Hire more staff?. Having to wait in the screening line for an hour after a set appointment due to only one available worker at the front is asinine. The poor woman at the front had 5 different jobs which is unnecessary, providing another employee upfront would allow the check in and screening to move much faster. Without frustrated donors waiting longer to be seen then it does to complete an actual donation.

Amazing experience. Super clean facility. Super nice staff. Very helpful with any questions. I would recommend to anyone. Quick to be seated. Very sterile environment. The staff works fast to get you donating and out the door.

Worse donation center in Wichita Kansas..the blew both my veins out on both arms.. they don't treat you like a valued costumer there is soo much wrong with this facility and I spoke with Justin this Sunday one of the managers and I am truly disgusted with my decision to coming to this facility in the first place he made it very clear they don't value you and treat you like a bag of blood..every other donation center will allow you to ask for someone else to poke you once Ty at person messed up big time but

I have only had positive experiences with the staff. They do a great job at making sure you are safe as well. Giving here has helped me want to spread awareness to my friends and family!

They have very nice employees who take good care of you & make sure you are okay through the process! I would refer all of my friends & family to go here! Thank you guys for being so nice! ??

Got the worst bad stick I've ever gotten and complained about it. I'm not just talking about bruising, I was in pain for a month. They didn't want me to come back. To be clear, I did not make a scene, I did not swear, I did not threaten anyone. They just apparently don't like questioning the competency of their employees, regardless of how respectful you are about it. That might be one of the reasons this place is a ghost town compared to other plasma centers, despite having one of the better payouts. They

The medical and donation crew are amazing. They work hard to make sure everyone is served confidentially and comfortably. The only reason I took away a star is because of the changes that have taken place over the last few weeks. The time to donate has doubled from one to two hours, and its not hard to figure out why. Either the corporation is making staff cuts or the local administration has been told to limit their staff hours. If they don't figure out their mistake two things are likely to happen. One- d

Great place to donate. Very clean and tidy, the staff is phenominal and work quickly to get you processed through the system and get you out to the floor. Even new donors have a quick painless entry into the system and a quick process to the floor. I would recommend this center to anyone.

After 4 years of not donating and coming back, I was greeted by the wonderful Mercedes, great charisma and energy. Charly who was the misses that poked me did such a good job, I didn't even feel it. Great place to still be taken care of and a good place to donate and save lives.

Normally give in the morning, but needed to be in the afternoon today. Big shout out to the service and the employees? My tech, Charly was awesome today. She had a full bay and worked hard to get everyone out of here as quickly as possible. Great stick and very painless. Only a 4 star because it was crazy busy and took longer than normal today. Note: I've been giving for over 4 months, almost 2 times per week over that timeframe. Today I felt it was a good time to give a review.

Workers are very respectful and always helpful! New donors can expect a 3 hour experience while returning donors usually only take 1-2 hours!

I have been coming to Grifols for several months now and my experience has been positive. The facility is clean and the staff is excellent. I've been able to get in and out quickly with no issues.

This is my first time here and the staff was very welcoming and extremely nice. Place is very clean. For being the first time you get a drink and a snack. I highly recommend this facility. I will most definitely be having this center be my go to. Thank You to the wonderful staff for making me feel comfortable and welcome.

The staff is great, but out front and in the back! There seems to be a longer wait than i would like most of the time. I enjoy the bonuses they offer nearly every month. Wish they were open longer on Mondays. Overall pretty good place. ??

Very great group of stafff. Everyone is efficient and even better FRIENDLY. Not going to lie they're the QuikTrip of Plasma centers and that should say a lot in its self. They're always there when and if you need them not to mention they treat you as a human being and not just a bum trying to get money. I love Griffols but their team is what makes the ORGANIZATION great 10/10 DEFINITELY RECCOMEND ! ??

The mid aged receptionist blonde/brown hair is so rude to EVERYONE. I brought a single parent here so they can get some food for kids and self? that employee is so rude and evil I wish I wasn't between pay days as I'd just tell the parent let's go as nobody should be treated like this! Edgemore/54 location. OWNER OR TOP BOSS PLEASE REMIND STAFF TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS

Highly recommend this center for their professionalism and kindness. I also applaud them for trying their best to keep each individual comfortable. I've had no issues since I started coming to this center, and have been able to donate each and every time. Thank you biomat for allowing me to be apart of your community.

I have had nothing but a fantastic experience at griffols. Great customer service and friendly stay. They also keep it clean and organized and get to people quickly.

I would highly recommend donating plasma at Grifols Biomat. From the friendly, informative vital techs to the skilled AND friendly phlebotomists to the top of the line plasma machines, my experience with Grifols is highly rated. Class: 2nd to None.

Biomat Wichita is probably the cleanest and friendliest plasma place I have ever been too. The building the equipment, the restrooms and waiting areas are allll super clean. The people are friendly, kind and remember my name. I also was Biomats Gold pass winner for the 2025 Year.

