First time donating at this facility and overall, a very positive experience. Everybody I dealt with was very helpful, very professional and made me feel comfortable. The whole process and what to expect was thoroughly explained to me. And for being a new donor, it all went pretty quick.I definitely will be returning.

Over an hour for intake, machines are slow. 2 stars for the cool people who work there.

I've been coming here for a while now. One of the things that makes it better than CSL is having someone like Tyler working here. He's very personable and any business would be lucky to have someone chill like him that makes the donors comfortable and gets to know them. And it's too bad that the past while that I've been there it seems that he's been a one man army up front. I really hope he gets the all the raises and promotions he deserves as soon as possible.

It took a little longer since I was a 1st time donor, but it wasn't as long as I was told upon entering the facility. Amber was nice and i could tell she was busy, but greeted me politely when I approached the counter. Valerie was very nice and upbeat. She walked me through the whole new donor process. All of the staff that I came in contact with were kind and helpful. The facility was very clean too.

Well tbh I don't get off work till 530 every day, so I set up an appointment so they had to stay a little longer than normal for a new donor, and first the lady says my address comes up as a business and that I had to bring a lease or a deed to the property so I can prove my residency, after providing mail that I just got today, and a license, so she grabs a lady that is practically death and she says I can't donate because it's after 6 but the lady that's doing my intake says I have an appointment schedule

Never open on time and not prepared to except patients they slow and most staff has an attitude

I've been donating here twice a week for the past 3 yrs. I am always treated very well by the staff at the front and very well by the staff on the donor floor. I had never donated before?didn't know what I was getting myself into. The staff was welcoming and kind and the screening and physicals were easy?.it was a bit timely, but I learned as a new donor this is normal. It's also necessary for the safety of the donor! Once I was on the donor floor, I was a bit nervous but the phlebotomist placed the needle perfectly, I never bruised and I'm like a peach! Only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I'm actually looking forward to donating again! ??

Staff were not helpful. They only gave partial information, causing me to have to return multiple times before I could donate, then the final time they said a physician would need to review my medication list. They said I would get a call back in 1-2 days. I tried calling multiple times over the next 3 weeks and never got a call back. Horrible customer service.

I had a great experience today! After a bad day at work, Emily gave me a good conversation and made me feel so much better. Grifols has some wonderful workers, but today made a big difference. Thanks love!

I was not allowed to donate, because I used my asthma pump a night beforehand. Never had that problem by the competition and never had problems in general. I donate over a year now and on a regular basis. I wanted to try out the new place, but I guess that's that? took the haul all the way out there for nothing. Very disappointed!

There's a white woman that works in the screening area who is rude everytime I go in there. I never have issues until I run into her. She has the personality of the most miserable person in the world. Next time I go I definitely plan on getting her name and coming right back here to expose it. Everything else is perfect except this one white woman that nobody likes.

Emily is a great phlebotomist! Her sticks don't hurt on my right arm which has scar tissue from past donations. Tyler and Marcus are great too and very kind. There is a woman at check in that is fabulous and so friendly but I don't know her name. She is the one whose husband won't let her mow the lawn lol!

I have been a plasma donor at Grifols in Wilmington, NC for the past few months. What a great experience transferring to this center from the other plasma donation center in town. The staff is very professional, very personal, responsive and their process to move donors through to the donor floor is extremely efficient and quick....and no miss sticks! I love donating at Grifols. It is a totally different atmosphere from CSL. Amber, Valerie, Stanley and Tyler are the best. Amber is very caring, compassionate, bubbly and inspirational. Even if she's got a line of people waiting she has a positive attitide. Tyler is always on the run getting things done and making sure you are taken care of. Stanley and Valerie are always helping wherever they are needed. Awesome place to donate!

I have a wonderful experience every single time I come here Tyler is very respectful and makes sure your definitely good at all times Marcus is a team player and shana really all the lady?s and they all make sure you come safe and leave safe with no extra problems I would give them a solid 10 out of 10 thanks guys.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of Shanna and a nice gentleman that came to help her try to get my vein. I appreciate the honesty and her not trying to stick me a bunch of times. I ended up having to leave because they tried both arms and couldn't get it to take...which is my fault for not being hydrated enough. Absolutely love the staff! Was nervous bc I wasn't sure what to expect and all questions were answered a couple times for me lol!!!! Quick and easy. They moved me along swiftly and sadly tho. Best way to get a few extra bucks when you want something a little extra lol!!!

