There seems to be an issue with your machines being down I've been sitting here for 2 hours I've used the last one I get money just to get here I've got no gas in my car is sitting on empty in the parking lot is there anyway I could be compensated for my time or I'm just going to be sitting here all night long in front of your building. Your company model is time is money well my time is worth money and I need money I'm in a bad spot right now please help me

Nice place but the staff who takes the donations make me not want to come back only 1 person was professional. It was my first donation the staff was fighting with each other in front of me. Got there at 2:30 I was the last person hooked up even though I got there before all of them my donation only took 45 minutes but because I was the last person hooked up & they didn't get right to me I didn't leave until almost 6. Never again

I can't tell you how many times these people have messed up my needle stick! I've been through some of the most painful plasma injections right here dealing with this place. All donors beware they love trying out brand new inexperienced phlebotomist with your arm as the target practice. One time they had to make an adjustment on my needle and the whole thing got spun 360 degrees counter clockwise in my arm with me screaming at the top of my lungs and in the end my flow was nothing better than a yellow drip!

No one checks up on me when I'm donating, it took 2 hour close to 3 to donate all the way and it was going fast at first then they switched arms and it started going slow I told an employee the did not even try to fix it. It unacceptable I don't want to spend my whole day in their chair.

This locations staff is so kind! I had great conversations with Mimi and Blanca and it made the time pass so fast! They asked me several times if I had any questions throughout every step of the process and their patience and respect was so welcoming as a new donor. Every answer I asked they answered in detail so I wasn't confused and always double checked paperwork and information to make sure it was correct. They were on top of it! Will definitely be coming back on the days I can see Blanca and Mimi????

I am a regular Grifols donor at the Oakridge Orlando center, yesterday I arrived at the center at 3:45 pm and the girl told me no because it is 15 minutes away from closing. It's always the same with that lazy girl. I asked to speak to the manager and they wouldn't let me. I am now switching to Biolife Plasma. Thanks for wasting my time

Didn't have a good experience at all. To be honest I'm not going back to this facility again. I got there at 830 first time donor I expected to be there for a few hours. I didn't leave til 12.45. To top it off when I voiced an issue which my stick wasn't done right so it was running super slow. I was avoided. At the end of it all I had to ask for my card. And wasn't given no further instructions just let go. I got half way to the bus stop and nearly fainted. It was a disaster. I'm not blaming it all on the

I really appreciate this donation location . As of today the staff members are nice , respectful, but most importantly knowledgeable & attentive to the donors. Please keep it up. You guys are valued ???? SN: the ONLY reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because honestly the donation compensation should be more.

People there are very rude, have a nasty attitude and they need to hire people that speak and understand English clearly. There are very few that don't deserve to work there because they are too good for that place. VERY FEW. They're slow and have no good system very poorly organized. Their machines suck they take your blood pressure a few times and it's still not good. They take your weight one day it's let's say it's 200 and two days later it's at 300 like WTH get new stuff.

With their friendly staff a speedy service this is my go to when it comes to donating.

Shady with their practices. You would think they would explain everything to you after the books they make you read but they don't. Don't refer them because they will keep bonuses for themselves. Keep away

Terrible phlebotomist's, Ive had another donors plasma drop onto me from a leaky bottle of the donor to my right, They have conversations when poking you, The phlebotomist who took the needle out last time I came was incompetent and new, He bruised my arm, and damaged my skin when taking the needle out, If you look closely at the image you can see where he tore my skin withdrawing the needle, This was taken a week after, so it had already healed a bit. You can also see the bruising he left which made them f

This is the second time I'm Writing a Review about this because The other one was Deleted by Management, So I'm assuming?!!! Anyways long story Short every time I come to This location they always take to long with their whole process I should not have to book an appointment for a certain time then be seated and actually start donating 2 hours later I have other things to do, I hate coming here I really do, Management here sucks Employees are all slow and joking around and talking amongst themselves they ha

From the stretch Lab to grifols to donate plasma. I have been donating plasma twice a week for at least 5 years now. Over my life I started donating a whole blood when I was 18 years old. I have donated more than 10 gallons of whole blood over the years. I don't know how much plasma have donated but I do it twice a week and I love it. The idea that I know I am benefiting other people's lives is rewarding by itself. If you are seeking to supplement your income this would be a nice thing to do. It's nice to

Some employees are really thorough and professional with communicating. I love Sean. Great first experience because of him but after a few times I'm not sure how the system works. Scheduled a 6:30pm appointment and watched people walk in after me and donate first, didn't get into the chair until they were closing. When I asked employees they either said ?I don't know? ? no one was skipped? and walked away seeming agitated they were even asked.

