Ive been donating with Kedplasma since 07/2019 and really havent had any issues till today. After i was screen i went to the restroom as i always do. When i came back they called my name and the donor behind me said she was here first. The worker ended up taking the donor word and stuck her first while she laid me down too. So the person behind both of was called and got stuck before i did. So i went from being stuck 1st to 3rd when the employee could of just checked the sequence number as they do to determ

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the wait times are good.

Love most of the staff they are wonderful however, what good is an appointment for if you cancel an appointment because your systems are down and going off a hard copy? How is that fair to people who scheduled appointments showed you the appointment schedule on their phone and everything! Very inconvenient place to donate sometimes and I'm honestly looking for a new place to go because I am now out money because yall can't get your crap together

Had a great experience as a first time doner

They are good ?? Jordan and Nick are awesome ????

It's very nice and quick in and out.

I've been coming for years it is so much better than it used to be the staff is well trained and courteous.

Always a fast and friendly place when I come to donate

I have had a very bad, very lengthy experience here. To top it off, a nurse this morning was extremely rude and dismissive of me. I had to yell just to be able to speak over her interruptions. I'll add her name to my complaint here and my official complaint against her license as soon as I get the information. The info is very hard to find. They don't have it posted. Either She was having a very bad day or she has received correction. That woman has stopped being nasty to me and I'm willing to forgive.

I love Grifols and everyone there shout out Grifols ??

It was great people are nice and professional

Great very friendly people and patient

Great staff very friendly and helpful

Yall do a great job doing yalls job at work

It is what it is. There are all types of people here. An overwhelming majority of us are here solely for the modest compensation for our time, though it is nice to think our plasma could be saving someone's life. Current compensation rates are $50 your first 5 donations then $20 your first visit of the week and up to $45 your second visit of the week. As of this time there is no tetanus program or additional benefit of any vaccinations. There is a bonus for your 8th visit of the month and what seems to be

Love coming here it's fast and easy

I wouldn't give them one star. But they r very un professional. They r not fair in their dealings with people. And I would not be recommend any one to their place of business. They have very bad business.

This was my first time and everyone here was very helpful and polite. No problems at all. It did make me look at things a bit different. I'm doing pretty good but I thought a little extra money could not hurt. Then you get there and you realize alot of people are doing it to survive and that kinda hit home with me.... But all and all a good experience...

This location has been bought out by Grifols Plasma. Same rules apply. Photo ID; SS Card; Proof of Residency & Drink WATER!

Amazing friendly people who care.

They work efficiently with minimal procedure errors

Good place to give Plasma and earn extra cash.

Rhonda and Fran were amazing very professional and knowledgeable. Made the process very smooth and understandable. Made me feel very safe and well taken care of in their hands. Would definitely recommend them.

It was an excellent place to donate and then somebody said let's make appointments now wait times are up to 3 hours

Definitely a better atmosphere than it was there for a while. Previously I rated 1 star for many reasons but 4 now as this place is growing on experience and efficiency. Generally I'm only here 60-90 minutes as opposed to the 2+ hours before. If they continue improving then definitely 5 stars but 4 is very exceptional to leave that room to improve. Keep it up Ked!

Great place, wonderful staff

Donating with Biomat USA/Grifols has been different then others and I have to let other people know that this can be a life changing experience helping other people with your donation.

Good environment very helpful

Who ever was in charge of making the app needs to find a new job

Friendly staff and the process was just about painless. I've been 3 times now and every time seems to just get easier. Plus I'm helping others and that in itself makes it worth my time.

3 stars because I am just starting back, hoping this time (with new staff,) will go well. I started donating in April. By May, I had been given 2 physicals!! Then, I was deferred for no reason -no explanation at all. I was told that I would receive a phone call when the doctor clears me. The 'doctor' was never there. I went nearly 2 months without donating, due to an employee error. That phone call never came. One day, I decided to go back anyway. Nothing was wrong, and I was allowed to donate. I hope that

Quite a balanced place. You give and then receive. Not only are you helping others in the world, but you are thanked in return. The staff will keep a smile on your face and I can never wait to come back. Sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait a good hour before you go to the back, but it's worth it.

