Ion know why but every time I schedule an appointment to go donate they always put me in the system as a new donor, which is highly inconvenient considering if the receptionist forgets to call your name you'll be waiting indefinitely till you remind them. Everytime I do go there, it's always people skipping the line to check in without the receptionist approval, and they change receptionists every five minutes which causes a major breakdown in communication. All Imma say is this is officially the last time

Customer service is excellent, hard working staff, and the place is spotless from bottom to top, quick and easy process, whole process was quick,if I could I'd give you guys 6 stars, thank you guys keep up the great work. My name is Deon lewis and I approve this message

I would have given them a 5?but the only problem I have with them is?1. I completely understand being short of staff members but please hire reasonable candidates. 2. I wasn't able to donate do to a protein issue from the lab. They stated to me that my results would be back within 10-14 business days?and it's been more than a month since I last donated. 3. The (901) 842-5500 that we call?no one seems to never be near the phones?I've been trying to contact a nurse regarding my results and still haven't recei

I called the place they said I wouldn't need my social if I have a picture of it, I got there and as soon as I started talking the lady with bright red lipstick started shaking her head no before I could even get words out, she told me an offer is coming from me even tho there is people in the lobby and that I need to leave. Very rude and Un professional

Worse plasma experience no machine has made me hurt that bad and only reason I went back up there is because they were having a promo 50+50 and I didn't get it they acted like I was stupid

Worst place ever very unprofessional a you can call HR, but they do nothing to keep good employees they would rather keep the rude and unprofessional employees and show favoritism and also a very hostile environment. In other words ghetto front row seat to the baddies reunion. And they also give their favorite donors snacks and gatorades because they want to but not everyone gets that pleasure . I also witnessed plasma being wasted everywhere some say they wasted 50k worth in plasma due to an employee bei

Been an avid donor with the company in Atlanta. I've been calling all morning and nobody has answered the phone to answer questions I may have. Some of the reviews reflect on this said topic. The supervising manager needs to do a better job at delegating task. The phone is part of the donor process to ensure all of our questions are asked before wasting gas and being turned around when all they had to do was pick up the phone. Poor management system I see. Smh. ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!

Very unprofessional place. Management is well below average and seriously understaffed. I have never worked for a place so horrible in my life. I don't suggest anyone to work here or donate!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I've been here for 4 hours and still have not even donated! *Update A year later and still trash! Actually worse now because they give you $10 less than before. APPOINTMENTS are STILL required but wait! You can't actually make an appointment because their website and app are down and at the center they take the phone off the hook or turn the ringer down so YOU WILL NOT BE ASSISTED!! So the 3 hours it took before now takes 5! If you take the bus forget about it! Also, not much staffing the

Wildly unprofessional center manager who fails to implement the FDA required protocols for maintaining privacy of protected medical information. The regulations are very clear and failing to enforce posted rules is clearly not appropriate. This center, and all plasma centers in Memphis should be either taken over and run by corporate out of town staff or shut down. Armed security wears bullet proof vests which say "police" and sit staring at their phone all day while it is plugged in and feel free to intim

I've become a new donor January 9th. Tuesday and I was supposed to get a $100. And that is giving me anything but 75$ dollars and I called and called and called about 8 or 9 times and never rings. It only says press 1. If you're gonna become a new dollar or press 2 to talk to associate. And when I press two, it just be a silent it doesn't ring or make no sound. It's just keeping up. And then when I press 5 or 4. It still doesn't ring or anything it just keep hanging up

Staff was incredibly rude during donation process. I have donated for years in all sorts of ghetto areas. And I am never rude in any way shape form or fashion and the woman was very. Threatening the entire time with not allowing me to donate simply because I looked at my phone to try to find out the time. After I informed her I didn't know I was not allowed to be on my phone(not talking on it mind you) just checking it she said she did not care she is here now and then continued to Threaten me with not allo

Worthy of negative stars if that was actually possible. I had the worst experiences yesterday and today trying to donate at this location. First, I tried yesterday. As I approached the entrance, I was told by the security lady they were closed and not taking any more donors. Literally, I arrived one minute late and had a scheduled appointment. The guard inquired to the employee inside (who I couldn't see) and informed me because I was 1 minute late they were refusing to allow me to donate. Not only is this

Mr. Clint is a very nice man is the only thing nice I have to say about Grifols on Summer Ave. Front desk staff is very rude and can't answer questions. Overall I recommend just going to BioLife.

