Everyone here is sooo nice and attentive, never had a problem with anything here. Since day 1 they've helped me every step of the way with any questions I had. Very clean, very quick and easy. 10/10 recommend!!

I would not use this particular Grifols. The 6th street Grifols has a management that will defer you on the basis of your opinion. I've had a positive experience so far. 1st visit of course takes a lot of time, but wanted to hop on here and give a thanks to Kailyn (hope that's how you spell it) for being top notch. I slowly felt like I was going to faint while donating, raised my hand, and she came over to assist. I went from feeling like I was going to pass out to a full recovery in less than 5 min thanks to her help.

I love this place and the people that work there honestly they are all so kind and caring Jason and Christina they both make my day and make me feel like I am not just a donor but a person. I love going there twice a week.

I had an issue with a disrespectful staff person. I had hoped for an apology - the professional response when a customer/donor complains about how he feels he's being treated. I left. Though the employee hasn't done anything to fix the issue, the management has bent over backwards to listen and address my concern. The management is approachable and open to concerns. They are all good people, mostly. I really enjoyed working with all the phlebotomists and all but one of the support staff. They're excellent

This is the best place in town to donate plasma. They are quick, courteous, good at sticks, AND they are willing to compensate better than others. The app lets you answer the questions online before getting here so the wait is decreased. Most importantly, our donations make it possible for Grifols to continue providing life-saving interventions for thousands of people who depend upon them/us to be able to live normal lives. If you are not happy with your current donor place, come here.

6 hours. It took 6 hours WITH an appointment. Machines stalled multiple times during the process, got screamed at by a homeless man in the parking lot, and my arm is purple from how tight the gauze wrap was put on

Very polite staff and have a much faster process as a new donor compared to other donation centers. Also, their compensation is the same no matter what rather than changing based on weight!

I enjoy donating plasma at the Grifols center great employees always greeting me & friendly towards all donating patients. I feel good knowing that the plasma is used for medicine for patients all over the world. It feels good to get compensated money but feels better knowing you helped out a life or possibly saved a life with the plasma medicine.

I think that everyone there at the Sparks location is outstanding! Very professional, courteous and just nice overall!! I especially think that Anna and Tatum are simply awesome!!!

Supposedly new donors can walk in. I expected to wait, but not for an hour and a half before getting acknowledged. So as I'm sitting there, I see all these return donors come in and complain about the app not working, not getting paid for their last donation, etc. I took this time delay as a blessing and ran for my life.

Grifols has been a great help for me in making ends meet, and it helps people in need! Everyone I've come across who works at the clinic near me has been super nice, which makes donating extremely low stress and easy. ????

Going downhill it seems. Not as good as they used to be. They habitually make mistakes that get me deferred for 56 days. Not once have I been rude to staff, I'm always calm, respectful and professional. When I requested to transfer to the other building in Sparks, I suddenly became an, "undesirable candidate" and that my veins are not good(after 6 years of donating). Rather than try to be better they chose to be petty about my criticism. Funny thing...Octapharma has no issues with me. My advice, go to Octa

You're not supposed to donate if you're sick. Why then would they require or allow obviously sick staff to work (not even the courtesy of a mask)? Now I am sick. Make it make sense.

Don't bother scheduling an appointment, seems like it doesn't matter if you schedule ahead or not. I had an appointment, showed up early and still waited an hour just to get in, not only that people who showed up well after I had checked in were screened and let threw before I was. Other than that staff are great, friendly and always upbeat. Just need to work on what seemed to be favoritism when they decided who goes in next....

Professional, respectful, clean and most importantly they genuinely care about the donors. Plus all the staff here take the time to get to know you and calls you by name.

Excellent place I truly love coming here,but, recently they stopped showing movies. The movies are a great distraction from why you are there, such as the needle. They really need to bring back the movie's. The staff is quite capable of doing their work while the movie is on. Also I want to recommend Jason as employee of the month. He is excellent at doing his work and always goes above and beyond to make sure the person he is working on is safe and comfortable. I recommend this place very highly.

Friendly staff and relatively painless process! If you're a first time visitor I recommend getting here at an early appointment time as it does take a while to get all set up. I was the first of many new patients during my visit and it took about 2.5 hours.

I don't typically offer reviews however this Biomat location has improved so much over the years I wanted to spread the word. The employees here are super nice and friendly. Everyone goes out of their way for you to every extent possible. Whether you have never been here, or just have not been here in some time, I highly recommend coming in and experiencing what is now a very positive experience and efficient process.

I'm questioning whether I want to change plasma donation centers. It seems that the new employees at this center have difficulty at properly using the equipment. I am very upset because I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to be called to a booth. Susan was the woman that did my intake and physical and she was amazing! Made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. Jarrett was the technician that actually hooked me up to the machine and he was also very informative, patient and made me feel very comfortable.

The experience I've had while donating has been nothing but amazing. Everyone has been respectful and has answered all of my questions, the staff is also very good at keeping conversations going while waiting. Jason has been so nice and respectful each and everytime I've come to donate, he has been the one to set me up and get ready to be poked. I've been giving there for a year now with 67 donations, I'm blessed because they employ the best, and caring people in the world. The phlebotomists here are amazing. I have deep veins and yet they almost never have any problems getting me on the first stick. The appointment system is quite convenient and the pay, while not great, is decent enough. This is a center managed by actual phlebotomists and it shows. Terrible. They literally take a part of you, just to not pay you what they said they would. I'd say this place is a joke, but manipulating a hungry homeless person isn't funny. This place is disgusting, ask any Manager there how often they donate.

The best in town- appreciate the clean facilities, friendly staff, and the ability to make an appointment. Shout out to Jordin- I'm a massive baby about needles, but she was able to make the experience literally painless (no joke, the needle did not hurt this last time which is insane to think about).

I have refered 4 new people to this place they all donate regularly now and i never got my referral bonus from not one of the referrals. They only give you 6 minutes to be late for your appointment and then you can't donate but yet they take over an hour most times to just get you in the booth. This place is absolutely awful. I've been unable to donate here several times this week not because of anything I did. But once was because their staff can't input data correctly so I wasted 2 hours just to be sent home because of their error. I've had to leave twice after that because even though I made a appointment and was on time to said appointment they were too short staffed. Im now sitting here a hour past my appointment and im not even being called back.this place is a joke don't go here.
