I've been a coming to the Spanish Fork Donation Center since Fall of 2023. Each person that has helped me from check-in to getting me hooked up to the machines had been awesome. Everyone has been so friendly and kind. I'm pretty sure this is the premier donation center. It's clean, safe, organized, and is a pleasure to donate here.
Casey and Sam were amazing! This was my first time donating and Casey walked Sam through the entire process with confidence! Sam was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Highly recommend the team at Grifols Spanish Fork! Jace in the physical exam room was also very kind and respectful!
Started coming here when it was $1000 a month. Now?s it's like $500 a month. Hardly worth it Anymore, especially when the lines are long. Luckily, the staff are good at their job. They've always helped me out giving me tips On donating. Seems like they have a lot to do for the little pay.
they were quick and very acomidating. you feel great about helping others. who doesn't like extra cash. I spend my Griffols allowance on my wife! it's a great way to get a little extra to buy her gifts
The staff is very proficient and kind. The scheduling system makes it a breeze and I never have to wait long. The rewards are definitely worth it.
I love it here. They used to be kinda all over the place and slow in the back but they've got their new system running so smoothly. They're all kind and explain everything as you go if you're ever nervous or have any questions. It's a wonderful way to get a little extra cash for groceries in this economy. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't eat.
The staff were so kind and patient for my first time donating. Jade was gentle and put me at ease. Karissa and Shane were also so helpful and explained so much about the process. It was easy and worth the time. I will definitely continue to go to donate!
Calie Shane and amber are great techs! Nice way to make money while checking my emails. Easy scheduling with app. Only suggestions: keep updated posts of current donation reimbursement so we know, and might consider opening back up the kid care spot for moms.
Friendly and helpful staff and efficient process. They ensure that you know the risks and possible issues before you get to the donation beds. Beds are comfortable and music playing isn't too loud to be able to converse with the staff. Room is also a comfortable temperature.
I love donating at Spanish Fork Biomat!! The staff is the best? so friendly, helpful, and amazing at their jobs!! I especially love Angel, Mallory, and Oliver. I've never had a bad experience while donating but the three of them are star ?? phlebs in my opinion!!
They are fast and end everyone is happy and cheerful. Plus it is an excellent way to make a few extra hundred bucks a month!
The employees that helped were kind and made sure I was well taken care of for my first time. Always coming to my needs when I needed them and didn't mind my stupid obvious questions (lol). I was a bit nervous at first but they helped calmed me down.
I've been going here for over a year! Everyone on the morning staff is amazing!! Highly recommend!
Isabella is an absolutely sensational phlebotomist. By far the best stick I've ever had, all I felt was the entry and no pain after which is new to me. She's great at what she does!
Too much red tape and not enough compensation for the time and experience. Find a different company that pays more. I'm only here right now because of a ?special promotion? offering a higher rate for a week, whereupon I won't bother again with this place until they raise their rate or have another promotion.
I've been going here for years. The staff has always been incredible, knowledgeable, and friendly. My payments have always come right away without issue.
I am a new donor with Grifols, and this was one of the best experiences I've had! The staff were all very friendly and explained the processes and made sure I was taken care of. The process of giving them my information to donating was seamless and I was taken care of the whole way. I would 100% recommended donating here!
They are always friendly and ensure the comfort of its donors. I donate frequently and have had very positive experiences the majority of the time. Thank you guys for being great!
Oliver needs all the breaks and all the snacks. Also I've been donating here for a few years. and never had any problems. Great facility.
Jace is the best. Very profesional. Always willing to help. A lots experience. I have all my trust in him. Thank you! Jace! Norma Lopez
The whole staff is super warm and inviting! After a while you get to know them as friends. Especially my boy Hyrum
I just want to say what a great place it is and people tht work there are great i remember my first time and Mallory got to be the first person to take my plasma she did such a great job she was so nice and answered all my questions thanks ??
The staff here are excellent. Very nice and very quick as well. Would recommend to anyone.
MAL is amazing and always my first choice to do my stick. She's always so happy and funny.??
