I've been donating plasma at Grifols twice a week for a while now, and overall, I've had a really positive experience. The first visit does take a bit of time ? you go through a thorough medical questionnaire and a quick, noninvasive physical to make sure you're eligible. After that, though, it's a smooth process. Scheduling and check-ins are easy through their app, but honestly, you don't even have to make an appointment if you don't want to ? walk-ins are totally fine. The staff at my center has always b

I've been going here for over a month now, and am very happy with this donation center. It's clean and well run. The staff knows what they're doing and handle everything well even when it's very busy. I highly recommend it!

It used to be good there?. Got there at 3:15 at 4 I still wasn't hooked up to a machine. My experience when I go is I watch 2-3 staff members running their asses and the rest are standing around talking to each other. Meanwhile you see the sympathetic ?I'm sorry ? looks from the staff that is working. I completely understand that we are being compensated to be there. But that doesn't mean our time is less valuable than the staffs. They are also getting paid to be there.

Some of the staff are nice, I went here only once but I'm about to go again. I was there for 2 hours my first visit and I hope it's not too long today. I made $125 last time and I hope to make the same again. I just wish some of the staff could put a smile on their faces so I wouldn't be afraid to raise my hand to tell them I'm sick. Last time I left and almost passed out, but I could have probably been prevented if I felt comfortable enough to raise my hand. But I'm going back to give it a second try. Good

I had a fantastic experience at Grifols Biomat USA! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire donation process smooth and comfortable. The facility was clean, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. They answered all my questions and ensured I was at ease. I highly recommend this plasma donation center to anyone looking to donate.

At first it was super amazing getting a hundred bucks for my donation and then it was nice getting 40 and then 75 for the second one. I've donated like 13 times now. They've now lowered it to where you get 35 your first time and 40 your second time. The staff are super friendly. I've only had one scary situation there where somebody else had to come help the phlebotomist because she wasn't in the vein properly or something like that I don't know. That was kind of scary but besides that both of my experience

I had a great experience donating plasma at Grifols Plasma. The staff was professional, friendly, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made the donation process smooth and efficient. The compensation is competitive, and payments are processed quickly, which is a huge plus. I also appreciate how they prioritize donor safety and follow strict procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic experience. If you're considering don

I had a reaction while donating plasma and ended up passing out in the chair. The staff was so quick to help and assure me that everything was okay. They were efficient and worked together and I felt safe and watched the whole time. I was so grateful!

I've donated i?m not even sure how many times. Each time i?ve went i?ve had issues with staff. they had poked my arm wrong many times missed my vein and I keep getting deferred. This is the second time I've gotten deferred. they don't know how to treat their patients sometimes and when you try to call and ask them questions, all they do is just give you point blank attitude I wouldn't recommend donating plasma unless you absolutely need to and if you do, I recommend just going to BioLife

This plasma center is really good. I've been coming twice a week for three months. However, there's been a staffing change that has really affected the quality of the experience. Before it was very efficient, super quick in and out, the staff was really nice (still are, great people) like Colby, Amanda, etc. The past 3 times i've come in,it's been so much slower. I've heard the employees talking about cutbacks on employee hours and whatever management has done has really negatively affected the process. i a

By far the best center I've ever been! Staffs attentive, personable, and very competent!! Been donating here for a little under four months, and havent had a bad stick!

I have been a donor for over 5 years at Grifols but this location has become more and more frustrating for me. There is a lot less help up at the front desk and I find that my donation times are taking longer then when I was at another grifols location. The phlebotomists are great though. Most recently I have been on a hold due to a blood sample test and needed paperwork to fill out by my primary care physician. I returned this paperwork and was told that by the next day my hold would be lifted. Well now it

The staff are friendly. The key issue here is cleanliness and personal space. I feel disgusted seeing dried blood splatter right near my head and shoulders on the machine next to me. I see bloody cotton balls on the floor occasionally. The sharps cart is filthy, covered in plasma and blood splatter. Every time I go in I see them cut the tube into the biohazard canister and they're in such a rush liquids splatter out of the tube, and this time onto my leg. I do not always see them wipe down seats and arm

Great donating here. Really depends when you come. The morning staff is amazing! They are always efficient and attentive. The evening crew always seems understaffed, but when you are getting helped, they are great. Just usually a slower process because of the understaffing.

