I honestly love coming here! It's a great way to make extra money and relax for an hour. Everyone who has stuck me has made it quick and painless. They are all super sweet to talk to and will answer any questions you have or adjust you if you're uncomfortable. My favorite is Alexis!

First time donating. The place was clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful and informative. They really want to make sure you understand what's happening and I love that. Susan was fantastic conversation and made me feel comfortable about the entire process.

The staff here are very nice and respectful, a lot better than the location I went to previously. It's also a lot closer to where I live so it's very convenient.

I go 2 times a week and they are all very friendly. I feel very comfortable, when I go which makes a huge difference. Good people.

Can't have your kid wait in the lobby and sit quietly anymore and the 100$ is only if they can get a sample that's good enough for them so we got only the first time donation and 10$ the next and that's the first 2 donations. Also card charges 1$ for getting declined

I really love this place, especially the staff, and everything is always so clean. Calvin set me up today, and I have never had anyone find my vein and insert the needle correctly in just half a second. ?? Everyone here is skilled at what they do, and their humble confidence really shows.

I've been coming to biomat for a while now and it's always a good experience but today was an awesome experience. Calvin was the person that stuck me and I am a hard stick and I did not feel a thing. It was an amazing experience. He is an awesome awesome person, it was truly the best experience I've had at biomat I will ask for Calvin every time I come in there from now on I hope that I have an uncle relationship with him for the rest of my time with biomat.

They are a very respectful, nice, and clean facility but the only flaw is when setting appointments u will still have to wait if there are new donors coming in my appt was at 1030 I ain't get stuck til 1130

Was a great experience the first time around, but I went in today and the girl said my vein infiltrated. She was very careless when sticking me and was talking to her coworker about ?hating to come back to work? I was already nervous after that, but then just gave me a sports drink and told me I could leave. She did not tell me how to take care of it afterwards. Love the people and place but i feel like 1. They don't pay us enough for our plasma. 2. We need tv while sitting here 30mins-1 hr. 3. If the employees can't get a good stick out of more than 4-5 people, they need to be gone! That just messes up the donor?s arm.

Just went in Tuesdays the place is so unprofessional walked in and one with a green band around her head and the other one had two short ponytails they was laughing and playing and unprofessional hopefully the new faces I seen put the company together they was working and very professional. But everytime I come I see the old ones unprofessional and loud.

The lady LIED to me telling me I couldn't give plasma because I had too many tattoos...mind you I haven't had any new work done in almost a year!! This place is very poorly ran by these woman at this place. DO YOUR JOB or go home and let someone who knows what they are talking about! This is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized facility. I've been told 3 different things within 3 weeks. I was told I didn't need an appointment and to just bring my paperwork back?when I did that I was informed that I would in fact need an appointment. I've donated at the Hinesville location and always had a wonderful experience there. In and out in no time (less than an hour), very professional/friendly staff; so I was excited when this Biomat opened closer to home, but I have been incredibly disappointment both times I've visited the Statesboro location. Do not waste your time. Just start at the other location in Statesboro. Every staff member in there has a different set of rules or no one really knows. I'm not sure but I get told one thing and come to find out that employee is wrong always?.I'm done wasting my gas. I will go to a center where the employees are better educated on the regulations.

HOURS OF OPERATION AND PAY PREVENT REPEAT DONORS!!!!!!! I understand they are many factors that go in to determining pay and operating hours, however due to work many people can not donate with in the hours and choose biomat competitors even for lower pay because there open on Saturdays. Other biomats operate 7 days a week 12 hour days. PAY- while any extra money is better then no money biomat Statesboro are limiting donors numbers by not raising the pay. The slowest plasma donation facility iv experienced. Anywhere else takes only 1 hour, here it's a minimum of 2 hours. Very slow paste workers. very frustrating..

This place was the worst place anyone can go to and give plasma. They are rude, nasty people they aren't safe with anything they are completely nasty ?? I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place at all they lie about the money they give you after giving plasma and they take way to long to give you the money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Someone needs to close that place down.
