I've been going to this place for a while now and I love it, but I'm writing a review because of these two employees the first guys name is a white guy named Ian! Maybe the nicest and most professional person I've ever met in my life! Next person is a women that wears a hijab with glasses I think she's like the supervisor but yes she's amazing also! But them two are great people

Amy McGee was super sweet. She is Clearly an expert and she really put my mind to easy. Friendly caring experts who walk you through the steps and make the experience as painless as possible. It's truly sad what this place has become a bunch of racism and homosexuals and foreigners with personal agendas, they discriminate on who they allow to donate take it from me. Second time their people blew through one of my veins and then didn't let me donate a second time when I came back even though according to their rules if it's smaller than a dime you can donate. I'm not letting them watery times agant. It's really a scam that dupes poor people to begin with as they're cleaning up and paying next to . nothing.

Have had a deferral that has no comments for the staff to read just says see comments and i know ive nvr done anything to get a deferral from biomat cause I haven't been to donate with them in years. nvr been able to get it takin care of and everything I try they send a ticket but I don't get any response or resolution. It's a very kind place all it takes is patience the people are really nice and they're very chill and if you're a new donor you can earn up to $200 per donation.

Editing my rating because as of the last two months both the staff and the service has gone down hill. I have been donating over three years at this center. I have seen both the donor fees and the staff decline with the attitudes toward each other. Moral is always down. They talk about each other with the clients. Scheduled appointment, there were six people ahead of me because management does not call names for people who show up early. Took me 1 hour to even been seen and I was on time. If you are not there the instant they call your name they don't call the next person. Please get these people help. The staff can be very inconsiderate to set up machines due to playing around and holding unnecessary conversations. When setting appointments, some donors set appointments to their availability. If a donor comes in at 12pm they shouldn't be there past 2pm if the donation goes smoothly. Waste of your time to come here. They will find any reason to turn you away after you invest your time and money to come and try to help people. Staff provided nonsensical excuses to a non-health related issue. Honestly pretty ridiculous and super unprofessional. I would recommend finding another place to spend your time helping others.

Staff is great. But it is an unsteady feeling when all the new folks are nervous and looking like they don't know what they are doing. They stick me all up my arm. The machine stops constantly. I think better training before they start sticking folks would be nice.

Very unprofessional as a business and staff. I had to give some blood samples, and was supposed to be called 7 to 10 days after? No one called me, to inform me that they had lost my samples. This location literally will hire anyone off the street, because lord knows if they were trained correctly, then they would follow protocols to the T. I am highly upset because instead of taking responsibility for their mishaps, now they want me to come back to give more blood!

I've been going here 3 years went to a couple other plasma centers and went straight back to biomat Nolensville road! Jackie and her team there are absolutely fantastic..from the time you walk in you walk out laughing. They are great!

Just went today. Was told I couldnt donate because one of my arms has a tattoo that's 2 to 3 inches from my veins. But told me octapharma in antioch would. Granite I was a walk in. I beileve they just didnt want to do it. Wasted my time and if you need appointment why wouldnt they answer and say that. I'd suggest go somewhere else. I should have read the recent reviews before I went. They are all bad.

I've donated at a bigger center with more streamlined, technological systems so my first impression was that they are a few years behind. But after a year of donating here I've been very happy with the service I've received. The staff is very friendly and are quick to greet me by name. They are also very active with bonus opportunities, including bed bingo, which encourages me to keep coming back.

The staff is awesome, the facility is in good condition and stays clean, and the pay is alright for what it is. Only complaint I have is the way the pay card will fluctuate in balance for seemingly no reason? One minute I have $10 on the card, and the next I have -$2.75 That one blemish is not a reflection on the care one gets at the facility, but it is inconvenient to deal with.

My girlfriend has been donating plasma here for two years but has recently started back after a six month break due to health concerns. They removed my prior review that showed a copy of the complaint I submitted to the state. I was sprayed with another donors blood and plasma and they refuse to provide me an exam or any follow up. I will continue to picket outside their offic until I am treated like a human.

Tbh I've been in the trenches when it comes to Plasma Centers. Places where donors are calling out Staff members with physical Violence. Donors Smoking Crack in the restrooms. So Biomat on Nolensville has been Heaven to me. Its a simple process, in and out. No long wait times at all. Connie and Jake are awesome , i cant remember the rest of the staff's name but all of them are beyond comforting. I have always loved donating here! Fast, professional service, really nice people who are genuinely glad to see everyone. Their rates are competitive with any others who offer bonuses to help motivate you to be consistent- the uses for plasma and the recipients are important and much in demand. We sat there for 3 hours to be told that one of us needs a protein sample and the second one could donate but it wouldn't be as a new donor but as a return. When we went in they said we would both be new Donors and had to wait to be seen. The moment we finally got called up they opened our folders and told us all this. Everyone was really nice! This was my first time donating and I plan to go back. Room is really cold, so be prepared. The only frustrating part to me was being asked the same questions like 4 times. But maybe some people just don't pay attention so it's cool.

