Customer Reviews

Great and professional experience. They made sure I felt comfortable and safe through the entire process. Very Minimal to Zero pain or discomfort. Big thanks to everyone and especially Tina she was amazing ?? ????????

I normally don't give reviews however this plasma center has a few that deserves recognition. Julie R. Is one of them she stays busy calm and is the best phlebotomist ever. She is trained in multiple areas a doesn't need upper management direction on what's next she fills where needed and doesn't complain. She's amazing.

The team here is lovely!! Everyone works together to make sure you are comfortable and cared for during your donation. They keep you up to date on the new promotions! I've never had a bad experience.

I walked in and wasn't greeted until I went up to the desk. I was then told to show my ID and my social and proof of address so I did but because the parcel of mail didn't have a date on it so I was told that I COULD still donate today I just wouldn't get paid for the 2nd day of donating. OK cool. I decided to just donate today and leave it at that. I waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF just to be told that I couldn't donate today. The books is an asshole.

Horrifying Experience. Have been having trouble with this location consistently. They bruise me everytime I go in, then I have to answer for it the next time I go in. The pay is abysmal and half what it should be compared to other states I've lived in. They didn't stick me correctly last time I went in and had the AUDACITY to tell me that I should ask for someone more experienced next time, as if that's my responsibility. I felt unsafe and untrusting with the staff. I asked to end my donation early because

Everyone is so friendly and always make sure you are comfortable. Leandra and Alondra are always great and very attentive. Love how the employees work as a team and are always on top of everything very professional.

My visit was very warm. The staff made me feel comfortable and they checked on me constantly to make sure I was comfortable! They even went the extra mile to make me forget I had a needle in my arm!

It's a very clean facility, the staff is nice but I have learned that the phlebotomist are very unknowledgeable, I have donated for years, and for some reason these phlebotomists can never seem to find my veins, they really need some more experienced phlebotomist. This has happened three times at this point and I don't understand why, I can get an IV in one stick without an issue, but they can't find a vein to save their lives half the time. It's very frustrating because I drive 50 minutes to get there just

They are the best professional staff I've ever experienced with. I work late and always managed to be so sweet and nice when I'm dragging my butt in there late. Especially the green team. They are awesome! They work as a team. Place is clean and I notice how they are always sanitizing everything how it should be. Go green team!

Good experience! Friendly staff always in and out super quick! Great way to earn extra money !!!

Really good staff, always feel welcomed by staff, Alondra, Leandra, Aamon, Aisha, Julie, Anthony, Christina..... Are the best ever.

Absolutely fantastic and clean facility. I am a relatively new donor, and everyone here has taken great care and consideration of me during my visits!

Easy process and friendly staff. Facility is very clean. Staff is constantly sanitizing everything. Love the benefits of donating to help people in need of plasma and the compensation is a plus.

Christina T is the best. She was very helpful and nice. Made my experience great !

Got anxiety? Don't show it - they won't let you donate - Makes you feel like a standout in front of the people who make you anxious in the first place

I've been coming for over a year and the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable hen needed and will listen to you. Donating has been I real big helpful in my life helping with any of my finances. I enjoy donating plasma and helping others with my plasma. Love it here .

Thank you for making my experience the best Tina and the girls are wonderful!

Alondra Tavarez did a very good job and I love her work ethic

The employees here are great. I love being able to help save lives. Everyone is always happy and in great moods. I have yet to have a bad experience. Had a few reactions while donating and they were quick to react and help me stay calm

Friendly environment; wonderful staff; know what they're doing; ??. They never miss on the first poke??????????????????

Everyone is always very nice ! Especially Julie and Tina !! Thank you ??

Thank you to Julie and Tina for all the help and making my experience comfortable!!

I'm new to this center & I've donated plasma before through a different company. Grifos staff is so friendly and sufficient! Each staff member was professional friendly and communicated clearly. They also seem to work well as a team which is a green flag. The a facility is tidy and they make sure you are comfortable. The first visit takes the longest (about 2 hrs for them to clear you) and after that it's about 45-1 hr. Definitely recommend this location to donate plasma

The staff is very welcoming, shout out to Alondra nicest lady in the office

Great and friendly staff! Makes the process go smoothly

Alondra and Cristina are amazing, their team always brighten everyone's day. I wish we could see them more than twice a week! #Team green