This spot is absolutely awful. Poor staff competence and no respect for those who are doing this on their own time whatsoever. I would not recommend coming here to anyone. Go to somewhere different or don't go at all. They gave me bruising that lasted over two weeks because of their staff?s incompetence at their job. I usually go with a buddy and they do not care about your time whatsoever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Out of all of the donation for plasma places, I chose this one because they are very kind and they get things taken care of I really do appreciate. Also, Jack and Parker for making the issue. I was having taken care of in a timely manner! I will continue use biomat in orem because of the great customer service and awesome employees.

Amazing. Always quick and have always answered my questions if I've had any. Never had any problems. Employees are always so kind and careful with what they do.

I'm a new donor and I was well taken care of on my first visit. The staff is friendly and professional and Ivan was especially helpful and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. The new donor pay schedule is really lucrative and exciting. Looking forward to donating and help save lives. ?

18 people in line. No workers at the desk. Nobody got called in for a good 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this is all too common at this Biomat. They used to be super quick but now it seems they are super understaffed all of the time. The $105/week is becoming more and more not worth it. Great workers when they are working, but I wouldn't recommend donating at the Orem location.

I have been going to this Grifols for over a year now and I have had a great experience every time. Their staff are amazing and inviting, and have worked hard to make sure my donations have always been as comfortable and efficient as possible. I love Alex and Amanda (more so Alex) but especially Alex. I miss him, please stick me again. And Trevon too, he's cool too

Very disappointed that Grifols ended their weekly bonusing and yet still takes larger donation amounts (my average donation size went from 800 ml to avg 940 ml without extra compensation). For those of us who feel healthier when we donate less frequently (my doctor recommended fewer donations to prevent imnumo-compromising), we can't earn bonus amounts. Grifols makes way more money of our plasma than we do; they should compensate in ways that let us take care of our health and feel respected. Probably no

Donate plasma here twice a week, if you time it right you can get in and out in a good amount of time! If you donate often you really form friendships with some of the workers. They are great people!

Donation went as expected. Service was good nothing exceptional but nothing bad either. My number 1 complaint is that a lady next to me was on her phone doing phone calls for the whole donation and all employees noticed but yet not one employee said anything. She was talking loudly and not even trying to hide the fact. Last I knew we are not allowed to do phone calls while donating. She was also talking about personal matters that I could tell was making people around her uncomfortable.

The entire staff is great! I've tried at ABO and BioLife and got denied because they couldn't get my blood pressure! Went here and was able to donate first try. They were super helpful with getting me in and out quick and efficient. Shoutout to Amanda for going above and beyond. She was great!

Phlebotomists are all great, clean and organized, pay is timely. They did just switch to a new pay scale that I'm not a fan of, but over all it does mean more money monthly so a lot of people are excited.

Great, first experience! The process was simple and straightforward; the staff was friendly, attentive, and responsive; and the whole thing went over without a hitch!

I'm so incredibly disgusted in the workers at this grifols location in Orem, I mean they are some of the most disrespectful people I've ever met, they have no patience for the doners, no respect for your time or feelings, the guy who is usually at the front desk is super rude and ignorant, the older guy who seems to maybe me the boss man is so incredibly disrespectful, I get in the chair and always am waiting 20 minutes until I get poked and started up, and when the machine is done and I'm sitting there for

Very humble, caring and supportive.i appreciate the time and value. While spending time here the nurses and polite questions make it easier and comfortable. Thanks to grifols.

There's a plasma donation spot right across the street from my house. It is not a Grifols biomat. So when I decided to start donating plasma again, I looked at the reviews to see if it made sense to donate there closer to me, but the reviews were terrible and Grifols had really good reviews. I'm so glad I decided to come because all of the staff are really nice, they're very organized, I've never left waiting unnecessarily before or after my donation in the compensation is very fair

I've been donating for a few years now and I've got to say that this location has always been great to me. The staff are happy and personable when I come in. They are accommodating if I ever am I need of something and they are speedy even when they are swamped with people. I enjoy my time here. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to donate plasma.