I've been donating here since February and I haven't had any issues or a bad experience at all. They are friendly, and helpful if you have questions. They play around with each other sometimes but everyone does that at work, it makes the time pass faster on a long drawn out workday. Or Maybe someone had a slaw attitude and didn't speak to me that day.. That's fine I get it...They work with the public everyday, and the part of the public that they have to deal with unfortunately, are junkies in a hurry to ge

This plasma center is HORRIBLE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! . Today will be my last time ever donating here. They are very rude, smart mouths, and call themselves professionals? Some are so unprofessional they walk around the donor floor saying ?it stinks ?, ? it smells musty ?, it smells like A** ? then when you say something to them about it or let a manager know they say they will check into it and never do because the same workers do the same exact things. Also, wait time is ALWAYS 3-4hrs with an empty lobb

So horribly slow. Every week it's a new excuse. Staff standing around laughing and playing with each other's hair. 5-6 staff members standing around doing nothing with a huge line. Took 2 hours to get checked in and been waiting another 30 minutes and counting to get stuck.

It's obvious that the owner of this establishment only cares about money. The employees there do not know how to treat their customers. Employees there are like a revolving door. There are new ones every single week which means a new, inexperienced person gets to try their best at sticking you. Their certification only requires minimal human "practice" and no courses on interacting with the public. Also, the majority of them are unfriendly because the managers are rude and unprofessional. This is what happ

Staff is completely unprofessional nor do they know what they are doing. I went in there and they placed the needle inside wrong. During the time where my blood was being given back into my body, my arm started bruising and swelling due to them not sticking me wrong. I of course freaked and started crying. They said it was my fault and then proceed to tell me they won't give me the money next time this happened and the staff was rude and playing around. I HATE THIS PLACE! They do NOT care and are EXTREMELY

I've never had a problem with the phleb staff. Always in and out in a timely manner. Eman was my ONLY issue. Very terrible representative of Grifols. Always extremely mean, always having a bad day which appears to be for no reason. Eman had me escorted out of the building a few weeks ago because I asked about the donor fees that week. I was nice and respectful as any human being could be. Although she doesn't give the phleb staff a bad look in my book, I really feel uncomfortable donating when she's there.

The nastiest building I've ever been in. It's even worst than it even used to be. The manager lil matt smells like asswhole and armpits. The susie lady almost cut my arm off trying to stick me, I ended bleeding all over the bed and floor before another phlebotomist decided to come help when susie said she wasn't even supposed to be doing this and she don't know what she's supposed to do,

The women up front are pretty rude and unprofessional, but there are a couple of good ones. Once you get past the front workers and they take your vitals, the phlebotomists are typically much kinder and more well trained. The doctors and their assistants are also very kind and helpful. I would honestly rate it five stars if it weren't for how rude those women up front are. But, they pay well there, like 100$ for your first two donations and 40$ per donation after that. And they have a lot of different bonus

Staff are very DISRESPECTFUL and unprofessional. When I asked questions to certain ones, they tend to ignore or act as if you are a child. My last visit there they waited until I left to temporarily defer me. Once I finish donating they left the niddle in my arm for about ten minutes, when the lady saw I was finished she mashed a button on the machine to stop and then walked away two people finished after me she took them off first and still walked right by me like she didn't even see me. So I called her an

These women here are rude there are a few that not but not make up for ones who are. I go ever week same days and they suppose to give me some last week to make it extra on my return. They didn't do it so when is it becoming ok to punish people for your faults

I love donating when Tamia and Eman are there they professionally handle the front. Highly recommend dealing with both of them if you need any help. AVOID dealing with Ashley by all means she is rude to donors and staff witnessed few episodes doing that.

It seems like the plebotomist don't know how to take people in the order that they come in usually I come in on Sunday we'll the guard started making people wait outside to clear the waiting room because of covid. well I am standing in line outside and people start walking right on in skipping everyone outside.I walk on in and the guard just sitting there. I asked her why she didn't start letting people just walk on in, she still had time to correct it but nevermind me. Then the front desk calls me and tell

Kinda ok if u need the money, the machines r slower than others, usually takes 2 or more hours even with an appointment, they give u a prepaid card with fees in exchange for your real life plasma and that sux

No No NO, Please, you don't want to go to this place! I was in there last summer for my first time and went through this long drawn out process of applying and the nurses were ready to get my plasma but first a so called crack medical doctor has to look over everything you just spent about 2 hours filling out. Believe me they check your blood swab your mouth and ask you all kinds of personal questions. Well I am 60 yrs old and I was turned down and told to get out! They kept all my personal info which I do

When I go Janice check me in always complaining about her leg hurts always talking about my iron low which it is not it 42 I went to the doctor today and they said my iron isn't low I'm not the only person she has done this to. I'm not going back.

