I donate twice a week consistently. I've donated for probably five years. I have never had an employee be rude to me until last week when a screener named Rachael decided to take a tone with me. I had a 530 appt and asked (at 615) politely if she could tell me what time slot she was up to. She told me no (which isn't true). She then rattled off a number of reasons/excuses why screening was running so late and that if I "would have just been patient," I would have found out that I was next. I went to sit ba

Nicest staff of anywhere I've gone. Always make sure you are good, quick to react to any issues. Makes donating a lot more pleasant. I'm a tough stick sometimes and it's rare they ever have an issue.

First donation I came in at 4:45 they didnt want to do the restick based on being busy at closing, so they unhooked and paid me for the donation. When returning for my second donation I had to get a coaching and reminded that I can be deferred for 30 days next time . It shouldn't have only fell back on me staff should've received a coaching as well .

They are always friendly and welcoming when coming into the center! They train their employees well, and work with trainees who might struggle with the needle stick. I have been donating for nearly 5 years and have had very few issues. I think it's a great way to give back, plus they compensate for your time!

I've been going here for years. The staff is fast, friendly, and professional. Easy way to make some quick cash while helping people who need these medications.

I've been here multiple times now and every time I've been welcomed happily by the staff. They're all so lovely and friendly, and have the most gentle touch when it comes to inserting the needle in my arm. I highly recommend coming here to donate plasma, you walk out feeling good knowing you're helping others.

Always fast, helpful, very nice. I was disappointed after the 6th street location closed because close to work so quit donating for a while. It has been great since going again! Some familiar faces from before and always very pleasant experience. I get a little extra spending $$$ and I help people!!! Win-win!

This is by far the best plasma donation center in town. I love how donations are by appointment, the app is easy to use, and there's chairs to sit in while you wait. The staff is well trained, very friendly, and seem to work very well with each other.I never spend any longer than an hour and a half here each time. Very friendly and professional

Location on Gage is very efficient. They move fast , are trained well and treat all situations with a sense of urgency. No matter the situation, they have always shown professional good character when making real time decisions.

Well, this WAS "THE BEST" plasma center that I've ever been to, and I have been to every single one in a 100 mile radius. (See my updated segment) CSL, Octapharma, BPL... pshhh... they pale in comparison. They can't compete with the level of professionalism and hospitality that Grifols provides them. It's always clean and I'm in and out with the quickness. Not once have I had a bad experience with these wonderful people, these phlebotomists truly know what they're doing and care about us donors. Savanah and Christi are both amazing and caring people who seem to love this job! Would recommend anyone to this establishment with these wonderful people! I get told if I am in pain to tell some so I do and me being pain makes me a little loud I get told if I raise my voice agian I will be Permanently deferred. So with being said if I want to keep helping people with my donations I can't express when I am pain with out theses people thinking I am mad never asked if I was mad never said anything to just asked like everything was OK and I go in today for them to tell me if I get "mad" agian I will be Permanently deferred. Very polite staff, well worth it, Extremely nice and respectful, This place has hard working staff that are so warm welcoming I love it here so calm and relaxed and mellow and you can even hear jokes from other staff to give yah a good laugh.

Sometimes you just want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came. Great staff and appointments keep you from staying too terribly long. Relax and let the staff take care of you.

Absolutely amazing staff and customer service. Fell in love from the first time I walked through the doors. My main reason for donating is because of my mom who is now no longer with us and coming here makes me feel at home and welcome everytime reminding me why I do it in the first place!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else to donate. The process is quick and easy especially if you use the online kiosk and preanswer your questions process is much quicker.

This center is great, I have been coming for over 3 years and they have been very nice and helpful. Most of the workers know me by name. Karrington does a very good job, and works hard. Samy has worked there since I started donating and it is great to see a normal face. I really like that they have personalities and are friendly, despite how hard they work, and how long the days are. That is why I keep coming back. I tried CSL once, came right back to Grifols.

I appreciate that they've overcome some hurdles in staffing and consistency in the last year. They do their best to provide a positive experience for each donor. I keep coming back because of this.

Griffols on Gage has gone through many changes over the past few months. This has caused longer than normal wait times and I'm sure customers have gotten impatient at times. However, the staff continues to greet you with smiles and they seem to stay positive. Great job Griffols on Gage team!
