Daughter went in today as a new donor. She passed her physical and was seated to began donating. The lady Chris complained about how she doesn't have any veins which makes absolutely no sense what so ever and stated she can't donate. Scan machines being turned off early so people can't scan in is also ridiculous. Making unprofessional comments! My daughter was disappointed but I'll be taking her to another location for a better experience.

I donated today 05/13/2025 and the wait time for a deposit is 30 minutes. I left at 2:20. It's now going to be 3:50 AND they will be closed for the next two days. I've been coming here for awhile and never had any complaints. This is honestly ridiculous. The management needs to be better about this stuff. And have a serious attitude check. Don't get mad at us because we didn't want to donate for free ??????? we sit there for an X amount of time and of course we're gonna be looking for our payment the hell.

Went in today and I lost my card so I had to get a replacement. Every woman that worked in there today was RUDE as hell, understandable that yall don't control the bank but i still didn't get a new card and i can't even get paid until Tuesday. When I arrived there was a very long line. I had an appointment at 10:45, but I think I was called about 30 minutes later. I was told I could not do my blood pressure first. The incentives that grifols offers to donors continue to go down. They need to offer more if they want people to come back because inflation is at an all time high and 25 bucks to come back just ain't cutting it. Grifols used to have me running back for them 200 dollar return bonuses but 25 bucks is just a slap in the face now.

Started coming to this center about 6 months ago and slowly I have noticed a decline. I use to have no wait time but now the wait time has been getting longer and longer. They have a shortage of staff and the staff they do have is very overworked. I don't know if I will continue to come here or if I will find somewhere else to go. My time is valuable but so is my plasma. If the current employees weren't so nice and welcoming I would of gone somewhere else by now.

I've been coming to this center for about 3 years now. I've seen it at its best and at its not so much. Overall I've always had a positive experience. It's always clean. The payouts are fair and the bonuses are nice. One thing I can say for sure though is that it's staff that have been here through it all, are AMAZING! Absolutely horrendous. Couldn't even START donating because every time I go to sign up they tell me to bring another form of verification for my address. First it was to bring any piece of mail, so I did. Then I'm told that won't work, has to be a utility bill, so I brought a utility bill. The staff is very nice. Very clean. They just take forever. Sometimes,I go and I may be there 30 minutes to a hour before I get screened. They have 7 screenings rooms and at times only one maybe 2 screeners. Makes for along wait.

Can't recommend any more. Even removed the chairs for waiting. Compensation changed among other things. Much better options out there now.

i enjoy coming to talecris. The staff is very skilled and know their job. There are usually bonuses offered consistently, my experience has been that while you're donating there's lots of lively postitive conversation going on and it makes your donation time go fast. I'll continue to come as long as possible.

I'm new to donating and receiving compensation, it sketched me out at first. This is the only center I've used, however everything here is simple, safe, and efficient so I don't feel a need to change locations. I'm fairly quiet but all the staff are friendly and respectful. The prepaid card took me time to get used to but it's easy now.

NEW DONOR FEES 4@$100 for December. Hours are incredibly restrictive. If you have a job the hours are gonna be real difficult for you. They appear to be more interested in the plasma of unemployed individuals. They never answer the phone, I just called 8x. They finally answered & put me on hold before disconnecting me. I've been coming here on and off for about 2 years and the staff has always been polite and outgoing. There's been times where I couldn't donate, but that doesn't mean to get mad because they care for your safety. Eat well, exercise, make good choices and you'll most likely be able to donate.

I decided to come back to Talecris because the center is productive and professional. I can usually get in and out in about a hour. On Thursday it takes a little longer but it's worth the wait. The staff knows your name and I love this personal touch. When I have an issue, Eric sits and listen to my concerns. I'm glad to be back.

Started to donate again. I'm having my doubts. It's perfect after I get screened. But I've been here over 1hr an 1/2 to get screened and still haven't been called back. This is why I quit donating last time. They really need more workers and bring back the appointments setup back.

I have been donating at this location on and off for several years overall I did experience. The employees definitely make the donation experience much more enjoyable. Updated to say some of the staffing issues are improving and the staff are efficient at showing attention to each donor and still getting donors in and out in a timely manner

Staff is nice but they move extremely slow. no sense of urgency, constantly talking to one another on the floor, and they seem to lack empathy. No one is ever at the front. They blame it on being understaffed but other donation centers that I've been to have way less staff than them and get way more done. They move around sluggishly like they all hate their jobs. I can't imagine them being able to retain any donors after receiving the first $1000, especially after realizing they only pay $30-40 per donation

This place has friendly/awesome staff and it's a great place to donate! Every time I come there's hardly ever a wait time and they always treat me very nicely. I definitely recommend this place and also make sure your very hydrated and eat healthy!!!

They have lowered donor fees every month and this week there is no return bonus. Barely worth the drive and gas now. Whoever they recently put in charge has driven away donors and made employees quit. Downhill in just a few months.

Went to Grifols on Jacksboro highway for the second time after a bad experience a year ago. I had previously had a not so pleasant experience with an employee and their protocols last time when they sent me a text about a bonus they wouldn't honor due to it being an error. The staff are experienced, kind and know their regular donors by name. It is a great environment. I'm considered a difficult stick because I only have one vein that can be used but they do a great job ensuring I don't bruise.

Haven't had any problems, been doing it off and on for years when I need a little extra cash. If your worried about the needle part, you can ask for one of the guys that have been there for a long time.

Some days take longer than other but they try their best to get you in and out. The most I've had to wait is 30 minutes in the waiting room. As far as customer service goes, all you have to do is communicate and they do their best to make you comfortable and/or attend to your needs.

