staffing can cost a company lots of money so far I've been.denyed to.donate simply cause staff doesn't like me asking questions I'm healthy no drugs but can't donate cause I asked questions about why my arm was injured from staff that not very good or very nice they can be mean rough with the process and the ppl making donations take all the blame and loss when staff makes issues with you for no.reason others than you ask questions about why am injured from donations and then they deny me donations cause

I've been in the building for over an hour and haven't started the process. After I was sat down, the employee sat two other people and helped them first. All this, while someone who was here before me is also still waiting. Not a good experience. Not professional.

I have always had a good experience. Easy to get in and out. All of the professionals are great. Ive been to donation centers with people who simply had no idea what they were doing. These people do. Never had a bad stick or anything. Great place to donate

I tried to call and get some imformation on what would disqualify a person from being able to donate. The lady said she can not tell me anything and i must come in to get that information. So why would i drive all the way there to find out i may not qualify. For whatever reason. I think it's ridiculous that they arent allowed to give you any information about what they do over the phone! Im sorry but thats just piss poor customer service.

I recieved a $50.00 coupon through my email and so I went and I asked about it and showed them and it was legitimate so I went on to donate and after leaving a few hours later I called because I had not received it yet and now they cannot honor it. I've never had problems with using any coupons that have been sent to me before and I've used just about everyone that has been sent to me. Don't believe the bad reviews, great way to make a little extra cash and the staff here are great and very professional. Consistently paid immediately after donating. Very clean facility and they always have some good music playing. Never had to wait a long time and the online appointment scheduler makes things super easy. Easy to find locations. Strongly encourage finding an early time, for evenings and lunch can get backed up. Staff is trained and will ask for help from each other and communicate when needed. Be hydrated upon coming in. Money is good if you donate routinely .(im using donations money to pay for me kids pre-k attendance this year)

Customer service was fantastic. They were very helpful and cared about my condition from start to finish. Visit didn't last longer than it needed to, but they take extra time to ensure a safe, but quick donation. However, please come prepared. I've tried to go back twice now but each time they are short staffed with 1 nurse & won't take anyone else or strongly try to sway you from staying by stressing extremely long wait times. Today I was told 2 hrs, then 3, & by the last conversation, it was a 4 hr. wait time.

Staff is friendly in the back. The front of house employees are awful. Just come in and watch them as they work with people. You'll see what I'm talking about. So I take a star away for that. Moving on, they managed to actually mislabel/lose my blood sample from my first donation. When I came in for the second donation, I had to start from scratch. I just started donating here. An I do have to say that I wish I would have done it sooner. But, better late then never. They have a awesome staff, you do go for a screening. Easy process, an once completed. You donate plasma. Not only are you helping your fellow Americans. You also get compensated for your time. It's definitely a win-win situation. All the staff at Grifols Biomat-Victoria are so professional, friendly and dedicated to their work. They make you feel right at home and comfortable throughout the whole process of donating plasma. Donation process was informal and many reminders of drinking at least 6-8 cups of water the DAY BEFORE to speed up donation process and hydration. and eat a snack 3-4 hours before donation. Instead of a Part Time Job, I make more donating plasma twice a week for a few hours AND I'm helping saving lives with the medication made from my donation. Everybody was very nice and helpful except for when i was on the donor floor a tech named isabel started talking bad about a coworker of hers being very unprofessional. Was very disappointed to see somebody like that.

I was going to them for a while before I had got sick in the beginning of the year then I return today to try and donate again after some time of sitting there (about 2 hours) they told me I would have to be signed back up as a new donor which was fine at first but they had me sitting for 2 hours just to tell me they couldn't see me because no one was paying attention to there screen to see I was to be reevaluated when they could have seen me within the first 30 mins I was there when more people arrived who

Wow, this place is the worst. After I file my complaint with the secretary of state, I'll be making complaints with yelp, Facebook, and any other platform I can reach. Besides their blatant hipaa violations, their team is rude and has no regard for customer service. Within 24 hours I had 3 people tell me 3 different things. Yikes.

Today both me and my partner were deferred from grifols biomat. I was almost permanently deferred due to an misunderstanding between me and the phlobotomist. I am now unable to donate until they fix their mistake in their system. Donating is my second form of income and my family is dependent on it for us to buy basic essentials. Grifols doesn't seem to understand that the people who regularly donate are those who need the money.

My donation today went smooth. I was told they we backed up when I came in so I expected to have along wait and I expected to see staff frustrated but the staff were pleasant and i didn't wait long.

I was there for 4 hrs before I was told I couldn't donate. The Dr. that did my physical was rude and insulting. There was little organization throughout the process. And the staff did nothing to ensure civility, people were cussing out the staff with no consequences (other places ask them to leave). Horrible experience

Terrible service! My 1st donation was horrible. The tech told me to sqeeze my hand n gave me a ball. Well the machine kept going off because my arm kept moving to sqeeze the ball. AND my arm was not even supported on a pillow. So the vein blew i ended up with bruising. Then i had to wait two weeks for a doctor to review my file. I call n was told i can come back, at center they tell me i have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks from the date of doctors review to donate! They say to let the bruises heal. They healed it

The staff need to learn universal precautions. They always have on gloves when not neeeded all the time . The touch thing hair Nd so forth and don't wash there hands .