Good donation center, but they just recently lowered the compensation, probably the decision made by some money hungry exec who can't get enough dollar bills in his pocket book. Get your new donor pay and dip or wait for them to quit taking their morning Stupid Pills and raise the pay again, $35 per donation isn't worth the trouble. Also, I don't know who's dumb idea it was to stop using their color card system, but it's lead to several instances where 2 people get assigned to the same bed and then the ph
The easiest way to make money while saving lives! This center has made a lot of improvements lately to help you get through quickly. The payout seems to keep decreasing significantly though which is super frustrating but that's more of a corporate issue I'm sure
I asked for a top phlebotomist and I got Angel. WOW, he did a great great job! Mi Amigo speaks three languages! I didn't know donating could be so rewarding.
Friendly staff makes the process a lot better. Great environment for a great cause. I will definitely be a returning donor. ??
The staff was really kind, and I felt like they made me feel really comfortable!
I've been going to Grifols in MONTANA! But I just wanted to say that everyone there here at the Spanish Fork location is very nice the only reason why I've even gone to Grifols is because of my bestie Grace who's a vital checker. Or as they call it a DCT, her and I went to the same school together but I was 3 grades under her, when she was a senior I was a freshman. But good job to everyone who works there! I hope this helps you guys out when donating plasma. I'm hoping that I'll be able to transfer down th
Super friendly staff, easy to start donations! The waiting area is really nice and they walk you through any steps you may have questions about
Grifols is great! They made my experience very enjoyable, staff is great and they are decently fast.
I have been donating here since 2019. The entire staff is great and do their jobs really well, I have never had anyone miss a vein and almost never even feel the needle stick.Casey is the best phleb always happy, super friendly, very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything and answer questions, she checks in to see how your donation is going.
It was my first time and they made things very simple and understanding. A little nervous at first, but the employees made it a good relaxing environment. Very good experience!
They have updated their process and it gets you through a lot faster. I have enjoyed donating here!
Great experience. Sometimes has issues but it's never anything major!
Quick, simple process and technicians that were good at making me feel like they were experts in this. Made me feel a lot better about a process I was new to and didn't understand fully.
Extremely clean, well run. Friendly staff, uber efficient!
Best place to donate plasma! They're very attentive to you and considerate. They ensure the best care and help you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend coming here to donate!
Spanish Fork Grifols has always treated me good. Pretty quick getting me in and out. Have been coming to this Grifols for several years
Angel was rude rough and caused the first painful bloody stick I've had in years. It's like he purposefully ignored my description of a typical stick and did the opposite. Ask for a senior if you see him coming. Update: Angel must have gotten notice of this review. He ignored me and dragged the unplug cart away to help someone who clearly had finished way later than myself. Classy and very professional of him.
First time going and it was great! People were kind and the process was clear and easy
Meal is awesome! She is efficient, kind and great at what she does! Debra Bates :)
they are soooo nice and respectful and very good at communicating through the whole process and good with not making you feel nervous!
Every time I come the entire staff is friendly and kind. I haven't been back for a while. But coming back was like I never left. I love the Spanish Fork staff.
Pam is always very attentive to each of her patients, I really appreciate the help and treatment they give me in this place
I am a new donor and was extremely nervous about donating plasma for the first time. the phlebotomist, Claire was helping me though every step of the way. she was very professional and fun. she did the stick perfectly and it didn't hurt at all! 5 stars!
I love coming here- not only is it nice to feel like I'm doing good, it's also my ?relaxing? time. The staff are great and have quickly become my friends. They are attentive and good at what they do. I truly look forward to my appointments @ grifols Spanish fork.
Great place to donate. Always friendly. Casey is great and makes sure you have a good experience.
People are amazing. Associates are super friendly and nice. They are always helpful.
Very friendly and helpful staff staff, clean and wonderful facility. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I love Grifols! I'm so glad I get to help people and get rewarded for it! 100% recommend.
Great environment. Really friendly staff. Made donating easy and stress free.
Incredibly communicative, clear, concise. I was in and out, and walking through the entire process was easy. 10/10 would recommend.
Staff was very helpful and explained everything they were doing. Process is streamlined and easy to follow.
Mallory, Liv, and Justin are the greatest. Highly recommend coming in the mornings.
The previous scheduling system often added 25-35 minutes of waiting prior to your donation beginning. However, they've made major improvements over the last year and a half in scheduling, workflow and equipment, and things are much better now. Occasionally, there's a reasonably longer wait at peak times, but your donation is usually started within 10-15 minutes of arriving (after screening, being seated and stuck) which is much better. The donation itself usually takes 35-70 minutes. They have subtly decre
Excellent staff! Zero infiltrations lately. But? they lowered the average payout by ~$10? I hope the CEO enjoys his new yacht?I guess?