Although I cannot remember all of the names of the employees I've had the pleasure of interacting with, I can assure that the staff here is very friendly and keeps the place running like a machine! The one employee I do recall is Laquinta (I believe). She was kind and made me feel very comfortable as she guided me through my first donation. Also Cassy, which was the first to make me think of leaving a review. It's neat to do something helpful and get paid to do it, haha.

Go anywhere else if possible. They're removing all the experienced people. Come here if you want to leave pissed. Come here if you want to watch people who came in an hour after you get helped before you. Come here if you're starving or just want to waste your day.

I love this place, and know half of their staff due to their friendliness, the best time to go is on Monday mornings if you don't have the patience, also be sure to drink plenty of water, been going here for 1.5 years off and on and its better than all the other centers in fort worth. If you are a new donor I would recommend Monday mornings as the day to get everything set up, shouldn't take more than 3 hours, but rest assured because you make around $100 the first week(with 2 donations), and about $60+ ran

Nice people but wont be going again. Had arm pain after employee couldn't get vein so they tried again in same arm. Never had anyone double stab same spot before always would switch locations.

Very nice staff. No one seems to be rude and they do feel like they are concerned for your well being. They give scratch offs that is very nice too and it's an experience that isn't that bad.

The lady was rude and acted as if she didn't want to bother with me since I was a first time donor told me there were no appointment till Sunday then when I agreed to Sunday she said oh we close early at 4. It's a saturday morning, 10 AM. Currently there's 1 person screening, and 2 people hooking people up in the back. There's 8 peoole in the lobby, and 8 people waiting to get hooked up. Expect 1.5 hours waiting before getting hooked up. I've been donating for 3 years now, it's getting increasingly more frustrating to donate here due to how understaffed every donator-facing department is.

Just finished my 4th donation this month. As always it was another great visit. Everyone that works here are excellent. They always keep me calm and are very nice. They starting to become family seeing them twice a week for years now. They keep it clean and covid friendly here so I strongly recommend checking them out for your plasma needs. I've been coming to this location for three plus years and the services here keep getting worse, staff are very unprofessional, poorly trained, and they move extremely slow. The only time I see them actually caring about what they do is when there's a supervisor on the floor. Every visit is unsatisfactory for me, starting to wonder if the plasma center next door is a better option

I was referred here by a friend because they are suppose to give better compensation for donations then another nearby facility. If that is a plus, the negatives demonstrate more. I visited this place on tuesday in may. No one at front desk. New donor fill out computer questionnaire and sit in new donor seats. NO acknowledgement of my prescense, and after 20 minutes, still none. This tells me that I do not matter to them and wasting my time is tough luck. That other facility nearby I referenced immediately

I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here. I'm relatively new, but the staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous each time. They seem to consistently do things to incentive donors, which is wonderful considering how beneficial plasma donation is to all of those involved.

Don't even come here. Makes you clot and puts your safety at risk. People going against apparently their policy and then telling you you can't even come back after their mistakes. Please save your time and energy with these people.

So, I'm here with my 18 yr old daughter, donating for the first time. Im not donating, she is... it's a Saturday, we arrived at 1:45pm or so. Employees signed her in very quickly & with enough friendliness. Now we are waiting for the screening process, after that is the donor chair. So far so good. I will update post as it goes. I switched from CSL plasma to Talecris Plasma about a couple weeks ago and I love this center. Every member of the staff I have come into contact with has been beyond pleasant and friendly. I'm in the medical field and I pick up on little things. The center is always clean, the staff changes gloves before and after and in between people and when suppose too. I really have no complaints. I love the appointments really makes waiting faster and more convenient.

I love this center it's never too busy that you don't want to donate and everyone there is so friendly . Bathrooms and lobby are gross. Most of the people are good. Had one talking out loud to everyone how she was calling in sick the next day. And how much she hated her job and her big vacation plans. My husband and I have been coming here to donate plasma since last November. The staff are all super personable and friendly. Everything is always very clean and sanitized. I get paid to do something worthwhile. It's a win win.

I am a returning donor at this location. I moved to NC and moved back. Tuesday was my first day back in 4 months and I donated. They told me to bring a letter with my address on it and date posted. I returned today, Friday, and had a letter with the date on inside on letter. They wouldn't except it and wouldn't let me donate. Other than the wait, I have had good experiences at Talecris. When you get the "good to go" once you've been screened, it is pretty cool how the employees on the floor try and make you have a decent time while you donate.

I give it 4 starts cuz I've never been anywhere else to compare it to. The only times it took a long time were for my 1st visit, a Saturday visit, and the actually donating process which they have no control over. This place is awesome to me!

Not in the nicest area. They examen your arms before wasting your time with paperwork. However, they were very rough putting the elastic band on my arms that i nearly cried of the pain. Some of them were professional other treated it like a hang out spot. Needs work when it comes to costumer service, and I'm directly talking to the people on the back, not the secretaries they were helpfull, even the guy i talked on the phone before arriving was helpful.

After being on my feet at work for 12 hrs, the LAST thing I want to do is stand in line for up to an hour. Added to that, 4 out of 6 kiosks have been down for weeks, and one of the remaining should be out of service. A complaint I've made several times. Worse yet, the new pay by weight is the very reason I didn't choose other places, because it encourages obesity for one and unfair to persons of smaller stature. Who is scheduling these appointments? They need to be fired. 8 people standing out side for a 930 appointment. They tell us only 4 can come in? You might want to find another company to donate for.

The staff are always helpful and courteous. They make the donation experience very comfortable and maybe even personal. I love that my donation helps those in need and I get a great experience every time I visit.

Haven't donated in 4 years. The new donor registration is great and the staff is friendly. Took about 2 hours to get to the donor station. Only thing that bothered me was that I was skipped by 2 people behind me while waiting unnoticed. Took longer than I wanted but I'm sure I'll be back.
