Amazing staff, very kind and friendly. BUT!. the equipment gets stuck in the return process after 60-70%. The equipment needed to be manually assisted in order for the process to complete on my last visit. 2 hours with a needle in my arm is abit much. . . Not the staffs fault. Tho something needs be done. Not going back for a while. 50$ is not worth it.

First time donor and Dee was so nice and made everything so easy. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable along with my friend that came with me. My check in nurse was also very nice, I wasn't able to get her name but she also was very helpful.

This place is dangerous. They know their machines are faulty since the last update and they are still using them knowing they could cause blood clotting because the machine just stops spinning like they should. They have been seen pumping the machines manually in some cases because they are not working properly. I know the crew working there has complained to corporate months ago but there has been no change. Don't they understand those pumps are vital and if not running correctly will cause clotting of th

Been a donor for almost two years now until today. I know majority of the people who come in to donate uses cannabis in some way (I mean it's Panama City Florida) I even personally know people (including employees here) personally who donates and uses cannabis. I recently gotten diagnosed with something where a licensed doctor told me to get a state issued medical card. ALL WENT DOWN FROM THERE. Of course with it being medical facility they need to know if you been recently diagnosed with anything new and t

I've been donating for a few months now & this has never happened!! Shay was the one that stuck me obviously she did not do something right I've never had a bruise like this before!! I've had is for 2 weeks and it's still on my arm makes me not even want to come back. Also I planed to donate 7 times to get entered in for the golden pass but that missed up every thing.i went down to there so they could do a report all they did was ask some questions didn't take any pictures or offer compensation for what the

Everytime I go I get upset because the workers that are there walk around trying to get someone to stick me because they don't want too. I take off work and be late going to work even though I'm going at a time when they are not busy. I've been told that I move a lot but that's not true they do not know how to do the job correctly. Dee has to come get me each time and I have never had issues with my veins being found until new hires come along. It's not my job to tell any of them how to do the job. The wait

Grifols plasma is a great place to get your plasma done! Mrs. Dee stuck me today and she made it very comfortable for me she's amazing and I didn't even feel it when she stuck me and for someone who is deathly afraid of needles I would come back to her everytime she had a great attitude and made me wanna come back just because of that there's not many people who can stick needles good and she did awesome!!

Best location!! Jiana is the best at setting me up and sticking me, I'm just so happy when I walk in and see her!

I got stereotyped going in there. I went in there just to see if I could donate and get paid but I basically got called a crackhead?? for being prescribed low dose pain medication. She just assumed I was an addict without even asking me the reason for the medicine. I knew where she was going with it so I said mam I've had two back surgeries. She looked at me and smirked while asking ?aren't you too young to have a back surgeries?? So I guess I was lying ???????. Please tell me why this lady gave me a piece

I've been sitting here for an hour for them to tell me their machines are down and I want to be compensated at least gas money!!!! Come on grifols do better!

You have to be very healthy before you donate plasma. The 1st time you come in you spend about 2 and a 1/2 hours. They ask you about 60 questions they also do a urine test and they also do a full physical. The 1st 2 times that you come in, you get $50 each time. That is a ripoff. In other places it's a $100. They get $1500 for every bottle of plasma that you donate. But they give you just $50. That is just ridiculous in my opinion.

I've been here for 2 hours with another 15 people and the machines are not working every donaters are leaving and I'm an hour away I would atleast appreciate gas money

There are only a few people at this location that are capable of sticking veins. The others bruise your arms so bad trying to find a vein and then when you come back they tell you you can't donate because of the bruise even though they have let me donate multiple times with bigger bruises on my arms. They are not consistent with their rules and when you ask to speak to the supervisor you aren't allowed.

Today was my very first time donating. I went in knowing it was going to take a little while. They were amazing throughout the whole process. The front end were funny and so sweet. When I went to the back Dee was the one was helping me. She walked me through everything explained everything in detail about how she was doing things and how it gets done. She really cares about her patience. First 4 times you get $100 and after that it's a $40 $70 process. Once I left I activated my card and the money was alrea

Marlon is a awesome. You can tell he cares about you, your time, etc.

