Customer Reviews

I've been going to this place for a while now and I love it, but I'm writing a review because of these two employees the first guys name is a white guy named Ian! Maybe the nicest and most professional person I've ever met in my life! Next person is a women that wears a hijab with glasses I think she's like the supervisor but yes she's amazing also! But them two are great people

Amy McGee was super sweet. She is Clearly an expert and she really put my mind to easy. Friendly caring experts who walk you through the steps and make the experience as painless as possible. Get paid almost instantly. Ian and Jones have made my visits way more pleasant than I thought they would be. The Nolensville Pike location has a great staff.

It's truly sad what this place has become a bunch of racism and homosexuals and foreigners with personal agendas, they discriminate on who they allow to donate take it from me. I'm a VIP with over 4000 donations and all I get from the new center is a bunch of miserable incompetent people. The energy and the service sucks compared to the hospitality and respect for the employees and donors. The new management has changed the policy to the point where the workers are basically slaves. It is ran by a country t

Second time their people blew through one of my veins and then didn't let me donate a second time when I came back even though according to their rules if it's smaller than a dime you can donate. I'm not letting them watery times agant. It's really a scam that dupes poor people to begin with as they're cleaning up and paying next to . nothing.

Have had a deferral that has no comments for the staff to read just says see comments and i know ive nvr done anything to get a deferral from biomat cause I haven't been to donate with them in years. nvr been able to get it takin care of and everything I try they send a ticket but I don't get any response or resolution. Need to be better communication.

Great staff, quick and easy process if you are in the area, and need quick cash, and don't want to borrow, I understand trust me head down to grifolds plasma and let them tell you how you can get these 200.00 dollars just let them know Deon lewis sent you...

Great group that works here! Asma is truly wonderful, kind and considerate!

It's a very kind place all it takes is patience the people are really nice and they're very chill and if you're a new donor you can earn up to $200 per donation.

It'll be nice if the workers can respond immediately if your done donating don't yall understand anything over 6 mins is a clogged vain those causes bleeding after being wrapped then the donor is blaimed he blaim no it's the workers who didn't properly wrapp the donor along with workers who stuck the donor wrong in the pass all this weighs out I witnesse other donors who bleed after being wrapped so this is why donors shouldn't haft to wait a long time to be taking down sometimes it's people not doing nothi

Editing my rating because as of the last two months both the staff and the service has gone down hill. I have been donating over three years at this center. I have seen both the donor fees and the staff decline with the attitudes toward each other. Moral is always down. They talk about each other with the clients. Constant call outs make it impossible to judge when you will have time to donate no matter what time your appointment is. Their staff second guess themselves on whether they can put the needle i

Best place to donate. Very clean. The customer service is absolutely great. They speak to you as soon as you walk in the door. They are also very quick and they have great stickers ?? so you won't have to worry about getting stuck twice????

It was my first time donating plasma and honestly have a phobia of needles but the staff where perfesional and great to work with

Scheduled appointment, there were six people ahead of me because management does not call names for people who show up early. Took me 1 hour to even been seen and I was on time. If you are not there the instant they call your name they don't call the next person. Instead they wait until the next appointment time letting the room fill up when others could be checked in during that time. The entire atmosphere for both staff and clients is like walking on eggshells due to a particular manager. The staff are ch

Very very slow. If you're a new donor expect to be there 6 hrs. This is the slowest plasma donation center.

Please get these people help. The staff can be very inconsiderate to set up machines due to playing around and holding unnecessary conversations. When setting appointments, some donors set appointments to their availability. If a donor comes in at 12pm they shouldn't be there past 2pm if the donation goes smoothly. People set appointments up before work or other appointments. No one shouldn't be late because an employee isn't doing their job properly. Majority of the time wasted by employees having conversa

Waste of your time to come here. They will find any reason to turn you away after you invest your time and money to come and try to help people. Staff provided nonsensical excuses to a non-health related issue. Honestly pretty ridiculous and super unprofessional. I would recommend finding another place to spend your time helping others.