Grifols Plasma is a true standout in the world of plasma donation. They wholeheartedly appreciate their donors, and this sentiment radiates from their incredibly sweet and helpful employees. From the moment you step through their doors, you're welcomed with open arms into a community that values and respects your contribution. What makes Grifols Plasma truly exceptional is the pleasant and fast experience they provide. The efficiency of their operations ensures that your time is respected, and you can go a

Got in and out in a pretty timely fashion. Employees always offer answers and help you any way they can. Only issue I have ever had was not being stuck right and took forever to donate. Other than that always a great experience

Don't go to this location very rude unprofessional target care more about what there pay rate is bad stick don't know how to stick they deferred me because Regina stuck me really bad I told the front desk manager do not go here very piss poor staff and rude I can't say that enough this will most definitely bring your business down do not gooooo

Had been coming to this place since before they moved into the new building and never had any problems. I was recently told my protein was too low or something last time they took a sample of blood and was escorted to the back today so they could get another sample. I was told it would be a week before they could even get a doctor to check the samples of blood. Keep in mind today would?ve been my 2nd time donating this week. So I'm gonna miss out on my extra. They took the 1st samples maybe last Friday. And

First, and worst of all, this chick named Renecia forgot to chsnge her gloves after she just finished sticking some guy and tried to touch me after. No way. I asked her to chsnge them and acted as if that was a normal thing to forget. They are REQUIRED to chsbge their gloves before touching a new person and this is not the first time this has happened with people there. Besides that mess, the people here are flat out RUDE and impersonal. They always try to command guests to do things they could simply ASK

The employees at this location are not properly trained! They used defective equipment, then i was told two different lies by two different employees about the authenticity of resulting vitals. Due to their lack of properly educated and trained employees, they have set off a series of avoidable events. I have also witnessed to improper disposal of tubing containing the DNA of their clients! All traces of red blood cells are supposed to be destroyed, not kept! Are they illegally obtaining DNA? Maybe this cen

I don't recommend this place to anyone! I sat there for hours and still was denied to donate because the Dr wasn't there for the new donor exam. She's only there 2 days a week. I have narcolepsy without cateplexy and on my 3rd visit there was told by the Dr to get a note from my Dr stating it was ok for me to donate. I did and on the 4th visit trying to donate I was STILL denied because of it by the same lady that told me I needed a Dr note. They don't have a policy on narcolepsy but the Dr that denied me s

Every one here is nice. They do their job with care and respecy. Even the security guard is nice. My iron is low all the time but when it's high I go. In and out within a hr

My first experience was Great! Staff very friendly and made me feel very comfortable doing my donation ?? I highly recommend this facility!

Getting checked I was fast. When I got to the back was very different. I've been sitting here for an hour and still haven't been seen. Very slow staff. Need to hire more staff to help in the back.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful care especially during the very stressful crisis time. Wonderful team to be appreciated- thank you. Donor and support/ JUSTDarrell ????/ CA film industry

They dnt never never never have a person at the front desk when u walk inside and security barely check you and the staff always acting rude like you owe them something

Ok here goes...donating your plasma is serious and these places use it in many ways that make big money for some corporations. My issue is that they need to act like it. Offering $40 or $50 for your life saving plasma is an insult. They are located in mostly black areas and lowball certain people because they can..also some have drug problems and the on site doctors should observe the health conditions of some people, our body generates plasma but some are slower due to eating habits and water consumption

This place is stupid. I sat in their hot a** waiting room and when they take my temperature it was too high but I can't donate because of something that they caused. Not to mention the nurse stuck the temp thing in my teeth instead of under My tongue like she's supposed to do.

This place has the most respectful staff I've every been around the professional atmosphere the friendly workers, to step by step process they take you through even the leadership from the lead's and managing crew makes you feel welcome

Soon as we came in Ms.T offered us candy, chips, & power rid after she got Her Blood Donors out the way. I felt like I was at home & i brought my cousin up here to donate Blood

This place RAWKS!!! I have donated at two other centers before this one. This one is the best by far. Everyone was courteous and respectful. No attitude at all! Loved it. The donation was flawless. Kelly O was awesome. Barely felt the stick. Everyone answered all my questions and stepped me thru the process step by step. Will definately be back and bragg about them to all my friends.

Been donating plasma for 10 years and the new hire missed my vein on purpose, then told me maybe I shouldn't come back cause my veins weren't good enough, among many other insulting comments. No one else experienced has had a problem getting my vein for 10 years so I'm quite sure it was the phlebotomist. I will NEVER go back to this location. They don't pay customers or their employees enough... CLEARLY.

