Customer Reviews

Whenever I go to Grifols I am greeted by the nicest people at the front. They have been super helpful. Process is super quick and I have never had any issues. Shout out to Hyrum, he is the nicest and most efficient phlebotomist. He is super friendly and takes care of everyone, employees and customers alike. Great job!

I have been donating plasma for many years and have met dozens of employees during that time. One of those employees that I want to take a moment to recognize is Brooklyn! She's been working there for years, and her dedication truly shows. Over time, I've watched her grow within the center moving up through positions with professionalism, hard work, and a consistently positive attitude. Brooklyn goes above and beyond for donors and her team. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, and handles even stressful si

Really nice atmosphere there. There was a bit of a wait, but you can see the staff hustling. Haken was super nice and helpful. It's been a convenient source of money. I recommend giving them a try.

My experience here was actually super enjoyable! Braxton and Jason were extremely helpful in explaining and getting me through the process as a first time donator. I already have my second appointment planned and look super forward to seeing them and the rest of the staff here!

I went to one of their summer grill outs and these guys were so nice! Very welcoming people and environment!

Been in the morning and night and the staff has been great both times! Hyrum sticks me most of the time and he is always friendly and does a great job! Highly recommend coming here if you're looking to donate plasma.

I have been donating at Grifols for years and want to give a big shout out to the morning crew. Isa, Shauri, Adrian, and Iris are all amazing. They are incredible at what they do. They never cease to provide the best experience possible and have become good friends of mine! The morning crew rocks!

I had gone in and was waiting to get in but the the wait was a little longer than usual since there weren't many seats available, but I decided to stick it out even though I had an appointment later. I asked Isael if he thought I'd be done in time, and he said he'd make sure of it. He kept his word?checked on me throughout and made sure I was unhooked and ready to go right when I needed to be. I really appreciated the care and follow-through. Made the whole visit a lot less stressful.

Shauri is absolutely incredible?so personable, kind, and consistently wonderful. I always request her because 100% of the time, her work is quick, painless, and done with genuine care. Her skill and compassion make every visit a positive experience. She truly deserves a raise for the outstanding service she provides!

I've been going here recently and they have always been super friendly. Even when you get squeamish with needles they are understanding. Last I went the phlebotomist, Hyrum, was super efficient and got me settled away in record time.

Just wanted to recognize Shauri for her great service to Grifols. She's very friendly and personable and she does a great job when I'm getting set up. I've never had a bad experience and would recommend her to anybody.

My first time back to donating in over 20 years! The staff here are great; friendly & professional. Matt & Hyrum were my excellent phlebotomists that got me reoriented to the process. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at the plasma center thanks to Hyrum. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome, informed, and completely at ease. Hyrum is not only professional and knowledgeable, but he also brings a positive attitude that makes the whole process smoother and more comfortable. He was patient in answering all my questions, checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay, and clearly takes pride in what he does. It's rare to find someone who combines skill with such genuine care for

First appointment was great! I talked with Dallan who made it a really easy time signing in. (Took a minute cause it was Friday and my first visit but next time I'll just need to basically walk in) Got asked some quick questions from Julie answered them and waited just a little while longer. Walked in to the main area was instructed how it worked from Hyrum sat on a comfy couch for 45 minutes then walked out with $100 bucks! pretty cool all in all 10/10 will do again.

Hakan is a fine young man and I always like seeing him when I donate. I've found most of the staff to be proficient and humorous. It truly makes the visit worth it. 10/10

I just started donated and Grifols and enjoyed my visit. I got 100 dollars for my donation and the staff were very friendly, especially Hakan. I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Great experience! Hakan was super helpful and made it easier than I have had at other donation centers. Grifols has a new loyal customer.

I love Grifols! It's the people who really make it great, they are so friendly and fun! Braxton, Shauri, Adrian, and Isa in particular always take the time to greet me by name and make sure I'm doing well!

Shaurie at the Cedar City facility is great! She's always cheerful and very efficient. She chats with me as she is loading the machine, and amazingly remembers our past conversations x which makes me feel comfortable and, in a weird way, part of the group. Great job Shaurie!

I would like to recognize ?- ISA?- he was very nice and professional. He made it so I didn't feel the needle too much. Which I appreciate. . Definitely recommend getting him if possible. Thanks again

The phlebotomists in cedar are top notch! Hyrum and Ayla make getting stuck nearly painless. Jason and Kennedy are awesome too. Everyone there is great and super nice.

The grifols here is awesome, especially Hyrum. He saved my dog from a burning building all while giving me the perfect stick! The quickest donation I've had thanks to him!