This place is great. Doctors and staff are friendly, careful with my body, and considerate of my time. One of the only donor centers who give me a bandaid and they literally put it on for me. Today they even gave me a very pretty and yummy chocolate bar?! Compensation is very reasonable with Grifols. I don't mind traveling out of my way to come to this specific location. Thank you for taking good care of me!

First off, peace and blessings to who ever is reading this. Secondly (Mia) is an excellent worker. Her speed is fast-paced, and to top it off, her needle poking skills?? are phenomenal. I'll have to say she's the best poker there by far, so if, in general, if you have been poked wrong (Mia), is definitely the young lady?? to get the job done. No pain, no gain. Great job ???????? Mia!

just drove all the way there as I already made an appointment days in advance and went out of my way to go do this as a first time patient and they told me they aren't accepting new patients? this should be on website or someone should have called me to let me know. i?m extremely disappointed and I will not be considering them in the future.

Carlolina is the worst phlebotomist, she literally has you sitting waiting in the chair for 45 minutes and just stands there and doesn't assist to past her time. I said something about the wait and she pinched me extremely rough and left me a bruise in my arm! I would not recommend this donor place.

This place is horrible, they don't communicate well. They tell you one thing over the phone, then you wake up at ?6am? to donate, then you're told you ? can't donate because the process will take to long. We will have to do another appointment another day.? This may be the worst experience ever, I have never had any problems at places like ?CSL, or biolife? they run their programs with great customer. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

The people here don't know how to find the vein. The hurt your arm because they are in a rush to get with the next person. Last time they blew out my son?s vein. They also blew out mine. Then put you in timeout due to their mistake. The majority of staff are rude. They hurt me so bad I wanted to punch someone. Like hire some experienced staff that handle people with care. Get rid of the ones that treat you like a number. It's those guys that are hurting people.

In a landscape rife with egocentric fragility, one can observe the pervasive tendency of individuals, using their limited influence to inflate a sense of grandiosity. It appears that the truly commendable employees are those allotted minimal shifts. Should you possess the capacity to set aside personal sentiments, consider this donation center; however, be forewarned, for those unable may find themselves subjected to an onslaught of subtly confrontational undertones and rude remarks.

I wanted to come and rewrite my review, because they have really taken the comments and really improved the experience for the donors. The employees that have been there a really long time are great and I appreciate all they do. They have added mobile check in and also limited the slots so it's no over crowded. Still a long wait with some days being up to an hour to even get started. the overall donor experience is improving! I feel that has to do more with the improvements in management. Keep up the good w

The employees just follow the rules when is convenient for them.... And be careful if u said something, because they would put in ur record that u are rude and aggressive even if u didn't raise your voice. And most of the employees here can't handle busy days. They can be rude and we can't said anything.

Staff sucks. Manager is even worse.

Without hyperbole I can honestly say I've had a better experience in jail. The staff is super nice, but they changed their "system" around so it's a complete cluster f#$$ I've come three times in the past week and each time waited three to five hours to have to come back another day just to do my new donor physical. Totally unacceptable. It's not the staff's fault. Biomat should have changed the systems during down time and train their staff better. I'm livid

I'll start by saying, most of the staff are saints and are doing the best they can in the situation they've been put in, but this center has started way overbooking and stretching their staff to the max. They still mange to stay friendly and hustle even though I'm sure they are being yelled at daily by angry donors, so I'm regularly impressed with them. This center consistently ran very smooth until just a few months ago. Until recently, I could easily count on getting through the donation process in 90 min

Back in July I received a text saying I would get 50 dollars in addition to the 50 dollars they were giving to donors. The first time I went I had to call after I left because they only gave me 50 out of the 100. I waited for over 40 minutes over the phone and spoke to two different people . The second person told me it had been resolved and the money was there. When I went for my 2nd donation I had to call again to get the money I was promised. On my 3rd donation I was asked if I felt good after leaving th

I understand things happens and how they fix it is what matter. Some of the issues that happened to me: I was asked personal medical info in the waiting room full of people, I was paid the wrong amount, The needle was not put in right and they left it bleeding out in a small puddle under my arm for minutes after I asked 5 times to be disconnected. All of those issues were ultimately handled appropriately by someone higher in the chain. I still give it a 4 because rest of the time spent there was better than

I have been donating at this center for years, the facility it clean, the staff is always attentive, friendly, and on point. Keep up the good work!