Most staff a super knowledgeable and definitely caring and friendly

I've had a great experience at Grifols Biomat USA in Panama City! The staff is always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the donors? comfort and well-being. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate how organized and efficient the process is. They make it easy to donate plasma in a safe, welcoming environment, and I feel valued every time I visit. Plus, knowing I'm helping others makes it even more rewarding. Highly recommend Grifols Biomat USA for anyone considering plasma

I am a regular donor here. Dee is very kind and does a great job : I barely even felt the stick. My donation from the 27th bruised badly so I definitely appreciate the good stick.

Hi this is William Johnson in the beginning of my process last month I was overwhelmed how miss Sharon Potts made me feel relax at ez and very safe she was fast extremely nice lots of smile and with that she is my favorite of the year

The Karen, next to me was on her phone. When she was advised that she couldn't be on the phone by a younger man ( Owen, I believe). She told him don't start with me ( very degrading tone) as if she had some special type of privileges other donors hadn't had! What got my nerve was Owen showed the utmost restraint and respect toward her , walked away and came back around and apologized and she admitted she knew the rule but he shouldn't have said anything because it was her 70 plus year old mother with a how

The employees are great , willing to help they are able to and make sure you know what's going on . In person is a great thing! I would give them a negative star if you need to reach them by phone definitely don't call them if you are having an issue after donating! -2?? reach able on the phone with questions after the fact! Definitely needs improvement

Great staff and decent money for donations. Very clean environment.

I was just there how one time pulse up but then take it again pressure up, that's why I don't like fooling with this place, so pissed

Really enjoy the staff an how they treat everyone with patience and care. Thank you for begin real people

The staff here are pleasantly accurate, quick, and tentative. They are very thorough and will process you quicker than most places. The rewards are decent, and for your first few times, you receive $100! Never have I been to a more pleasant Plasma Donation Center than Biomat!

After several attempts to donate, I was able to go through the orientation. Then back to the run around. No nurses available, the office being busy and being ask to come back etc....like who wants to drive back and forth. I'm thinking of giving it one more chance in the future and hope for different results.

I literally just took several pictures of Bree and Tyler just standing and leaning against the wall and I've been laying here for 20 minutes!!! This is why they are losing donors because they don't want to work!! I wish there was another are different plasma centers around here because I would definitely support them, this is sad how they stand around and talk and do nothing while the employees that are working hard have to pull their weight AND theirs!! I wish cooperate cared enough for the donors to DOOO

My daughter has been donating for a long time last week they wanted to tell her she had bug bites in her arms ..nope it's acne I called spoke to a nurse and they let her donate took her back up there 3 days later nope can't donate again due to acne ppl has acne still waiting on a call from the supervisor nothing cause now they caused a scene about it and now it's harsmessent..I will be calling corporate office and letting them know what has happened

Dee is the best! She got me through the fastest donation I've given. Her interactions with me and other clients made it very good morning.

Half the workers are trash. Been going for years and iv only seen the worker quality go down hill. Just today tried to donate and the girl messed up on testing my protein admitted it and then they refused to retest me. I shouldn't be denied a retest if they screwed up.

Only come when I have to for money... Other than that horrible. Will leave you sitting for an hour hooking up others seated after you (no, not new donors). In addition, my husband and I went. He was seated right after me. I was hooked up and half way done (30 minutes later) and they finally realized no one hooked him up ...5 other people had be hooked up by that point....

Most definitely has changed tremendously. I went from 5 stars to 1 being that the customer service sucks. I used to enjoy going knowing that I was helping others and could make a few bucks for 2hrs of my time. Now with all the new staff and certain things that they have in place it literally takes 3/4hrs. Sunday's are the worst days of all. It's usually one person upfront that has to check you in and process in the back. Next week will be my last trip to this place.

I've been a donor and coming here for over a year now and I'm not usually one to write a bad review about a organization but I've never been so disrespected and stuck incorrectly so much in my life the staff is always worrying about gossip or drama and never takes the time to make sure everyone is under proper care even with the payment process they claim they forget to pay me and many others here in the donation center every-time I come these people and myself should be under professional care all the time

Hi! I donated here twice this week, both days I got really sick and Cat helped me. She was insanely kind and made me feel better. I have a fear of blood and needles so this obviously wasn't the best decision. She was understanding and I'm thankful she was there.

I was just turned away at 8:06am and told to come back at ten because they were short staffed. Y'all just opened at seven.. this is the fourth time I haven't been able to donate and I'm not encouraged to go back because of this... It's a waste of my time and y'all's... I don't recommend coming here unless you get there RIGHT as they open or after ten am.

