Amazing staff, very kind and friendly. BUT!. the equipment gets stuck in the return process after 60-70%. The equipment needed to be manually assisted in order for the process to complete on my last visit. 2 hours with a needle in my arm is abit much. . . Not the staffs fault. Tho something needs be done. Not going back for a while. 50$ is not worth it.

First time donor and Dee was so nice and made everything so easy. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable along with my friend that came with me. My check in nurse was also very nice, I wasn't able to get her name but she also was very helpful.

This place is dangerous. They know their machines are faulty since the last update and they are still using them knowing they could cause blood clotting because the machine just stops spinning like they should. They have been seen pumping the machines manually in some cases because they are not working properly. Everytime I go I get upset because the workers that are there walk around trying to get someone to stick me because they don't want too. I take off work and be late going to work even though I'm going at a time when they are not busy. I've been told that I move a lot but that's not true they do not know how to do the job correctly. Grifols plasma is a great place to get your plasma done! Mrs. Dee stuck me today and she made it very comfortable for me she's amazing and I didn't even feel it when she stuck me and for someone who is deathly afraid of needles I would come back to her everytime she had a great attitude and made me wanna come back just because of that there's not many people who can stick needles good and she did awesome!!

I got stereotyped going in there. I went in there just to see if I could donate and get paid but I basically got called a crackhead?? for being prescribed low dose pain medication. She just assumed I was an addict without even asking me the reason for the medicine. I knew where she was going with it so I said mam I've had two back surgeries. You have to be very healthy before you donate plasma. The 1st time you come in you spend about 2 and a 1/2 hours. They ask you about 60 questions they also do a urine test and they also do a full physical. The 1st 2 times that you come in, you get $50 each time. That is a ripoff. In other places it's a $100. They get $1500 for every bottle of plasma that you donate. But they give you just $50. That is just ridiculous in my opinion.

There are only a few people at this location that are capable of sticking veins. The others bruise your arms so bad trying to find a vein and then when you come back they tell you you can't donate because of the bruise even though they have let me donate multiple times with bigger bruises on my arms. They are not consistent with their rules and when you ask to speak to the supervisor you aren't allowed.

Today was my very first time donating. I went in knowing it was going to take a little while. They were amazing throughout the whole process. The front end were funny and so sweet. The employees are great , willing to help they are able to and make sure you know what's going on . In person is a great thing! The staff here are pleasantly accurate, quick, and tentative. They are very thorough and will process you quicker than most places. The rewards are decent, and for your first few times, you receive $100! Never have I been to a more pleasant Plasma Donation Center than Biomat!

After several attempts to donate, I was able to go through the orientation. Then back to the run around. No nurses available, the office being busy and being ask to come back etc....like who wants to drive back and forth. I'm thinking of giving it one more chance in the future and hope for different results.

I literally just took several pictures of Bree and Tyler just standing and leaning against the wall and I've been laying here for 20 minutes!!! Half the workers are trash. Been going for years and iv only seen the worker quality go down hill. Just today tried to donate and the girl messed up on testing my protein admitted it and then they refused to retest me. I shouldn't be denied a retest if they screwed up.

Only come when I have to for money... Other than that horrible. Will leave you sitting for an hour hooking up others seated after you (no, not new donors). In addition, my husband and I went. He was seated right after me. I was hooked up and half way done (30 minutes later) and they finally realized no one hooked him up ...5 other people had be hooked up by that point....

Most definitely has changed tremendously. I went from 5 stars to 1 being that the customer service sucks. I used to enjoy going knowing that I was helping others and could make a few bucks for 2hrs of my time. Now with all the new staff and certain things that they have in place it literally takes 3/4hrs. Sunday's are the worst days of all. It's usually one person upfront that has to check you in and process in the back. Next week will be my last trip to this place.

Hi! I donated here twice this week, both days I got really sick and Cat helped me. She was insanely kind and made me feel better. I have a fear of blood and needles so this obviously wasn't the best decision. She was understanding and I'm thankful she was there.

I was just turned away at 8:06am and told to come back at ten because they were short staffed. Y'all just opened at seven.. this is the fourth time I haven't been able to donate and I'm not encouraged to go back because of this... It's a waste of my time and y'all's... I've been donating here over a year now. All in all awesome place and people. Very clean. And most of the techs are super sweet. If anything I would say training should be better. They tend to toss people out there due to lack of employees. But it becomes like family. So I just ask not to have anyone new.

