Very clean. The staff is very skilled. Check in process is easy, everything is explained to you, the front desk check in supervisor is top notch. All phlebotomist are friendly and skilled. I would definitely recommend this center for donation.

Friendly staff that are knowledgeable and you get in and out fast.

This is a clean facility. Some of the staff are super nice. Other are just there for the paycheck. But really the only complaint I have is how long it takes!! They are so slow!!! If they stopped talking you could be in and out. I have been in the back and waited over an hour to get hooked up to the machine!! It take about 6 or 7 minutes to hook someone up! They need a better system in the back!

I'm currently waiting at this center along with 17 other people. There's one person doing intake at this center. Yesterday was my first day here and I had to wait 2 1/2 hours so I had to leave because I couldn't wait all day. There are multiple workers in the back but no one doing intake. There are 18 people waiting including me with one person doing intake but people are still walking in. This is unacceptable.

Every time I come in it's a great experience the staff are amazing and very friendly! Definitely 10/10 would recommend! It helps save lives and it's an easy way to make a little extra money if you need it!

08/13/24 I donate at the Hattiesburg location but I drive trucks passing through I attempted to donate at this location but I was told by management I couldn't due to me not living there, I don't live in Hattiesburg either I responded. She hung up on me

I usually come give blood at Grifols Plasma on occasions. However, the staff that does the checking of your proteins before you give blood, play too much for me! A lot of these women are young and they either laugh all the time with other employees while dealing with customers, don't have a clue about what they are doing, rude, or discuss that they're ready to go. Intake- Slow as molasses. Had to come back 3 times just to get into their system. This place is not the same...I've been waiting a month for the doctor to come and sign offto clear me to donate and they tell me the same thing every week...I have referral money that I can't even touch until I donate...make it make since please...ima donate that last time whenever the doctors comes and I'm done...almost three years I've been going here to still be treated like im nothing

9-6-2022 plenty of staff today, in and out 3 hours. Great day today. FOUR stars today 9-3-2022 TWO stars today. Grifols has owned this center since late 2021. I stopped donating in February 2022 because of the disorganization. The center is a bit better organized now, there are some pleasant employees but the time you spend here, whether a new donor or an existing donor is five hours.The donor beds are reduced by about 50%. I began donating again in August 2022 and I have only been in and out one time in

UNPROFESSIONAL. They closed early on Sunday, without contacting any of us donors. We showed up an hour before they were supposed to close and found the doors locked. We were told we would still be able to get our second donation money $110 if we came on Monday. Well we come back Monday, and they tell us that they can't do that and they aren't sure why we were told they would. It is not our fault they closed early, and we shouldnt have been told we would get our full payment if we weren't going to.

Everytime I come up here it's always something. After they changed the name it seems like staff changed their attitude too. It's everytime I go in there they want to give me an attitude.... I suggest no one goes their because they are rude and hateful. I will be finding somewhere else to donate.

I'll go to another donation center when I'm at the Kiosk people won't be quiet and laughing like they don't have common sense. I haven't been since it changes over to Grifols I personally liked it as Kedsplasma better then immunotex! My one complaint that I have as of now is the phone just keeps ringing and ringing does anybody got a good number for Grifols and the old kedsplasma num is the one that just keeps ringing thanks

Since it when from immunotek to KED plasma it's been nothing but problems!.. machines don't work right, he staff aren't sticking people right, and they don't even call and let you know when you are defeated. Just poor service all the way around.