Staff is great. But it is an unsteady feeling when all the new folks are nervous and looking like they don't know what they are doing. They stick me all up my arm. The machine stops constantly. I think better training before they start sticking folks would be nice.

Very unprofessional as a business and staff. I had to give some blood samples, and was supposed to be called 7 to 10 days after? No one called me, to inform me that they had lost my samples. This location literally will hire anyone off the street, because lord knows if they were trained correctly, then they would follow protocols to the T. I am highly upset because instead of taking responsibility for their mishaps, now they want me to come back to give more blood!

I've been going here 3 years went to a couple other plasma centers and went straight back to biomat Nolensville road! Jackie and her team there are absolutely fantastic..from the time you walk in you walk out laughing. They are great!

Just went today. Was told I couldnt donate because one of my arms has a tattoo that's 2 to 3 inches from my veins. But told me octapharma in antioch would. Granite I was a walk in. I beileve they just didnt want to do it. Wasted my time and if you need appointment why wouldnt they answer and say that. I'd suggest go somewhere else. I should have read the recent reviews before I went. They are all bad.

The location is (awsome sauce), the people that work there are friendly and and they understanding You guys have an excellent staff. The place is always friendly. Never felt uncomfortable when I come and Donate. They do an awesome job with everything. Definitely going to be a long time member

I've donated at a bigger center with more streamlined, technological systems so my first impression was that they are a few years behind. But after a year of donating here I've been very happy with the service I've received. The staff is very friendly and are quick to greet me by name. They are also very active with bonus opportunities, including bed bingo, which encourages me to keep coming back.

The staff is awesome, the facility is in good condition and stays clean, and the pay is alright for what it is. Only complaint I have is the way the pay card will fluctuate in balance for seemingly no reason? One minute I have $10 on the card, and the next I have -$2.75 That one blemish is not a reflection on the care one gets at the facility, but it is inconvenient to deal with.

My girlfriend has been donating plasma here for two years but has recently started back after a six month break due to health concerns. Whenever she would go in and donate I would always follow her back into the donation center but made sure I was setting in the guest chairs by the door. ?Where they told me I could sit.? However walking in there this time they told me because of an incident that happened yesterday, I could no longer be in the building. I then said I wasn't here yesterday and how was it my f

They removed my prior review that showed a copy of the complaint I submitted to the state. I was sprayed with another donors blood and plasma and they refuse to provide me an exam or any follow up. I will continue to picket outside their offic until I am treated like a human.

Very nice clean welcoming environment . They are quick and very much efficient they get you in and out fast with no issues . All the staff is nice and sweet EXCEPT ANNETE (older white lady with blonde hair) avoid her at all cost she is very rude and incompetent lacks understanding and compassion seemingly loves being rude she reminds me of mrs trunchbowl off the movie Matilda . She's not that bad but really needs to work on her people skills . It wasn't even the fact that she told me she couldn't use my pin

Tbh I've been in the trenches when it comes to Plasma Centers. Places where donors are calling out Staff members with physical Violence. Donors Smoking Crack in the restrooms. So Biomat on Nolensville has been Heaven to me. Its a simple process, in and out. No long wait times at all. Connie and Jake are awesome , i cant remember the rest of the staff's name but all of them are beyond comforting. For all the people talking about gossip here on the reviews, I hardly ever hear it !and lets not act perfect here

I have always loved donating here! Fast, professional service, really nice people who are genuinely glad to see everyone. Their rates are competitive with any others who offer bonuses to help motivate you to be consistent- the uses for plasma and the recipients are important and much in demand. Wait time here is minimal, with the bulk of the process done with sign in computer. Not often crowded here either. Just plan your egress based on time of day. Rush hour traffic make right turns out of the complex t

I've been going here for a little over a year and I have had 0 issues. Very organized, not a long wait, and very friendly. They do what they can to make sure you have safe and successful visit.

Very clean! Nice atmosphere! Far from ratchet like other places I've been. The staff are very friendly and always put a smile on my face. If you've never giving plasma before come her first. Then go to other places if you really want to see the difference.