I was permanently deferred over dry skin and I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Highly unprofessional and stupid people work here. Tried calling a manager and they were unavailable during a slow time. The screening process is a joke. Steer clear of this place

The phlebotomist staff are great. The communication by their front desk and medical staff is terrible. No one seems to know what they are doing and they have frequently provided me inaccurate information causing long delays in my ability to donate which has been very frustrating.

I basically never leave reviews, good or bad, but I just got deferred for two months because of two really poor mistakes at the Orem center. First, an employee didn't plug in the bowl to catch my blood. My donation lasted a minute, and they sent me home. All was fine as that had to happen twice for a deferral to take place, but then they logged it in the system incorrectly, saying I had lost over 200 mg of blood, and instantly deferred me. When I saw I was deferred and brought this up at the center, they r

Coming here is always a comfortable experience and they are always quick with their job. I've never had a negative experience.

A little understated when I came, took over 45 minutes from when I walked in to get hooked up. Great service from the guy who helped me though.

This is based on my personal experiences and what I've seen. I'm just sharing my opinion, and while I believe everything I've said is true, I understand others might have had different experiences. So, that's my point of view. Staff is awesome. Great people, although middle and upper management is a joke. They are always walking around aimlessly and causing more problems than they solve. They take 45 min to hour long paid breaks then get mad at employees when they take a slightly longer break. There is som

Very quick and easy process the staff are super helpful and for the most part I'm not having to wait long for help with anything

They make donating such a good experience. Always there if you need them and a surprisingly fun environment for donating! Definitely helped get me through school.

The staff here is great. Access to their wifi is great! Highly recommended.

Great place to make a little extra cash. Never had any problems donating

Quick and always nice! Best way to spend extra free time.. Travis was also very nice and helped me out through the process

The staff here were very helpful and the techs made my donation stress free and very relaxing. I was comfortable the whole time!

I love this place, the staff is so friendly and always willing to answer my questions and make sure that I am as comfortable as possible.

This place is great. The payments are consistent, and they don't make it confusing about how often you can donate.

Always have a positive experience with donating here. I love that they've updated their screening processes over the years! It's become very convenient!

They are very good and very kind Love the music in the morning very chill!

I have genuine loved donating at Grifols! I have been with them for four years now and I've always been impressed with how easy the process is. The workers are kind and considerate and I'm always recommending them to my friends. The company makes donating overall worth it.

Great place to donate. Tried different centers but this has always been the most efficient location and easiet to work with

People here are professionals, and they make sure to make you feel safe and secure. The best plasma center.

I have always had a very positive experience here. All of the staff are experienced and very friendly. They help you feel comfortable which was really important to me.

Friendly staff and easy to get in in the morning. Not too busy. Pretty quick for my first appointment. Remember to bring a jacket and/or blanket. I was freezing with a jacket on but that's normal when you donate. Overall great experience!

Absolutely love the Orem Biomat. I've bounced around to a few different ones. It can get busy with the students, but they manage it well and get people through asap.

Amazing center! Very quick l, get in and out very quickly, and the staff are very friendly!! Would highly recommend

People here are more friendly professional and know what they are doing highly recommended this place.

All the phlabotamists are kind, knowlagable, and attentive! I've always had great experiences at this location.

The people are very nice. They're borderline vampires but they gave me my blood back so I guess their not too bad

I just came here for the first time to start my donations. I've always wanted to do it to help out people who may need it. Customer service does not exist here. The receptionist was unkind and had no idea what she was doing while also leaving my social security card out in the open where anyone could take it. This is my first time, so I was already anxious, and the lack of professionalism made me leave. There were multiple employees on the phone with friends, one cussing loudly for everyone to hear. I'm goi

These guys are super friendly and super quick. Recommend 100%

They are always very professional about their job and engage in conversations with patients. They are fast acting and caring.

Donated here for quite a while years ago and always had a pleasant experience.