Fast, Clean, Friendly! One of the best donating places in Wichita for sure!!! Recommend for sure to everyone

This center is pretty decent! Took away one star merely for lower payments and wait times. My first ever donation here was not the best. Every donation since has been just fine though.

Go back to appointment only... They have the longest waits to even get vitals taken, yet you have to make an appointment. The wait to get disconnected is terrible.. I was last in the bay to get stuck, 2nd to finish, yet last to get disconnected because they did everyone else's (who finished after me) disconnected before mine. Although I finished first. Very painful.

Outstanding staff, very tidy, and decent wait time. I'd recommend this place to any one looking for a permanent donation location.

Very friendly all the staff are well trained and very gentle and kind for the fearful of heart. Thank you to all the ladies and of course the gentleman. You will be taken care of enjoy your experience. Helping others and yourself as well.

I've been donating for a year and continue to do so , I like how it's clean, the staff is awesome, it can get busy as other centers, but the wait is worth it.

Danny had a wonderful bedside manner and was very informative. All the staff has always been extremely nice and has taken great care of me each and every time

The people at this center are very kind and always look happy. Anthony is very good at his job thank you

Very nice stafff and I love how clean and through they are. Hailey did my on boarding super nice and helpful best place to donate by far. Very helpful stafff very caring.

This use to be my favorite plasma place but recently the staff is so slow and rude, it's now become my least favorite place to donate and probably won't be back. Over half of the beds are open and there's 10+ people waiting for a bed and they don't call anyone for at least a half hour. The pay sucks compared to the other plasma centers. The only good thing is it's clean but definitely not worth the hassle of 2, 3 or 4+ hours you have to go through to get done. I don't think I'll be back

Candace was absolutely delightful and attentive! Clean center & quick! I've donated many times and haven't had a bad experience yet

Every day that I get to donate I wake up just excited to come become a juicebox when they stick that straw in me arm like a capri sun pouch. One day my vein was even twitching with giddy anticipation when I rounded the corner of rock and 21st ?? said I'll be happy to see those nice young men in their clean white coats and they're coming to take my plasma away haahaaaaaaa

Amazing staff members... Definitely a place I will always come to. Thank you for all of y'all's hard work and leadership

By far the worst experience I have ever had! The front end staff and the nurse were amazing. My experience quickly went downhill once on the donation floor. My first vein infiltrated and I had to be stuck in my other arm. My second arm became very painful and the tech moved the needle causing blood to run down my arm. They said I had to finish or I would not get paid. Multiple people proceeded to move the needle in order to "help"me continue. I left in pain and woke up the following morning with huge black

Been coming here about a year now it's simple easy fast schedule your appt in n out in less than 2 hours good pay friendly staff... Def. Recommend

I'm from Florida donated alot down there moved up here to witchita and this is my go to place there's alot of young new nurses being trained by some of the best donation nurses I've seen they are fair they help you through it and the pay isn't the best wish they could pay more but they pay alot more than the place I was going to in Florida I've been to CSL but walked out before donating didn't like the place wasn't clean staff didn't seem very organized if you want to donate plasma this is the place to go

Horrible customer service HORRIBLE does not matter if you make an appointment still will be there for hours. Will cancel last minute on you because they wanna close early. The list goes on & on I wouldn't recommend at ALL

The staff is always super friendly. I've never had a long wait to donate at this location. I recommend coming here to donate.

The best an cleanest donation center I've been to by far! The employees are efficient an care an make sure they double check info an ill be coming back here to donate again! ??

Never have issues and my veins hide. Never had to be resticked. They are great!

Great employees. They seem to all care about others and do there jobs very professionally! Also great job at sticking me lol.

Got their on time, their staff didn't get to the desk for 7min after my appointment told me had to reschedule. For 2 hrs later .well. 2 hr45in later they take me straight to the back and act like their checking my blood pressure to tell me I'm dehydrated.. no blood work they didn't even check my pressure..lady pulls the needle out if a gentle while I'm sitting their and dumps a qt. Or 2 of blood on the floor big ass puddle ..awesome experience.

This is a great place to donate. The staff here is excellent they're friendly.

It is very. Clean and everyone is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend it if u need extra money .

super friendly service, they are great every time I go.

Wonderful experience, machines are bigger and faster than CSL & Octa pharma. Waiting queue has chairs and the staff are wonderful.

Excellent service! Everyone is friendly and helpful, the facility is very clean and organized, and they offer competitive compensation.

The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with if you need extra money to help make it from payday to payday. I suggest you donate .

Great place. Clean and organized. Love the appointment set ups I get in quicker than other places I've been to.

The employees are great here. They help me get in the mobile app to do my questions and listen to how I need to be poked so I can donate because I have small vines.

Best place to donate! Kind people and very great atmosphere!! Would recommend over any plasma center!