I've been donating here since they first opened up. I've never had a problem until recently. There's a certain employee that a lot of donors are afraid of getting poked by, because he has a reputation of having to stick you up to 3 times before getting it right. He's blown out veins. Misleading web information. If I had known ALL the conditions that disqualified you from plasma donation, I would have never gone. The staff was Curt, and I got shoved to the side because of one condition. Never suggesting or returning to Grifols.

All the one star reviews are low IQ snowflakes. This facility gets you in and out as quickly as they can barring staffing and the amount of other donors in the building at the time. The staff has always been polite with me and the facility is very clean (minus some of the donors that come in here who don't seem to understand what showering is). It's like some of the people in here expect a massage while they're in here. Get real.

They used bad sample tube so they deferred alot of people for their mess up then blame it on the lab. I been coming here for about two years and the customer service has just gone down the rabbit hole need to get their stuff together and offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience of their mess up and wasting our time because of it!

I called Biomat this week to discuss donating plasma and was given instructions and told how the process worked. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and informative, but did not state that they were not accepting new donors. I left work early on Friday and arrived at Biomat at 3:30. My brother goes there to give plasma and he is a toe walker due to medical neglect we experienced as children. Everytime he goes to donate he is constantly hearing staff talk about his disability loud enough for the whole place to hear. The dark complected one with blue hair and he little buddies thinks it's funny to talk about people's disabilities they know nothing about. Very unprofessional staff

I have been here about five times now, the staff is great, they make you feel comfortable, and do their job well. I've never had any issues with anything, definitely an all around great place!

The staff is professional and courteous. I got turned away from donating one day because my pulse was high above 100. I am happy that staff took necessary precautions to ensure my safety. I came back the next day my pulse was fine. Just eat well and drink more water the night before to stay hydrated and stay centered and calm in the waiting room. Bring a blanket if you get cold easily and afterwards eat a good meal and hydrate.

I've been here many times now and every phlebotomist I've had has done a stellar job. To me, that's the most important part of this whole thing because needles can be terrifying for many people. Plus everyone has a kind attitude.

I loved it. We all meed to learn everyone has his or her own personality if you respect others they will respect you. I found most of them to be very friendly and compaionate. But People usual like me because I am a very moral and repectful indevidual allowing ppl to be who they are even if i dont like them i keepy mouth shut and act as if i am not fazed by their offish persona. I feel often times people who put bad reviews need to look at them selves and ask if they thrm selves are hold an offish persona.

Some rules seem to apply to different people at times, but the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. No real complaints from this donor, although it would be nice to get a tee-shirt or something to acknowledge all the blood I've donated. Also, I'd like to know that a real, red-blooded donor actually wins the drawings each month.

I just moved to the area about a month ago and it was my first time giving plasma so I was a little nervous. The staff were super helpful and made the process go extremely smooth and made sure I was comfortable and well aware of the donor process. Eric and Alan are great phlebotomists!

Takes at least 4 hours your first visit but you're getting paid to help others receive necessary medications and treatments that they may need just to live. Friendly staff and prizes offered each month as well as making extra income each visit.

This center is nice, compensation for the first two donations is $50 each. However they are very uncaring if any of your vitals are high simply immediately sending you away. Been here 5 times so far (making the half hour trip each time) and only have donated once. I'd say test your vitals before you even leave the house otherwise it's a big waste of time. Oh and don't get here even one minute after four or they'll send you away. They have great bonuses if you can actually donate.

The first two time I went they where quick and easy needed. Simple info have not gone in a year so today i went and they said I need to have my id ssn card payroll stub or w-2 who care us this on them all the time what a waste of time. The joke was they had a copy of all my Drivers License and SSN Card and my chart in front of them as they said I needed the rest to prove who I was.

My experience was awful was stuck more than supposed to the first time with no plasma. Made to go through the physical 3 different times due to errors in the facility. Finally was able to donate they received 6 donations from me. Went back today only to be rudely told that I cannot donate due to my veins being to small. I love donating plasma here. Everyone is wonderful and so kind! It feels like family when i walk througb the door. They all take very good care of you. And always make sure they help if we ever have a question. I love waking up on donation days knowing im coming to see everyone who works here.
