Whenever I go to Grifols I am greeted by the nicest people at the front. They have been super helpful. Process is super quick and I have never had any issues. Shout out to Hyrum, he is the nicest and most efficient phlebotomist. He is super friendly and takes care of everyone, employees and customers alike. Great job!

My experience here was actually super enjoyable! Braxton and Jason were extremely helpful in explaining and getting me through the process as a first time donator. I already have my second appointment planned and look super forward to seeing them and the rest of the staff here!

I had gone in and was waiting to get in but the the wait was a little longer than usual since there weren't many seats available, but I decided to stick it out even though I had an appointment later. I asked Isael if he thought I'd be done in time, and he said he'd make sure of it. He kept his word?checked on me throughout and made sure I was unhooked and ready to go right when I needed to be. I really appreciated the care and follow-through. Made the whole visit a lot less stressful.

Shauri is absolutely incredible?so personable, kind, and consistently wonderful. I always request her because 100% of the time, her work is quick, painless, and done with genuine care. Her skill and compassion make every visit a positive experience. She truly deserves a raise for the outstanding service she provides!

I've been going here recently and they have always been super friendly. Even when you get squeamish with needles they are understanding. Last I went the phlebotomist, Hyrum, was super efficient and got me settled away in record time.

First appointment was great! I talked with Dallan who made it a really easy time signing in. (Took a minute cause it was Friday and my first visit but next time I'll just need to basically walk in) Got asked some quick questions from Julie answered them and waited just a little while longer. Walked in to the main area was instructed how it worked from Hyrum sat on a comfy couch for 45 minutes then walked out with $100 bucks! pretty cool all in all 10/10 will do again.

Hakan is a fine young man and I always like seeing him when I donate. I've found most of the staff to be proficient and humorous. It truly makes the visit worth it. 10/10

After continuing to donate at Grifols, I've come to realize that I was mistaken in my initial judgment. Kennedy is by far the best phlebotomist there. She learns from what doesn't work and makes it work the next time?and every donation after that. I don't and won't let anyone else stick me. It's not worth the pain or bruises. My experience was horrid. I checked in for the initial sign up. I was told they needed a note from my primary care provider. I got the note from ky primary care and they confirmed it was faxed. I called to confirm they got the fax and they could not find it. I called my pcp and they confirmed the fax. I called a second time and they could not find it. I came into the office a second time and they found it. I completed the intake interview again and was told everything was fine. I set the appointment to ?try

Very clean facility, amazing staff! Isael, is my number one phlebotomist to go to when I go in. He is very kind and gentle. He has a funny sense of humor who will brighten up anyone?s day while donating, so when you go in and want to laugh while your donating, ask for Isael!!!!

Braxton is the best manager here at grifols, Kiera and Iris are the best front desk DCTs ever. And Isa and Adrian are the best stickers. Never feel a thing when they do it.

I was right next to you and saw everything unfold. I couldn't believe how you were treated. Even while she was assisting me, she kept going back and taunting you to her coworkers about you wanting to see the manager. Honestly, I would have asked for the manager, too, even if you had retracted your request after she told you it would make things worse. That kind of behavior is incredibly unprofessional. If it were me, I would have given them 1 star.
