Shania did a great job sticking me for the first time and the money is good cause I get to have a little money in my pocket and the staff are very nice

Watch them and make them change gloves when doing your intake. People donate that don't tell the truth on their testing then it's too late. Several of the girls have attitude issues not all are friendly. However some are sweet as pie. Mixed review, but your health is more important than their feelings. Speak up and make sure they are held to medical standards they are to abide by.

I always have a good experience when I come here. Hannah is mainly the lady to help me get through it all. She is really AWESOME!!!

Great place to donate. People are friendly, the donation process is fast, and it goes to a good cause! The money is decent, compared to other facilities, and sometimes there's bonuses. Some caveats: It's a medical process that requires physicals, screenings, and questionnaires, even before the plasmapheresis process itself. It takes time. Do your part by drinking enough water, being patient, and paying attention to the instructions and your phlebotomist.

Went in first time donor gave my id that he perfectly well knew was Kentucky. Had me fill out a social security paper to run my social then all a sudden says he can't take my Kentucky DL when he knew that from start to finish. Then I ask for paper with my social on it and he says they destroyed it. No proof or anything. And it's like he was laughing to another tech like he was playing god or something. I can't believe he acted this way.

I checked in on the app before i got there. I got there at 8am and at 1030 im in donor but still not hooked up. People standing around and talking instead of trying to get people out of here in a timely manner. Peopke have other things to do with there time.

Half the staff is extremely rude and forget they have a job because of the donors. The other half is just the opposite and makes donating a pleasant experience. I do not choose to donate here (as some of the workers say). but it is a necessity. I can't say don't donate here but expect to be treated poorly and thankful when you're not.

Anytime I visit BPL it's always a wonderful experience. The staff are very kind, caring, fun, and professional which always has me looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to help save lives and make friends along the way. You guys are the best!!

I've never had so many issues getting paid for plasma donation. I donated 8 times and had issues 6/8 times. THATS RIDICULOUS. by far the WORST plasma center I've been to and the WORST pay. They don't adequately compensate plus you have to fight to even get your money??? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Oh and don't donate at the end of the week or you won't get paid. They don't care. Reception area is very nice and clean. The employees up front like Jessica and Shelonda are inviting always smiling and so professional. When going to the back Claretha was very polite, professional and knew her job well. Natalia was helpful with my questions and eager to assist. Overall it was a great visit and can't wait to come back. It's a great feeling donating to such a good cause and being able to help so many people.

I have been a donor for well over 5 yrs now, so I've been thru BPL, Biomat, and now Grifols, and thru many staff changes. Most experiences are good, however, lately there have been more bad than good. I completely understand how the process works and some days they are understaffed and certain days are busier than others, so I'm always prepared to wait. HOWEVER, when you have more than 15 donors waiting to be called onto a bed and there are more than 6 empty beds and fully staffed on that day and literally

I love to go to the Biomat USA in Texarkana, TX. The entire staff working at the center are very professional and friendly, and especially Keandra is always nice and polite. She does great job. I will go back soon!

On today's visit to Biomat USA I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in, very clean and professional establishment, the entire experience was wonderful and the best part is my plasma could be used to help save lives! Shay was very nice and professional, I couldn't even feel it when she put the needle in my arm I would %100 recommend coming here! 10/10 I will definitely be back :) big thanks to the entire staff at Biomat USA for being so friendly.

Don't know what happened since the last time I went but the staff has seriously gone downhill in the past year. The staff used to be at least courteous in a professional way now they just process you like you're cattle. This newer staff is rude and apathetic and they skip around on the list or don't even try to get the people's attention when it's their turn. They just lazily call out names from the clipboard and if you don't hear them the first time then the move on to someone else. I ended up waiting over

Bruce and most of the other staff that work there is kind. The manager could have better ethical manners and tact. That is all right now that I can say about that.

Been here cent 830. It's 930 now. My paperwork wouldn't scan and for the last 45 they workers have been more worried hooking up other people rather than trying to reprint mine paper that their printer messed up. I asked for an update on what going on. Which I guess was that is to much to ask for and they get an upset. Like their the 1s that be waiting almost for them to job smdh.

First time donor. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. Alot of talking done amongst each other by front staff. A big thank you to Nurse Tangya!! She is so sweet and nice. Explained everything to me and let me ask questions. Never rude and made me feel at ease. More people should be like her!! Overall I will be going back to donate again. I hope to have Nurse Tangya!

Only rated a 1 so it would post. I'm currently here now, we arrived at around 3:30 and it's now 7 and my husband JUST started donating. From what I've seen the staff stands out side smoking and eating the majority of the time. I'd definitely recommend going somewhere else!

If I could, I would give 3.5. I love some of them there, always making me feel welcome. I only let Shea Cody or logan stick me. The two times had someone else stick me, they dug in my arm and couldn't get it right, making it supper painful and was still bleeding three 3hr later and was bruised from it. So now, if Shea Cody Logan or the new girl Whitney aren't not gonna donate, some of the managers can be super rude around us donors.

There are more beds, more staff, nd they pay a little more. The problem is the system they use is super slow. I'm here now and have been for over an hour, hooked up 14mins ago, but have only completed 1 cycle. Sure to improper sticking with the needle so adjustments had to take place. I would rather the pay we got before nd the in nd out process instead of new crew a few extra bucks but donating takes almost 2 hours. Even when there aren't that many people donating.

Very poor management I've noticed they treat certain employees better than others mostly in their office especially when the phlebotomist are backed up and need help they still don't come out and help I see the see 3 girl phlebotomist in there every time I come in which is jasmine chetta and shay. Management is very unprofessional.

First desk ladies are rude at times but other overall place is ok! Jas is the BEST and Brooklyn is so nice and sweet!

Overall staff is super friendly but sometimes have a tendency to talk over the top of you about other staff and how much they would rather be any where else the process has changed alot machines are nice but can still take over 30 minutes to get setup

Probably the most stupid rules a place can come up with! They hire people off the street with no experience and have left major bruising on me because of it, they are unprofessional and rude!

Went for the first time today and Shelonda and Tangya were very informative about what to expect and put me at ease. Everything was well explained and the technicians doing the withdrawal of plasma were also friendly and informative.

This Black Friday I called into the center on Arkansas blvd in Texarkana and asked if they were open and how the que was. I was told it was open and moving along fine. I arrived at 1350 cst signed in and began my wait. I waited until 1615 to be told I was next after being skipped over. Then I was informed that I needed a physical due to the fact it had been almost 6 months since I had last donated. Then I was the told by the manager that they wouldn't have known I needed a physical till they pulled my file.

Jessica and Shilonda and all the staff are always friendly and professional. I've not had a bad experience there yet and I've been donating almost a year now.

Everyone at BPL are always courteous and try their best to make you comfortable when you are donating, the inside is very clean and they use sanitizing wipes after each donor, they check up on you frequently to make sure everything is still fine and your comfortable. I would recommend BPL to everyone, if you refer a friend they add extra money to your donation that day, overall it is nice, clean, and your comfort is one of their top priorities.

Had a good experience this time but most times the employees talk to each other to much instead of working. I feel more supervision is needed.