We sat there for 3 hours to be told that one of us needs a protein sample and the second one could donate but it wouldn't be as a new donor but as a return. When we went in they said we would both be new Donors and had to wait to be seen. The moment we finally got called up they opened our folders and told us all this. When they could have just started with that from the beginning and saved me 3 hours. They are severely understaffed and are constantly playing behind the counters or just standing while there

Staffs have a very nonchalant attitude and they give their service based on prejudice more often than the regular " first come first serve "

Everyone was really nice! This was my first time donating and I plan to go back. Room is really cold, so be prepared. The only frustrating part to me was being asked the same questions like 4 times. But maybe some people just don't pay attention so it's cool.

So irritating. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. So twice appointment got screwed up because we tried to call to speak with someone to let them know we were going to be a few minutes late from being stuck in traffic, but no one would answer the phone. Then twice, after about 100 rings, they answered and hung up!!!

I place a appointment for 530 and arrived at 540 because of traffic and they proceeded to argue with a new donor saying he was to late to donate and then tried to tell me I was a new donor and after I them I wasn't then they proceeded to say I was late so I would suggest not coming here unless you just want to get pissed off bc nobody wants to do there job.

It was my 1st time here and I'm feeling blessed. There was so much interaction through pleasant and warm conversations I forgot it was my 1st visit. I felt accepted and appreciated, something that was definitely lacking when I'd walk through the door of my previous plasma Center. It was a laid back we gotcha type of welcome so I'm actually glad I left the other center and ended up here. Like I said, a blessing. I feel confident I'll be treated more justly with bonuses as well. Last facility let me donate 2x

I really like this location but it's so hard to get in and out in the afternoon after work. Theres only 1 person doing vitals and a lot of people standing around. I just dont understand why they cant schedule more people to check people in. I hate to try to go after work cause I'll get there at 445 and not get out till 7pm. Makes for a really long day.

I have been very pleased every time I come here. The staff is very friendly and attentive and it goes a lot faster than other centers. I would definitely recommend.

Clean environment, staff are sweet and friendly, but will leave you waiting indefinitely if you are a new donor past 1 or 2 on weekends, just to tell you they typically don't accept new donors past this point when you ask why you've been waiting so long.

The donation center was so clean and the staff were really professional and nice. It is really cold back where you donate so be sure to bring a jacket!

The staff at this location has turned away my husband numerous times and many other potential new donors. I don't understand how they can stay in business if they send ppl away every day. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is definitely bad business. Extremely disappointed with the services.

Great place to earn a few more dollars and help the community. Staff is friendly and helpful. No long wait times compared to other centers. They are implementing a appointment system to ensure faster donations and services.

Coming into this particular location,I had a awesome experience. They very professional, and house warming. They also come to your every need. The worker?s are phenomenal and always on there job!????????

They constantly change their system. They had it where you could donate every other day which I have did with my friend for the past few months now I am being told only twice in a 7 day period and the lady was trying to argue with me that I've never did that before. She was extremely rude and I noticed that they only try to go by the ?rules? when they are being watched. Normally you walk in go to the kiosk you don't have to read all that info about diseases and after. They do a 2 minute quick screening and

This location is better than the other Paslma locations around the area. It's normally no wait time for reg Donors and they try hard to speed up the New Donors wait time but some people you can't make them happy lol. The seats are clean and not crowded to where your playing musical chairs lol there front bathrooms are clean and the staffs their are cool. If you have any issues with the Staffs or If you was stick wrong just go to management and they will take care of it...... No complaints!!

Brittney is the best! In fact the entire staff is pretty amazing. Since day one they have treated me like family and made donating a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend!

Kay, Amber, Cam, Joselyn, Nia, Ariel and Katherine are my favorites!! All of the employees here are professional and highly efficient at their position. Thank you all for what you do, it's truly exciting every time I come in. I would recommend adding a bar and couple TVs in here but that may distract a couple of us so I understand! Beautiful people, beautiful establishment. Special shoutout to Stephanie!!