My first four visits went ok, But I recently got approved for Medicaid due to a temporary layoff at work. So I've been wanting dentures for a while. So I make my appointment and I asked the dentist to prescribe me in case of an inflammation. Checking in two days later at Grifols I mentioned to them I was gonna have some teeth extracted later in the month. And just mentioned that the dentist had prescribed some Amoxicillin and Ibuprofen. I am new to the area. This place seems pretty good. The people are all nice. There was an issue with my son not being able to use the same lease as I did a week prior. Then after my son waited a couple hours on me to finish my donation the center came back and said that they he could donate afterall but by then he was aggravated and did not want to donate anymore. That issue should have not ever happened. Staff should have been a bit more knowledgeable.

Horrible. Every time I try to donate and go to room 7 the nice lady always tells me my temperature is too high and that I cannot donate. Anytime I get my temperature taken with the gun it's fine.

The staff is entirely too concerned with their socializing. It is extremely irritating to be waiting in line/waiting to be stuck for 20+ minutes as you watch the staff laugh and chat about their personal lives. I was sent to medical after checking in, waited for twenty minutes to be told all they needed was my signature. Why that couldn't be done in the booth like normal, was never explained. Donated for the first time yesterday. The process was easy and the staff was fun! I'll be donating again on Sunday. ??

Process took over 3 hours and it wasn't even busy. I was a first time donor and the lady at the front desk was on her cellphone when I walked in and took several minutes to approach me and was rude like she was bothered by my presence. I always hate going here. The staff makes me feel so uncomfortable they're so unprofessional and rude. As soon as you walk in everyone starts huffing and puffing because they have to do their jobs and will talk bad about donors right in front of them! This is literally my experience every single week and I've been coming here for over a year.

I've been 3 times so far & each time was pleasant. Staff was friendly & the process didn't take very long after my first visit. I've recommended a few of my friends to try it out, not only can you help people you can make some extra cash. It a win win opportunity.

I have donated plasma here multiple times and never had a problem. I haven't been for a couple of months and I came in today. They told me that my arm was too big for their new blood pressure cuffs. Essentially I'm too fat to donate plasma here anymore (I'm like 250). I will never come back here again what a joke.

I'd give some of the ppl in the front a zero if I can but the back people are better. One of the front ppl Tasha, is so rude and half a$$ on her work! She's louder than a bull horn.I've seen her talk down to numerous people, raise her voice and yet so quick to sit down and do a poor job at pricking ppl. A person like her is not suitable for customers and needs to get fired ASAP!

I always have a great experience and the staff always pays close attention to me. I have been donating here for 4 years and would not change it I recommend BPL for all new donors new future frequent donors. They have great ways to get bonuses and safe immunization programs.

I understand that this probably isn't people's dream job and they have to deal with some very interesting people. But there is absolutely no excuse to treat everyone like crap. Expecially when you've only been open for not even 20 mins. These people need some training in good customer service.

This place has its ups and downs depending on the day you visit and who is working when you come in. Some days will be a pleasant and quick experience with talkitive staff to conversate with. However on other days this place is a God forsaken nightmare to deal with; the staff will be unfocused and Inconsiderate from the time it takes them to get you into a chair or they will be Reckless with the needle. Personally i have stopped going here simply because the bad Outweighs the good.

The staff behind the counter doesn't do anything I can't believe they actually pay these workers. I was sitting at the counter for over twenty minutes and not a single person spoke to me, eventually I just went back and sat down. This business has the potential to get twice as many customers coming through if it wasn't for how lazy they are.

I always have the best visit there when Marcus Cobia is working!! He is the best, if he even stops working there i wouldnt go back!! He always smiles, and he can stick me the first time with no problems!!! When im there all you hear is the other workers calling his name. For help too!! But i also have to say Willetta Mcdanold in the front is always helpful, smiling, and very nice!! Another update: It's been close to 40 mins and I'm still standing here. Update: I have started coming back here and wow, it's so bad. The people in the front literally walk around talking doing nothing while there are ten people in line to get vitals checked. I have been standing in line for 15 mins now and still have 6 people in front of me. I don't see a soul in sight. A new center opened not too long ago, CSL, and they don't play. Some of the staff at the front counter were not very attentive, I seen and heard several people talking and texting on their phones. It's also very unprofessional to use fouls language in front of patients which I heard a lot of as well. The donor floor staff were excellent very detailed and attentive!

They love to randomly change their pay scale with little or no notice. This company doesn't care for their donors or their employees. This location does have some great phlebotomists though.

Where do I start :) my first time was great yes I heard some people complaining about there job I just brushed it off because it was a select few!! The lady that signed me in for first time was fun and made me laugh.. I tried before donating and I experienced I was not able to donate because I only had one good vein in both my arms this time this lady went to her manager to make sure she was able to stick.. let me say Janie is awesome and also amy!! Place is horrible. Was told to go ?F myself? and not come back. My friend was taken into a room and was being felt for no reason and then she was also told not to return. I called later to ask for an explanation and they took my information and never got back to me. Horrible place. The staff have great attitudes and they are super helpful. The environment is clean, soothing, and relaxing. They offer WiFi to donors and have television available. Personally, I like to throw on a podcast. If you're cold natured bring a blanket as it can get a bit chilly. Considering I would and have donated blood for free, its cool to get a kickback, very 1% ish.

