I honestly love coming here! It's a great way to make extra money and relax for an hour. Everyone who has stuck me has made it quick and painless. They are all super sweet to talk to and will answer any questions you have or adjust you if you're uncomfortable. My favorite is Alexis!
First time donating. The place was clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful and informative. They really want to make sure you understand what's happening and I love that. Susan was fantastic conversation and made me feel comfortable about the entire process.
The staff here are very nice and respectful, a lot better than the location I went to previously. It's also a lot closer to where I live so it's very convenient.
I go 2 times a week and they are all very friendly. I feel very comfortable, when I go which makes a huge difference. Good people.
Can't have your kid wait in the lobby and sit quietly anymore and the 100$ is only if they can get a sample that's good enough for them so we got only the first time donation and 10$ the next and that's the first 2 donations. Also card charges 1$ for getting declined
I really love this place, especially the staff, and everything is always so clean. Calvin set me up today, and I have never had anyone find my vein and insert the needle correctly in just half a second. ?? Everyone here is skilled at what they do, and their humble confidence really shows.
The staff here have been nothing but wonderful to me. They are very friendly and courteous. Victoria and Qui are fantastic at sticking me painlessly. The vibe is always positive at this location. Thank you ladies for all that you do and keep up the great work!!
This is the worst staff ever! I have been here multiple times and never needed an appointment and today I tried and one of the employees says really loudly ?how the **** she gonna come up in here and not make an appointment? and was just so rude. She could have said it in a different way and explained nicely! I don't understand why rude people work in health care, like get another job somewhere? So I won't be back, I will go to the other place in Statesboro. I also won't be referring my friends ( who are al
Shoutout to Victoria! I loveeee Victoria?s personality. Customer service is second to none! Every stick is painless with her! Calvin is a thorough trainee as well. I've enjoyed both of them this week.
Eriana and caitlyn are great people!! They do great jobs, very welcoming, always having a beautiful smile on their faces!! Always making sure my questions are answered professionally!!!
I enjoy coming in here. Connie, Jalissa, and Caitlyn always take great care of me and my wife! Shout-out to the whole team you guys are wonderful!
I've been coming to biomat for a while now and it's always a good experience but today was an awesome experience. Calvin was the person that stuck me and I am a hard stick and I did not feel a thing. It was an amazing experience. He is an awesome awesome person, it was truly the best experience I've had at biomat I will ask for Calvin every time I come in there from now on I hope that I have an uncle relationship with him for the rest of my time with biomat.
They are a very respectful, nice, and clean facility but the only flaw is when setting appointments u will still have to wait if there are new donors coming in my appt was at 1030 I ain't get stuck til 1130
Calvin was amazing! No one can ever find my veins and not only did he find it i barely felt a thing! really amazing service!
Was a great experience the first time around, but I went in today and the girl said my vein infiltrated. She was very careless when sticking me and was talking to her coworker about ?hating to come back to work? I was already nervous after that, but then just gave me a sports drink and told me I could leave. She did not tell me how to take care of it afterwards. Her visor had the nickname Qui on it I'm pretty sure. I know reviews don't really get handled, but I'm really surprised over this. I'm not the type
Caitlyn, Romel, and Eriana that work at front desk are very helpful and nice. They always greet me with a nice attitude and assist me with any troubles that I have.
The African American ladies that is working is so unprofessional don't get me wrong I'm not racist because I'm an African American lady myself but why do black people have to stand around and laugh joke and loudly talk instead of getting the people in and out there you joking and laughing while hooking up the machines you just talk entirely too much before checking people in . Please be professional people have things to do and places to go.. Stop all the chic chatting that's what lunch time is for and I s
Eriana is a wonderful associate, she gives very good customer service. A very friendly associate that gets her job done efficiently.
