Very convenient and flexible hours to choose to donate plasma. The Donor Hub makes it easier and gives you visibility of your donation history. Most importantly is that you don't get inactivity fees on the card for not using it and you can transfer the money to a bank account. I am very happy to be able to donate plasma and be one of the many saving lives!

This place is great and clean but what's going on with the low staff on certain days? Does staff just choose when they want to work or what? Seems to be happening more than often and it's only getting worse. I shouldn't have to wait in the lobby for 45-60 minutes past my appointment time with 10 others patients not being attended to.

Monday 6/23 morning around 10 am. Young woman by the name of Shaunte did not seem confident at all before she stuck me, she shook her head multiple times cause she could not find my vein. This place use to be very organized and staff was always happy. Now with the new managers it looks like they don't know how the place works. They will put less staff when there is more people and now it takes from 3 to 4 hours just to donate and the new manager are never there to help them like the previous ones. Company needs to hire more experience managers.

I got deferred for over a week for not disclosing a minor iodine allergy that I forgot about costing me almost $200 in donations. I better get a bonus or I'm never coming back and leaving this negative review up. Complete lack of attention to detail from so-called "professionals." Ridiculous.

I went for the first time last week. It was a very simple process and the staff was amazing. During the actual plasma donation, the team asked me multiple times if I was okay. They care and pay attention. The actual donation is pretty quick and does not hurt!

Spent 45 minutes here this morning. Signed up, did all the paperwork. Got 2 fingers jabbed for blood took blood pressure only to be told after all of this I could not donate because I have full sleeve tattoos and company policy doesn't allow injection site to be over a tattoo regardless of tattoo age. Everything I asked UP FRONT before I drove out, they lied. My son is a donor and referred me. When I called, I was told yes the $50 referral would be his if he was in the system. He is in the system, BUT at a different location with the SAME company, (which they did NOT disclose when asked) so they said after arriving, he would not get paid. My experience was just rude as soon as I walked in with my fiance. The phlebotist here see it as a game to code another co worker when they see someone to be intimidated by. Last time I checked talking about raves and flirting with men wasn't part of being a phlebotist. So I'm just baffled that it's happening, and quite frankly feel like it was far from professional.

Been coming to donate since 2023 and just this year 2025 their service has gone from 100 to a -10. The wait just to check in the front is over 45min and they always have the same one employee in the front, Lupe , she is amazing and does her best to do things quick while still being the best at customer service. Everyone is so friendly sometimes they do raffles for bikes and other stuff. Its close to the bus. The first time takes about 2-3 hours, its along time but you get $60. But every time after that is about 1 hour if you book your appointment. 20 min for the questionnaire and check up and 40 min for the donation.

If you don't got hours to waste don't bother, if they put your profile on hold, they will want you to redo the hour and half of processing. Evening if it's an easy fix

Horrible service and they won't let you donate if you have low blood pressure according to their defective machines. I know for a fact I'm not doing 60/30 and yet there's no way to overpass that. So today I walked in at 7:30 and checked in. I logged on and couldn't, it directed me to see an employee. The employee then said that she didn't know why, but that I had to do my physical again. This is just ridiculous, for anyone who has done this process, it takes 2-3 hours. This was my 3rd time returning. It's always clean here, and the staff has always been friendly. Online appointments are easy. Just come in knowing that it's a process that takes time- a lot of people come through every day, it's not instantaneous. I have personally had a pretty great experience at this location. I absolutely adore the staff! I have noticed at times they seemed a little understaffed but I always make sure I have a good chunk of my day free in case of delay. Horrible communication! Apparently as of April 1 2023 they close at 2 PM. While their website says they close at 3 PM, their front door says they close at 8 PM & Their automatic system says nothing of their new hour changes. I got here three minutes after my appointment started was told I could not be seen today due to hour changes I was unaware of. I've been donating here since November of 2019. Very friendly and professional staff. Extremely clean facility. Recently though they have been experiencing a severe staff shortage which can make the wait time a bit long. Sometimes up to an hour from check in until you actually make it to the back and then an additional 10-20 minutes before you actually get poked. Makes it hard for those of us that come on our lunch break. Other than that, I'd recommend this facility. I've had no issues with payments

Every time I have come here it has been difficult to get good service. There is always new nurses who don't have answers to my questions, my appointments can't seem to be booked and information that is forgotten/not given to me. The employees have been kind and helpful to me overall and I appreciate that. Wait time has been fine, 2-3 hrs is what they list on their website and it's never taken me over 3 hours. Drink lots of water if you want your donation to go faster. The bathrooms have been clean more often than not. The interior of the facility is a little outdated but I wouldn't let that keep me from donating.

This place is pretty clean and usually pays you within 5 minutes upon leaving. You can typically get right into your car and get gas only one block away without having to wait or contemplate. Very nice.

On multiple occasions after driving down to make a scheduled donation I am rejected because their of their undependable scheduling program. Everyone that works there is pretty nice. Alex is one of the nicest humans alive and he makes each person feel like the only donor there. Natalie and Robert are also really awesome. Some of the workers here are very sloppy. They stick you without lpaying attention and miss the vein. Than adjust roughly and end up hurting you. Some wrap your arm and 3 mins later on your way home you start leaking blood all over. This will be my last visit I refuse to keep going thru this every week.

I used to wait for hours at another place. These guys are quick. You check in and at your scheduled time you hit the kiosk, and are in the back before you know it. They're super clean, especially in these covid times, and even more friendly if you want to chat!

This place is a good place to go donate and staff are always nice and professional. The only problem I do have is trying to get a hold of someone to ask questions about eligibility for the donation or make appointments. My log in to make an appointment online does not work and I leave several messages and no call back, I have even emailed corporate and no response. They message me to come in and donate but I can't if they don't get back to me? You would think the corporate office would step up.

I wish I knew about donation decades ago! Since I discovered donation, I have referred 4 others who, in turn, have referred others. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable. The process is (mostly) painless, but tolerable. And, for the most part, I can be In & Out without an hour or so. The payments have paid for most of my groceries & gas for the past year now.

It is near impossible to get signed up as a new donor. They have specific hours that you have to be there, you can't make an appointment and even if you get there early & within the specific times they will turn you away because they can't keep enough nurses on staff. I have been waking up extremely early & following the guidelines for days & keep getting turned away for no reason other than them being short on staff. Ridiculous. They need to allow new donors to make appointments or have a specific time window when they should show up. My husband has been rejected 4 times with half the reasons being they didn't have the staff to process a new donor at the time we arrived. This place is an excellent facility. As a retired RN I am picky about clinical procedures, efficiency and cleanliness and this place delivers on all three. The first time to go to donate it will take awhile due to making sure all questions are answered regarding your health and information received. Once you've done that you become familiar with the phlebotomist. They always make sure you are comfortable and also make sure you know what's going on. Always a great experience and the process is simple. Just drink your water, bring a good book, have a good playlist and relax. The appointment service is also simple and easy to follow.

Twice this year they have "forgotten" to add bonus specials to my account. They always claim "staff shortages"...but their HR hiring department seems to be penny pinching and will hire at a snails pace. Debating not coming back to location...?????