Now they will not pay you the same as a new donor, even if you've not donated there for years (like me). $75 first donation, then lower. New donors get $100 first 4 donations. Nice staff though and relatively clean center in a seedy neighborhood.

Okay so here I go , I like this place but there's some things that bother me. The favoritism that some of the employees have with a few patients bother me , the way the favor their own kind and let them do whatever. I watched a man on his phone talk while the same employees just walked by . Some who wasn't friends had to tell him to get off the phone. Now he's sitting next to me , volume all of the way up . Super inconsiderate to other people. I might not come back.

I was here a few days ago. I've already donated twice here. Most of the staff when you ask them questions act as if they just graduated middle school. Oh yeah if you speak Spanish that's a great way to have the staffs ancestry skip ahead. I've seen this in other reviews the way they handle things seems as they are confused. They always have to go and ask other staff who don't have the correct answer either so they just assume it's wrong. Tbh they act as if they are just really dull witted when it comes to q

I came in to be a new donor, and when I told the girl up front she said "were not taking new donors, we're too busy" so I said should I come back later (meaning tomorrow or later this week) and she said NO we're not taking new donors. looks like Florida doesn't have a plasma need anyone, we did it everyone! or maybe the people working here need some more training because wow. terrible.

They lost the paperwork holding my private information including SS#. Extremely careless and unorganized. Also disrespectful towards the officer on duty by downing his value to what he is there to do. I will consider individual lawsuits if I get any fraudulent issues based on my private information falling into the wrong hands due to their carelessness. The front office staff smirked at me more than once while trying to act like he was looking for the paperwork he never found. At least not while I was there

This place is great! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Thank you Terry for taking time out to make sure I understood the appointment process. You Rock! I also love how clean they are and how they ALWAYS thank me for taking time out of my day to donate! Best Staff and facilities by far!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE A NEW DONOR! You will schedule an appointment, arrive to your appointment only to be told that they cannot keep your SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT due to the number of WALK INS they already have. Happened to me twice in a row. Bad, bad, bad all around? you won't get good treatment here unless you are Hispanic / Latino.

The staff has become extremely slow at vital checkpoint. At least an hour before I am seated in the back. They use to be very efficient. It is still very clean which I love I just wish they were more considerate of donors time.

Best place in Orlando to make easy money, GOOD Service, clean, AWESOME STAFF, fast and safe. Thanks Grifols Orlando

Don't know about other donation centers, but the one in Orlando has really gone down in donor experience. They use faulty equipment to take vitals. I continued to tell them that my arm requires a bigger band for taking blood pressure readings and force you to wait an extra 20 minutes when it comes back high. Techs jump around sections, choosing which donors they want to process first. Two techs are supposed to be stationed in each zone and one will just go on break as donors are getting seated. Three techs

They are fast but the lack of empathy is shocking. I did not get paid my 100 I got paid 50 for my 7th donation. The manager at the time told another employee I was very rude when I work in customer service and am very aware of how hard it is to deal with customer but you should always be kind. I wish I was given understanding. I will not be returning so grateful today was my 8th donation as a new donor. They are the leading producer I was told so I guess customer service can suffer. Even when they paid me

The Management is good but the staff is a bit annoying. The process for me took days just to become a new donor. Go to do my second donation and I'm once more given an hard time. I want to do my second one I was referred by someone and trying to help them as well.Once that's completed I will not be returning I was always iffy about donating and this place has solidified it. I wouldn't recommend either cause I wouldn't want to put that stress on anyone.