First donation took about 4 hours and i would prefer cash than some random debit card with hidden fees

The PBS on Ramill is a joke, we moved here to Memphis from Nashville, and they told us, we were getting paid to much in Nashville, so they were deducting $10 from the donation, while they clearly have a sign hanging outside, that say $250 for your first 5 donation, now my math might be off but that's $50 for every time u donate the first 5 times, they only paid $40, and when I asked about the sigh outside the African American male at the front counter said, the sign only explains half, it doesn't explain i

Very very bad experience they are always short of staff you need to wait sometimes for about 2 hours to start.

I give a five cause the young lady the youngest one in the back I don't know her name she 19 she told me. She the best out of all.

10 years of going the pay is great nice staff and management clean clean clean Clean good tech with soft sticks you are paid twice a week on a Visa logo card money goes directly to card if u weigh 175 or more u get You can only go twice a week....... 1st week 35 then 50 2nd week 35 then 50 3rd week 45 then 60 4th week 45 then 60 total of 400 a month 1st 5 donation for new donors is 50 Tell them lorenzo mcdonald sent you as a referral fee for me

These ppl are awesome. They moved quick and made the experience pleasant. Chakeeta is great. I didn't even feel her stick me

They're an awesome place and I've been going for a little while now! They're very professional and I love the workers! ????

The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable, I only had one bad experience and Trina came over to my chair and stayed by my side til I was done, by the way Trina and Treci both are wonderful.

This is the world's worst plasma delivery center. I got ringworm from sitting on their seats, everyone there is slow and rude, and it's dirty. You literally have to go through a security check to come in because it's so dangerous. Go here if you want to get an infection.

Very professional, very knowledgeable. I wish the pay was more but I'll take it.

they move WAY tooo slow the people at front desk act like they don't even care about being there it's a shame. That problem needs to be fixed

I went there on a Monday and as soon as I finish my stomach started hurting Extremely bad ,I started throwing up . I went to bathroom started urination blood was coming out ,I had to be rushed to hospital in ambulance stayed a week in hospital I'm still recovering .

I been going for a few years and never had an issue with any employee!! I think they do a great job!!!

This is the 3 time I've had to wait to get paid cuz they did not pay me not only that but they are lazy and move extremely slow

The people who prepares your arm inserting the needle are very skilled, courteous, and informational about what to intake to improve your plasma. The room is clean with comfortable recliners.

I truly love the Entire Staff @ Plasma Biological on Summer! I used to donate my platelets, but I can't wait to start donating again in March! Sure havd missed everyone!

This place so pitiful front neva answer the phone and they always rushing and not paying attention to things I came on a Sunday and did not get paid for donating

Very nice an clean short waits and very well and respected staff..would refer them to anyone..Love the laid back environment..

Markeevia GREAT CHARACTER GOOD AT STICKING YOU WITHOUT HURTING YOU. SHE IS VERY GOOD AT THIS JOB

Service is terrible if you call them over the phone they have you on hold for 45 minutes to an hour highly unrecommended

Everyone is very nice. If I wanted something wiped down again they'd reclean my seat.

TERRIBLE PROCESS WHERE PEOPLE DON'T EVEN LIKE THERE JOB OR WANTS TO BE THERE. NO SMILES OR COURTESY SERVICE AVAILABLE OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE.

Do not go here they are super unprofessional, rude, and they move super slow

Friendly staff. Usually in and out within 2 hrs and a bill. Worth the money for the wait.

Staff is great at what they do. Just too much gossipping, talking, messing around, giggling with one another...

So I waited for ten minutes to even speak with someone and then Tamekia Guy the supervisor is saying I can't donate because of a tattoo in 2011 that wasn't documented. ??

The staff gets you in and out the best they can even with them being short staffed.

Shut this place down please and thank you staff rude and very unprofessional

Professional and respectful staff. They even donated plastic containers to help others

They are great to me.. very respectful and kind..

Great staff, professional and FAST! They will do all they can to help you.

Everyone that works there are very friendly I feel welcome when I donate.

Unprofessional and does not answer the phone

Nice staff and it's not a long wait

This place is untruthful to you on the telephone. Don't waste your time going there it's not worth it

Asked for Antonio F this guy is one the best beside all the women in needle sticking

This place is a joke. The staff is more concerned with each other. Takes forever ??

Crystal, nacosia, Ashley are wonderful, great place to donate

It was very organized and a smooth process.

Wonderful customer service always helpful