Just scheduled my first appointment and am already impressed. Very friendly, polite and professional on the phone. I believe the young man who answered the phones name was Joshua. I will update after my visit tomorrow :) A little late posting an update but I have now been to this facility 12 times thus far. The staff are all very pleasant and generally know their guests on a first name basis. I hope that the facility will invest in handheld biosealers for the staff in the near future. That would be an aweso

Amazing staff everything is done in a timely manner and of impossible professionality

Alondra is amazing at getting your right and that smile of hers brings joy to the world

Leslie is very condescending and rude to certain people. constantly talks about personal things out loud. overheard her badmouth a coworker louie who is very nice btw. she had made fun of me for not having a phone and called me a liar. very unprofessional

I have always been treated with much respect an the workers are very professional and nice. Very caring staff. Team Green.

This facility is one of the best I have ever been to in years of donating their customer service is spectacular their very tentative respectful and patient thank you #Team Green Keep it guys

Everyone is so nice and helpful ! Tina T. is the best !

Aisha is the best and recommended anyone to ask for her.... Love this place

Everyone is so helpful, especially Christina T.?? Thank you guys for all you do !

I think they have the best customer especially ms.tavarez services

Worst facility ever. So unprofessional. Especially the Chinese Mexican looking mf in the front. He got mad because I didn't give him my number. He said nasty slick comments . Has a very smart mouth and unprofessional and doesn't even know his job. Place is so unorganized. Harassed by him 3 times. Every time I went in to donate he tried to pick a fight with me. He started to treat me awful after the phone number incident. STAFF should not be trying to be engage in unprofessional relationships with donor?s ha

I've been coming here for years and wouldn't dare change a thing! The staff is absolutely awesome...all of them! Everyone is always greeted with a friendly hello and they really make you feel welcome. A few of them have gotten to know me well and make the entire experience more comfortable for me,considering I'm not an easy stick. The atmosphere is always laid back and easy-going. The employees definitely keep it lively, always engaging in conversations, singing, dancing, and joking around. They play music

#TEAM GREEN I've been coming here for a good while now. I love the people they're so nice and fun to talk with. Not to mention the compensation for donations helps a lot. Definitely worth it my cousin sister brother and partner coke donate too because of how good it is!! Great place

Staff is always exceptional in every way possible.

No issues ever. Very friendly and personable staff.

Always an easy experience and the workers are some of the friendliest people you'll meet! Also Team Green ?

I've been coming here for about a year now. Fantastic staff. Always so friendly, attentive, and caring. ?? The money is a great help when you're in a bind. Not to mention that you are helping others with each donation. I highly recommend giving this a try, especially for the holidays. Please feel free to use my name as a referral!!! ??????

Thanks Tina and Destiny, great service!

I enjoy going, the workers are great and personal. Easy to talk to and can always answer any question I have. The extra money is helpful with whatever I need. I appreciate everything they do. Thank you so much guys

I've had a good experience so far. Didn't get paid the right amount my first 4 donations over something minor but I let them know and had it fixed and had me paid the as soon as I left. Great donation center

They have teams at the moment and I'm voting for team green because it's my favorite color but I'd like to make a shoutout for Irene in team red because she's one of the best is the building. The facility is clean and the technicians are always helpful and friendly. I recommend this place to everybody I know who isn't terrified of blood or needles but it's very safe. Ive been donating twice a week, almost every week, goin on about 3 years now and I've never had any problems. I normally don't even feel the n

Team Red!!! All of them are so cheery and make it more enjoyable going in. Definitely gives you a reason to want to go back

They were so friendly to me! They went as fast as they could possibly go with it being so busy! Never lost patience with me when it was my first visit! Nor when I keep forgetting to pump my hands. It's well organized, they are consistent with their routine & play good music!

Great facility with good employees that do what they need to, to make the experience better! Blue

Great customer skills workers have very fast friendly money is OK. And donating helps thousands of people. I accidentally left my blanket and the young gentleman working up front jan4 2023 was so nice he put in back for me so thankful for his thoughtfulness. And thank you to all staff good people.

The blue team has the best customer service! Christina was very helpful!

TEAM GREEN ?? JULIE IS ALWAYS NICE AND ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MAKES ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. ??????

For the blood!!! Great place, Leah's the most badass worker there??, and I guess Alondra is cool too ??????

Very welcoming and good at what they do!!!

Called ahead to make an appointment as a new donor. Everything seemed to be fine. When I got there, they asked if my address was current, and I said yes, but that I travel for work and that I was residing in the next town over currently. They said that because my home address was over 50 miles away that I couldn't donate, (even though work has me staying 20 minutes away). Waste of my time.