I will never set foot in any of Grifols locations again. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Had an employee laugh at me because I was upset that I couldn't donate after spending three hours the day before just to find out I had to come back the next day because of their computer system. Then I spend two hours to find out I am unable to donate because this location is still using a dos program for their files, and I donated over five years ago in another location and they are unable to transfer so

As a new donor this has been a horrible experience. The nonchalant attitude in regards to when you'll be served or how the operation works is blatantly rude. The video and website states 2hrs for a first timer. To be told that it can take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours is ridiculous. Also to be told that there is only one Spanish-speaking technician to do physicals and only one technician that speaks English to do physical is insane. There are too many bilingual people in this world for that to be used as an ex

So happy I started coming here. I was skeptical before I started donating now I recommend to everyone. As a stay at home wife, it gives me something to do and I feel like my donation counts, that I'm not just a number. Even when it's busy, or late near closing, they are always quick to accommodate and professional. Rochelle, Leo and Jerrod are the best there

They have really stepped up there game. Management has been attentive, friendly, and professional. So happy about the changes they have made. Really great place and the associates that have been there are rockstars.

I gave this place 5 star when i first got here for the first 2 months it was amazing, fast, only lasted no more than an hour in the process. Now 2 months later the service has turned pretty badly. You make appointments which is convenient but they are taking TOO MANY people at the same time and it takes more than 2 hours for the whole process. So there's no difference anymore from the other plasma centers. You still have to wait over 1 hour to get called plus wait inside for someone to do the process and st

The first time donor wait time is ridiculous and completely unnecessary. I witnessed staff talking, playing around and acting totally unprofessional. I was there at 9:06 and didn't even get to the bed to donate until 1:15! Thank God my veins are excellent and the actual donation only took 30 minutes. I was there nearly 5 hours but they tell you the 1st time will take about 3-3 1/2 hours. Which is correct for other donation centers. Not this one! My fiancee came today at 8:45 and he didn't get a bed to start

I stopped donating 5 years ago because I would always fail the heart rate test ! Well, I figured it was time to try again. For some reason when they put that cuff on me and it squeezes it makes my heart race. You can only be 100 bpm at the highest, sometimes I would be 127 or more !!! I even got a galaxy 5 watch so I could measure and watch my own reading while they do theirs. Still no help lol. By the time I had to sit for fifteen minutes all I could think was I just want to go home, I don't even want to d

I tried becoming a new donor today but this location is a total waste of time. I went in line waiting for almost 15 minutes before I was called ?next?. There was no one in line before me. I got to ask questions about eligibility. But then was told to wait in line again. My problem is why do I have to wait in line multiple times when no one was in line in the first place. Why can't I just start the process of becoming a new donor which takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. Staff was just talking amongst themselv

The worst place to donate! They piss you off so bad that your pulse will be through the roof and you won't be able to donate! I truly hate this place! Wasted my time 3 times trying to donate here never again! Nobody like ls to do their job! Lazy staff! Not worth the headache!

Employees have bad attitude towards the donors. They treat you like a junkie looking for a fix. I was a twice a week donor. I don't even care about their bonus money. I'm a once a week donor now. I'm looking for another location to go to. It's just uncomfortable now.

The manager Gio, unprofessionally called me names when I called for the 100th time to fix a problem with the app in order to make an appointment. He said I was talking in circles when I was explaining the details. Just plain nasty, disgusting, rude & tactless! Honestly this place is a joke and the employees are incompetent and rude. Run!

The rudest slowest place I've ever been to no respect for the new donors. And if you don't speak Spanish you can forget them even wanting to answer your question. My first visit took 2 hrs just seating here. I will never recommend this company to anyone. There only concern is with each other. Sad to say wish I could leave no stars.

Good place to donate. Nice and quite. Plus clean. Elsa is very professional and so is the other staff. They explain the whole process to you from the beginning to the end. And your in and out. Because they are good. At what they do.

This place was awesome. I have been to other plasma centers and this one by far has the best customer service. I was expecting it to be a typical experience where they want to get you in and out and not really care about you but I was wrong. They were super nice and most importantly they were pretty fast. This center is new and soooooo CLEAN...thank goodness. Most places are super dirty. I had a great experience there and I will definitely be back.

Overall, I enjoy my visit each time I come here. I'd like to give a special thank you to Daria who goes the extra mile to be friendly, knowledgeable and indubitably professional.

