Been trying to call this place for weeks they never answer the phone that so weird! Someone needs to be fired there losing a bunch of potential new donors!

Been going for years.. and the ladies always taken care of me!! If i could give more than 5 stars i would!! No complaints!

I donate here twice a week and I have NEVER NOT FOR ONE SECOND had a bad experience. Every single worker I have encountered has been nothing but sweet and respectful. No matter how many people are there, my wait time is reasonable. I absolutely love this place. You guys are awesome!!

It's horrible. Justus always makes fun of me and I cry myself to sleep.She tells me I'm fat and i cant read good. I can't go anywhere else because my veins are stupid.

LEX and Payton are THE BEST stickers. 10/10 times request them. I had ONE bad experience years ago with another phlebotomist and ever since then I've had one of these two ladies and I've been golden since. I have RIDICULOUS anxiety and these two are the best, great bedside, and just pleasant to be around. My veins are small and deep and I trust only these two ladies!

This place is terrible the Nurses got talking they own needle out and this nurse, Jennifer told me I'm not getting stick you can do that smfh that place need to be cleosed

my experience at grifols has been awesome, the facility is very clean, the employees are nice and it makes me feel as though me contributing to donating plasma to those in need is helpful to my community

im typically not the type too leave reviews but i couldn't take all the previous negative reviews because that was not at all my experience. i see reviews about the staff &? actually all of the staff has been great with me, VERY nice everytime, always has great sense of humor. I've gone there three times so far and honestly can't complain. The staff is very thorough and professional but can laugh and joke around with you. The first time I went they were very quick with getting me a physical and getting all ready. I was in a rush the first time and they accommodated my needs. I wanted to be a return donor it's been at least 6 months roughly unfortunately when I went they didn't offer a new bonus pay for those waited 6 months. Until that changes I doubt I'll be back

First time experience of ever donating the staff was great! Very informative and stayed with me step by step. I myself being significantly tattooed and previously pierced I had know issues donating I think majority of people who say other wise weren't honest. Very clean overall I look forward to being a donar at this location.

Overall it is a good place to make money and help others at the same time. 98% of the staff are great! The other 2% ar rude and ignorant. To the point where I ask a question regarding their policies and was told to hold on so the tech could walk 3 feet away to talk about what the plans were for after work. Not even to ask what was it I was asking when she returned . That was very unprofessional and I dont believe that person should be working directly with clients or customers.

Been donating for a while now. Very nice people. Never had a problem. Nurses and techs are great. Usually very friendly and helpful but will joke around and talk to you. Make you feel comfortable if you're nervous...yet they are professional. I'd love to ask one nurse / tech for her #..but im too shy and she probably has a boyfriend...

I don't know why I didn't follow my instinct and leave when I first walked in. The place looks dirty and the staff are unprofessional. The intake wasn't as horrible(slim girl with braids who puts your information in and weighs you). She was actually nice, so I stayed. The tech who put the needle in my arm was OK in her demeanor(short blond), but she put the needle in wrong. I still have a huge bruise days later. I had an air bubble in my IV while donating. I have been coming here for over 15 years. The past year has been terrible. The wait times are herendous. There will be 5 people donating and they will let 25 people sit in the waiting room. Everyone moves in slow motion. If donations are so badly needed, they should make it a bit more convenient for the donors. I understand they are switching over to a new system, but no one puts any effort into moving things along.

Always helpful and kind.. My experiences with them are always friendly the atmosphere is always pleasant and comfortable.

The staff was always pleasant while I was there. Some of them aren't to confident in their skills. If he's still there ask for Erik! He's the best, you don't feel the stick and you're hooked up and pumping before you know it.

Not that bad of a visit. I would 5* if: #1). they let people with multiple tattoos come, esp if they got several tattoos in 1 visit. #2). they would give the $50 more than 5x or waiting 1 whole year to not come and restart visiting. The staff is friendly and some even try to make you laugh. If say you ran here and had the high blood alarm go off, they give you about 15 to retry instead of just sending you home. Nothing like getting paid 30-50 per hr while saving lives!

This place is awsome, all the staff are very kind and helpful but I have to say my favorite nurse that works there is awsome his name is Justin I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of emergency cash. Justin is very kind and treats the doaners with alot of respect thanks to all the staff including Justin for being a wonderful nurse.