I've donated plasma for years. If you need extra money, try it. New donors receive a bigger pay. If you do go please mention my name "Michael Glass". 1st visit may take a few hours but the others about an hour, with money in your pocket & you will be blessing many people

Very professional, patient and educated staff. This place is really clean. Be somebody?s hero today...

An employee keeps harassing me saying that I keep asking her out on dates when I asked her if she liked bowling.... Why do you hire people who treat customers like that?

I've been donating here over a year now. All in all awesome place and people. Very clean. And most of the techs are super sweet. If anything I would say training should be better. They tend to toss people out there due to lack of employees. But it becomes like family. So I just ask not to have anyone new.

I've been donating here since they first opened up. I've never had a problem until recently. There's a certain employee that a lot of donors are afraid of getting poked by, because he has a reputation of having to stick you up to 3 times before getting it right. He's blown out veins. My sister was one of the persons he did this to. My last day there he was the one who was going to stick me, I told him I didn't want to be sticked by him, and I was very nice about it. He asked why and I told him. I looked aro

I LOVE this place! For only a few hours a day you can help save a life! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, & patient. The establishment is clean. They always have cool ways to ?Thank You? for your time, with fun raffles or other give aways!

Misleading web information. If I had known ALL the conditions that disqualified you from plasma donation, I would have never gone. The staff was Curt, and I got shoved to the side because of one condition. Never suggesting or returning to Grifols.

All the one star reviews are low IQ snowflakes. This facility gets you in and out as quickly as they can barring staffing and the amount of other donors in the building at the time. The staff has always been polite with me and the facility is very clean (minus some of the donors that come in here who don't seem to understand what showering is). It's like some of the people in here expect a massage while they're in here. Get real.

They used bad sample tube so they deferred alot of people for their mess up then blame it on the lab. I been coming here for about two years and the customer service has just gone down the rabbit hole need to get their stuff together and offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience of their mess up and wasting our time because of it!

I love this place but 3 times now my protein to low. When I have Been able to donate it was worth it when you get hooked up in a timely manner! Sometimes it's seems a while before they hook you up but employees are always friendly!!

Great place to donate. Staff is always friendly and they give you extra money for doing things like putting reviews on google! Good way to make side money.

This place sucks worst plasma donation center around you would be better off driving to the next one the ?doctors? are a whole bunch of kids wearing scrubs that have no clue what they are doing they just sit around chit chatting I went in there today like I do every other week and they were playing with the needle in my arm before pulling it out and letting me bleed all over the place one ?doctor? put there hand with a rubber glove on directly to my arm to apply a little pressure bloods started dripping dow

I have been going here for a few months now. All my experiences have been good. Connie is great she can administer an ivy with zero. I mean absolutely no burn. First time in my life when I have an iv and it not be discomforting. Over all 6 stars

I called Biomat this week to discuss donating plasma and was given instructions and told how the process worked. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and informative, but did not state that they were not accepting new donors. I left work early on Friday and arrived at Biomat at 3:30. I was informed that they were not accepting any new donors that day, to try again on Saturday. I showed up at 7:30 AM and was told by a different staff member than the day before that they were not accepting new do

This place is great. Jianna, Justin, Christian, boss lady with the Jean jacket (forgive me for not knowing her name) and so many other staff members. I enjoy giving my plasma here. The staff are all friendly, courteous and engaging. Every now and then you see where they have to be stern with a client. Rules are rules and they're their for a reason. Thank you Grifols. Continue y?all?s singing and engagement with your customers. It's an enjoyable experience every time (even with the giant needles). See ya so

I have donated three time...great experience each time. I'm actually shocked at the negative remarks. The place is clean and seems like a well oiled machine. My only wish is that when I get in a bed - have somone come start my donation.....don't make me wait 15-25 min to get stuck.

Been coming for quite a while. All the staff is super nice and very friendly. Cat is always great with my arm sticks!

My brother goes there to give plasma and he is a toe walker due to medical neglect we experienced as children. Everytime he goes to donate he is constantly hearing staff talk about his disability loud enough for the whole place to hear. The dark complected one with blue hair and he little buddies thinks it's funny to talk about people's disabilities they know nothing about. Very unprofessional staff

to the upper managem3nt of this biomatt location , up ur crews pay and give them monthly bonuses and provide dec3nt breaks please. u make way too much to have an excuse. ur crew is good. well rounded. and very observant of both ur commands and our needs so take care of ur 3mployees better. thank u !!!!