Use to love this place but after awhile just seems they were hiring ANYONE . . Long story short . . I told the phlebotomist that I was in pain . She then began to press buttons on the machine INCREASING the pain & just walked away . I called back over & told her what she had did . She walked away & send someone my way who did their best to fix her wrongdoing. About 3 months later (now) I might have to get surgery for nerve damage of treatment doesn't go well . If you're phlebotomist looks or even gives any

I have been coming here for 2 years. The staff has always been nice and helpful. This place stays in well kept order and stays professional about this process.

Great place when you get in staff is friendly but hard to get appts because they never answer the phone

When you come here don't speak or make any kind of jokes to make the time pass, the staff will bar you from both locations because they can't get humor. It's funny how they say they are in need of donations but then bar you for making jokes. It's staffed by a bunch of insecure, stuck up, anti social lunatics. Avoid at all cost, go to the red cross you won't get paid but the people are definitely of a higher quality.

Amazing staff, very friendly. Incredibly fast response time. Extremely clean and efficient even with a high volume of people. Would highly recommend to anyone .

I've been to this establishment on different occasions but my most recent from yesterday was the worst. Not only did I sit for over a hour but the manager had a bad attitude when I finally did get to come up for getting pre qualified before donating. After she informed me that my pulse was too high, I informed her that most likely that was from me waiting for so long and trying to be patient. She then told me I had to wait 15 minutes or I could leave but with an attitude. That's when I decided it was time f

The people are fun and crazy, the process is long. And make sure to eat and drink tons of water or you'll be in there forever and risk passing out. Make sure to ask for snacks and water if you need it, they will give it to you, whether you're in the chair or not, they don't want you unconscious.

This is a great place for first-time donors they treat you like family and not just a body of plazma. They are accurate with the reeds and let you know if there are any problems in real time. And you can bet they always have ways to get you extra bonuses on pay

They are a very professional group who treats everyone with respect and kindness they work fast and proficient. Making sure that you are qualified and fully understand what and why you are donating. They answer all questions you may have I recommend that if you want to donate that this is a wonderful place to go and donate

Great and very respectful staff. I feel better everyday not only for giving but meeting a group of great folks to take care of me while I donate. Definitely a place to go to.

I have nothing but the best to say about Biomat and it's excellent staff... Brittney, Coty, Deanna, are not only professional and courteous, but they make the donation process a pleasure... I never fail to laugh at an ancedote or other efforts to create a festive atmosphere... The fees are reasonable and better than any other center in Nashville... Thank You Biomat!!

People here are really nice and I go there often to make a few bucks here & there and help others. If anybody would like a great income opportunity contact me on Facebook under Tara Osborne Frechea. You get to work from home and you pretty much get paid to get healthy. Forward to talking to you soon.

Came to this place three times already and there always seems to be some excuse as to why they can't help me sign up with them... Seems like a super lazy group of employees.. will never return or recommend... Waste of time.

The staff is so friendly and always makes the best effort to make me feel comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend going here.

This is the best plasma center I ever been to. They are always so nice an welcoming, they treat you as of your something other than just a donor, they actually care about you as a person and some of the other centers I have been to just treat you like a donor and are always rude with an attitude. I would recommend this center to anyone an everyone!!!!

I've been coming here a year. They take good care of you. They're a considerate team @ Grifols and they patch you up nice afterwards. There's also frequent rewards for bonus money as well!!!

Do they ever answer the phone ive called 3 times each for 10 mins no answer why do csl in Madison answer but nolensville can't

I come multiple times a week and have been since they opened. I love the staff and the process is easy. Easy way to make extra money!

I've been coming here for almost 2 years, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The people who work here are beyond awesome, and make donating a fun and wonderful experience! If you've ever considered donating plasma, then this would be the place to go!!!

I went in last week as a new donor I was there less Then 20 minutes.. very racist staff members, very unprofessional wanting to argue & etc. . I highly recommend going to another center if you're not white . Never again

This is the best Grifols plasma center I've ever been to. The staff has always been great and time wise, they get you in and out. Also leaving you with an awesome impression. Issa vibe, clean atmosphere, and nothing jank.