I've had the best experience here at plasma center

Have always had a good experience donating. The staff is friendly and know what they're doing. If you have a question, they answer you. They seem more like a family than coworkers and that helps us donors feel much more comfortable.

Great staff and they care

Nice people clean lobby and area nice environment

Very good service, fast payment and they treat you very well, everything is very clean

Friendly and respectful phlebotomist, they need more recognition

They make sure the costumer is always taken care off

Be careful of asking questions. You will get banned from donating. Even the corporate office is a joke. I called and was told the issue would be resolved the same day. 3 days later I call again, this time I was told it would be 3 to 5 days before anything is done. Finally received a call back on 02/06. Was informed that ban would not be lifted. This facility is a joke. The employees will lie to keep from getting in trouble.

The blue team gives the best customer service and Christina is so helpful!

The blue team has the best customer service!! I love Christina!!!

Always quick when you go in employee's are very professional and nice. They handled the shift from old company to grifols very well even though it was transferring a lot of people over. Second grifils place I have been in and it is the nicest one so far.

Friendly staff, comfortable environment, good pay rate and timely payments. Team Green

You can confirm over the phone, then in person, but as soon as you leave that chair you get 30$ not 70$ for your second donation. They say it was the days, that they're short staffed so each time it's a different person and they can't confirm, just all the excuses except staying true to their word. Don't be tricked, they'll say anything to get you in that chair for pennies then sell your juice for a dollars. They can't fix computer errors when the money is already loaded onto the card for the incorrect amou

They are very kind and experienced. The staff here take their job seriously by following every rule and policy implemented by the company.over all their main concern is the well being of the patient thank you guys for taking great care of me when I donate plasma.

The blue team gives the best customer service and faith is so gentle

They do not accept diabetics was told that by the assistant director and the director!!!!!!!

These are some of the most unprofessional and inconsiderate human beings I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. They would rather play with each other and talk than tend to the many people waiting on them to do their very simple job. After patiently waiting pointlessly for 3 hours I had to just leave.

Thank you Alondra! She's amazing. Go team Green!

Had a great experience with Anthony,Kristy

Been donating for awhile now. The staff are so friendly and nice. Making the whole experience better. Knowing your helping others brings me some peace of mind. Definitely recommend donating.

The team here is the BEST! Everyone is so friendly and quick to help and ensure guests feel welcome and want to come back. I LOVE THIS CENTER- Odessa Grifols

Nice place to donate.Lovely staff ,would recommend:))

What is the point of making an appointment when they still want you to stand in line and wait to be called. It can take up to 20-45 mins for your name to be called and for people with disabilities, like myself, that can prove to be difficult.

They are super friendly the workers are very kind I prefer to get someone who has been there a little longer one time I got a new girl and she messed up and collapsed my vein on both armssss and I wasn't able to donate but other then that everyone up there is awesome !!

I love coming here to donate. It's a awesome way of helping save life?s and you get some extra income! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I can tell that they truly care about their jobs and the donors that come in.

Southern hospitality doesn't exist here. Wait for abominable amount of time to be told my documentation doesn't fit the criteria? I have my Grifols id, which was refused to be given back to me. And was told I couldn't donate until my driver's license met Grifols standards. I don't get it 3 weeks ago in my own state zero problems come down to Odessa migrants who can't even speak English gets better treatment. Do not go here the help is arrogant, stuck up and self serving. A terrible waste of my precious ener

I just wanna say to Griffols that ever since I have been coming.ive made so many awesome workers here. I've never left Griffols mad or upset. U gus are awesome to be around with. Thank you all for being great with me.

If you don't mind bleeding into a machine for an hour or so it's a great way to make an extra $1-200 a week. Staff is super sweet and accommodating. They actually listen to you when you say you're uncomfortable (I've donated at other centers where this wasn't the case- it makes a difference). Only complaint I have is the parking lot. Cramped af but I guess that's my fault for driving a Chevy 2500.

I had a very nice experience. It was fast ,and they made me feel very comfortable.

The staff makes this experience joyful and smooth!! Everyone is so kind and ready to help with anything! And they be playing some JAMZ, that makes the time fly by!!! ?????????? GO DONATE!!

Love the staff and how they accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. It's a great way to make extra income if need and also help save lives in the process. Highly recommend
