They were absolutely amazing! My phlebotomist got my iv right in and painless. They made me feel so comfortable and made the whole process enjoyable! I will definitely keep donating! So happy my first time donating was a great experience!

I have been coming here for almost a year now and I love the staff, they treat you like family and they are always excited to see me come in! Working customer service for over 15 years myself, it's always nice to find a place that can match your energy!! I look forward to my twice weekly donations just to get to be around good company. Been going to this center for 2 months now, the phlebotomist's are top notch, the screeners are top notch. The management not so much, they lied to my wife about new donor fees, they give me grief if I have a bonus text and the worst part of all is waiting 30 minutes to get paid after you leave the place. I have been a plasma donor for the past few years, specifically at this location. Each time I've visited I have been treated kindly and the staff has always been friendly. Went in to donate for the first time after not donating for a while. Brought a female friend to be a new donor. Noticed some kind of communication between the front staff and staff in the back. Female phlebotomists peaking from the donation floor and looking at me in a very suspicious way (one first then another in a very passive manner). Chelsea is a gosh dang liar I can tell you that! And I know why they are cool with lying to someone's face! They are the only plasma place in the whole dang area so you are forced to take it or leave it! Well I will NEVER go back. I will drive an hour to go to CSL in the city before stepping foot in Grifols again!

Andrea (tall dark hair glasses) decided that Grifols policy was different from what was on the website at her discretion. She was hateful, rude, and dismissive. I wouldn't dare support this business due to her negligent and dismissive behavior. She refused to give show me or give me a copy of her made up policy. I will be calling to speak to her office manager to discuss her rude and ridiculous attitude. For the love of GOD don't donate here.

Grifols is a great place to donate plasma. Great staff and positive attitude. I enjoy the conversations I have with them when I am donating. I've donated here 38 times now and will keep coming until I leave Stillwater.

I have donated here 9 times now and I have to say every experience has been wonderful. The place is very clean and runs efficiently. All of the employees I've encountered have been very polite and professional.

I have three favorites, so what does that make me? Grifols as a company definitely should make some changes, but the staff at the Stillwater location is awesome. This is my favorite place to go to get poked.

Had to wait 30 minutes to actually donate. Appointment was at 5:15 and got hooked up at 5:45, Adequately busy but no reason to wait longer than maybe 10 minutes. Management style needs to get fixed.

This center has faulty equipment. From the machines at the vital station to the machines that draw the blood/ plasma and even the donor app. I went the other day to donate and several people were deferred for the day because the machines at the vital stations were giving bad readings, I don't think it's coincidence that several guest had super high blood pressure but felt fine. Also I have seen the machine shut off randomly when guest are trying to donate and at no fault to the workers, nothing can be done

Really friendly staff. From the moment you walk in, until you walk out the door. The nurses are so awesome. Sure some people get turned away but not because they aren't liked. There are rules that list reasons a person isn't able to donate and the nurses have to follow them. The screeners are always great and the plebotomists know what they are doing. Yes, sometimes something happens like the machine messes up (rarely), or you get a bruise (you are getting stuck with a needle) but, most the time it's smooth

So far I've only donated a few times but the staff all seem to be really nice and genuinely try to make you time donating there as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this place to people and I'm for sure gonna keep coming back cause why not it's free money.

Have a few unprofessional staff that work the front and get upset over answering a question wrong in the kiosk? they assume if I wanted to lie the first time don't you think I would do it again the second? I get it's for safety but maybe listen to the people who actually come in to donate instead of assuming and terminating someone for a stupid reason instead of coming to terms.

This plasma center is the worst one I've ever been to. The female staff come across like they better than you. Assume stuff because you answered a question wrong on the kiosk. It's like pulling teeth to even donate once. For future donors make sure to not say yes on anything pertaining to if you have depression or anxiety issues because they will then give you a piece of paper saying an MD must sign this paper after they do a mental health evaluation hahahahaha ??. They view it as if you have depression

I've been going here with my husband for nearly 10 years. It's gone downhill by a lot. They mess up your stick a lot and blame you. I've had very bad experiences with some of the staff. They can be extremely rude and aggressive at times. Their new "appointments" is stupid imo. My husband donates Fridays and Sundays, and he went Friday and then went to schedule his appointment early in the morning on Sunday, and there were none available, so he missed out on the second donation. He is always so easygoing and makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Not to mention, very professional, friendly, and a great phlebotomist... even though I don't have the easiest arms to work with! I absolutely love the staff here from the front desk to the guys in the back. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. As a person who has had to give blood quite a bit, I have never been dug into here, not even a bruise. I highly recommend especially if you are short on funds, the pay is great!!

