Most of that time was spent sitting around, watching staff walk back and forth without much happening. The payout structure is also disappointing. I got the pleasure of having vitals taken, as well as being taken off the machine by Mary. I have to say, I really like the way she works! She was very friendly and informative. Apparently when you schedule a 3:00 appointment on a sunday you are considered booking late. Well if 3:00 is too late maybe Grifols shouldn't have that time to book on the app. I called because after my donation on Sunday i was not compensated until Tuesday morning. The female employees are Amazing! But I must say I feel the hate from the male employees. The Asian guy coughs and sneezes on the blacks. He doesn't change his gloves, and lacks communication skills. They almost never answer the phone, and even when they do, they still won't tell you anything and force you to come in and waste your time. The donation beds seem old and the machines do the cycles weird so it takes forever to donate everytime. Phlebotomists are okay, but some stick very bad and leave bruises and can't find the veins

Some of the staff are professional. Center is clean. BUT they are SLOW. Only go if you have TIME to spare. Answered the questions from the app before I got there. Waited 20 mins to have vitals done and another hour wait before I was called back to donate. Mind you, there was no one in front on me in the waiting area.

By far the worst experience I've ever had donating plasma. I donated at multiple centers over the span of 2.5 years without any issues but my FIRST donation at BioMat and I get a massive hematoma. I finished the promo bonuses and left, only to get a text for another promotion after having not been for several months. Terrible. They are notorious for having 'technical difficulties' with the pay system and needing you to get another card that you have no choice but to pay $2.50 out of the little money thy pay you. Have never had any issues as the staff has always been great and pleasant to deal with. Yeah you might have to wait a little longer at times but you know what? They are to slow.. You wait 30 minute before your vitals are taken in 30 minutes more before you get actually put on the donor floor. So it's our way before you even get to the donor floor. Then you sit on the door on the floor for up to 25 minutes before they actually hook you to a machine. Employees are nice but the wait is too long.

Not a bad experience. Everyone is nice. However, they stopped taking appointments, which I think is a bad move and going to deter a lot of people from donating. My time is precious and I can't sit there for hours and hours every time I go. Bring back appointments!!!! I would have given 4 stars, but now with no appointments it's 3, maybe even deserves two for that!

This is the worst plasma donation center I have been to so far. The beds are uncomfortable. Staff has to re-stick and adjust the needle constantly and act like its your fault. I donated at csl for over a year and never had any issues, two hours start to finish worst case. Biomat regularly takes 3+ hours. My last visit I was told that they had to take a sample of my blood and they would pay me 10$ and then I could donate again when it comes back. I told them I was returning to csl. Front desk is horrible, ghetto, and extremely unprofessional. The only phlebotomist I trust is bri and I have only donated twice. I had a male phlebotomists the second time and he ruptured my vein! These people are not qualified for what they do. On multiple occasions they bruised up my entire arm sticking the needles all the way through my vein and if you piss them off they will put you on the slowest speed so you're stuck there for three or four hours when everybody else is doing it in 1 hour. Love this place!!!! It's clean and the most of the staff is friendly! I had a few bad experiences. One of them being where a lady stuck the needle in my arm and held the needle in my arm while she looked for tape to tape the tubes to my arm. I love ADMA ! Ive been coming for about 9 months & most of the staff is awesome, especially the phlebotomists Madison & Edwin. They're always a joy to talk to and it's a great and fun environment to be in while donating. From personal experience I recommend coming here over other plasma centers; you get your money fast & they're usually pretty quick with erring people in and out. You'll be donating for at least 30 or more minutes so bring a book or your phone etc to keep you occupied!

I've donated all over the country with multiple places csl, biolife,plasma centers 6 states 12 locations and by far this one is the slowest most unprofessional staff with half of the staff can't even see the labels on our charts and the other 40% don't care to be there. Yes 10% are worth keeping but the rest id let go or move them to roles that don't evolve having urgency or quality control. 3+ hour waits your better off going to the other 3 locations I mentioned above people. Staff is extremely incompetent; and unenthusiastic about what they do. Make sure the payment process is working before you donate. I waited over 3 hours for my payment. Good thing I wasn't destitute; like some people who donate and need their money as soon as they give them their blood!

I was donating at the Marietta location. I transferred here and it's a lot better. Everyone is friendly and kind. One of the staff left the company early in my time there, she was my favorite (She is super sexy and amazing as well). Still a great place to come and donate.

Figured I would try to make a few extra dollars and I was screwed by the managers here. After donating all month the last day of the month I was not allowed to donate because of a scheduling conflict that was not explained properly. I asked the manager if he would retrain his staff and he called security on me. Bad business. That additional $135 would have been great.

Phlebotomists and intake staff are uniformly professional and competent. The facility is well run, an excellent operation.

This location needs to be closed. They only have enough man power to stick 5 people at a time and all there equipment needs to be replaced. Got pressure cuffs and fingerprint scanners that don't read. Plus with 2+ hour wait times they should be providing snacks since they know people should only donate within 4 hours of eating.

However I have question that keeps coming up on taking other customers, are the payments the same across these facilities?? I began donating plasma at ADMA in January 2016 and have rarely missed a week. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and always makes me feel welcome. I cannot stress enough how pleasant my experience with ADMA has been.

I have always had an extremely warm and relaxing experience at this location. The flabotomists that inject the needle are very gentle and I never feel a thing. There are several flabotomists that are outstanding! Nahal has great precision and she is very personable. I always feel at ease when she is there. Then there is Alizon who has a fantastic personality, beauty and awesome sense of humor. You never feel a thing when she injects you and she will make you smile with her quick wit. This place is awful. Slow rude staff, every time I come here donors are upset about something and arguing with staff. Two times I came donors had to be helped by a nurse because they were about to faint. They blast rap Music with cursing. Take forever to hook you on the machine. Just terrible!

I went here by accident but I was happy I did. My GPS took me to the wrong plasma center but when I arrived the center wasn't busy at all. I was a new donor. I finished the orientation, physical and donation all in about 2 hours. I enjoyed the staff they were very welcoming. Thank you all!

I had my first visit this past Thursday. I ate around 1pm, arrived at 2p. Long process of questions, paperwork, and physical....I did not start the plasma process until around 450p. About 45 min into the process I get a reaction (nausea, faint, dizzy, claustrophobic) It had been almost five hours since I had eaten! The staff was great with helping to calm me down (I thought I was dying!) & make me comfortable. My 2nd visit was 2 days later and I was able to use the kiosk which only took about 5 min or so.

The people there were super nice, the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is for lack of information. I couldn't give plasma simply because they didn't have enough 'spots' on their form for all my piercings/tattoos. No where on the website did it say you had to be under a certain number. I have not gotten anything new in well over a year but that didn't matter. It has to be under 22(combined) for anyone curious.