They are really allow, even if you book an appointment. Best time to go in would be in the early hours of the AM other wise you can count on being there for hours.

Would have been nice to have all details shared , like if you get bruising from donating, which everyone does, you can't donate till bruises are gone, but besides that Staff is great, everyone is super nice, but maybe add that the the rest of the info we get. Hours are great and after first donation you're in and out in a very reasonable time. I do this in honor of my daughters driend who needs treatments using plasma medicines. Thankful for her and for this place.

don't waste your time. go anywhere else and also for the people asking about the pay 400$ each for the first two visits if you do them pretty fast after that it's 50$ for the first visit and 75$ if you do another visit the same week.

this place gets you out fast and they pay very well, I highly recommend it. the staff is very hardworking, and professional, on top of all of that they have an awesome security staff,, the last thing I will mention is that they have a big staff , that is the reason you are in and out, all other donation centers lack compared to grills, go now!

Wonderful experience Ericka great job on the stick didn't feel a thing and the staff is very friendly

This place can do better, the employees been play around to much to loud, and talking about another customers, they talking about each of them , and them looking around who will be the next customer so they can talk about them, very unprofessional! The manager need to take care that soon ? I went ovether but sometimes I feel very uncomfortable!!

Walked in at 1pm as a new donor and over-heard older black nurse softly speaking saying "tell him no I have to be somewhere after work. I don't have time" and they closed at 4pm that day. Tried to ask her since there was 3hrs left till closing and received a rude response of "I'm a nurse! I know what I'm talking about. Come tomorrow!"

Blood pressure was 2 over , they switched me for no reason used a small cuff again n it was 186 over , like they didn't want me to donate on purpose, just feel really judged and rushed,

I just finished giving plasma, I am a regular, if I could have Brandi every time, my life would go so much smoother!! She is so amazing! I am a tuff stick, and I did not even know it was flowing! Brandi, you are an ANGEL!!

Elsa, John, & Farrah is my Top Favs when it comes to ensuring the donating process of my visit runs cleanly safely & smoothly . I've been coming out here almost 3 years now and thus far is the most extraordinary, professional operating establishment I ever experienced .

If you expect nothing, then you won't be dissaponted! Today I was first in line, I had an appointment, and I'm an Ultimate VIP. It was 30min before I pumped blood. I have been donating here for close to a year and I despise the place. I can't expect anything without getting dissaponted. When I die, I will think about all of my time they wasted and I'll cry. ??

When in twice for the new donor promo where it was 75 the first two times you donate got turned away twice because they said I wasn't accepting new donors but it was 8 hours until they closed!! My wove tried to disagree several times and they keep telling her to cone back another day and then had some other person Tyrell her she couldn't donate not to mention the lady she waited in line 36 mins to get to spram with was THE MANAGER and she just called another person up that was UNDER her to tell my wife. Wer

Do not get my 1 star mixed up, this donation center is very clean and that's excellent but the reason I'm giving a 1 star is because of the staff here they have absolutely no sense of urgency in the back where they stick you with the needle I can't believe I sat on the bed for 20 minutes before they stuck me while I sat there and watched 4 staff members gathering in a circle talking on the floor like it's lunch time smh it felt like it was almost on purpose and I didn't do anything wrong I'm the quietest pe

Mackenzie is the best phlebotomist here. I don't like needles so she calms me down and not only do I not feel her putting in the needle she goes above and beyond and puts a cover over the needle for me so I don't have to look at it while donating.

Majority of them can't stick properly only a selective few they use to play music now they don't because the manager is punishing them forgetting they are punishing the donors too and they love putting me on cross Over beds when they are beds available why are they so aggressive ! Even at the vital check they stab you with the finger needle not knowing it does that job on its own some of the staff needs to be re trained I always leave in a blood bath cause the bandage wasn't put on right and I hate when the

Worst one in the city of Orlando. Always under staff. Wait time are long. Either they are over booked or understaffed. Bathroom never have soap. So many problems management need to get back on the ball or be replace.