The staff wasn't willing to work with me. My drivers license had two middle names on it and my social only has one of the two and they said I couldn't use that. They said it had to be identical because they are government funded.if I can go and get my license from the government with my social i should be able to donate plasma with it to.

I am a new donor but was a past donor. Everytime my experience has been great. The staff is friendly and always polite. I feel like they are a family environment.

By far the best plasma center I've been to out of at least a half dozen different ones nation wide. Everyone there had a great attitude, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend this location.

The employees gossip on the donor floor about each other and donors . converse while donors wait and there is no leadership..building basically runs itself. I'd suggest any other donation facility.

This place is so amazing!!! Facility is always clean and the staff is super nice and respectful!!!! I never have to wait long, even during their busy days!!!

I love this place !! Great friendly staff members.. Relaxing atmosphere.. And a great way to earn some extra gas money and money for Xmas.... Sincerely Rodney Hammonds..

I've been giving Plasma at different centers across the US for about 18 years. It helps others and it's a good side hustle if you can't get a second job for whatever reason. Every center pales in comparison to this Biomat. People keep to themselves. There's no donor on donor harassment or loud arguments and chaos like at other centers around town. They do things different and the tone it sets keeps people in line and acting on their best behavior so I always feel safe going in there. The phlebs and staff ar

Fantastic employees Kate who is no longer there unfortunately, was great to be around and very knowledgeable I would often ask for her along with Arielle, Jmand Jackie, who in my opinion round out thier top three phlebotomist and Nico up front screening I look forward to going abs seeing thier professional smiling faces

I have been going here for 2 years and the employees there are very helpful, kind, good hearted and very polite and they all work great together and they all are very great

great staff, fun environment, and I love always seeing each staff smile and hear them laugh and joke still handle everything on a professional level .

I had another pleasant experience today.

I went in to do a very first donation and they treated me like I wasn't even in front of them laughing making jokes throwing stuff on my arms not telling me what they were doing and then I'm front of anyone they said you can't donate your veins are bad must be due to lifestyle choices don't no what that means but I was humiliated and so embarrassed I tried to run out of there I went to another site and they did let me donate with no problems at all I suggest if it's your first time do not go to this place i

This place is ridiculous ever since I complained about ripping the needle out or my arm I have been turned away 4 out of my last 5 times. I have never had any issues till that. Now manager screwed up drove all way down here again now the manager messed up wrote me in as high temp when she said high pulse & caintcome back. This place is a damn joke

So at the time of my visit I was staying in a motel, had only been living in tennessee for a little over a year at this point, and apparently hotel/motels, student living quarters and a super long list of addresses are unexceptable. The staff was very rude about this. i asked the lady what I would need to do in order to be able to donate, and The "lady" that was doing my "in take" was so very rude. She just said u need to move with the nastiest tone. I just don't understand why it matters if u live in a mot

Nate is a really good employee and he keeps the donation process comfortable. He's funny and he makes sure that my process is going well. I recommend him.

I called to make sure I had proper ID since my social security card had been stolen in a robbery. I was told a W2 would suffice. I went to donate and was turned away since the spelling of my first name had an added e on the end on my W2. I went to the social security office and waited 4 hours to replace my card. Again I was turned away from donating since the first name on my license had an e on the end. Your employee said a W2 could substitute but I didn't bring it the since yoour employee refused it the f

I've been donating at this center a year now and I love it. The staff is very friendly and they get you in and out. I'm glad I chose this center when I did and it makes me feel good that I'm helping other people who needs plasma!

Well I was sent over to this location from Church St. I got to donate the first time but they forgot to get my protein sample. Went back the second time they did sample. It took a loooong time for my sample. My blood presure is high everytime. Why 65 questions? Cut the questions down. I went to the doctor on Wednesday November 13,my pressure was 137/71. They could use a bigger arm pressure for me. That's what my nurse said. I want to help and the extra money would get me by.

Love coming here!! Enjoy my time, lovely staff and they are as quick as they can be. Overall well run business!!

This is the best center I have went to. The staff get you in and out with hardly any waiting. They are nice and professional. They dont hurt you or bruise you.