Honestly best donation place? pays most.. organized, systematic, friendly? and they dont need security because people know how to act here!

I love donating here. The staff and facility are clean and inviting. I've been donating here for years and would recommend to anyone wanting a little extra cash and not a lot of stress. If your thinking of donating for the first time please use me as your referral. Thanks ??????

I feel comfortable when I come here & the staff work with you. They also have great hours and will give you crackers and Gatorade sometimes!

They say to make an appointment but they will take walk ins and put them on the list with all of those with appointments. They say your first donation will take around 2 hours, I was there for over 4. My next appt was at 5 on a Tuesday and it was 630 before I even got a seat to donate. I tried again today, got there and checked in by 445, at 615 I told them to cancel my appt as well as my next scheduled appt. They say they are short staffed but they continue to take anyone who walks in. Their employees are

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. Scheduling on the app is easy and convenient. There is plenty of parking and they have music playing. There have been times where I've been in and out in 1 hour or less (including screening time). I love it here! A special shout out to Trista, who is a supervisor. I personally saw her deal with an upset donor. She was very tactful and remained calm. Ian is also great! He caught me off guard when he started greeting me by my first name. He's a f

Can be tough to start as a new client, as they continuously send away new donors due to being "busy". Painful wait times. You wait 90+ minutes to be screened only to MAYBE get to donate. Half of the donation area is unused. More waiting than donating.

All the staff are amazing and make me feel welcome each time I come in! Highly recommended! ??????

Really enjoyed the experience. Loved the Gatoraid and crackers. Staff was very friendly..

Great atmosphere and the comradery of the employees is nice to see. They are all very helpful and willing to answer questions.

Fast friendly and clean I recommend to anyone who is interested in donating this is the place to use I would give more stars if I could

Thankfully they handle business and do things the right way. I enjoy there service And customer communication. Thanks, From Mr. Romeo X

Charlie was so sweet & always kept asking me if I was okay. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation!!

Tony's such an awesome person, but everyone is so nice, all the employees deserve a raise.

I would recommend donating here to everyone! By far the best plasma donating place in Wichita Kansas ????

They are great and very clean they get you right in and the price is fair everyone on the team are cool and friendly

Staff are amazing clean environment smooth process I will not go anywhere else highly recommend

Fast friendly and clean I recommend to anyone wanting to donate this is the place I'd give it more stars if I could

I have had nothing but positive experiences with biomat plasma.. the staff is very kind, professional and respectful....

I waited 6 hours to donate finally got into a bed waiting to get hooked up, donor employee asked me to move to another bed across the room I got slight attitude mumbled under my breath. Staff member than asked me what I have to say and say it louder so I did and she said to leave and the permanently deffered me no customer service no sympathy for someone waiting 6 hours to donate discussed with this place. All I said is are you serious ? That's it no cussing or yelling at all. Everytime I went before that i

Awesome experience nice staff they will get you and out !!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely experience.

In need of extra cash and friendly staff, a good place to donate help save lives

It's a great place if you need extra money plus your helping people out

Get your new donor fees and then don't go back ?? made an appt for 9:30 but they do not prioritize appts over walk ins so first come first serve. Ok that's fine but then what is the actual point of appointments. 10:45 still haven't even been screened to see if I will even be able to donate. Every time I have been here they are short on staff and they make it the donors problem. People are standing around doing nothing instead of them cross training people to keep the momentum going. They only pay $5 more th

Super clean, very friendly! Great way to give back and get paid for it!

The staff is great and amazingly friendly and knowledgeable they made sure I was comfortable

Great Place, Super Clean! Great Staff keeps me coming back! 5stars all around!

super super fast. every worker was very nice clean building did i mention super fast lol

Pretty easy going experience. Great way to make some extra money. Friendly staff

Much better than all other plasma center options. Definitely my favorite

Biomat is the worst. Low payouts, long waits, and poorly trained staff. They also bought Freedom Plasma, watchout they are trying to monopolize the plasma industry.

I had a great experience, the staff are really patient and kind.

It is very comfortable and staff has aLwAyS been very nice. Pay is fair compared With others.

The staff is so friendly and they were very helpful through the whole process ??

New donor process was pleasantly made possible by the kindness and support of Hanna

Sitting here for 3 hours redoing all my information they already have on file for no compensation. They continue to make us answer more and questions not relevant to our health. Be ready to waste half your day for $50 dollars

Scheduled my first appointment as a new donor. Never donated plasma in my life. Thought griffols had a good location/reputation so I decided to go there for my first. Set the appointment for July 8th Monday at 11:00am CST. Got my SS card, Drivers license and a piece of mail. Round trip we are looking about an hour of my time or just a little more. Coming from El Dorado. Get to the door. CLOSED mondays. Why can I schedule for the facility I picked go to the facility and it be closed? This seems like an IT