Otherwise, everyone is professional, courteous and all around cool to interact with. A great experience every time! The facility is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very professional and they have great personalities. This makes the experience of donating to help others even better. It's also a great way to make a few extra dollars. Roughly an hour twice a week and you will take home $130-$135 minimum. Bring an buddy and get $100 bonus!

Very clean and short wait times compared to other locations!

The staff that was there was extremely rude to my husband and he tried 3 times to donate and they didn't tell him everything he needed.he called before hand to make sure he had everything and they where down right rude and disrespectful every time. The worst part is the staff member Leah told him to get serious about donating when I tried 3 Times to make sure he had everything. Completely wasted our time and our gas will never be going here again.

Friendly staff. They always make me feel comfortable and they make sure to check in on me during the donation process, which makes me feel well cared for. The staff also loves to chat if you get bored during the donation, which is great if you like conversations and stuff. They also let me study during the donation so they left me alone where i could read quietly. Overall, an amazing, clean clinic that I will continue to come back to for years.

All in all, my experiences here have been great and an easy way to make a few extra bucks. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and they do their best to keep you safe and comfortable. The wait times can be quite long depending on the time, but it is worth it.

Great staff, great place to donate and help

The staff at Biomat is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as you can be with a needle in your arm. Each staff person makes an effort to get to know you, your preferences, and your dislikes. The pay is competitive and the atmosphere is clean. 10/10 recommend.

Most of the staff was friendly but unfortunately there was a lot of issues with inserting the needle and finding a vein to use. My arm swelled up so badly and now I have such a large bruise I don't think it'll go away within the time span they give you to donate three times!! I know other people who have donated have felt it's a hit or miss there, but good way for college students to earn extra money quick!

I've since moved so I no longer donate there but all of my experiences were good. I felt that the place was clean. The staff was always very friendly to me. I never had a long wait. You get paid very quickly. Overall I enjoyed donating at BPL.

The staff is always so friendly here, they have never made me feel like I'm inconveniencing them for anything. Very personable people who remember you when you walk in, it helps me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation as I do not like needles. They are great here!

The facility has always been clean, as well the staff are always in good humor. They are knowledgeable about the procedure and happy to answer questions. I enjoy all the staff. They are very friendly and always make me feel taken care of. They are very good at what they do. Many times when I have had to have blood tests done lab workers had trouble getting a vein but nobody at Stillwater has had any trouble . Thank you all for your professionalism and friendliness.

Obviously this plasma center doesn't know how to answer the phone bc the employees are incompetent on how to do their jobs correctly bc they should know how to multitask by taking care of patients and answering questions and also crucial part is answering the phone

I absolutely love coming to donate every week! I go twice a week and the staff is always so friendly and fun! And it goes so quick now for me! I'd recommend everyone that can donate to do so! Your helping save a life along with making money for it! There's always promotions to earn extra money as well! It's fun!

I always have a great experience here! They get me in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible, all the while keeping a positive attitude. My comfort is a main priority and I appreciate that so much!

My experience was fairly well, everyone there is just so friendly and nice and helpful which is good and I appreciate that but the young lady that did my arm was a little rough with the needle when she put it in so it did hurt me not that bad but I did explain that I didn't like needles very much and asked if she can be gentle. I wished she would have followed that or maybe had somebody else poke me is all. Thank you so much!

Decent place if you need quick money, but as far as parking goes I believe they need to invest in parking lots or pay for your ticket. It's not the donors fault for where this is built, but subjected to the facility standards if they know its going to be longer than 45 minutes.

Blew my vein because the staff zoned out and was not paying attention while drawing my blood. I understand it was the end of the day, but being negligent is not acceptable. My arm is now swollen and I will be reluctant to ever go back here. Also half the systems were down/not working the whole time I was trying to register. Extremely frustrating.

The staff at BPL are always polite, helpful, humorous and caring! I appreciate their kindness as well as their continuous attention to all procedures. Everyone?s (28 out of 30), delightful personalities bring joy to a worthy cause! Thanks to everyone for a pleasant endeavor, twice a week.

Last three visits were a waste of time. First, my arm turned purple from the amount of time it took for a younger dude to move the needle over and over. The second time an employee messed up the setup on my machine and I left not even 10 minutes into it. I get a call to come for my second donation and then I am told I will have to retake my physical because their employee messed up. Fairly nice place but the hoops I have had to jump through are unacceptable.

This place makes me feel good about making money for only an hour of my time :) Saving lives is a cool side effect too

The staff is always friendly and they work really hard to make your donation as enjoyable as possible. I never liked needles but the professionalism of this facility has helped me over come my fear. There is always a new promotion every month and different ways to win/earn more money. The process is almost painless, some staff are so good you won't feel a thing, others it's just a pinch. Make sure you drink plenty of water the day before you donate to help your donation go faster & Free wifi! :-)
