80% of the employees are very nice and interact with you. I only gave 2 stars because Jennifers demeanor is rude. She only takes the men and picks and chooses which donors she wants to see. I have seen her flirt and give her personal number to the men that walk through there. Very unprofessional.

I been coming here for more than 2 years I give 4 stars because is a good place to go to get extra money that is great. But the counter is always been very slow. This was my first time visiting Grifols, and I want to thank them for their professionalism during my donation process. The manager, Shan, was incredibly nice and welcoming. She came out to greet me and ensure that I was comfortable. Keep up the good work!

I've been coming here since the beginning of the year. It's a great way to help the community and make a couple extra bucks. This location is a clean and efficient place with lots of friendly staff one of them being ANA! Some times I get nervous about who's going to prick me because I can have difficult veins but Ana did a great job!! She was fast and it didn't hurt one bit!!! The flow didn't stop and it was a successful donation! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone nervous about needles.

Can I give zero stars? ONCE AGAIN, I was skipped over during the screening process. ????? This is the 3rd strike on this place. After I said something, because they weren't going to catch it, they offered me an extra $5. $5. What is this? The year 1924? Come on people. Clean facility for most part. But it's pretty sad how they don't answer any of the phone calls after 5:30 even though they're still open till 6:00 p.m.. This place is always under staffed and the staff that is there stands around and talks. There is no sense of urgency and they move slow. I've had to wait over 2 hours with an appointment that is not acceptable and it's a waste of time. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait an hour or two? They need to seriously hire more people.

This place used to be called KEDPLASMA and If I could rate a negative 5 I would. Firstly, the staff is extremely unprofessional and some are very rude (big woman with bun and glasses who told me they "knew what they were doing"), secondly they tore up my arms and third it took 9 mos to get associated medical bills paid from their corporate office who was also very unprofessional and tried to give me less money than I was owed. Don't do it.

Always have a good experience when coming here. The ladies at the counter are friendly, efficient and courteous. The people who stick me have never missed and are great at what they do. Everyone is always friendly and after coming here for a while you get to know one another which makes coming donating easy especially when your here twice a week.

I have a very good donation experience every single time , yes there has been times I was fustrated about the wait. But those days are long gone. Probably won't be coming here again, every time I go I always have a bad experience. I give it a few months then decide to go back again, and I'm let down every time. It's unprofessional in there and their machines barely work to the best of the their ability. Twice now the ?nurses? on the floor have caused me to get hematoma?s because they don't know how to operate the machines properly it seems which then causes me to not be able to go back for a few weeks to allow all the bruising and swelling to heal.

I visited here recently and it was an overall really pleasant experience! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly staff. The "technicians" that poke and prod you are using you as practice, it took them 4 different times to get the needle right for the plasma to be collected. You must have a Social Security card and driver's license some of the staff are a little condescending most or all of them have no medical training just on the job training. what I mean by that is the staff is. Have donating in Illinois before, KED is far more professional. The turn around times are much better, and cleaner. The only draw back I do not like is that they charge you to access your cash on the card. I am new at this location and will have to ask if there is a method that they do not take money away. Other then that great experience.