I've been donating plasma here for over a decade and the consistent good experiences I have keep my coming back and have me recommending anyone to date plasma here. At times it can get busy and some of the phlebotomists as of late have been a little unprofessional and seem to be more concerned with finishing their conversations than working with the donors. This is a small few but it is noticeable. Regardless, I will continue to donate here and standby that this is the best place to donate plasma in Utah

They do a good job and try to get us through the plasma process as quickly as possible. I've come here for awhile and my only bad experience was when my worker was too busy talking and flirting with another worker so she didn't pay close enough attention to setting up properly and I paid the price for it. That hasn't happened in a long time

It's difficult for me to write a negative review because I had an amazing experience at this center for nearly two years. The staff was generally kind, and I felt supported during my time here?until one specific situation changed everything. Back in June, I asked Alyssa in good faith if I could begin ketamine treatment while continuing to donate plasma. Together, we looked up the medications list on the computer, and there was no mention of ketamine. She confirmed I could proceed with treatment, and for mo

I love this place! Great people and great pay!

Everyone is super nice and tries to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Been donating here for almost 10 years. The phlebs are great! Unfortunately, the pay has been slowly decreasing month over month, making many of us wonder if it is still worth it. They also recently changed the amount you need to donate, so donations take longer, with decreased pay. Just seems like the company is getting more and more greedy, in a time that most people need every dollar.

The staff here is super helpful and everything is ran very professionally especially jack!

Been coming here for almost 4 years now. Great place and great phlebotomists

This is my first month donating. Everyone has been awesome and accommodating. There's not a long wait and the pay has been good ?? I'd recommend coming here if you're thinking about donating.

Gabe was extremely professional and well versed in his job. So impressive.

I've been donating here for the past year and have had mostly disappointing experiences. Most of the employees need training in basic customer service like smiling and asking how their customer's day is going. Most of the time my phlebotomists ignore me while talking to their coworkers. When I come in I've never had someone at the front acknowledge me. Again, a simple hello with a smile should be basic. I usually feel like a burden while I'm here. There are some exceptions and a handful of the employees are

I have been donating here for over 3 years and have had great experiences! The phlebotomists are great and very attentive. I highly recommend this location!

this is my favorite plasma place. They barely miss And they have great hours and I like it.

As far as donating plasma they have the best schedule for doing it. They always have available times so you can donate when it's convenient for you

I been going to biomat for almost 10 years and idk but today was one of my first time coming in and I felt like the staff aren't as friendly as the night staff I didn't feel welcome. I love going here but it just seemed like a different environment

Faster than any other plasma place ive been too, employees are nice and good at their jobs!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, donation process feels very safe, clean, and easy.

Out of the different places that I have donated this location has the best crew and the atmosphere is awesome.

So far I've yet to have a "bad" experience. Only real complaint is that it can be a little chilly some days haha

I went to Grifols for the first time this week and they were so kind and helpful! The staff really listens to what you need and how you feel. Tyrell and Travis were very helpful and reassuring!

The Staff are very patient and nice. Cleanliness is a 5 star

I think donating for over a year now and they have a very efficient system with friendly workers

pretty good staff and very professional. always made the process safe and easy.

I absolutely love this place, and love the people that work here. They are all such sweet, kind people and really do care about you! Amazing workplace and amazing environment to be in!

I really enjoy this plasma donation center. They are fast and efficient. I decided to give four stars because I have had some experiences with phlebotomists that resulted in a rough stick of the needle or a premature needle pull out. Other than that most of the workers are friendly and semi professional (sometimes they have unprofessional conversations in front of customers but what else can you do to make a job bearable). Special shout out to my favorite phlebotomist Kolby. He is so friendly and you can te

I love this Grifols in Orem! They have friendly staff and I can get in when I want!!

Beware of false protein samples with no proof. Grifols only ?tests your protein? whenever they need to defer you. For their own financial gain. It is a business afterall. My doctor personally told me I have more protein than one person needs. But of course, Grifols disagrees based on what they need. Well here's a reality check guys, the people donating are more in NEED than any one of your ?super visors, managers and higher-ups??so do us the respect of at least telling us the truth about our sample results.

This place is so awesome!!! I've already been like 25 times it gets better every time!??