I wanna start off by saying the staff at this place was amazing up until my recent donation when it was getting later at night and I was not donating fast enough. One of the staff decided they wanted to move my needle in order to make my donation go faster I'm assuming so that they could get out of there faster Resulted in her messing up my entire donation. The needle was pushed so far in my arm that it caused significant pain it was so bad that they had to re-stick me on my other arm in order to give me ba
I have been donating at this center for more than 4 years and my experience initially was very good. Over the last number of months there has been a disturbing trend. There seems to be a lot of turnover with the staff. The staff has always been great including the new hires but the new hires have to learn their job and that takes time. Also, the amount a donor can get paid for a month?s donations has gradually declined and been replaced with gimmick promotions. Recently I was asked to have my height measure
Quick and professional, the employees are always friendly, Pam even takes the time to get to know me during
The techs made the donation process super easy and answered any questions I had. Great place to donate at!
Always feel very welcome here and my experience has been great!
Staff is always great!! It's nice to take a break from day and just sit ??
Awesome employees and great experience. Callie was the best. 10/10
Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Generally in and out very quickly.
They had me in quick and easy, especially for my first time donating
So I've been donating here almost a year and usually I'm in and out 35-41 min. They changed something they said in their equipment and now it's added 30+ min sitting on 99 due to high return pressure and they say there's nothing they can do?SUPER frustrating seeing there is another guy who's having the same problem. Note it's never happened til they changed there bulbs??? The staffs great but what a joke
This is my second time here, and everyone seems so nice. The process isn't as bad as I thought it would be
10/10 phlebs, so happy to be here. I love Oliver, lily, Bella, angle, Yale, etc
very kind and personable. Always give great service even when busy
Such an awesome experience!! The people here are so friendly, they remembered my name after only one time coming in!! Gabe and Alek were upbeat and super professional, it was such a quick process, and my phlebotomist was amazing, it was virtually painless. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and kind, and I felt so well cared for and valued, I can't wait to keep coming as often as I can! :)
Mal is great! Always so friendly and does a wonderful job!
I hadn't been in 2 years. I came back today and Gabe checked me in and did the physical exam. That dude is super nice and very helpful. Charity was the phlebotomist that helped me with my donation. She is really nice and easy to talk to. Great experience after the 2 years hiatus.
They were so informative while walking me through the whole process! Any nerves I had were quickly gone when everything was explained!
This center is very efficient and professional. The staff is friendly and welcoming!
It's great service, good money, and you're helping people too
Griffons is awesome! Gabe is always giving a good serves here ???? All the people here are really professional
Great staff, and made things simple and easy, would recommend going!
the workers were so reassuring when i first donated, they're easy to talk to and so kind!
I love everyone at Grifols. Always happy, kind and appreciative of donations.
The people here are great. Super friendly! And they are quite organized for the most part. There is a certain policy they have here that I don't quite understand though. I have a health condition -POTS- that people say it should be totally fine to donate with if it is mild. But despite that, they won't give you the chance to give a doctor's note for the condition. This doesn't make sense to me. This condition at least should be allowed to be discussed with a doctor before being banned. Especially since it s
The Spanish Fork Center is always awesome and they have great staff. It's always a party at plasma. Each and every time I have a blast.
I haven't had an bad experiences in the past, until yesterday when I was denied the opportunity to donate due to the scar tissue on my arm being perceived as a bruise. I don't have a bruise at all, the discoloration is the result of scarring from recently and regularly donating. The phlebotomists thought it was a bruise and said I couldn't. This seemed silly to me because there is no bruise and I have two strong, healthy veins in each arm that would suffice. I was frustrated to say the least with the time I
I donated a couple times years ago at a different facility, and didn't like it at all. I was a little nervous coming in today, but seeing the Celine Dion documentary about her medical condition put me over the edge to come back. The money is a nice sweetener, but I'm glad to be able to help people. The whole process here has been incredible. Comfortable, professional, and not hard or "scary". Glad to have these folks here to work with!
Had a great experience. Callie and Josh did great sticks
They were so kind! And they were willing to work with us even for being late!
awesome service! i always am in and out super fast! loni was great!
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