Hyrum helped me out today and he was so nice! He always does a good job and is super friendly! #makehimemployeeofthemonth

It's always so satisfactory to know that I can help others with such simple donations. Shoutout to Hyrum he always helps my wife even when she's worried about the needle. He really knows how to lighten the mood when it could be really stressful.

Hyrum Gobble is the best vampire here. He is really good at sticking you with needles so you barely feel it. He is really good at what he does

Update (March 16, 2025): I wanted to take a moment to correct my previous assessment of Kennedy Harley. After continuing to donate at Grifols, I've come to realize that I was mistaken in my initial judgment. Kennedy is by far the best phlebotomist there. She learns from what doesn't work and makes it work the next time?and every donation after that. I don't and won't let anyone else stick me. It's not worth the pain or bruises. I appreciate her skill, professionalism, and ability to adapt. She has consiste

Hyrum Gobble is my favorite person to talk to here. The other people are not as nice as him. He makes sure I get icecream every time I come!

I was initially nervous about donating, but the kind and capable staff always make it a very positive experience. I have now donated about 20 times since November, and I know I can count on Ashley, Hyrum, Matt and others to make it a smooth donation every time. Thanks, Grifols!

I've got some relatively hard veins and have always been impressed with how Hyrum sticks. He's very kind and knows how to keep people calm even when they aren't a huge fan of needles (that's me??) great experience ten out of ten would recommend.

The staff at Grifols are very professional. Haken was so kind and helpful during my last visit. I would recommend this business.

Hyrum is great. The other workers there are awesome too. It's a neat opportunity to earn a little extra cash. ??

i just started and did my physical exam with Hakan , he was super nice and assured me that the process is super easy , just a little scary the first couple times, thank you Hakan

Everyone is super nice, it's sweet that they remember my name whenever I go :) Hyrum has stuck me the last three times, and it always go super smoothly!

Never have any problems when I go in. Hyrum is always so kind and my sister and I love his jokes

I donated plasma here and haven't always had the best experience. The staff is very professional now. Haken is such a nice young man.

My experience was horrid. I checked in for the initial sign up. I was told they needed a note from my primary care provider. I got the note from ky primary care and they confirmed it was faxed. I called to confirm they got the fax and they could not find it. I called my pcp and they confirmed the fax. I called a second time and they could not find it. I came into the office a second time and they found it. I completed the intake interview again and was told everything was fine. I set the appointment to ?try

Very clean facility, amazing staff! Isael, is my number one phlebotomist to go to when I go in. He is very kind and gentle. He has a funny sense of humor who will brighten up anyone?s day while donating, so when you go in and want to laugh while your donating, ask for Isael!!!!

Braxton is the best manager here at grifols, Kiera and Iris are the best front desk DCTs ever. And Isa and Adrian are the best stickers. Never feel a thing when they do it.

Great service and compensation! If you're sitting around at home for an hour doing nothing but being on your phone come make some extra money!

The staff is very good. Lacey is my favorite! She is knowledgeable and fast!

I always have a wonderful experience when I donate. I also always request Hyrum Goble because he is makes me feel comfortable and always gets a good stick even though I have small veins!

I was right next to you and saw everything unfold. I couldn't believe how you were treated. Even while she was assisting me, she kept going back and taunting you to her coworkers about you wanting to see the manager. Honestly, I would have asked for the manager, too, even if you had retracted your request after she told you it would make things worse. That kind of behavior is incredibly unprofessional. If it were me, I would have given them 1 star.

Bro Hyrum is the goat he's such a homie. Every time I go in he's always super chill and supportive.

The staff is always super friendly! They always try get to know everyone and remember faces and it's one of the big reasons I love going back so much! Hyrum Goble is a great example of this, he makes sure to constantly check on everyone and connect with them in some way!

The workers are very nice and efficient each time I donate. They also had a public barbecue and the staff were kind and welcoming to everyone who came.

Dallin was the best employee I have ever interacted with!! He was so kind and explained everything to me and even held a fun conversation with me while getting me ready to donate!!

I enjoy coming in weekly. The extra income is nice and Hyrum does a great job!

I had the opportunity to be a plasma donor, and Kennedy Harley was the phlebotomist who worked with me. From the start, it was clear that Kennedy has that rare combination of skill, focus, and professionalism. She has that type of personality where she masters her role, objectives, and position, and it's evident she is on track to be the greatest phlebotomist Grifols has ever hired. I truly hope Grifols continues to support her career as she's focused, intelligent, and exceptional at her job. After my init

I am always impressed with how friendly each of the technicians are when I come in for a donation.