Yesterday I brought a guest for the first time. The staff had always encouraged to bring new donors. Yet this experience made me feel like my friend was a burden on them. When we first arrived we were told that no one would be able to see him for at least a few hours. So we left and went to breakfast and when we returned again were told that it would be a very long wait. Trying to be patient we went and sat in the corner and worked on a crossword puzzle. The only attention we were given was when we were sco

The staff is extremely professional and respectful. They're very attentive to each person who walks in the door and they do a great job at making you feel comfortable. The staff at my location in Panama City, FL were all extremely knowledgeable about the donation process and exactly what to expect. They look out for your well-being as well and made sure I went home to hydrate before donating my first time. They could have just ignored me being dehydrated and took my plasma anyways knowing I would have been

Hi there I'm a new donor I've donated many times this month I came in yesterday only to discover my blood pressure was too high I've encountered this several times because I have a history of high blood pressure I have been taking my medication to make sure my blood pressure is low also hydrating accordingly I also have a device that records my blood pressure from day to day the numbers didn't match before I came in and tried to donate I've donated almost a month already please check your devices because it

I have been here about five times now, the staff is great, they make you feel comfortable, and do their job well. I've never had any issues with anything, definitely an all around great place!

They're clean and mostly friendly would recommend you to stop by if u need quick cash and you are helping save a life.

The staff is professional and courteous. I got turned away from donating one day because my pulse was high above 100. I am happy that staff took necessary precautions to ensure my safety. I came back the next day my pulse was fine. Just eat well and drink more water the night before to stay hydrated and stay centered and calm in the waiting room. Bring a blanket if you get cold easily and afterwards eat a good meal and hydrate.

I've been here many times now and every phlebotomist I've had has done a stellar job. To me, that's the most important part of this whole thing because needles can be terrifying for many people. Plus everyone has a kind attitude.

Complete incompetent idiots here. Not only did they injure me, they have me a false positive and I had spent money going to my doctor that they were indeed incorrect. I did everything on my end but once I turned everything in, they still won't take me because I showed positive once even though it was on their end. I have been given the complete run around by management who were short and rude with me. Waste of my entire month to prove they were wrong

I've been doing this for 6 months and has been a good experience , Deanna Hilton is wonderful and smiles all the time , she works hard , she is fast , I think she needs a raise . Thank y'all all , bunch of good people .

I love this joint! They all are super dope! Andddd helpful! Oh and I'm helping people lol. Can't forget that!!!!!!!!!!! I would dieee if they left me ????????????. Every single worker there is always polite and no one ever seems in a bad mood EVER! Management did a terrific job of screening new hires!! And no I'm not an employee lol

I loved it. We all meed to learn everyone has his or her own personality if you respect others they will respect you. I found most of them to be very friendly and compaionate. But People usual like me because I am a very moral and repectful indevidual allowing ppl to be who they are even if i dont like them i keepy mouth shut and act as if i am not fazed by their offish persona. I feel often times people who put bad reviews need to look at them selves and ask if they thrm selves are hold an offish persona.

The staff here are very welcoming Always have a smile on to greet you. I would definitely recommend going here to anyone who would like to donate plasma & help save lives.

Some rules seem to apply to different people at times, but the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. No real complaints from this donor, although it would be nice to get a tee-shirt or something to acknowledge all the blood I've donated. Also, I'd like to know that a real, red-blooded donor actually wins the drawings each month.

I just moved to the area about a month ago and it was my first time giving plasma so I was a little nervous. The staff were super helpful and made the process go extremely smooth and made sure I was comfortable and well aware of the donor process. Eric and Alan are great phlebotomists!

They have great staff very friendly, nice , helpful and very informative. They strive for happy donors and the teamwork is amazing. Not to mention it's great for needing extra money in tight times.

They are very nice and makes you feel at home especially Shenoya she is so funny and keeps me everyone laughing but don't let me forget about the one and only Angelica their both are great..??????????????

