Only been there twice now and I feel both time's were good. 1st visit was a little bit longer than expected but they had to go all the med checks and I was made to feel comfortable and had good conversation with staff. 2nd time faster, went in before my appointment and was able to do it then, slow in back but was fairly busy and first stick in arm didn't make it but switched arms and in and out in under 2 hours. Just wish I could figure out how the pay scale works... All in all so far good experience's

Terrible experience here. Upon arrival the staff greeting was not interested in doing her job and had an attitude. As I continued the process all you could hear was staff talking trash about one another and those who weren't there. They not only blew out my vein but messed up not one arm but two with their careless manner. All in all, THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Zero professionalism. if i could rate 0 stars i would. i was there for a total of 5 hours, 3 of which were spent watching 6 different technicians take turns pulling out and resetting setting the needle, while i sat there crying. i asked multiple times if i could just go home and was told ?well let me try one more thing? about 4 times over the span of an hour. i was 96 away from the full donation when the needle was no longer in my vein so no blood wasn't coming threw and they decided to just push the saline threw and let me go,

The people here are incredibly rude and refuse to listen to donors. The only kind and polite person I've met here was a friendly face who I believe was named Jordyn.

Every time I come in here the same girl with glasses Dar something sits in the stairwell on her phone ignoring donors and not working. Im surprised she doesnt get reprimanded or talked to. Why work here if you don't want to help donors?

The first, second and third visits were actually all in all, 4 of 5 stars...visit 4 on Tuesday was very bad for my poor arm. I let my tech know that tech Jaylin, awesome tech, advised me to let upcoming techs to stretch my skin to avoid the vein rolling which leads to a blowout and pain...almost immediately. I'm asked if it hurts, YES I respond, multiple times as tech works to alleviate the pain. I have been donating at this place since last year and it started out great no issues at all! Until recently no there's no staff and they aren't friendly anymore now when I walk in I see some familiar faces but no one is friendly and oh my God slow.. I am considering the possibility of going somewhere els too . I gave 2 stars for the beginning of my experience here sad to me because before when you walked in it use to feel like a second family and it was nice what a disappointment total turn around

All of the staff has always been respectful and caring towards myself and the other person that rides with me to donate. Sometimes there is a decent amount of time to wait before you get in the door but they're doing their best, I would rather them not rush and take their time when sticking me and setting up the machine anyway. Any issues I've ever had they addressed professionally and I always came away happy. Great place to go!

I donated for the first time yesterday and the team was amazing. I let them know ahead of time that I'm a Fainter, and everything was great. I had about 50ml left to donated when I did faint. The team was amazing and helpful. They had all the equipment needed to handle the situation and was so amazing ab professional. AND CARING. 10/10 recommend this place!

The most disorganized plasma donation places in Columbia. After siting around for 3 1/2 hours I finally to my physical. And then another hour to donate. I was supposed to be a new donor as they told me multiple time the day prior and today. Only to get home and realize they only gave me 45$ instead of the 100$ for a new donor. Once I called they didn't even give me explanation to why I was told by staff, I would receive 100. They just told me I'd have to wait 6 months to get 100$. Absolutely no profession

This place is just unorganized and rude. My husband called Saturday to see how it worked because we would be new donors. I went to another center and was treated terribly. Came here to friendly and experienced staff. They're amazing!! Will keep coming here! It's a fun thing to do while helping people and making some extra money. Highly recommend this place as they genuinely care for their donors.

Do not donate here. Donating almost 30 times in the last few times they have completely destroyed my arm, the last time I was there I donated almost a full bottle of plasma then something happened and the line got clogged so they couldn't return my platelets, so for that reason they weren't going to pay me and did not pay me. Yet they kept my plasma and sent it off meaning they got paid for my plasma and I know they didn't throw it away. So basically I spent 3 hours there got stuck by big needle and bruised

I've been donating at this facility for the past 5 months or so and never had a problem other than having to wait a decent amount of time. Today I was turned away for having a ?low pulse? after waiting for over an hour. I am a healthy 21 year old with a naturally low resting heart rate so being declined from donating for a low pulse is ridiculous and extremely frustrating.

Complete waste of time. Thumb print scanner didn't work. Tried to weigh me, that scale didn't work. Took my temp when I arrived, 97. Just a few minutes there, they take me back and check my temp a second time after the weight scale messed up and said my temp was 94 it's too low yet just a few minutes prior the other machine said 97. There's nothing they can do and send me out, after an hour and a half drive. They said try rinsing my mouth with warm water next time I come in! Worthless

Staff is very friendly and patient. Always willing to have a good laugh or two! Recent system upgrades seem to have helped significantly in the plasma donation process. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. In my many years of donating at this center I can say every trip is a great time. Easy money.

I've gone here 8 times. 6/8 times I had an issue and they couldn't stick my arm correctly, and I ended up with bruised arms that I could barely lift for 4 days and it was extremely swollen. Always short staffed. You'll wait longer than the parking you pay for allows. Their business hours are never listed correctly. I could go on and on just go to CSL and save yourself the hassle.

