Ion know why but every time I schedule an appointment to go donate they always put me in the system as a new donor, which is highly inconvenient considering if the receptionist forgets to call your name you'll be waiting indefinitely till you remind them. Everytime I do go there, it's always people skipping the line to check in without the receptionist approval, and they change receptionists every five minutes which causes a major breakdown in communication. All Imma say is this is officially the last time

Been an avid donor with the company in Atlanta. I've been calling all morning and nobody has answered the phone to answer questions I may have. Some of the reviews reflect on this said topic. The supervising manager needs to do a better job at delegating task. The phone is part of the donor process to ensure all of our questions are asked before wasting gas and being turned around when all they had to do was pick up the phone. Poor management system I see. Wildly unprofessional center manager who fails to implement the FDA required protocols for maintaining privacy of protected medical information. I've become a new donor January 9th. Tuesday and I was supposed to get a $100. And that is giving me anything but 75$ dollars and I called and called and called about 8 or 9 times and never rings. The women up front are pretty rude and unprofessional, but there are a couple of good ones. Once you get past the front workers and they take your vitals, the phlebotomists are typically much kinder and more well trained. The doctors and their assistants are also very kind and helpful. Ok here goes...donating your plasma is serious and these places use it in many ways that make big money for some corporations. My issue is that they need to act like it. Offering $40 or $50 for your life saving plasma is an insult. They are located in mostly black areas and lowball certain people because they can..also some have drug problems and the on site doctors should observe the health conditions of some people, our body generates plasma but some are slower due to eating habits and water consumption

This place RAWKS!!! I have donated at two other centers before this one. This one is the best by far. Everyone was courteous and respectful. No attitude at all! Loved it. The donation was flawless. Been donating plasma for 10 years and the new hire missed my vein on purpose, then told me maybe I shouldn't come back cause my veins weren't good enough, among many other insulting comments. No one else experienced has had a problem getting my vein for 10 years so I'm quite sure it was the phlebotomist. I will NEVER go back to this location. This is the world's worst plasma delivery center. I got ringworm from sitting on their seats, everyone there is slow and rude, and it's dirty. You literally have to go through a security check to come in because it's so dangerous. Go here if you want to get an infection.