So irritating. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. So twice appointment got screwed up because we tried to call to speak with someone to let them know we were going to be a few minutes late from being stuck in traffic, but no one would answer the phone. Then twice, after about 100 rings, they answered and hung up!!!

I place a appointment for 530 and arrived at 540 because of traffic and they proceeded to argue with a new donor saying he was to late to donate and then tried to tell me I was a new donor and after I them I wasn't then they proceeded to say I was late so I would suggest not coming here unless you just want to get pissed off bc nobody wants to do there job.

It was my 1st time here and I'm feeling blessed. There was so much interaction through pleasant and warm conversations I forgot it was my 1st visit. I felt accepted and appreciated, something that was definitely lacking when I'd walk through the door of my previous plasma Center. It was a laid back we gotcha type of welcome so I'm actually glad I left the other center and ended up here. Like I said, a blessing. I really like this location but it's so hard to get in and out in the afternoon after work. Theres only 1 person doing vitals and a lot of people standing around. I just dont understand why they cant schedule more people to check people in. I hate to try to go after work cause I'll get there at 445 and not get out till 7pm. Makes for a really long day.

This location is better than the other Paslma locations around the area. It's normally no wait time for reg Donors and they try hard to speed up the New Donors wait time but some people you can't make them happy lol. The seats are clean and not crowded to where your playing musical chairs lol there front bathrooms are clean and the staffs their are cool. If you have any issues with the Staffs or If you was stick wrong just go to management and they will take care of it...... No complaints!!

Use to love this place but after awhile just seems they were hiring ANYONE . . Long story short . . I told the phlebotomist that I was in pain . She then began to press buttons on the machine INCREASING the pain & just walked away . I called back over & told her what she had did . When you come here don't speak or make any kind of jokes to make the time pass, the staff will bar you from both locations because they can't get humor. It's funny how they say they are in need of donations but then bar you for making jokes. It's staffed by a bunch of insecure, stuck up, anti social lunatics. Avoid at all cost, go to the red cross you won't get paid but the people are definitely of a higher quality.

I've been to this establishment on different occasions but my most recent from yesterday was the worst. Not only did I sit for over a hour but the manager had a bad attitude when I finally did get to come up for getting pre qualified before donating. After she informed me that my pulse was too high, I informed her that most likely that was from me waiting for so long and trying to be patient. The people are fun and crazy, the process is long. And make sure to eat and drink tons of water or you'll be in there forever and risk passing out. Make sure to ask for snacks and water if you need it, they will give it to you, whether you're in the chair or not, they don't want you unconscious.

This is a great place for first-time donors they treat you like family and not just a body of plazma. They are accurate with the reeds and let you know if there are any problems in real time. And you can bet they always have ways to get you extra bonuses on pay

They are always so nice an welcoming, they treat you as of your something other than just a donor, they actually care about you as a person and some of the other centers I have been to just treat you like a donor and are always rude with an attitude. I went in last week as a new donor I was there less Then 20 minutes.. very racist staff members, very unprofessional wanting to argue & etc. . I highly recommend going to another center if you're not white . Never again

This is the best Grifols plasma center I've ever been to. The staff has always been great and time wise, they get you in and out. Also leaving you with an awesome impression. Issa vibe, clean atmosphere, and nothing jank.

The staff wasn't willing to work with me. My drivers license had two middle names on it and my social only has one of the two and they said I couldn't use that. They said it had to be identical because they are government funded.if I can go and get my license from the government with my social i should be able to donate plasma with it to.

I am a new donor but was a past donor. Everytime my experience has been great. The staff is friendly and always polite. I feel like they are a family environment.

By far the best plasma center I've been to out of at least a half dozen different ones nation wide. Everyone there had a great attitude, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend this location.

The employees gossip on the donor floor about each other and donors . converse while donors wait and there is no leadership..building basically runs itself. I'd suggest any other donation facility.

I've been giving Plasma at different centers across the US for about 18 years. It helps others and it's a good side hustle if you can't get a second job for whatever reason. Every center pales in comparison to this Biomat. People keep to themselves. There's no donor on donor harassment or loud arguments and chaos like at other centers around town. This place is ridiculous ever since I complained about ripping the needle out or my arm I have been turned away 4 out of my last 5 times. I have never had any issues till that. So at the time of my visit I was staying in a motel, had only been living in tennessee for a little over a year at this point, and apparently hotel/motels, student living quarters and a super long list of addresses are unexceptable. I called to make sure I had proper ID since my social security card had been stolen in a robbery. I was told a W2 would suffice. I went to donate and was turned away since the spelling of my first name had an added e on the end on my W2. I went to the social security office and waited 4 hours to replace my card. Well I was sent over to this location from Church St. I got to donate the first time but they forgot to get my protein sample. Went back the second time they did sample. It took a loooong time for my sample. My blood presure is high everytime. Why 65 questions? Cut the questions down. I went to the doctor on Wednesday November 13,my pressure was 137/71. They could use a bigger arm pressure for me. That's what my nurse said. I want to help and the extra money would get me by.