Lots of reasons this place is a complete joke! 1. There is no free parking or parking lot, there are meters close by but you can only use them for 2 hours at a time. So basically you have to go out and put more money in if you go over 2 hours. 2. When you go earlier in the month, you have zero issues getting in but it's odd that when you go later in the month like when it's time to get the extra $10 (5-10th donations) they find anything wrong with you. They refused to give a bonus today for 2nd donation of the week bc my Fianc? didn't come in on EASTER (we have kids) he tried to call yesterday morning with no answer and google said hours may differ so he went in today. They told him at check in to have them roll his bonus over for today when he leaves. He donated and went to check out and they refused his bonus! We are calling Grifols! This is illegal on what they are doing! Do not donate here! Choose a more professional location.

Told me I couldn't donate because I live at a sober living house, even though I have received mail from the social security department and FSD there. I have a friend that lives at another sober living house that was able to donate just fine. Don't go here they seem to pick and choose who they will allow to donate.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly, especially the people drawing your blood. I have veins that are really hard to stick and everyone makes me feel really comfortable. I genuinely have a fun time going to this place.

So the first time I went there and they only hard one nurse, 4 hour wait. The 2nd time, I went all the way through and they took my BP and pulse. My pulse was at 101 and it wasn't in their range they wanted, it needed to be at 100. I guess they don't need it the plasma that bad. Done never again!

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. I came in as a new donor and NOBODY actually went through the steps with me. All they had me do is read the booklet and see the nurse. Nobody showed me where the Kiosk was where i needed to do the questionaire. Nobody explained the new donor fees to me or the regular fee. It has just been a real unprofessional expierence. Wish I could give more this place let me donate three time with only two days in between and when I tried to donate again with another two from my last donation they refused me and told me I had a set schedule which was never informed to me prior. It's truly unprofessional.

They canceled my scheduled appoinment twice. The third time i made it all the way to a "vein check" i use to donate plasma in the military and have never heard of this. just for a staff member to come out and say wow i love your tatoos how many do you have? After stating im not sure seems like alot. Another lady comes over and says im sorry you can only have 15 they all started laughing over me while im sitting there confused because i have donated plasma with the same amount of tattoos. Staff is always polite, most know what they're doing. After donating so many times it is just routine going in and donating. Can know most of the staff by name you feel so comfy

Long story short: about 75% of the workers are just mean for no reason. I've donated here a couple times despite the obvious lack of training the staff has, but almost every time 3 of the 4 staff members I interact with just have such a mean attitude and make it apparent that they don't want to talk to you

Well i think we are really clean and professional:)) most people get on here and talk bad about us maybe because they didn't get to donate or just don't really have good veins but it's fine. We are always here to help you make a couple extra bucks:)) HAPPY DONATING!!!!!

They work fairly quickly and I haven't had any problems. Usually in and out within an hour and a half, some days longer depending on how busy it is. The staff is nice.

As a previous donor, I don't respect that when they took 2 tubes blood to send to a lab for testing (which they do every 4 months), the only thing that came back off was my protein was too low by .1, -- and they wouldn't let me give plasma again -- until I let them draw 2 more tubes of blood (which I didn't) and they send that to a lab for testing -- which they said would take a week to get the results back. I think this is ridiculous, just for protein that is only out of range by .1. Protein is a variabl

They called me and told me that if I come in and donate then they would pay me $100, I'm very low on money but I spent the gas money to drive half an hour there and half an hour back, but they turned me away because I had a change of address and wouldn't accept the piece of mail I brought in OR the address on my drivers license. So now I'm extremely low on money because of them.

The nurse BRANDY is so rude and has extremely insidious attitude towards the people donating. And this plasma center has a habit of deferring donors for life LITERALLY if you forget your donate days and come early by mistake. THE OTHER PLASMA CENTER IS WAY BETTER AND NICER STAFF ALSO CLEANER ENVIRONMENT.

No one ever answers the phone. Unless the workers have been there for years none of the other know anything about phlebotomy and almost pass out at the site of blood. CSL staff is more competent.

Do NOT go to this place, I went there today to try and donate me. They turned my down cause my mediacom bill was 31 DAYS PAST BILLING. Lady working today was extremely rude. She was making it very obvious that she did not want anyone else coming in and was trying to get people to leave.

They never open on time. They are always running late in the mornings. When they are supposed to open at 7am, you are still standing outside waiting at least 10 -15 minutes. When people are trying to fit this in before they go to work, it is not accomidating.

They turned me away for my tattoo sleve ..said it was to much detail and they cant tell what each one is ..i said its all one peice ..i called corporate and a women answered the phone unprofessional I asked to speak with someone about this location and got voicemail .. It's great to help others and get $ too, but sometimes the employees can be a little chatty with one another instead of hooking everything up.

The entire process of giving plasma is an easy one made even easier by the very polite and helpful staff. They are friendly and go out of their way throughout the process.

Wouldn't take my plasma because of my 10+ year old sleeve tattoo! Said that they couldn't tell if it had anything recently added to it. Anyone who knows anything at all can tell a recent tattoo to one a decade plus older.

I'm up set my husband donated twice and I didn't get my bonus all because he didn't say my name he didn't know neither did I I just thought he donate 2 times and I get my bonus this isn't right but I helped them with a new donor