Use to be a nice place with no issues, the staff are still nice but the managers are incompetent and the rules gets worse and worse just so they can keep turning you away, this place needs a serious change to how they do things it is absolutely ridiculous.

Me and my girlfriend have been donating plasma for the past 2 or 3 months with no issues great experience until just recently... about a couple days ago my girlfriend went up there and never had problems donating until now, the machine wouldn't return her blood so they adjusted her needle pulling it in and out until they couldn't fix it when they pulled the needle out she had a blood clot. Then tonight I go to donate and first the tech couldn't stick my vein so she calls someone else over and they decided t

I started donating this past week and have gone twice now. Very clean facility and thought everything was run professionally. The staff was very friendly. I will probably donate at least once a week and it's for a very good cause.

I really want to take the time to leave a very detailed and thorough review. As, too many times you will see a positive or negative review and there's no explanation as to why. I started coming to Biomat Plasma back in May of this year and I must say, "as a medical professional myself, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire medical facility and that includes from the time you walk in, to their kiosk, the check-in for vitals, and the donation room. Caleb, was the one who did my initial check

Takes at least 4 hours your first visit but you're getting paid to help others receive necessary medications and treatments that they may need just to live. Friendly staff and prizes offered each month as well as making extra income each visit.

This center is nice, compensation for the first two donations is $50 each. However they are very uncaring if any of your vitals are high simply immediately sending you away. Been here 5 times so far (making the half hour trip each time) and only have donated once. I'd say test your vitals before you even leave the house otherwise it's a big waste of time. Oh and don't get here even one minute after four or they'll send you away. They have great bonuses if you can actually donate.

I was EXTREMELY terrified when I first came... I have a low tolerance for pain! But, the amazing staff helped calm my nerves! They're all WONDERFUL! Mrs. Angela & Shanna are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE "stickers!"

The first two time I went they where quick and easy needed. Simple info have not gone in a year so today i went and they said I need to have my id ssn card payroll stub or w-2 who care us this on them all the time what a waste of time. The joke was they had a copy of all my Drivers License and SSN Card and my chart in front of them as they said I needed the rest to prove who I was.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I was trying to figure out what the correct paperwork I needed was and she did not want to help at all, getting aggravated and hitting her fist against the desk. Completely unprofessional.

My experience was awful was stuck more than supposed to the first time with no plasma. Made to go through the physical 3 different times due to errors in the facility. Finally was able to donate they received 6 donations from me. Went back today only to be rudely told that I cannot donate due to my veins being to small. No phone call to let me know anything just dropped from the program, but my veins we'rent to small when they received my 6 donations. I'm glad someone is benefiting from this but as for me I

I love donating plasma here. Everyone is wonderful and so kind! It feels like family when i walk througb the door. They all take very good care of you. And always make sure they help if we ever have a question. I love waking up on donation days knowing im coming to see everyone who works here.

Starting to take two plus hours to donate. Some of the staff works and some talk way to much. It should not take an hour to get hooked up. Other than that it's a clean center and a great place to relax and make some extra$$. But the management needs to tighten up ship before there competition BioLife comes in and takes over.

I went to the center today only to have been poked in both arms with no one able to successfully pull my veins. Reasoning for my post please know it has nothing to do with the money. I work two jobs. This is play money.. I live in Ebro Florida. Last week they had an issue with my protein, however the thing is I went to the Dr., the week before had all sort of blood work done. Protein checked. Iron checked. On top of all this, I work out take a number of vitamin supplements. After today,

Very friendly professional. I have had wonderful experiences, thanks to staff Shelia, Angelica and Katina they are quick and do a great job keep up the good work guys .

Ms d is a good person every time I come in she got a smile on her face she makes my day

After donating at other centers, Grirfols is by far the best. Not only has the pay been good but the staff is excellent. There hasn't been to bad of a wait to hit the chair which is nice. Also, the giveaways are just a huge plus every month. Thanks Grifols of Panama City, Florida! You guys rock!

This center is highly professional. Most of the staff is very friendly especially the front staff. They are very understanding with you may be nervous to give plasma at first .And they take care in checking to make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable of every step involving donating your plasma.I would recommend them to everyone i know .And what a blessing it is to give something soo personal to give comfort to others in need.

The staff is amazing!!! So friendly, funny and efficient. Special shout out to CJ the operating supervisor for sticking me on the first attempt. Didn't even feel a thing??