Eriana, Jalissa, Cece, and Caitlyn are outstanding workers I've seen them all work good by themselves they always help brighten up my day if I'm angry or upset shoutout to them
Love the people and place but i feel like 1. They don't pay us enough for our plasma. 2. We need tv while sitting here 30mins-1 hr. 3. If the employees can't get a good stick out of more than 4-5 people, they need to be gone! That just messes up the donor?s arm.
During my donation had the pleasure to meet Kevin, that young man has a good working attitude, happy and professional, more people need to be like Kevin.
I wanted to personally Thank Jalissa Booker at Biomat USA. She normally has a smile on her face and has good conversation every time she services me. I appreciate her and all she does.
It's a great environment to donate plasma. The staff members is very friendly with great donor service. When screening Caitlyn is very friendly easy to cope with. Of you not sure what to do just ask Caitlyn she will answer your questions professionally. I recommend everyone that wants to donate plasma come to this facility that's located in Statesboro Georgia
Eriana, jalissa,Caitlyn,Cece are a wonderful group of girls they make my experience in the front better. Victoria and Charnay are great phlebs ask for them!
Eriana and Jalissa were very kind and patient I look forward in seeing they faces when I come in. When you go in ask for them.and cece is always helpful and talking.
Just went in Tuesdays the place is so unprofessional walked in and one with a green band around her head and the other one had two short ponytails they was laughing and playing and unprofessional hopefully the new faces I seen put the company together they was working and very professional. But everytime I come I see the old ones unprofessional and loud.
The lady LIED to me telling me I couldn't give plasma because I had too many tattoos...mind you I haven't had any new work done in almost a year!! This place is very poorly ran by these woman at this place. DO YOUR JOB or go home and let someone who knows what they are talking about! If I could give this place a rating it definitely wouldn't even be 1 star!! Get new employees!!!
I love the staff here they do a great job of making you feel comfortable with the entire process here as well as being very friendly every single I've been here.
This is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized facility. I've been told 3 different things within 3 weeks. I was told I didn't need an appointment and to just bring my paperwork back?when I did that I was informed that I would in fact need an appointment. I was ONLY informed to eat a good meal and drink plenty of water the day of and before (not knowing or being told that dairy can affect plasma) If I would?ve known that I would?ve made sure to watch what I was eating.I made the appointment and arri
Calvin is amazing! Everything is done by protocol, and very professional!" Very nice person, the experience is worth it????
They take real good care of you and make sure you're as comfortable as possible. Charnay is one of the best people to get the job done .
Eriana, Caitlyn, Cece, and jalissa is the best they make my visit easy and I always get a good laugh I love them, Go see them .
I've donated at the Hinesville location and always had a wonderful experience there. In and out in no time (less than an hour), very professional/friendly staff; so I was excited when this Biomat opened closer to home, but I have been incredibly disappointment both times I've visited the Statesboro location. My first day I was in there for 4 hours. The 2nd day I was out faster, but it still took me 2 hours. Might I add that the donation process itself only takes me about 30 minutes. Don't get me wrong, the
I had an amazing experience with dct caitlyn. She is great with people. Listens to me when I have concerns.
Jalissa and Eriana are my favorites they keep me laughing everytime I come in there service is amazing great job girls ??
The staff is wonderful. Charnay, Qui, and Victoria are great sticks they never give me any problems.
They have great communication skills, extremely hardworking and very nice shout out to the ones in the front especially jalissa
Their okay My only problem is trying to call and make an appointment. They don't know how to answer the phone apparently, like their just sooo busy... And it's plenty of nurses for no one not to be able to answer...