Best Donor center I've ever been to! Very clean and I've never been stuck wrong especially the 2 Hispanic ladies are the best! Alexis and I forgot the other older hispani lady's name both awesome! Great customer service! Only person I wouldn't recommend is a heavy set young black girl usually with a high lil poofy ponytail I don't know her name but please don't let her stick you! She is unprofessional and seems like she doesn't like working there or something always with an attitude and sticks you and patch

What a nightmare! After i passed everything and waited 4 hours , passing every test they gave me , I finally got to the back when the lady stuck me with the needle she couldn't anchor it , so i was basically told since they couldn't get a vain they droped my price saying they would.give me 5 dollars ??i was told I would get 50 dollars to donate so the cms lady told me hold on so I can see if I can get you the 50 because u were here along time ..when she returned she said the manager did me a favor and wo

My name is "Garcia" and ilove this place is clean and always efficient..the employees are very nice..the center is always well organized and they always so their best to get everybody thru. Overall the center is very good and it makes you proud of being a donor and someone whos actually making a difference and the cash aint bad either.

This place at one point was a good place however recently I had a extremely bad experience one of employees apparently was having a bad day and decided to let it off on me. This person missed my vein twice never apologized then uses my other arm and finally is able to start receiving my donation however the saline that they use to replenish you ends up getting stuck in between my vein and skin putting me in alot of pain. I spoke to both the supervisor and the manager both of them apologized however did not

You are VERY likely to be turned away. Be cautious of your time, gas, money and energy. I have been through the process of trying to donate here 3 separate times - the FULL, repeated process that you MUST redo again and again until you successfully complete it. The problem is the vital check - there is always something wrong and it's not just me. The amount of people who they turn away is truly incomprehensible - I saw 10 turned away in a 30 minute window all for blood pressure or pulse. There is no plasm

I have never donated plasma before and I came across this location because of the reviews I decided to donate plasma for the first time here. After I arrived to the location staff was nice I let them know that I was a new donor they told me to sit in a waiting area and after an hour and a half I was upset and left because no-one ever called my name or initiated contact with me. I was never given any paperwork, or even started the initiation proccess to become a donor. I wasted My time and left very unplease

They wasted hours of my time in order to have their nurse tell me she didn't believe me that a cut on my own body had happened . I have a nurse for a mother, and she showed me a long time ago how to bandage myself up to prevent scarring. Apparently since there was no scar, it didn't happen. They were quick to not believe me based on a simple misunderstanding and I don't appreciate being treated that way. I will no longer give this location any business, I come to give plasma, not have to deal with somebody

I've honestly been donating plasma for 18 years in orlando and grifols has been the best center i ever been to. Staff is great and they know what they are doing. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. If you just started donating in the last 2 years you came during the time of a pandemic. I been donating at grifols since 2018 and I've never witness any slow time getting to a chair till covid broke out. Give them a break. Staff got sick families got sick but if your going now it's running back to no

There not polite at all maybe 5 nice ppl in the building (that I know of) Daniel (Spanish guy with glasses) is ALWAYS rude to moorish (black) ppl You could ask him the simplest question and he would just respond with the most aggressive attitude

My experiences are just outstanding and positive all the time I enter this facility and the employees treat you with the up most respect and with so much care they are patient with you and help you with everything you need so I definitely highly recommend people to come to this facility and donate your plasma

I'm curious I live in St Cloud and I travel to Orlando and I heard it mentioned there's a Biomat in Kissimmee was wondering if I'm able to change centers the reason I asked because the center on Main Street in Kissimmee the person in charge there that worked for the previous plasma center mentioned to me that I will not be able to donate there I say this to say that that I have no issues when I donate here and they're able to help me give a successful donation why can I go to the one in Main Street Kissimme

My name is Barry Pryor and I donate twice a week every week. The atmosphere here is so good. I look forward to each appointment because the staff is so friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. Thank you all

Great atmosphere very clean. Staff changes gloves and wipes bed down after every donor which is superb being that other centers ive visited did not. Love the donor rewards and the staff. Hands down the best place to donate plasma.

Had to call corporate on them because of discrimination. Claimed that we need a notarized lease in order to donate? Are you kidding me that is not a requirement. So illegal and we going to fight this out of principal at this point t. Mariana or marishja whatever her name is the manager has been reported.

I love this place. It's clean, employees r friendly n nice and I loved the push scale n the bonuses. N most of all I love donating to help the sick. I'm a loyal donor. Grifols keep up the good work. ??
