I had to be a crossover today and the lady who originally was gonna stick me had to switch. She didn't communicate anything to the other tech so he got mad that he had to do a crossover. When the switched the arm rests he didn't secure it and it fell while he was sticking me with the needle in my arm. I usually don't have issues but whatever issues the workers had with each other got in the way of my safety. Went to donate 2nd time within a week because of the inclement weather it was 6 days after the first donation so they paid me like it was the first visit should have specified the week time frame Sunday thru Saturday not that it's your 2nd donation within a week

I come here twice a week every week and almost all of the staff is great but any time I have to interact with Sophie who is often at the front desk she is rude and stand offish. Probably the worst employee to have greeting customers

I absolutely love the staff here at Russellville! All of the employees are super nice and know what they're doing! I especially like Lainey! She got me in the first try! Awesome job!!! Will recommend to anyone!!

I have been donating at this location for over a year, it used to be a pleasant experience. The whole process usually takes about 40minutes from the time of getting the "stick". All of the phlebotomists are trained well with several capable of near sensation-less "sticks". The problems at this location stem from the ethics and practices of the personnel as they are not shy about being less care full with guests they might have issue with personal or not. My son goes and he says the staff here are great. He has only complained once, (that's unusual) he's hard to please. Always prompt service too

Made sure to donate before the 27th,to make my 7th time this month and get my 20 dollar bonus. Only to find out you also have to refer someone. Which was not mentioned in the ad or anywhere. Kind of a letdown

I wrote a pretty detailed negative review a few months ago; one that was well deserved. But credit MUST be given where it's due. Since then, the number of employees has probably doubled, if not more. Current employees have been cross trained, and even those who work in the back office now have lab coats on and are getting involved in the process. Donor experience, in my opinion, is higher than it's been since I began 18 months ago. I'm not sure who the manager is, but I know you're going to read this. Well

I love donating here! The staff are all really friendly and helpful, and despite having small, rolling veins, Deval, Danny and Grace are so skilled that I rarely worry anymore. I want to say all the staff here are really friendly and I want to give a special thanks to Deval, Danny, and Grace, and Jessica. Everyone is very helpful and I will never be scared to donate here. My blood was clotting and it was nothing anyone could do about it. But Danny and Grace made sure I was good on that day. Danny stayed with me the whole time. They are they are extremely helpful and friendly, and be sure to come in to hours early if it's your first time donating. Drink lots of water eat breakfast and make sure that your body feels good. The staff is really nice and considerate about your comfort level.

Everything went good up until my 4th donation. They stuck my right arm and infiltrated it and the other arm clotted (I get that isn't their fault it clotted) but if your workers aren't confident in the fact that they can hit a vein tell them not to even try and to get someone more experienced. Used to be an in and out process. Since they changed things you can plan on being here a couple hours. Definitely not worth coming to donate. Also express kiosk user are supposed to go first and they can't even get that right. Terrible place

As a new donor I was extremely nervous. Everyone here has made me feel at ease. They have answered every question I've had and made the whole process quick and easy. It's pretty cool to get to do something that will help save lives!

There are always staff to answer questions and they are very professional. The center is set up so they call your name after you complete the questionnaire so you don't have to stand in line and wait. It makes a huge difference for anyone who has medical issues and want to donate but cannot stand for long periods.

Edit: Two years later the only additional comment I have is that giving plasma has become more popular and it seems like Biomat is still perfecting how it handles the influx in traffic. Some days it takes hours and hours to donate rather than the usual 1.5 hours. Professionalism, kindness, and friendliness are still present. Dr said I can't donate plasma because of my past history with pseudo seizures (due to stress)(non epileptic) I want to say I don't appreciate this for the simple fact I haven't had a seizure in over 2 years I've donated blood before so that's nothing to it in my eyes I would like to speak with the Dr to explain things and be able to donate and help save lives

This place rips you off. If you can go to Conway its worth the drive. They steal your coupons and keep your justified pay because "thats just to much" when its literally a griffols coupon. They lie and tell you they participate in coupons and then they steal your pay and just give you what coupon is worth. Hands down greediest and kaniving center to go to.

Need to be more upfront about reasons why you can't donate. Drove 100 mile round trip on Friday and registered with you, didn't pass vein check. Was told drink more water and come back Saturday. Drove another 100 mile round trip. Passed vein check but after waiting almost 2 hours to finally get to see the nurse for physical exam was told by nurse that I couldn't donate because of a medication I take. Get there to be told i cant give plasma. At this time told that the bruising had to be gone before i can give again. Really why was i not told this the first time. Better yet why wasit not on the paper from first visit. Ryan or member of management never came out to apologize or talk with me. I was just sent on my way. Now i have no gas to get back

I have a medical marijuana card and every other plasma center approves except biomat. Even Google says it will not disqualify someone but they gave me a 6 month deferral.

Honestly the worst plasma place I have ever been. The people do NOT know how to stick a needle and they gave my fiance and I the run around for 3 weeks. They will legit turn you down just because they don't want to do it. The first guy that did my vein check when I came here didn't even have me pump my fist.