Honestly if you wanna donate, literally go anywhere but here. Last time I was in I counted 6 out of 10 left because of a high pulse rate. They're "new" system is busted, I go in one day in shorts and a tee shirt I weighed 196, I go in with sweatpants and a hoodie two days later and I magically lost 18 pounds. Everytime my pulse is always 110, no matter what I do, what I eat, what I drink, or how long I wait, my pulse is guaranteed to be 110. Went to go donated there had to sit and wait to go through processing and see doctor. Note have I have donated and many center that is owned by the same company and same name they said cause I'm a medical cannabis patient I'm not allowed to donated. But they can't produce a policy saying so.

Very professional staff. I think everyone there was very nice so have no idea why the negative reviews. Some people are just negative in life all together so they have to remark negatively. I got very sick and they where right there with me. The place looks clean to me.

Highly recommend CSL or B positive, alot of the girls there make fun of their donors or don't know how to stick you properly and leave bruises. Very unprofessional and rude.

For two weeks now I have been calling the donating place at all different times of their operating hours to ask questions and look for information. Not once did anyone ever answer. But years ago when I first started donating someone always answered. I want to say they need a whole new staff.

They are professional and friendly. The entire experience is very hygenic and pleasant. The place is kept clean. I do recommend you drink plenty of liquids and water the day before and the day of your visit. It helps the plasma giving to go quickly. I drink lots of water all the time anyway and the entire plasma giving time 8s fast for me.

I have no problem with interstate plasma. Going to be interesting to see how this appointment thing works out. If someone is it deferred and told to come back the next day what if there's no window available for the appointment? Some people travel by bus up to an hour or more to donate plasma. Those that are local I'm sure don't mind. But Mark my words, it's going to be an issue. Other than that I like the place.

I've never had any problem with the place and actually the reviews I just read about a short blonde girl messing up someone's arm well not too call anyone short but if they are talking about the only beautiful blonde young lady who I ever saw stick someone I'd prefer either her or the lady I believe is of Asian decent (India)

Well since I had a complaint about this place. that I postef a few weeks back, I come in here today Wednesday, July 19th, I was treated very ignorantly by a few staff members over a cup of ice water.Now, I have been coming here since September of last year and I have brought the same exact cup in all these months and today there was a problem.Im not giving names but they know who they are and the odd thing about it is, that the tech who took my vitals,weight,etc.was extremely pleasant and said nothing to me

Well I was going to donate but then I've heard rumors about one of the techs having herpes. And until this is addressed I recommend no one donate there. I would rather go to red cross to donate blood at least I know they check there techs. I don't care if they wear lab coats and gloves that's just not a risk I'm willing to take with my life or my families life. Horrible place. They can't provide you with comfort of male nurse. So if you need one to perform the physical they can careless. All they say is whelp. We don't have one.

Its a shame that the FDA makes the people that NEED plasma to be deferred for a FALSE POSITIVE hepatitis c test. They take the risk of loosing many donors by doing this. I understand they have a policy to follow, however, not only scaring the hell out of donors with that news then finding out it IS false thry still are permanently deferred?? Been coming here for years and out of all places not only do they pay the best but the staff are pretty awesome too. They opened a donation center in kingston where i live yet i still come to this 1 because its great staff and good pay.deff give the place a 5 star rating.

It's hilarious that drug users and people with mental illness clearly go here and I personally know many who do. But myself being honest that I take a depression medication bans me for a year. Hahaha what a joke. A very flawed system. Honesty gets you no where.

I came here for the first time the place is dirty they have bug traps on the floor and they missed my vane and my arm is still black and blue and very painful I told the lady I felt uncomfortable and that it was hurting and she said it's normal even tho I donated at a different center and never felt pain like that

Generally very professional and courteous, however like any medical facility you have some " bad apples: , rude and down right ihnornorant. They talk too much. When it's not busy and I'm up next to get sticked I should not be waiting 20 minutes because they can't stop talking.

My boyfriend comes here twice a week and says it looks clean and employees are friendly.its been open here fore more then 20 years so it don't have the new look but still it's clean and that's what matters most.its clean.and money is right on your card no waiting an hr or two.and and they do over 1000 people a week so they most be doing something right.people keep coming back.

Friendly staff. Tends to take longer around mid-afternoon when they start sending employees on their breaks. Lots of spiffs, especially right now with the donor shortage.