I came so close to contacting an attorney but decided not to put any more energy into this place! The lady in charge is aggressive and disrespectful. If you dare question anything, she will belittle you and dismiss your feelings. I donated once and attempted to donate the second time and they destroyed my arm! It took almost 2 months for the bruises to fade; which of course, caused a deferral. (Not that I would EVER return to Biomat- I have NEVER felt so disrespected) I ultimately went to Freedom Plasma in
The girls that work there some of them treat the donors disrespectful they don't act professionally and they complain that they can't find a vein and made me feel uncomfortable I hope the manager have a meeting with them about this because it made me feel like I wanted to go to another plasma center. they said to me that they don't like when I come there because they can't find my veins
The Manager there is Evil she discharged out of Spite just Bcuz I gave blood 1 time at Another plasma center... When She Talked to me She Smurked and Smiled... That She had discharged me ... She didn't half to but it Made her Happy to Not let me Earn my money I Really need Just to eat ... I Ran out A GAS after I left there... The Manager was Happy that I couldn't give my blood donation and Make sum money bcuz she knew I needed the money and She was Happy I Didn't get it ...Some people just Want to Make Life
They just let the phone ring and walk by it as if it's not a place of business, so unprofessional. I just don't get it! They need more help and more pay so that these workers would stop being lazy or over work, whichever it is. Annoying ??
Calvin,Charnay,Davona & Meme have been great and when they stick me I barely feel it
Do not waste your time. Just start at the other location in Statesboro. Every staff member in there has a different set of rules or no one really knows. I'm not sure but I get told one thing and come to find out that employee is wrong always?.I'm done wasting my gas. I will go to a center where the employees are better educated on the regulations.
Very nice staff and so helpful if you have questions. Giving plasma made me feel like I was helping someone anonymously because you don't know where or who it goes too. Thank you to all the staff.
Eriana is a pleasant person vibrant and nice as hell very patient and easy to talk to
Great experience ask for Calvin he is great definitely needs a raise
Jalissa is a very independent worker I always see her in front by herself.
This place is slow but I've had to wait for hours. And them after I was seated in the back I still waited and hour before I was hooked to the plasma machine. Also some of the employees or getto and very unprofessional. Need Major Improvements....
Great experience. Staff were friendly and explained things. I was nervous and they were super encouraging. Thank you!
HOURS OF OPERATION AND PAY PREVENT REPEAT DONORS!!!!!!! I understand they are many factors that go in to determining pay and operating hours, however due to work many people can not donate with in the hours and choose biomat competitors even for lower pay because there open on Saturdays. Other biomats operate 7 days a week 12 hour days. PAY- while any extra money is better then no money biomat Statesboro are limiting donors numbers by not raising the pay. Its one thing to live in the dorms across from the
If I could I would give 0 stars. Every time you go it's a hour + wait . The fact they can't stay fully staffed speaks for itself. It is a poorly ran site and it shows.
Qui & Charnay helped me so much with my donation. Always friendly and knowledgeable
Good experience great service Charnay is one of the best with sticking me painlessly
The slowest plasma donation facility iv experienced. Anywhere else takes only 1 hour, here it's a minimum of 2 hours. Very slow paste workers. very frustrating..
Qui and char was a great help they helped assist me through my whole donation great service I will be returning
Victoria did a wonderful job sticking me today.
Are yall open on Monday
Victoria knows how to go get that vein. Job well done always
This place was the worst place anyone can go to and give plasma. They are rude, nasty people they aren't safe with anything they are completely nasty ?? I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place at all they lie about the money they give you after giving plasma and they take way to long to give you the money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Someone needs to close that place down.
Staff is very nice and friendly, process is easy and a decent wait time.
I love this place they are great and the new equipment they have you will be in and out in less than a hour.
Calvin is absolutely amazing!!!!!
Chanay is always is nice and welcoming to me
The best in Statesboro GA. Try it out for yourself you will love it.
seem like my blood pressure is only too high when im at there facility
Never answer the gd phone. Been tryna call for months never answer so I can never ask questions. SMH.
Great staffing always a good experience
...NOTHING NICE TO SAY... WORST PLACE TO DONATE !!!The Staff are VERY Unprofessionall!!!
Employees and nurses were very helpful and polite.
The process is fast compared to Freedom.
Good customer service at the front
Eriana is the best ever
I've had nothing but great experiences here
Calvin is the best !!!!!
Literally zero sense of urgency.
Everyone was very nice.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
