now. When they opened, and to this day it's WAY FASTER than McAllen and Edinburg combined. I highly recommend this place.. Ask for Joanne, Ana or Itzy as a first timer or if you are simply afraid of the needle itself.. They're great! We've had a few incidents as expected but TRUST ME.. Best plasma center I've had the pleasure of donating at, speedy processing after of course your first time visit which usually can take anywhere from 1-2hrs not including the actual donation time. Started off strong with pay for donations and referrals but as of recently they have gone down on the monetary value, Other then that nothing but good expectations from this place. I love going to mission biomat! The staff is very friendly and helpful . I also love getting extra money for my family and the donor bonus help a lot when short on cash. If you have never donated before and need extra cash I recommend mission biomat.

I've been a Grifols Mission Donor for about a year now. And my experience has been good. Doing a wonderful thing donating and getting paid for it. The staff here at Grifols Mission is wonderful.

Recommend referring somebody for an extra 100 dollars, the people who work here know what they doing. They ask if your feeling ok after the donation and they ask if your sure to donate

Place is good but I keep getting members of the staff who poke really hard and it happened today the lady didn't even go gentle she straight up stabbed me with the needle the person next to me donating even nodded his head in disappointment.
