I had a great experience at this plasma donation center! The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the entire donation process was smooth and efficient. I've donated here a couple of times and generally it's been great but once in a while it's not. I was wondering if during the screening process if I am I able to request for a different nurse. I didn't feel comfortable with the one I had. She seemed very stand off and didn't even take my blood sample correctly. Her movements spoke a lot since she hardly said anything to me. Kept scoffing and leaving the table. Everything she held was like it was dirty. It was an unpleasant experience. As if she was annoyed

Let me start off by saying that the entire staff is extremely nice and very kind. Especially Hannah but I gave 2 stars because no matter what time I make my appointments I end up waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour in between when I walk in the door and when I actually start donating and that's the irritating part because at that point what good is the appointment system. I end up spending very close to over 2 hours each visit?for example my appointment today was at 12:45 and it is now 1:40 PM and I stil

First time here ( I've donated at other center before) and it is a great experience! Very clean, well organized and friendly staff. I'm glad I found out about this place, it makes the process much more enjoyable.

Absolutely loved this place! Vanessa and Indalia are the most sweetest people, took amazing care of me and showed me all the benefits of donating! I will for sure be coming back! I recommend everyone around the area to come to this location !

4th time donating at this location and company. Only 1 of the 3 regular donations was I in a chair in 15 minutes (appointment and triage check in). 2x now, had 30-45 minutes wait before triage. Labor day, the website showed appointments available all day. I made a 10:30 appointment at 9:15am. Show up at 10:20 and the lobby is packed and 19 people ahead of me. Quoted 45 minute wait. I was told "its a holiday and we had some people call in sick". Ponder this, 1) a website appointment system can't be adjuste

Waited three hours to get helped. Other people came in way after me and even left while I am still waiting on someone. It is crazy! I waited forever at the front desk, they saw me and ignored me. Waited in a booth and no one came over to talk to me. I ended up having to show my a** a little bit, to get some attention. Do not really recommend this place, super judgy people. Here is a thorough review as someone who has been to both Grifols and Biolife: New patient process: Grifols takes roughly 3 hours, have to watch an informational video, get a physical, and then start the patient process, as to where at Biolife it takes only about an hour, you receive your physical then start the patient process. Employee Abigail (abby) gives certain donors extra on their donation card. She doesn't do it to all donors only the ones she likes. She begs male donors for money to Zelle to her. And harrasses them at home. very unprofessional

The staff here is amazing and very kind. They handle each donor in a timely manner, I'm in and out in about a hour. Depending on how fast you donate. I live in San bdno, but I much rather driver out here due to the staff. The place is clean and all the staff is very professional. They also give a good payout per donation and bonuses. Each month they give new good pay outs.

The lady here is very mean she turned me down because of my residence but I were told that your first time is welcome with out proof that is a lie while you're sitting there waiting they run your address through the GPS system

I enjoy donating at GRIFOLS in Upland, California. The stuff are professional and caring. I highly recommend donating plasma here for the benefit of helping people that need it and getting payed at the same time.

The facility is clean and easy to find. The staff is friendly, fast, and kind. But Natalie is the best. She made my day by making my donor experience simple; and then she looked for me on the donor floor to give me a very important personal document I left in the lobby. Abby was my phlebomist, and she went out of her way to make sure I get a return donor bonus . Excellent staff all around, but Natalie and Abby are the best! P.s. to manager: Natalie and Abby deserve immediate pay raises.

Everyone is quite friendly, helpful and easy going. Sometimes there is a wait depending how many people are there but for the most part they try to see you asap. The people who do the sticking the needle in are always on point with cleanliness and sanitation so its 1 of my fav locations

Just like other places they have their off days but even when its packed. They are always trying their hardest to get people in as fast as possible. Way better than nearby alternatives like biolife. Been donating almost a year and never have issues and always have an easy time. They even tell you the best times to come in. Usually only takes me like 1 and a half for everything. Great place!

Poor customer service not willing to work with willing people to donate think the are high and mighty this is the worst service I've ever received from any biomat will never use these idoits again please if you can avoid this place don't come here at all this is the only biomat that makes you jump through hopes making it impossible to clear to donate they expect more then any biomat just to be considered I was transferring form another biomat and they wanted more then other biomat just to donate never come

So far so good, make sure you come with plenty of time for the initial donation. Staff was very friendly and helpful and do their best to make the process quick and easy. They offer bonuses and referral perks as well! Very clean and cheerful music playing.

My first time here at Biomat . Staff here was very kind attentive. After going through the first time donor process I got stuck and I was only here for about 45 min. It was super simple and easy . This plasma donor center in Upland is great. Everyone who works here is very nice. The RN Idalia was so nice and helpful. The Phlebotomist was amazing and I truly recommend coming to the Upland location.

This place was very helpful, from educating me on the process all the way to hospitality. The process was not as long as I expected and oddly enough, I was comfortable from start to finish. If you're interested in donating plasma, Biomat would be my first choice before any other facility.

Great, friendly, and very personable staff at this location. I came in on what looked like a very busy day for my first time and it didn't change staff demeanor for the negative in anyway whatsoever. That is saying something! Staff remained friendly despite having to wait a little bit longer than hoped for (still within their approximated time-frame for a first-time visit though). The RNs and phlebotomist were all pleasant and helpful to work with. They answered all the questions I had and took their time.

Terrible customer service never answers phone when people call so you cannot either schedule or you cannot find out about your donor privileges

Biomat Upland is the best establishment to donate blood and help people in need. Coming here is always a great experience its fast and every employee is kind and respectful. Also if you need a job they have an excellent work environment.

I have been coming to Biomat in Upland California for over 2 years and I have loved my experience! They are so sweet and remember me and my husband every time we come in. They are welcoming and my nurse Indalia answers all of my questions when they come up. All of their technicians are very well trained and make sure you feel comfortable. I love coming here ??

Indalia and Kimberly are so sweet, they helped me when I felt lightheaded and thought I would have to cancel my donation. Booked an appointment as a first-time donor online and when I showed up I was told they basically only honor walk-ins. I was then told the wait would be 4 -5 hours, which obviously I didn't have time for. I would love to give plasma, but if my only option is waking up at 5:30 am and driving the 20 minutes there in the hopes that the wait isn't ridiculous, maybe it just isn't for me. For my first plasma donation it was actually very comfortable. Even while donating I didn't feel pain at all, didn't even feel the needle go inside. If you'd like to donate I recommend coming to the Biomat here in Upland to do so.

I have been coming for a few months now. Everyone is so nice so you get to know the technicians. The place is always clean and beds gets cleaned immediately after every donor. They are also always giving away gifts which is nice. I'm glad I can donate and help those in need.

Staff is pretty nice. Just wish they pay more and offer bonuses again. What happened to the 50/100 donations. Now they just offer 40/80 payments. And that isn't enough money to get stuck in your arm in Southern California.