I love the staff. However it seems like every time I go in the company has something new going on that adds an extra hour to the visit. I miss how it use to be run, it was easy in and easy out.

Okay, here is an updated review. This facility has some really good employees, most of which are quite courteous. There are some overachievers that I sincerely hope have been, or will be, recognized. The situations I have witnessed with irate, fussy, or needy customers over the last two years has been handled professionally. As for time, the typical amount of time for me to get out is an hour and a half which I would prefer faster but I honestly feel is reasonable during very busy times. I do have chunky-b

I have been going here for over 2 months now. The staff are wonderful they're very knowledgeable and they're very patient with you. Thankful to have such a nice place to come and donate to

The staff needs to learn how to answer the phone when it rings.. It's absolutely ridiculous. The service is good in the building. No other problems. Simple. They need to work on answering the phone. That's my only issue with this place. They never answer the phone.

I love, love, love this place in kind to me.

Absolutely terrible. They are critically understaffed so I waited in line for over an hour, just for them to tell me my pulse is 1bpm to high. Im wearing a pulse monitor, I know my pulse isn't too high. If you are gonna turn me away at least give me a real reason and don't lie to me. I know for a fact some employees will just fake the pulse and bp numbers for people they know, unfortunately I don't know anyone there.

Awesome! Love the staff!

They're very clean, effective, and they pay you as soon as you get done donating. The staff is usually pretty cool, and sometimes they have bonuses that allow you to earn extra money?? They also have a points system that lets you redeem for gift cards.

What's deal with this place. Corp must not come out and check they facilities. Check they website y'all this place ain't nuthin but a trap spot!. This Daniel person if he's a supervisor or whatever he needs to be demoted to parking lot janitor or placed away from the public.

I enjoy coming to not only donate but the staff there are so friendly. They make it comfortable for you if was your first time donating. I recommend you to come experience the joy I get every time I walk through their doors.

It's definitely gone downhill since switching over from Ked. They don't have nearly enough employees so plan to be there never do. I had to drive half way across town to get paid for my most recent donation because they didn't process my payment and no one answered the phone the 5+ times I called. The employee was then rude and tried to tell me it would be hours until I got paid, even though it had been 24 hours since my donation. Very unimpressed with basically everything about Grifols/Biomat. An update

Service is amazing and quick

Absolutely TERRIBLE management. I've been sitting here for 3 hours now while their co workers laugh and visit with each other. When a lady kindly asked if it would be much longer they acted like they were very very shorthanded when 3 workers have literally just been walking around talking to each other. Like we can't see that they could actually be doing there job and save everybody a lot of time. Every employee up here is lazy. Does the Absolute minimum. If you're reading this and considering donating I w

Not going back after the way I was treated today. If someone reaches out to me so I can explain what happened. My side, not the lady who checks the temperatures side, then I may consider returning. Long time donor here. 6 months later still a 1 star. ******updated feb 2021********* much better experiences recently. Keep it up

The staff here is not the problem. I would give the company Biomat a negative rating if it would let me. I have been coming to this location for 20 yrs. Most people over the years say why not go to Tyler the staff is just as good, but they facilities are much nicer. The reason is I would keep Longview dollars on Longview. Will everyone that might change. Biomat has been the worst company to ever take over here. I have never had a problem donating until this horrible company took over. First they brought in

Went for first time here, I used to donate regularly in ft worth. This facility is nicer and staff very friendly and seem to do a good job. Takes 1&half to 3 hours depending on how busy no matter what plasma place I've been to so having a friendly helpful staff is important.

employees are very friendly when you can get them to help. Too much visiting amongst them & not enough work. AD, G, and Ms. Regina are the best!!!