They make me take a physical with every visit because the staff cannot get it together. I am not allowed to donate 8 times in a month to earn a bonus because they don't have a doctor to release records. Total scam advertising that you can make extra money going often when they aren't staffed well enough to make that happen!! The staff in the front spends more time socializing then helping people. If anyone knows of a better facility please let me know this place is such a let down!

By and large they do a good job however waiting in line to be screened can take as long as 1 hour. There is no sense of urgency or insight into decreasing the wait time during busy hours.

Okay so this place is incredibly slow as hell and I don't understand why. The only reason it's not less than 3stars for me is because the phlebotomists are pretty damn nice and the pay is okay. If anyone is going there for the first time. Use me as a referral!

This place has rude staff, and they don't even have the consideration to tell if you they'll be shutting down early when you call them the same day they are, so you waste your gas running there. There may be one or two decent staff, but the larger portion are usually outright hateful.

I was away for the month of April and when I returned on May 1 I got flagged because of the amount of time I was gone. They had to take a sample of my blood to test my iron and protein and the results take about 2 weeks to come back. I cannot give plasma until the results come back. I was disappointed but happy to know they are doing their job to look out for the donars and the patients who receive the plasma. It says a lot about this facility and company. Just tried to donate my first time. I stood waiting at the counter for 15 minutes with multiple times being told I will be with you right away. Finally after waiting all that time a women comes up to me asks me if i am a new donor then stop me in the middle and walks away.talks to her co-worker then walks away. After her being 30 feet away with in eye contact for 5 minutes and not saying anything I walked out. This not how you treat people especially new people that want to help and donate.

Rude receptionists. I called there and a woman answers, and says, "We are too busy for phone calls, sir", and then hangs up on me. Got there and it wasnt busy AT ALL and she and a couple other staff members were in a back room laughing and talking amongst each other... Do your jobs or find a new one...

The employees aren't paid enough to care and are in no rush to get you through the process. The place is very sanitary though.

I've been trying to get into the hep b program since September. The storm hit so i know it had to throw everything off. Took the test again and still don't know the results. Nobody can tell me if I'm in or not. I keep hearing to just wait. It is now oct 31st. I have even talked to the head of the program. I hear that I was supposed to be asked about allergies to yeast. Everytime I go in there I have a problem , if it isn't the phlebotomist pulling my needle out of my arm,!!and trye to Tell me it slipped out.its the people in the booths to worried about conversating with each other over who had Latishas baby or anything to prolong the visit . Pay could be better ($50 per week if you go every time you're allowed) but staff is typically nice, they have promotions to help you make more money, and they try to make the process faster. Nice place.

I went in on a Sunday to earn money for gas,I drive 30 mins and got there my heart pulse was high,they told me to sit down and come back,so I did. I came back and it was still high so I went and sat for 45 mins and finally I went to the window and the lady told me Togo back that I was completed, so I did. Worst place ever. Yes the extra cash is good, but with all the loud and rude employees it is just a waste of time. Their managment is not any better!! I believe if they whole place got restaffed then it might be a btter place. They also discriminate alot to over half their incoming donors!!

My hushand and i went to this center to donate plama. We just moved to Supply area and were needing extra $ till we got paid. We were turned down because we live in a motorhome in a campground. This is discrimination. The white coat man walked around with the same pair of latex gloves on touching everything. He was very rude.

Takes forever... you can be a crackhead and get as much money from this place as you want but God forbid you were once on medication for bipolar you need a f****** doctors note when you haven't been on said medication for 1.5+ years and the doctors office the prescribed it is 3 hours away then wouldn't fax paperwork said I had to do it myself... this place is a joke.. staff is rude... nothing but joking and playing around..

I came for my first time to donate to help save lives and was told I couldn't because my maiden name isn't on my licence but my married name is on both my license and social security card. I guess they don't need that much help saving lives after all, that's king of horrible and I'm very upset about the situation. Also the lady who took my information was kind of rude.

Had a quick and easy visit today, was in and out in just over an hour. It's nice to make a quick stop and then be on with my day.

Good 1st and 3rd experience so far 2nd not so much but nothing bad just on the 2nd time I noticed the needles more and I have a dislike of needles. But other than that very good experience so far.

The staff has always been polite to me. And the place is always clean and fresh from my experiences.
